The apartments are 5 stars and the pool is great with BBQ everywhere in the complex. The club house has lots of TVs and coffee free and a great place to meet up with people. Anyways nothing beets the pool. Really nice and well designed. Shaded area as well as sun bating whatever you want.

I’m very happy here. I searched and searched and wanted to make the right move. The gym is nice and so is the common area and I’m able to do my team meetings and enjoy a cup of coffee (or two). My apartment is POSH and it’s like living in a hotel. Michael at the office is great. Maintenance guys everywhere in golf carts. Absolutely no complaints.

This is the best place I have lived in. Tamir has helped me with so many things as I just moved from Chicago. She showed my the community and told me what was around the community. My puppies have been accepted, the people here are kind, the grounds are well cared for and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I love this place and happy I moved here.

This community is in a fantastic location, and the apartments are nice inside, but what really makes this community stand out is the management team. In the office, Tamir, Crystal and Destiny work hard to take care of their residents. They genuinely care about the well being of those that call this community home, and do what they can to provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for folks to come home to. On the maintenance side of the team, Leo, Sam, and Raymond are always pleasant, and take care of any maintenance issues in a very timely manner. It’s obvious that they care about the residents as much as the office staff.Although there are occasional issues within the community, (and let’s be honest for a second… that’s anywhere you go,) the team addresses them in a timely manner, and does their very best to bring about an acceptable resolution to each problem they are presented with. Compared to many other communities, this one is pretty calm and quiet, and has some really wonderful people that call it home.

My experience with applying with MAA Vintage Park was amazing the whole process from start to finish was seamless. We had the great pleasure of working with Michael which might I add stayed on top of things completely always made sure he was in contact very professional and very personable. The apartment unit is great a few things needed to be fixed but maintenance team was on top of things as well they showed up quickly after putting in my request and made sure things were done right. I am very pleased with our placement of the apartment and my family loves it here. Nice amenities thing are well kept and the Vintage Park area is amazing to be around so many things to do.

I almost didn’t stop because I thought it was going to be out of my price range. Surprisingly it wasn’t. I want to stay here forever :) Even the neighbors are so sweet! Destiny, has gone above and beyond helping me navigate on my I-Phone. I was having trouble and now I’m connected to all property links. . After beginning my lease, over six months ago, I have a better picture of my experience here at MAA Vintage. I will sum up my living experience here so far as Very Positive. I will like to acknowledge the most positive aspect for me is the location, across the street from Vintage and seconds from Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve.I am editing this review to heighten my score, after the property addressed the gate access issue. Which has been an excellent improvement.If I can add an additional word of improvement would be the staircases and hallway appearance, residents are staining the stairs and hallways with wear, likely with garbage they take out from their apt.Dayana helped me close on my lease, she is bilingual. And she was formal, solemn, no issues. Thank you MAA - Vintage 😌

This is a great and affordable place to live! The pool and outside area is so nice on sunny days and the apartment office is a great place to work from home. The apartment staff, especially Micheal, is always so friendly, kind, and helpful with whatever we need. He definitely gives great customer service and satisfaction!

My experience leasing at The Retreat has been amazing!I was helped by Dayana who was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. She laid out all of our options, informed us about the complex and made the application process super smooth. Before moving in we had a misunderstanding about our move in date but Dayana and the rest of the staff handled it perfectly and we were able to move in right on time.We’re really happy with our apartment, the property and the great attention that we’ve received!We’re excited to be staying at the Retreat in Vintage!

Just moved in!!! Tamir did an amazing job getting us set up and settled in our new place. We did have a few hiccups while she was away but Michael assisted us thoroughly and made sure everything was perfect as well. What a great team here at MAA! I had no idea moving here would be this easy!!Edit: the apartments are nice but I adjusted my review to 4 stars because the initial monthly charges are more than expected. There were a total of three additional monthly charges we were not informed of and thought they were included in the fee’s already charged.

I have really enjoyed my experience at the retreat. I am in the middle of looking for apartment right now closer to my place of employment. The staff was very knowledge welcoming actually and nice. I have visited a few places other apartment properties today and they were so nonchalant and mechanical. It was nice to know there is still good people like Tamir, Dayna, and Ariel. Great apartment complex… I lived here for 2 years, and no problems occurred, that Maintenance wasn’t quickly able to fix or work on… In the leasing office, Tamir, is who always helped me out, she’s so lovely! Crime is everywhere but in my two years at the property, I never seen any, there’s heavy police in the area always, which I’m so thankful for!

My application process was incredibly smooth: Tamir made it simple. I was approved in less than 24 hours!? My move in process was great as well. I did everything online and was greeted with all of my documentation and keys upon entry to my new place. I’ve been here for 2 weeks. I’ve had 0 issues. One of my neighbors is alittle loud but it’s no fault to the complex. Everyone complaining about their trash? STOP being lazy… simple. I see the sherif everyday which makes me feel safe. I’ve been living here for a little over 2 years now and I’ve had no issues with leasing office staff, maintence, or break ins that other people have complained about. Response times for regular maintence request have been handled within 24 hours and any other issues I have Tamir and Dayana handle with urgency. Only complaint is the rent has gone up about 25% since moving. Amenities are nice too, Gym is 24 hours, dog park and pool is always cleaned and never crowded.

I really enjoy living here at Vintage. There are so many positives. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The ladies are quick to help resolve any issues that may come up. The new management is doing a great job! The property is kept clean and beautifully maintained. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems. The apartments also are so pleasant on the inside. The location is amazing! HEB, Whole Foods and a variety of restaurants are in walking distance. There are several good churches close by. I feel very safe and secure living here. I’m very thankful to God that I’m able to live in such a nice apartment complex.

Overall we had a good experience with little issues and minimal maintenance requests. Had some water bill issues but all it took was communicating to the office and they were happy to help and adjust accordingly if due to malfunction.Had a little bit of confusion about the refundable deposit on our way out and the representative there by the name of Arielle was very unprofessional to my fiance after setting the expectations that we would receive a deposit.After filing a complaint and speaking to the Assistant Property Manager Dayana Henriquez, we were assisted quickly and she was able to make up for the miscommunication!!! Very satisfied with my experience with Dayana.Later that day the Property Manager Dana also reached out to provide some more clarity on things which is all we were asking for from the first representative!

I moved to the Retreat at Vintage Park in July of 2018. Since then Ive had nothing but positive experiences. The residence is aesthetically pleasing, the staff is super friendly and maintenance is incredibly fast! My apartment is super clean and quiet. I appreciate the monthly events for residents to get to know each other as well. However, I would really like the clubhouse to open later than 6pm. A lot of residents get home around 5pm and would really like to use the amenities as much as possible! Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about the Retreat. Keep up the great work Shannon!

Well, So far I have had nothing gone wrong since Ive only been here for 2 1/2 weeks.Every time I have ask the management for attention on certain details of things that needed to be taken care of, they have been right on it the next day. The Staff has been so Nice and very pleasant to work with. The Girls are very sweet and very professional.I was Very Happy!! that They Retrieved my Diamond earring that fell in the bathroom sink on Sunday night. ( THANK YOU !! THANK YOU!!!)Im very happy here so far, I love my Apartment, and my neighbors seem to be very nice people.Thanks LM.

I became a member of this community in Oct 2018, and it has been a great experience. The landscape is pretty, I love the pool area and the various events that go on to socially engage with other residents. FOOD TRUCKS for the win! My apartment itself is wonderful and I love living on the third floor by Vintage Park so I can hear live music but I can also get away from that to study if I need without leaving home. Probably the best part about living at Retreat at Vintage Park would be the people in the office. All the staff are friendly and professional, eager to help me when I come in, and treat me like Im family. Stellar place to live and I would highly recommend it if youre looking for something different (in a great way).

I’m bad at these things but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Retreat and with any kind of maintenance request I’ve ever had. They always come the next day after the request and everything is always fixed. Alex, the maintenance guy or manager (not sure what his title is, sorry Alex) is the BEST! Great at communicating and getting whatever needs done, done! I love living here and would and have recommended people to live here. It’s been nothing but wonderful 😊 5 stars in my book!

I have lived here for 4 months now and can say that this is a pretty great place to live. No issues with neighbors and you get what you pay for. Staff has been fantastic as well. There have been a few hiccups along the way but I will credit them with never blowing me off. I feel heard and have received great service from the day I walked in. I have been helped by everyone in the office but Shannon has been extremely helpful to me since day one. Anything urgent is done in a timely fashion by staff. I rate this 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but regardless, I can say if you stop in here, i would be surprised if you walked away unsatisfied.

Nice and Beautiful Staff they greet you with a smile: Shelbie is too cool and they are very helpful whenever you need their help, they are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day The workout area is clean and never crowded and the pool area is nice. I have the best view, anytime a party is going down U can’t miss it I can see the pool from my apartment and you can go buy groceries right across the street how cool is that 🤷🏾‍♂️ And the bars gives you discount if you staying there!! tell me who else does that? It’s like Vegas baby!😂

When I first rented here I waited until after I signed my lease to view the reviews. I was so concerned seeing a few of the negative reviews but let me tell you - I have not experienced any issues! I’ve lived here for two years now and the property is always taken care of, maintenance is actually polite and responds quickly and the other occupants are great (unsure if this is just my building (I’m a bit biased)). The ONLY things that I don’t necessarily love is that the gate is broken often, but they usually fix it pretty quickly. I also hate that the dumpster is so far from my building. I actually have to haul my trash to the dumpster in my car. Valet trash would be nice but honestly I’m just being a brat about the trash. I LOVE IT HERE!

I have been leaving at the Retreat for over 4 years. The overall experience has been really great. The front management addresses issues and the property is well maintained. The location and amenities are really nice. Apartment life will have ups and downs. At the Retreat, a lot of effort is put forth to keep things up. Definitely would recommend this community.

We lived here 2 years and it was a mixed bag.Pros: Great location with shopping, dining and recreation options at walking distance. The nearby local park has just added to the charm and greenery. It is sufficiently high that we lived through the worst of the flooding without major issues. The local crowd is lively during good weather.Cons: Site management office is usually not very helpful, and there is no method or transparency for escalations. I got hit upwards of $100 in surprise fees and charges when they changed IT systems and ran into issues. None of these were satisfactorily resolved or even explained. If management could get its act together, this could be a five star facilityEdit: Changed from 2 to 4 stars since building management addressed some communication and training that were the root cause of transparency issues. Policies are somewhat harsh, but building management went the extra mile to accommodate.

Lived here since October. Everything went smoothly on move in date. I moved from a different State and from the time I walked in the office. They had everything ready and I was already unloading the haul 30 min later. Thank you miss Shannon, Carly and kelcey for making things easy. Only complaint is people cant throw their trash away.They cant open the door to the trash compactor and put the garbage in it. they just stack it in front of the door. Residents stop being lazy and nasty!

I dont understand the negative reviews. My wife and I love our apartment. Very low utility bills, great staff and management that is very on the ball. The only thing that bothers me are the residents that dont care about the complex. Mangement cant do everything if adults arent willing to follow simple rules.Keep up the great work!

Current resident. Nice amenities and proximity to Vintage Park is awesome. You can easily walk to the Alamo Drafthouse for a movie, grab dinner at any of the restaurants, or walk home after a night of drinks with friends. The location was definitely a key factor in selecting this property. The apartments are pretty nice but small for the money. I think you pay for the location. I broke a knob on my dryer and had quick response from maintenance. The property is kept up well, new mulch and plants were recently put in plus concrete repairs.

You really cant beat this location. Its right across the street from Vintage shopping center, and youve got Whole Foods and HEB and a ton of restaurants all within walking distance. Its perfect for freeway commuters too, having only a single traffic light between you and the nearest exit/onramp.I dont know why the other reviews are so harsh. Some things in my apartment didnt work quite right when I moved in, but the manager (Carly) made sure they all got fixed.
