    My husband and I lived here for around a year. We toured on a Wednesday and had the lease signed by Thursday. The leasing process was very informative and efficient. I have nothing but praises to sing about this complex. It almost feels like your staying at a luxury apartment. The parking is amazing you and any guest you’re hosting have covered parking. The amenities are amazing our favorite was the pool and 24/hr gym. The maintenance team is phenomenal. A hour after putting in a request they show up with a smile to help you. The units are competitively priced , the tenants are considerate, and the location is 10/10. I’ve also never felt safer in a complex it eased my mind to know that you need a key fob/code to enter the residential area. My packages not once got stolen (even when I went out of town and it got left outside my door for a week) they have since installed a package delivery locker so even better. I don’t want to risk sounding like a commercial so I will say during our stay we did have very minor problems out of the complex’s control like two fire drills that woke us up (they are mandatory nothing they can do about that. They also tell you ahead of time when they are coming)and a temporarily out of service elevator (there was five others to use and management kept us updated throughout the entire process). I say all this to say I’ve loved calling this place home and If I am ever in Texas again we will 100% be coming back to MAA Times Square.

    The staff is extremely professional, if you ever run into any troubles they will do their best to accommodate you and are very understanding and kind. We resolved our issue in the most excellent way and I couldn’t be happier. Me and my parents both live in different units in the building and we are planning are resigning our lease for next year as they have exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend moving here if you want a professional, quiet, clean environment and community.-Melika

    This is my third time living at this property. Everyone in the office is amazing. The property manager Mandy is a joy to talk to and Robin 🥴 is fantastic. She always addresses any issues or concerns with a smile and a beautiful positive attitude.

    I lived at MAA Times Square for two years. I recently moved due to purchasing a new house. Otherwise, I would still be living there. I honestly enjoyed living at this property, and never had any issues. The office and maintenance staff were great and very responsive to phone calls, emails, and repairs. I would recommend MAA Times Square to anyone looking for a nice place and area to live.

    Ive lived here for a year and a half and love the property! Friendly staff always makes sure you are well taken care of as well as your room! Only a couple of things to take into consideration. The fire alarm seems to go off every couple of months for a prolonged amount of time without threat of a fire. If you live facing into the patio area you will be dealing with children kicking and throwing balls at your windows. Im sure you dont have to pay for any damage caused by them, but the noises become quite irritating and the fear of broken glass is often heightened

    Ive lived at MAA Times Square for many years and the staff has been amazing from management to the outstanding maintenance team. There are rarely maintenance issues over the years and anything is taken care of quickly, if there are ever any concerns. The area also has great restaurants and quick access to the tollways and freeways. Great place to live!

    I transferred to another apartment, let me tell you. I have been lived in Times Square for 12 years. I have to tell you if you are looking for a great community this is the place to live. The management is absolutely the best. Management made the move simple and easy for me. I am so grateful for them. Been knowing Mandy for a long time she is an absolute jewel. We have two new managers I welcome them with open arms. Collin and Robyn are truly a gift perfect for Times Square. Since Ive been living at Times Square, MAA has had the best managers. I am happy to be a tenant here, and you would be too. I upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment and I love my new place.

    The maintenance staff here at Times Square at Craig Ranch are some of the nicest, friendliest and efficient people you can ever ask for to help keep your place of living free of any issues whether something needs to be fixed or replaced. Also just really good, wholesome people that take pride in what they do..it showes. Everytime I see any of them I say hello and thankyou for all they do and I hope they know how greatful I am that they are here.

    I’ve had a great experience at Times Square. The apartment and building are very clean, safe, free of pests, and the staff are wonderful. Maintenance requests are responsed to in a timely manner and they always do a great job. We didn’t use the pool and the gym and the other common areas enough, but they’re very nice to have available and we enjoyed them a bit. We are moving out at the end of this month and having to break the lease for my job, but we will miss this place and would love to stay if we could.

    I love everyone connected with Times Square in McKinneyThe Maintenance and Office Staff are awesome. Office staff is incredible, all very professional with their shared knowledge.     I have been to this community countless times. I run a pizza company and have to deliver from time to time. The first time I stopped here I knew I wanted to live here. Fantastic amenities that actually work. The carpeted interior is a very nice upgrade. Most apartment communities didnt bother and the concrete flooring in the halls is stained and retains a very foul odor. Not here. It always smells so pleasant. Thats not to mention how Samantha and Mandy went all out to ensure the application process went smoothly for my partner and I. They answer back emails quickly and informatively. Over all my experience with this community has made me feel very welcome and at home.

    Excellent apartment community!!! From management (Mandy and Samantha) to leasing staff, maintenance, make ready all the way to the team that cleans the community…everyone is WONDERFUL! I always felt safe and welcomed knowing the team members throughout the community. The common areas are clean and I always feel proud to invite family and friends over. The privacy is unmatched. I cannot recommend this community enough!

    This is the best experience I ever had at an apartment. The overall area is nice and the apartment had many amenities that i took advantage of. The staff is very knowledgeable and will find you exactly what you are looking for. I probably would still be there if I didn’t have to move for family reasons.10/10 recommend!

    Beautiful apartments, great service and super clean.I would definitely recommend. Lived here for about a year and I enjoyed every minute.Apartments can be a bit confusing but the amount of space to walk and explore is great.Lots of areas to hangout, have cookouts and enjoy a stay at home vacation.

    I absolutely love Times Square.[[[The Good]]]---------This place is really amazing. My wife and I got a 2 bedroom apartment on the east side of the building. I love that they have elevators that we can use instead of stairs like typical apartments. For example, instead of holding 20 heavy grocery bags in both arms while I climb 4 flights of stairs, I can now haul a small cart in & out of the elevator to carry the heavy stuff up!They also have a parking garage with plenty of roomy parking space, keeping my vehicle away from the weather.The staff is extremely friendly. Any time I have questions or a request they handle it immediately.Service requests are taken very seriously and handled in a timely manner. Most of my repair requests are handled the next day at the latest.[[[The Bad]]]---------Fire alarms. All the time. Since its one big building, any time someone does something stupid like smoke inside their apartment (against the lease terms) or burns their food because they suck at cooking, the fire alarms for the whole building go off and inconveniences the entire complex. This is the biggest negative of this place. It isnt uncommon for the fire alarms to go off twice in 2 weeks. However, weve had 3-4 month spans with no fire alarms as well.Another negative is if you are stuck with bad neighbors (above, below, or beside you), youre going to be constantly filing complaints (loud music, etc). However, this is a problem at any apartment complex you go to and really is just a matter of bad luck and has nothing to do with Times Square.[[[Conclusion]]]---------Ive lived in many apartments in the North Dallas area. The prices here are a bit high, but you get what you pay for in this case. This is a very well-rounded community and living is great. They have great amenities, great selection of floor plans, and excellent staff. This is the best apartment complex I have lived in by an order of magnitude. I would recommend this place to anyone, even though the fire alarms can get pretty annoying ;)

    This complex has been a great fit for us. The amenities are open even when office is closed. The pool table, theater room and business center are our open. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff have been very helpful. Lived here for 3 years. There are a few things that need improvement. The fire alarms are unpredictable going off at odd hours in the night and day. Service request can be handled slowly. Rent is increased too much yearly. There are some tennents that smoke weed in there apartments and it makes the hallways smell. Brought to the attention of management but no resolution. But all in all a great place to live!

    90 day review: I have nothing but good things to say about my cozy apartment! The atmosphere and the amenities are a plus for me, coming from a house I had to get use to the space and thinking I’m in a fancy hotel to THIS IS MY HOME now. The staff is pleasant, maintenance has been on time and it’s a beautiful view of the patio area from my window. I’m getting use to the new Smarthome upgrade, other than that, I am satisfied.

    I moved in on May 28th. The ladies in the office made me feel so comfortable that I felt part of their team. Crystal was a new employee and did her best with accommodations for my needs.Candace was absolutely was very professional and caring to make sure all documents were in order.Shavon, what can a person say about someone that goes above and beyond expectations. Her gift of customer service is an asset. She is amazing!! Every time I need something from the office, she is very responsive with making it happen if it is in her control. If it is not in her control, she gives information on contacts to work with for the final result.Still, after a week of living at Times Square, each of these mentioned ladies are willing to make this apartment complex satisfactory for everyone. It seems that these are the people that make the complex have a Happy and Comfortable home feeling.

    I have not moved into the apartments just yet but I will like to give my 5 stars for the customer service that I received today! Sarah Garza did an amazing job and she definitely stood out among the numerous people I have met while apartment hunting and even when I told her I wasn’t moving until July she still took her time with me like I was looking to sign in that moment and that definitely made me feel welcomed! I have no complaints whatsoever about the service I received and I once again want to commend her awesome customer service and if everything falls into place I definitely plan on moving once my current lease is up!

    Most tenants are friendly. Office and Maintenance Staff are the Best. Before living here I havent lived in an Apt for 45 years. So quite a change in lifestyle. If there is any wish for change, it would be that Tenants stopped treating our homes like a hotel and did a better job of cleaning up after themselves. Trash room, trash cans at Garage elevator entries, dont need to be overflowing and boxes need to be cut down as asked. Pool area...I do see glass containers by some residents and the noise level after 10:00pm needs to be followed by the Rules established in our Lease. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF MAINTENANCE.     I really enjoyed living here. The place is very quiet and easily accessible. No charge for parking which is very nice. Great amenities. I always felt very safe living alone there.The office management was very informative and attentive to any needs that I may of had.Not very service dog friendly, which is understandable because they don’t allow pets.I would definitely move back into this complex if I had a job nearby.

    This has been my favorite place to live thus far and I have lived in 6 apartment complexes and worked at 3. The apartments are definitely luxury apartments and the staff is amazing. They have always accommodating to me. Examples: delivered my FedEx/UPS packages to my apartment, they opened the doors after hours to give me a Christmas present on Christmas eve, they remembered my name every time I came in or called, ect. I enjoyed my neighbors tremendously and made friends there quickly. I would live here again if I could but family obligations required me to move. BUT I MISS IT! I hope you enjoy it here as much as I did! :)

    I have been living in my apartment for just a little over a year now. I love the apartment layout and amenities. Ill be honest, the apartments do have their flaws which some can be a plus and a minus. For instance, a plus is you get wood floors in your apartment no matter what floor youre on, a lot of apartments only offer wood floors on the first floor. The down side to that? If you just so happen to get a heavy footer above or that classy lady that likes to wear heels (you go girl)...you will hear it when she walks in the living, dining, or kitchen area. I do hate that they no longer offer package delivery to your apartment. But on the plus side.....you have regular elevators, as well as freight elevators to help you move. I love that option!!! Never have a problem with finding parking, parking is so open youll more than likely park in the same spot everyday and find yourself upset every blue moon when someone steals your spot that doesnt belong to you lol. I guess you get comfortable in that spot because parking is always so open so its still a plus. Even if your spot is taken you have another spot very close. Now about hearing when someone showers or use the restroom? I have to say that is very true. You will hear every drop of water flush down the pipes. But I just resolved all of my problems with one resolution, I moved.......TO THE TOP FLOOR.....BOOM, no more heavy footers or water pipes!!!! #ProblemSolved. P.S. They dont allow pets, so my daughter is a little upset about that...and so am I. Also, its a non smoking community. Not even in your apartment, but I dont smoke so Im fine with that.

    I would highly recommend living at Times Square at Craig Ranch. I have enjoyed the time I have spent here.Staff: Excellent; The women are professional, prompt, and fun to be around. Each of them have wonderful personalities and care about you and your stay here. I cannot say enough about the staff; the leasing process was made simple and very structured thanks to them. No surprises upon signing or leaving.Property and Unit: Very nice; I leased a one bedroom unit. I was very impressed with the cabinetry and flooring as well as the appliances. I was excited from the day I toured the grounds.Location: Perfect for thoes who like the city but rather stay outside of the hustle. Short drive to all large malls, business areas, and grocery centers. Also, directly across the street from TPC golf course and the Cooper Aerobic Center. Surrounding neighborhoods are pristine, and I really enjoyed walking through them. I always see groups cycling. Less than a mile away from The Ballfields at Craig Ranch, Dr. Pepper Star Center, and Michael Johnson Training Center.Price: You get what you pay for. Considering all of the amenities, location, maintenance and included utilities, I was honestly impressed by the price.Due to professional commitments, I am relocating to Houston. But, I didnt want to let my experience with Times Sq. not be heard. I will definitely look to resign if I return to the area.

    The key for our apartment wouldn’t work. After calling the “emergency” number with no response in 3 hours, we ended up staying at a hotel. In the morning, the front office staff helped us get into our apartment and explained to us that the maintenance man on call was not the regular person, who was on vacation. Management took care of our expenses and profoundly apologized for the unfortunate occurence. In spite of the inconvenience, we are pleased for the way they handled the situation afterwards.

    Worked with crystal to get applied the only downside is the site will adjust prices automatically so if you see something you like the price can change overnight. Move in experience has been good so far and am pleased with the overall experience, made a maintenance request for some minor issues which was handled quickly.

    Krys Perez is very helpful. Really looking to move into here. I just dont know about the alarms. Can anyone tell me if they fixed that issue? I work sometimes at 2am or 3am. Dont want to be kept awake because of alarms.
