    I want to say that I have had an excellent experience since I decided to move into this complex. I dont remember the names of all the girls in the office, but ALL of them are wonderful. I spoke with Taylor and Aubree, but there is also another girl whose name I dont remember who was very helpful. The complex is wonderful, clean, the 1 bedroom apartment is large enough for a couple. It is very quiet and there are several shops nearby. I just have to thank you because it has been great here.

    Saul is the best, anytime we need help he is quickly on it. He loves our dogs and they love him. He greets you with a smile and a hello every time I see him. He really makes you feel welcome, hes the best maintenance worker hands down

    The maintenance staff are always quick to fix something, respectful of property and friendly. Ariane and Sorel painted two walls for me today and they did an exceptional job. I cant say enough good things about the staff at MAA Stonebridge, Mckinney Texas.Taylor and Aubrey in the leasing office are respectful, kind and always helpful.

    I cant express enough of how amazing these ladies are that work at the office! They always jump on helping in any way possible. Super safe community and the maintenance staff are amazing as well. Always on site and very prompt and polite. If your looking for a great place to move to with amazing staff look here!

    After five years of living here, MAA Stonebridge Ranch continues to be a pleasant place to call my home. Quiet, safe, well managed and well maintained it remains the best kept secret in McKinney apartment living. shhhhhh

    We really like it here at MAA Stonebridge Ranch for many reasons. Its so peaceful and quiet all the time. The grounds are kept very well and there are lots of trees and plants around so it seems cozy and like a home instead of just plain like many apartments. I like how the apartment buildings look more like houses than boring buildings. The balconies of the apartments are big and the pool is lovely and clean. Service requests are taken care of very fast. No issues. The staff is great and its a very nice community, as well as being in a great location. We love it here.

    Have lived here almost a year, only moving because of personal reasons. The community is relatively quiet and theft is kept to a minimum. The manager and staff are helpful and friendly. The property is decently maintained considering how old it is. Maintenance has a quick turn around. The location is nice, easy to get around McKinney. Rent is pricey despite the actual property being dated, and the amenities are minuscule for the price you pay. However it has been a relatively nice place to live.

    The complex is very nice and well kept, I live right in front of the dog park so it’s ease of access for me and my dog. I’ve met a few of my neighbors and everyone is very kind and welcoming. The location itself is fantastic too, with grocery stores, restaurants, and a lake to walk at near by it’s an easy choice to stay here.

    Three months in and loving it. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The staff is absolutely great and very attentive. Much of my interactions have been with Taylor from my very first apt search and the viewing. Taylor is amazing! Great place, great amenities. The only thing I would say is I wish the pool was heated or a jacuzzi. Other than that it’s a great place to live. Shopping centers, restaurants, everything literally is right here in the area.

    I moved here in 2021 into a 2bd/2bath, the leasing agents were extremely helpful and I had no issues with my apartment, my elderly mother and I shared. It was convenient for her to get to all of her doctor appointments, and to be able to provide her with some freedom to walk over to the Tom Thumb next door. I recently downsized due to my mother relocating back to her home state and her home. I am now in a 1bedroom which I love. The area is convenient, although they are not your newer apartments, each person has their own preference. I also do not like large apartment complexes. The leasing staff has always been helpful and timely, with any request I have had.

    I am really enjoying living in MAA of Stonebridge apartments. The Maintenance staff is an important group who always do various tasks needed by our residents. They are fast responders and work quietly til their job is complete. I appreciate their efficiency every time. This is a really nice group of apartments.

    Stonebridge was one of the apartments I considered when moving to Texas, and unfortunately it was too far from my job so I went somewhere else - but I want to share how wonderful of an experience I had during my tour. Taylor, my leasing agent, was so fun and informative and the facilities were just beautiful. I almost regret not just dealing with the drive everyday. Thank you Stonebridge for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend :)

    Pleasant smaller apartment complex with mostly friendly staff and timely maintenance completion.Nice pool area, great for families with young children.A negative is noise from above floor, people walking etc. is easily heard in apartments below.Have overall enjoyed our time living here.

    I have lived here since Oct. 2021 and couldnt be happier with my decision. The management staff is incredible and they. If there is anything that is needed, they are on it. The maintenance team is amazing and extremely responsive. If you are looking to rent in McKinney, I highly recommend you check out MAA Stonebridge. I absolutely love it here and wouldnt think about leaving.

    Absolutely! Stonebridge Ranch Apartments in McKinney, Texas is a beautiful community to call home. The amenities, nearby schools, and shopping centers make it a great place to live. And let me tell you, Taylor is a rockstar! and so knowledgeable about the community, but she also has this amazing ability to make you feel like a best friend. Her warm and friendly demeanor creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Working with Taylor is like hanging out with your closest buddy. Highly recommended! 🌟💁‍♀️ I look forward to touring and getting to know this beautiful property even better!!

    Having lived here for almost 3 years I am very happy to write a current review. MAA Stonebridge Ranch community is a very pleasant place to live and has continued to improve throughout my time here. The neighborhood respects one anothers privacy, yet we look out for those around us. Office staff are very friendly and reply quickly to any concerns. Maintenance calls are always handled quickly and efficiently. The workers are friendly and communicative, always cleaning up after work completed. The property is well taken care of and new scrubs and plants are updated often. The surrounding area has so much to offer with restaurants and shopping. The trees are beautiful in this area with sidewalks for easy access to exercise, or just get out to enjoy walking around. The location offers a remote vibe while still being very accessible to tollroads and freeways to travel the metroplex. Living in apartments always has its challenges with so many people living in one building, and whenever you can find a place with very minimal issues it is worth its weight in gold! I am very appreciative for all MAA does to keep their residents happy!

    This place is absolutely adorable! My boyfriend and I toured it before we made our move to Colorado for my work! We would’ve absolutely moved here if we didn’t move states!! The views are gorgeous and the people are so kind! Taylor at MAA was so incredibly helpful as well she made our days!!

    I have loved calling this place home for the past 3 years! The complex is always kept clean and is very quiet, the office was great to work with and maintenance was very helpful whenever we had any issues. We loved our apartment and the amenities provided!

    Update: it has been 3 years now, and we still love it here.Management and staff have changed since many of the reviews here were written. Ive lived here with my wife for almost a year now and we absolutely love it.Every staff and maintenance member I have met were great. Friendly, helpful, and good at what they do.Ive submitted two maintenance requests since Ive lived here. You can do it online, and things were fixed in just a few days.Valet trash seemed like an annoying expense at first--now its a luxury, especially living on the third floor.Management seems to be updating things and improving the property. Since weve lived here, theyve built a little dog park next to our building that gets a lot of use. Im also aware that they are updating many of the apartments.Only major downside for me: having to pay for cable, even though I dont have a television. We also both work in Frisco, so we may end up moving for that reason. Overall though, its a great place to live, in a great neighborhood, and prices are extremely reasonable considering the area.

    Stonebridge was one of my top choices when I first started looking at apartments. Immediately after meeting some of the staff (specifically Taylor) I was sold, and knew I wanted to move here. Taylor provided exceptional service and helped reduce the stress of finding and moving into a new apartment significantly. I would give this apartment complex 10 stars if I could, but 5 will have to suffice.

    I am really happy with my new home. we moved from out of state Vicky Hurst at the front desk help me through with my application and went above and beyond to move us in. she was so wonderful with little details like grocery stores, restaurants, in our new neighborhood. I am single mom with a twelve year old boy. Alex and Toby the maintenance gentlemen did not hesitate to give us a hand when they saw us trying to move a big item around. I am just really blessed to have new wonderful people around me and my son.

    I lived in this complex from January 2021 through November 2021, moving only because of my financial situation. I very much enjoyed living here.4/5 Stars because of the gates, custodian work, and age of buildings.The phone call function of the gates was unreliable. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldnt. I worked with the office on the issue but they were unable to resolve it. You are also only issued one gate key, which can be frustrating.A neighbor dropped a bag of groceries on our stair well and it ended up covered in glass and tomato sauce. Maintenance assured us that they would clean the area, but they never did. I ended up spending a weekend using watering pots, a broom, and a bunch of towels to clean it as best I could for safetys sake, but I was very disappointed by maintenances failure to do so.Due to the age of the buildings, there were some parts on my balcony that couldnt be replaced. Didnt really bother me, but notable.Im sure you are reading reviews looking for concerns so thats what I began with, but I have many good things to say!The location is wonderful. The whole area is friendly and gorgeous, and you have a Fire Station less than 200ft away. Adriatica attracts lots of events and fun activities, and the lake is very picturesque. There is also a small creek and wooded area running along the outside of the property. If you get an apartment facing it, you can hear the running water and birds year-round. Its lovely.Following the Winter Storm last year, I had damage to my heater that maintenance fixed within the day; other than that, nothing broke during my time here and the apartment was very nice.

    Love this property! Moved here for a year for work and so glad I landed here. The amenities are awesome and the maintenance team is super responsive/ knowledgeable. Same with the office staff. It’s well taken care of and a lovely spot to call home!

    The move-in process with the front office and the sales manager went very smoothly. All questions and pre-move-in concerns were answered, quickly. After move-in, any immediate concerns were, also, answered, quickly. The apartment was clean and ready to move into on time. The neighbors around us have been quiet and polite, thus far. The gym and amenity center are well maintained and clean. The gym actually has some really nice and professional equipment in it.Now, for the nitpicky bad parts which are unsatisfying considering the cost of rent in a luxury apartment. The appliances are functional if a bit basic, but much like the countertops and cabinetry throughout, they could seriously use some updating. The counters especially are built with the most basic of materials and tend to stain quite easily. Otherwise, the kitchen is functional and in working order, but seriously lacing in storage or shelving especially for pantry accessibility.Two things which are upsetting especially if you work from home or do a lot of your online classes from home is the fact that the apartments are lacking in some electronic and electrical updates which were advertised to be present in al the apartments prior to move-in. They seriously need some modern updating in this regard, as well. For example, the apartments are supposed to have high speed internet access, and that is technically true. Your internet is provided by Spectrum when you move in with an easy self-installation kit. However, there are outdated phone line jacks in every room (RJ11 ports) which serve no purpose whatsoever unless you intend on having a land-line in every single room. There are no high-speed internet ports or RJ45 jacks which should be in every room, instead. The office manager said it was up to Spectrum to come out and install such jacks in the wall for people who had to have electronic devices connected directly to the internet instead of through WIFI. Spectrum on the other hand said that they do not do that sort of installation, and it was up to the apartment to already be wired for that. The solution we had to come up with was to run 50-100 foot expensive ethernet cables from the centrally located router to any computers or electronics which needed them.Another oversight which is a bit annoying is the fact that the bedrooms have a wall switch which is meant to control an outlet on the wall instead of a normal ceiling light. However, in one of the bedrooms, the intended light switch in question is not wired up to any single outlet at all, and there is no other light source in the room. I have tried and double-checked every single outlet in the room several times to verify this fact. I have a switch which does absolutely nothing on my wall.Other than those few things which do not justify the moderate cost of the rent expense, the apartments overall are descent and well maintained.
