Im a relative newcomer, having moved in about three months ago, and Ive had a pleasant experience here so far. In this review, Ill include some downsides and critiques for the sake of transparency for potential renters, but overall, Im happy with MAA Sierra Vista and would recommend living here.The maintenance team stands out as being unusually good and responsive to issues. There were minor problems when I moved in. These included a problem with the bathtub drain/stopper, a sticky patio door, and a window blind in the bedroom that had been damaged. These were addressed quickly after I reached out to the office.I can see from other reviews here that Wesley with maintenance is mentioned a lot. Wes, thanks for your professionalism and good work. Miranda at the front office has also been great since I first arrived, responding to inquiries quickly and professionally.I feel the rent is reasonable. I appreciate that the apartments are gated, which makes me feel safer. Theres a gym and a pool.The location is fantastic, at least for me. Its right across the street from a grocery store, restaurants, and a doctor’s office, and not too far from downtown or I-35.Other downsides to be aware of:* Parking is competetive, at least in my area/lot, particularly in the evenings when everyones home. I was able to get around that by paying for a parking space, which is probably worth it if you decide to live here.* Of the two areas, the one further from the main road is noticeably quieter during the day.In summary, this is one of the nicest places Ive lived, in large part because of a courteous and obviously hardworking staff.

I have enjoyed my time living here. The office personnel are always so helpful (and smiling) and maintenance requests are promptly answered! The grounds are kept nice and the community is pretty quiet. I have recommended this location several times. Excellent job guys!

Great community. Its nice and quiet, and maintenance responds to every issue Ive had, very promptly. The gym is nice, and the staff in the office are always friendly and willing to help with anything that comes up. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the finish work on a newly renovated apartment I moved into, but this place is great.

The maintenence team is 100 % professional and friendly get things within one day ! The property is well maintained throughout! I have no issues with neighbors and it is quite and family friendly ! The only thing is I think they need to add a pool for such a big place but my rent didnt go up to much when I signed my lease so I can deal with that! ..

I love living here. It is convenient, near everything that I need. I35 is a few minutes away. The complex is well-kept. There is plenty of parking. As far as safety I feel safe. The staff I professional and respectful. Only once I needed maintenance they responded quickly. Thank you MAA Sierra Vista.

Wes, John, and Mike have all had to do some kind of repair in my unit. They were all very nice and showed up within less than 24 hours. When the burner blew out in my oven, on a Saturday, after 7pm. Mike showed up less than a hour later, with the part needed, and had my oven working again in less than 30 minutes.John got my ice maker up and working.Wes got my garbage disposal up and running and fixed a few other issues I hadn’t called in. All in all I’m above satisfied with the maintenance teams work and wonderful response time.

I’ve lived here for almost 3yrs now. It’s a relatively safe place to live, it’s clean, maintenance is great (work requests have been completed within a day). Staff is always helpful.

Just moved in! This place is such a cozy older apartment. The staff have been kind, friendly, & helpful. Their communication is stellar & very detail oriented. These are things I love when moving into a space!Moreover, moving in I had a few things I noticed that needed fixing.. no big deal. They fixed them up within my first few days living here. Everyone is helpful to answering my questions & making the time to really pay attention to my needs. I truly appreciate thier effort! It makes me feel like I choose the right spot.Vincent, the manager, alongside the rest of the staff, really helped with making everything easy to apply, tour my new apartment, & introduce me to what is offered. Wesley, the maintenance, alongside their staff, made sure I knew everything I needed to know how this older apartment worked, which honestly I wouldnt have figured out on my own. I can not emphasize enough how grateful I am for this wonderful little haven. Theyre making it happen with all the good vibes.. bringing peace of mind to this little soul starting a new journey in this new home.Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Really really enjoyed living in this complex! If I could I would give 10/10 they are very professional & courteous personnel their maintenance team is always doing something to keep up with the apartment and how it looks ! They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and get it done for you! If I wasn’t moving I would definitely renew another year or two! Relaxed community, friendly neighbors. Responsive staff. Jessica is wonderful. Clean pool. Maintenance takes care of any issues in our apartment in a timely manner. Moved in and the apartment looks nice. I do enjoy living here. Gates keep breaking lately and haven’t received my gate fob since we moved in in July. Not really a deal breaker for me, but would be appreciated. Gym equipment needs a bit of regular maintenance. I noticed recently the garbage issue might be contended with by the property management. It’s been tidy lately.Since I’ve been here, I’ve notice the dumpsters will not be full, yet there’s trash placed outside of it? Why???

As a former resident (14 month lease) I will have to say we absolutely loved living here. The neighbors are great, there are a TON of families and noise levels are always low. We always had our maintenance requests fulfilled immediately, and the ladies in the front office were beyond kind to us. Thank you guys for the amazing experience.

This is solely based on the leasing half of the experience. Its my first time getting into an apartment complex and Amber made it so amazingly smooth and easy for us. She answered all of our questions and e-mails literally the same day they were asked and we got everything settled and approved in TWO days. Were hoping that our live in experience is just as amazing, we got a spacious floor plan in an amazing location and were hoping the next year will be great!

I moved in Aug 2019. There was office staff, but no property manager on site. We experience some big issue, but at the same tome Deedra came on as property manager. She was on those issues! We had to move out of our apartment for a few days and she took care of the issues as fast as she could and refund my out of pocket hotel stay and compensated us for the inconvenience!Any issue that have come up since have been resolved in a timely manner.The maintenance staff is friendly and efficient and I’ve always enjoyed the company of the two leasing agents Jessica and Brandy.So, if you see there were issue in the past, it might be right, but they have gotten them corrected and have the right staff on board now.

I am living here since 6 months with my friends. Its good place to live for students and bachelors the one and only problem over here i believe its major problem but if our in before 8 pm you will get the place for parking for sure.The maintenance good though and every one in lease office are good with there work, especially JERRY he is the man with smile on his face very keen to his work and response.

Ive enjoyed living here! Nice neighbors, never had many problems with the apartment itself. Sure, crime is getting worse in round rock so hopefully they continue to keep the gates functional. I just wish having friends over was a bit easier without worrying about them getting towed. That website is a hassle.

The team at CV at Sierra Vista is great! Im going on my second year living here and theyre so responsive to any question I have or maintenance ticket I put in. The apartments are clean, provide solid amenities and is in a pretty great location. Its close to IH-35, SH-45, and I-130 so you can where you need to pretty quick. Id recommend for sure.

Living here for almost a year now. Great value for the price. Gated community, quiet most of the time, people tend to keep it to themselves. Requests are quick to be worked on. A few hiccups here and there (visitor parking, MAA connect fee) but not every place can be perfect. Rating 5 stars solely for the price and crew who quickly worked on my requests.

It was a day like one of the many that we live here in this country, a day of great stress and a tireless search to find a cozy place to turn into a home,,,and so without expecting it we arrived in Sierra Vista,,what The first thing we found was an educated young woman with a great desire to help and calm our desperate desire, there were already 3 condominiums visited but without a doubt, God wanted us to enter this one, and here I am now, as a member of this great family that we are inhabitants of Sierra Vista, here I not only found a nice home where I felt comfortable and protected, but I found my true peace.My second visit was already a little faster, my desire to move was visible to everyone and my insistence on knowing the day of the move could see results a little hastily, I arrived and the cheerful young woman who had welcomed me the first day was in her room. lunch time, but I did not feel alone, because despite my difficulty understanding the man because I am not good with English, kindness does not understand languages, even under my anxiety I sat down and enjoyed a refreshing water because I do not drink coffee, after a while While waiting, I was attended to by the young woman and, very grateful, I went out to finish preparing everything for my long-awaited day. After a few hours had passed, my opinion of the young woman would increase even more, because in the midst of all my despair I had forgotten my wallet with all my documents. all of which were returned to me without difficulty.From that moment I knew that this was the place,, a thousand thanks to God first for putting me in this beautiful and cozy place but also for giving me the joy of knowing you, Congratulations 👏My recommendation is the following, if you are looking for a quiet and cozy place, you came to the right one, dont think twice...Blessings
