MAA Wells Branch has come a long way. I have been living here for 4 years and they have not always had the best management until recently. Cleo is a great assistant manager who stays on top of things. I love the fact that the property even has a business center where you can print from your phone. I have stayed here this long because overall, MAA wells branch has served us well.

Very nice, clean, and spacious units. The gym is nice with a good amount of equipment. Maintenance can be a bit slow and the pool needs better care. They maintain it but I dont believe that they have a professional doing it. The price is a bit steep. All in all, this is a nice property. Pictures are from move-in day.

Cleo the assistant manager is the best and is very helpful but all of the office staff is nice. Ive lived here for 2 years and the complex is very nice. Im moving out of state if I come back to Austin I will come back here to live!!

Highly recommend MAA Round Rock if you are looking to move to the Austin area. Cleo and the rest of the staff are great to work with. The clubhouse is amazing and even has an air hockey table and shuffle board.

I live here a couple months now and my experience with MMA is nothing short than awesome from the first day I fell in love with my place the lady in the office Ms.Cleo to be exact is one of the sweetest people she listens to my issue if any and get right on top on it along with the Maintenance at the apartments are always fast I love sitting by the pool and its very quiet in my building

I love my apartment. It is spacious and beautiful with modern, clean appliances. I have a vaulted ceiling with huge windows, a big balcony, and tons of natural light. My neighbors are wonderful and friendly. It’s a quiet community, with lots of families and dogs. Plenty of parking. They are doing a great job with landscaping, trying to improve green spaces, and add color and trees. Located conveniently to I-35 and MoPac, minutes from Q2 and The Domain, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping all around, you will always find fun things to do and great food. There’s amazing parks, walking trails, and two community pools in the neighborhood. A downside is the constant road noise from I-35. And like most apartment communities, there are issues with having enough maintenance people to complete the work quickly. They do fix things and take urgent issues seriously though. After an issue with my tub cracking and leaking into the apartment below, they completely replaced my tub and tile. It looks immaculate, and the work and materials are high quality. I actually like how it looks more than before!! Overall, I would recommend anyone to live here. It has been a safe haven and comforting place as a single woman. It also is comparably affordable in the wild Austin rental market. The office staff are always professional, helpful, and courteous.

The community mangers are amazingly friendly. Stephanie assisted in making my first apartment move in an easy and sweet experience., three lease terms later community management only continues to improve. Adding resident experiences to the mix is fun. Overall felt very safe and welcoming in this community. Lots of doggies so your pet isnt lonely. The location is prime real estate with everything you need within 5-10 min great parks and trails. Easily 20 min to Georgetown 20 min to central Austin.

When our AC went out the MAA maintenance team made us feel like we were a priority. Even though our particular issue was not an easy fix they made sure it wasnt unbearable until the AC could be remedied. They have been by far the fastest responding maintenance team, I am very happy being a MAA Wells Branch resident! The whole team is welcoming, thanks for all that you guys do!

Moved into the Colonial Grand 2+ years ago and today I finally turned in my keys. Mara is great, she helped me 2 years ago with my move in and 2 years later at move out. The community is 20 minutes from downtown which makes it super convenient. Any time I needed maintenance they were there within a reasonable timeframe.I had the biggest 1 bedroom and it was so spacious, definitely recommend the complex to anyone looking to move to Austin!

I have really enjoyed living at these apartments. I have not had any bad experiences and the apartments are beautiful on the inside and outside. I have a renovated apartment with nice laminate wood floors. The staff is always friendly, willing to help, and always answers the phone. The rent for a one bedroom apartment is very reasonable for the amenities. I use the pool and gym consistently and these areas are always clean.My only issue is the parking for guests, you have to register them to park every 24 hours through an app and it can be tedious to do so. If you forget to re-register they could be towed. Also the trash pick-up is an issue. The trash needs to be picked up in a better way that does not spread it all over the place if you are going to charge for valet trash.

Just turned in my keys after a year of living in this gracious community for about a year+. Words cannot express how helpful the front office staff is. If I could bring Stephanie to every complex I live in from now on I would. The rest of the team is always ready to help or answer questions, and are the most responsive group of management I’ve experienced in my 7 years of renting. Highly recommend checking out this place and their spacious apartments!

Mara in the front office was super sweet, professional and answered all of my questions. At first I was not really feeling being the apartment. Just moved to Texas. Mara changed that for me and really helped me get what I wanted. Mara made me feel comfortable with my choice as well. THANK YOU MARA!!! I only will go to here for any of my needs. 4 stars to here indeed🙂

Weve been residents with Colonial Grand for close to two years, and theyve done a fantastic job providing a great place to live. Whenever weve had an issue, the maintenance team is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond. In particular, Sergio is the best. Hes helped us get a new A/C unit put in, and was able to fix a leak in our sink within minutes of when we called the office. Hes also very friendly and personable! I highly recommend Colonial Grand!

I like living at Colonial Grand at Wells Branch. The staff is friendly and they always respond quickly to maintenance requests. I do agree that parking can be somewhat hectic but they offer covered parking as an option, as well.My family and I are buying a home and we only have a few months left on the lease but we have really enjoyed living here for the last 9 years. It is an awesome place to live.

I lived at CGWB for just over 5 years. The staff has always done a great job, the apartments block out a good amount of noise, the trails within walking distance are fantastic, but its the parking thats horrendous (if you arent in the back).The area towards the front is surrounded by buildings and doesnt have enough parking spaces while the parking in the rear has tons of space and just one row of apartments. If I had known that when I had moved, I wouldve gladly got an apartment as far back as possible and never had to hike back and forth between my car and apartment.The only other issue I really had was every apartment was charged $50 for basic cable and $30 for valet trash each month, neither of which can be opted out. I wouldve much rather saved the $30 and spent 5-10 minutes every month moving my own trash.Despite this, they do a solid job and as long as you know about the parking and extra fees, it really is a nice place to live.

The apartments are quiet and chill. I personally havent had any bad experiences here. The area I stay we have available parking most of the time. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is the maintenance request time. Ive put in a maintenance request and its taken literally 2 months for them to come fix things. Other than that spacious apts and relatively quiet. Lets hope they stay that way. Btw guys there is no such thing as perfect apts. You take the good with the bad and make a quality decision. All walks of life with all kinds of issues and shortcomings are all cramped up in buildings. Have blessed day!

Dont listen to the, they had no cameras to show who stole my bike because that is NOT the communities responsibility! So go get a new bike.Dont listen to the, they forced me to pay for cable because its included in the rent. A handful of communities do that now. PLUS, its practically a steal compared to getting it through the actual cable company. No one forced you to sign the lease. Youve mustve like it enough to continue.Dont listen to the, I had to park 3 buildings down and the community is overcrowded...Ok...maybe this one is a little true. But once again, you cannot blame the community to bringing such great business and keeping their units full. Hence the reason parking is scarce. Plus, they recently enforced parking permits, so HOPEFULLY they can clear out any cars that arent meant to be there. I think that has a lot to do with it. Otherwise, getting a parking space is like a race to the finish here!Yes, the price is a little high, but thats Austin for you! Its changing every year for rent and home buyers alike! Theres too many businesses and people here and theres not enough living. Plus, youd end up paying the same amount of rent at the crappy complex next door or across the street compared to here. Trust me, I almost moved there before finding this place...I blew $300 worth of nonrefundable deposits to be here instead and my husband and I dont regret a single dime of it!I gave this complex a 4 because...- Parking is crazy- People dont pick up after their dogs (which the front office has enforced the hell out of it...but the residence dont bother...)- Theres a little bit of trash that sits in the same place for days! The landscaping is beautiful! But having maintenance do a simply property walk twice a day can really enhance the beautification of the community.- A few misc other things...Honestly, all of these things are minor. Considering the complex does what they can to keep it up, they are doing quite well in business. I appreciate the staff calling me to see if my recent maintenance request has been fulfilled. I appreciate the maintenance staff being nice enough to befriend my husband. I appreciate them listening to our requests and completing it in a timely manner.Its a beautiful place to live.

It is a very nice apartment complex who treats everyone like actual people. The front office employees are really nice and down to earth and will help at any time with anything. Definitely the best apartment complex and employees Ive ever experienced in Texas so far. Definitely a nice neighborhood and amedium to large areas of grass to walk through.

Moved into the Colonial Grand 1 years ago and in feb 22 I turned in my keys. Because leaving to back home. Staff is great, always ready for help, got my parcle in right time, specialy stephine she is so kind and friendly always listening you humbly. Maintinence staff is alwats cooprative. Any time I needed maintenance they were there within a reasonable timeframe.Now i am back to austin and wanted to join the complex again but unfortunatly its bit higher now, but definitely recommend the complex to anyone looking to move to Austin!
