    Really nice complex. The staff is always helpful, responsive and respectful. Maintenance is very responsive as well. It’s quiet and literally a 5 min walk to HEB and many popular restaurants, banks,etc. I love it here. Mrs Jackie is the best, she made my move in process very smooth and easy !!! She was very informative and I loved that about her. I would definitely recommend this property for your next home !!! And definitely recommend Mrs Jackie as your leasing consultant!!

    I recently had a wonderful interaction with Jackie, a leasing agent, and I couldnt be more impressed with her professionalism and dedication.     Wanted to wait a couple months since move-in before writing my review to get a true feel of the place. I am so pleasantly impressed by everything here. The application, review and lease signing process was fairly easy, even with a few wrinkles I threw at them. Sometimes the reply rate wasnt the quickest, but that wasnt a big deal to me. Upon move-in, the place was clean top to bottom, and so much bigger in person than you can tell in the website photos or virtual tours - to me a huge plus. Everything works, and was well maintained. Have had a few maintenance requests since moving in, nothing major and all were handled quickly and with good service. I enjoy the neighborhood, everyone has been nice, facilities are in great shape. Crickets have been an annoying issue, often finding there way into the front door. Not really the complexes fault, just consider your environment - Ive used some bug killer and thats been better. Customer service has been top tier though, and have had amazing service especially from Jackie Feliciano, Leading Consultant. She was always pleasant and very accommodating/helpful. Hoping the good stay continues!

    We had such a lovely experience touring with Jackie!! She was so knowledgeable about the property, the units, and was just such a joy to be around!! She definitely made MAA Round Rock feel like a community and a family that anyone would want to be a part of!! The property itself is very well kept, the amenities feel luxurious and it’s close to everything one may need! We were so impressed with this property and it’s staff!! 5 stars!!

    Shout outs to Jackie who helped me move in and with a ton of stuff since!I moved in a couple months ago, and wanted to wait before reviewing. The apartment was clean upon moving in (I believe even with new carpet), and Ive had no issues with noise. While theres been some bugs, pest control swiftly took care of them! The community feels very homey compared to many other apartments Ive lived in/toured. There is a walking path with older-growth trees and plenty of plants and you can tell many of the residents have been here a long time. There is an HEB within walking distance, and a bus stop even closer. You can hear the train go by sometimes and some of the traffic from 79 but personally it hasnt bothered me.I would recommend this apartment complex, its older but very well maintained. A much better deal than a lot of those newer places opening up and cutting corners to maximize profit.

    My husband & I moved here in 2021 & we had Jackie assist us. She was so courteous over the phone & in person.She explained everything thoroughly & offered her assistance in any way to make our move go smoothly. Any requests for maintenance-which were few were, taken care of promptly. We have no complaints. We highly recommend you ask for Jackie!

    Beautiful place. Clean, quiet and great location. Jackie and Tricia went out of their way to get our application approved. They were very friendly and professional. Apartments are lovely good space and amenities. Everything works great. Maintenance team is very friendly and professional and attends to service calls promptly. Im glad to live at CG @ Round Rock.     I lived in these apartments for about three years. They have lots of grass, plants, and trees. There is a nice playground for the kids. The pool, gym, and mailbox areas are always accessible and kept pretty clean. Overall, it was a great experience living at MAA. The management is nice and cooperative. They would resolve your service requests, mostly instantly. The only drawback is the trash compactor, which was mostly dirty because the tenants used to not throw the trash inside the compactor but left it here and there near the compactor.

    Jackie Feliciano was amazing! She went over and beyond when I came looking for an apt late in the day on Friday after 5pm. She was just as friendly as could be and willing to show me property and apartment when I knew it was close to her day ending.     Honestly, one of the coziest apartments I have been in since moving to Austin. Space vs value is great plus the HEB across the street is a nice perk nearby. Maintenance folks are chill and been responsive during the war on the crickets.I love not having Trash Butler. That service was more pain than perk at other apartments.

    I just want to say the apts are extremely good and most importantly plse ask for JACKY. She is one person that makes you think if someone loves the job they do, this is how they do . It was after working hours but she has been sooo polite and has explained about every single detail. She gave us a guided tour. My wife and kid loved the way she explained about everything .

    I dont even know where to begin Ive enjoyed living here. Mrs. Jackie in the office is fantastic Ive rented 2 units with MAA Round Rock. Mrs.Jackie has helped me through the whole process and pretty much anything Ive needed living here.Also, I can not forget to mention the Property Manager Tricia who will make sure if youre having any issues with your property big or small that she will get them resolved promptly.Honestly, all the ladies in the office are fantastic! However, these 2 are my favorite.Im going to miss living here and you ladies continue to stay Wonderful!I highly recommend leasing with MAA Round Rock the Apartment units are Beautiful and Spacious, and the location is great.     So it’s almost renewal time, and I’m on the hunt for a bigger space. I just had to hit up my fave in the office, Jackie Feliciano! She helped get me secure my first apartment here 2 years ago and has been such a great resource in helping find me the perfect new unit here at the apartment complex. I can’t say enough when it comes to the apartment staff here, and their urgency when it comes to any of my apartment needs.     I found myself needing an apartment urgently and MAA Round Rock was the only place willing to work with me in a short moving window. I worked with Jackie and she was like an Angel and helped me with EVERYTHING I could possibly need to move in quickly and smoothly. It was the easiest move I have ever had and within days they made sure I was good to go. The community is beautiful, full of mature trees and grass. They take care of the grounds and amenities so well and I love being here. It’s an active community that always has kids playing and people walking their pups. It’s incredibly safe with courtesy officers on site and it’s just a great place to live! Huge shoutout to Jackie for helping me find my home and Sandra for helping me get everything set up!!

    *UPDATE… It is almost renewal time again and I will definitely be staying at MAA Round Rock. I continue to have a wonderful living experience here from the apartment itself, to the maintenance staff, and the office staff, mostly credited to Jackie Feliciano. The amount of care and personal attention Jackie continues to give is unmatched to any other leasing consultant I have ever worked with and I have been renting apartments for over 21 years. More than happy to be extending my time here and very grateful to have Jackie’s support along the way!Original post: I moved here from Chicago in 2022 and I recently just renewed my lease for another year. I have lived in apartments most of my adult life and I have to say I am the most satisfied and happiest here. The office staff is great, and I have to give special kudos to Jackie Feliciano specifically. She made everything easy for us since day one and continues to be great anytime I reach out to her with a need or question. The maintenance staff here is also amazing!! They are very responsive, thorough, quick and always so kind! I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the office or maintenance staff here. I love my apartment and the location of this community is practically perfect. Everything I need is within a 3-5 mile radius. My only small complaint is the tenants in our community itself… all dog owners need to do better at picking up after their dogs!!! The property staff can only do so much, the onus is on the dog owners to be more responsible when it comes to this. Other than that, I would highly recommend MAA to anyone looking for a great apartment community to live in.

    I want to say first and foremost that I do not live here. However, my girlfriend does and she is going through a transfer from one apartment to another. Its a very stressful time but she has been saying that Jackie in the office has been exceptional. She has made this transition very smooth and has helped in every way she can every step of the way. I am very grateful that the office stay has been so helpful in ways I cant be. I would definitely consider renting here myself solely based on the feedback I have heard about the office. (Also amazingly beautiful property and apartment.)

    Ive been here for about 8 days now and this is hands down the best, most quiet property Ive lived in for the past few years of being in the Austin and surrounding areas. The leasing process was very smooth and quick, and my unit was available to me by the next day. There were minor issues that needed addressed in the unit which were fixed within hours of having raised them to the office. Very spacious units, I cant stress enough how QUIET it is, although were close to a major road. I am so thankful for this home and for the staff that helped make this happen for me.     MAA Round Rock is a great place to live. Jackie made our move SO SMOOTH. She was so sweet and accommodating in all things for us. She broke down in detail everything and was available to answer all our questions when we needed her. She is truly amazing. The property overall is beautiful & I was so happy at move in. Our apartment is a beautiful 909 with vaulted ceilings and we couldn’t be happier. We’re 2 weeks in our new home and we love it!

    Just recently signed my lease. The application process was easy. Sandra was amazing to work with. She answered all my questions followed up to make sure that my apartment search was going good and invited me to apply after doing a self walk-through. She was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. The communication was the key point to decide to move to the property. The apartment has an easy to get to filter for the AC a built-in desk next to the kitchen a nice patio area. The only downside is Carpet in the bedroom on the downstairs unit but that was a personal preference. The property is close to different restaurants and H-E-B plus market, its quickly accessible down the stretch from interstate Highway 35. The property is also pet friendly. They have a gym and a big pool as well as a dog park and the playscape for kids. The property also has a trail around the property for walks. They also have a car station with the vacuum. The trash has to be taken to the trash compactor in the front of the property.

I came in looking for a 3 bedroom, there were none available at the time, however She took the time out of her busy schedule to show me their 2 bedroom layouts and used her knowledge of the complex to in order for me to get an idea of what the 3 bedroom floor plans look like.

    This place was not in my price range so thats the only reason Im not still there. But if you do find yourself Here the front office people takes care of you. They treat you like your there family. Miss Jackie is amazing at her job. Miss Jennifer has such a great work ethic. She talked to me like I was a family member of hers, the way she takes care of that place is worth every penny you put into your Apt. My only beef i would say is some of the residents are lazy and will not pick up after their dogs. And the lady I leaved next to smokes cigarettes for breakfast lunch and dinner and you can smell smoke as soon as you open your door.. but besides that this is a great place to stay. 10 out 0f 10.

    I had the chance to talk to the lovely Mrs. Jackie and she was an absolute blessing. She went completely out of her way to do so much for me, talk with me, and show me around. I havent had any experience with any other apartment complex where I immediately felt just completely at home and comfortable. Not only are the apartments beautiful, but on our golf cart ride around, she was so involved with other tenants, and it was just so lovely. If you are looking for apartments, I highly, highly recommend talking to Jackie. I seriously couldnt thank her enough.

    I moved here back in September and have been here for about a month now and I just absolutely LOVE IT compared to where I last lived. Staff is super proactive about your needs , and management team is super sweet especially Jackie ! As far as my move in goes my apartment was clean and smelt good! So SUPER PLUS for not having to do extra work upon move in. Everything was dusted including fans which are one of my BIGGEST pet peeves haha so kudos to this property for being absolute rockstars at there jobs!!!

    My husband and I came down to Round Rock, TX on 5/22/21, we sat down and spoke with Jessica. She was a wonder to talk to, she answered and explained everything that we needed just in short time, she was kind and courteous. Excellent customer service. Even the tour of the apartment was a wonderful experience.On 05/24/21, my husband and I decided this is where we are going to call home and raise our family. We applied for our apartment and cannot wait to be apart of this community. Along with that we also had the opportunity to speak with Rachel and Jackie, they were just as welcoming to us, fun and excited for us.The whole team was a joy!!!!!!

    As my tenure here comes to a close, Id like to share my close to 5yrs in the community. From the very beginning Ms Jackie has been amazing, and she is a true GEM for this property. Honestly, I never got to know any other person in the office- as I had no need to go in the office unless it was for filters or pick up packages. When I did come into the office, each of the ladies were very friendly. I used the pool a few times, and I did utilize the gym (nice selection of equipment); however, kids like to play in there and it messes with the flow of your work out at times but hey, is what it is. My particular unit when I moved in, came with TONS of flaws, which I noted at time of move-in and took pics of. So, I am interested to see and hope move- out will not be a challenge. The community is quiet for the most part, but lord knows my neighbors have arguments from time to time which can be quite loud (no I didnt report it- I dont think any of us have- we just deal with it). It is pet friendly, and there are instances where there is feces in more places than others (I really really wish that people would be good pet parents, but hey what can we do). The grass from the front to the start of the pet park is green as it wants to be- then you come to the back and it looks like that forbidden land on the lion king- deserted and ugly. So, I really wish we had that pretty stuff too back there (cosmetics, I know-- picky right). Overall, my experience here has been decent, no big qualms. Only reason I am leaving after several years, is the rent increases. I have had 2 big ones and I just cannot afford to stay. Id recommend these apartments to people if they have the $$ to afford them. Thank you all for being great :)

    We have lived here for 5 years now. Based on my personal experiences, Colonial Grand is wonderful and for the most part very quiet. The amenities, such as the clunhouse, pool and gym are really nice. As far as the leasing office staff, I have not had to reach out to them often but they are always very welcoming anytime I need to go in for something or have a question. Rachel, the leasing office manager is absolutely AMAZING. She is always on top of any maintenance requests or concerns and quick to reply to emails. The maintenance team is also on top of it, too. They are extremely friendly, professional, and do a great job of trying to resolve any issues I have had quickly. Especially when my AC has gone out in the middle of summer. This community is located in a fantastic area with lots of returants and a one stop shop grocery store. Lots of places are within walking distance if you want to grab a quick bite to eat or pop into HEB (grocery store). Schools in this area are also not too bad. Robertson Elementary has some wonderful teachers and administrative staff and Hernandez Middle School has a fantastic administrative staff (principal, vice principals and counselors are top notch) and teachers. Despite it not being a gated community, over all, this Colonial Grand is safe, quiet and the apartments are well maintained.

    The first thing I look for when I walk into a place is if I feel welcomed...and you definitely will at Colonial Grand RR. The office staff here is amazing! They all go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. I am going on my 3rd year and transferring this year to a smaller apt. And wouldnt want to live anywhere else.     We renewed our 3rd lease this summer. When looking for a new home in RR then, Jackie was more than accommodating. We fell in love with the property, the team amd the interiors were exactly what we needed. We decided we needed more room amd transferred to a 3 bedroom on site at the end of our 1st lease. Again, Jackie was our go to and made the transition effortless. I love the MAA connect package (internet/cable/HBO) because it is one less bill I have to keep track of and with the speed we get we are actually saving money. The community is well kept, the service team is quick to assist with maintenance requests and the amenities are great. Rachel and Jennifer make up the management team and are so sweet and kind that my kids enjoy going to the office to let them see our dog. I recommend this place to anyone I know looking!

    Very quiet and clean place. Its convenient that it has dog waste stations everywhere. (I have a dog) The move-in process was smooth. Actually, Jackie went above and beyond to help me with the move-in process. I appreciate her very much! So far its been great living here. :)

    Wanted to brag on how awesome our community is! Our AC unit stopped working around 12am tonight. We were burning up at 85 degrees and unable to sleep. I called maintenance thinking I would have to suffer through it until the morning or even Monday, since this happened on a Friday night. To my surprise, I received a call back within 5 minutes and Jose, one of our friendly maintenance men was at my door within the hour. Mind you this was at 2am. He did a quick AC system flush and had us cooling off within 2 hours of my call. He did all this with a smile on his face! I am very very grateful for our wonderful office staff and maintenance men! Thank you sincerely for all you do!! Colonial Grand is the best!!!

    We have lived here for 4 years, now going on 5. Colonial Grand at Round Rock is incredible! Rachel M. is by far the best property manager. She genuinely cares about the residents and will work with you if you ever have any issues. Jennifer, Jackie, the office staff and maintenance staff are also amazing. They are all so kind, professional, thoughtful, and very responsive. Maintenance goes above and beyond, they quickly address any issues you may have. Our ac went out about a year ago, and maintenance came at 2am to try and troubleshoot, and gave us not 1, but 2 window units for our second floor apartment to help keep it comfortable until they could service it properly. The grounds are well maintained. Everyone is so friendly that works here and lives here. It truly feels like a community here! Before Covid 19 they held different little get togethers or vendor fairs. The pool is always well maintained and clean. The gym is awesome, just wish they had some blinds for the windows so the sun isnt blinding you on the treadmill lol. The clubhouse is so nice too! I love the little business center in there to use a computer and print as needed. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. We have never had any issues in our 4 years of living here. Community is well kept, beyond amazing office staff, probably the best property manager ever, and fabulous maintenance! We feel like a valued resident, not just another number here❤

    I lived at these apartments for 7 years. My wife and I just bought a house, so we are no longer at the apartments. Our years at this property were very good. Great location, good management, overall very good property at which to live. They arent inexpensive, but then with the market the way it is in Round Rock, no apartments are.This property is very quick to respond to any issues that arise with the apartment, and almost always had things taken care of within hours of my asking for help. I had a 2 bedroom / 2 bath downstairs apartment, and it must have really been insulated well, because my normal utility bill was around $35-$45, and I liked it very cool in my apartment in the summer. I hardly ever had to turn on my heater.I would live here again if I were in the market for an apartment. Highly recommended.

    I’ve lived here for about 3-4 years and love it. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space and the first floor apartments have these great Harry Potter closets to store things. The front office has always been really nice as well as the maintenance crew.

    Great experience living here. I lived in building 20 in the back of the community it was very quiet. The office staff is very friendly and they even give out giftcards for best patio. The apartment was bigger than most others in the market and they have dog park for our 4 legged family member.

Sadly the rent is high so I am looking for other places, but I highly recommend this complex and am so sad to leave.

    The service is prompt and quick. The trash compactor works very well. Some people probably choose (poorly) to leave their trash outside of the compactor.
