    Our apartment is very spacious and we received it in good condition. The maintenance staff has been friendly and has responded quickly to minor service requests. They seem to be very active in maintaining the community. I like that there is a lot of well-kept grass, although itd be great if they add some bushes in front of the apartments. The hallways in my building are clean, I like that no one leaves trash bags in front of their door (thanks for not having Valet Trash service). We have not seen any cockroaches, which is very good. They are doing maintenance and cleaning the pool. The gym is clean and has good equipment, although the stair climber has been out of service for weeks, hopefully it will be repaired soon. Management has been respectful, they send SMS messages to let me know that I received USPS packages in the leasing office, I think they make good use of technology. We live comfortably in this community, after having seen many apartments and living here for 3 months we are happy to have chosen MAA Quarry Oaks.

    I came to tour with my sister and as someone who works in customer service I can say I was very impressed with our visit. Cassie was the leasing agent and she was super helpful and informative. My lease is up later this year and I can say Ill be coming back to work with her. My friend and I loved the apartments and the amenities were super convenient. HEB is next door. We briefly met another girl in the office, Sileasha, who was learning but also extremely helpful.

    I recently had the maintenance team (Fred) install a microwave in my apartment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. He arrived on time, fully prepared with the necessary tools, equipment, and quickly got to work.Not only did he install the microwave securely and correctly, but he also took the time to explain how to use it and ensure it was functioning properly before he left. He cleaned up afterwards, leaving the area spotless.What really stood out was his friendly demeanor and willingness to answer any questions I had. It’s clear he takes pride in providing top notch service. This experience has made me feel even more confident about living here, knowing that the maintenance team is so reliable and skilled.Thank you for making this process smooth and hassle-free Fred!

    Words can’t express how Thankful I am to be here. I moved to Austin a few weeks ago. From my 1st initial call with MAA, I was welcomed and the customer service from the individuals in the leasing off were amazing. I did a virtual Tour with Kat who was extremely sweet and helpful. Everything was taken care of before I got to Austin; which was great because I was 6 hrs away. They made the entire process seamless. Once I got here, the minor things noticed was fixed immediately. The maintenance Men I did meet were Fred and Steven. Two incredible individuals that worked extremely fast in resolving my maintenance request. Also to add, they were complete Gentleman. I have already started using the amenities and the gym is my favorite spot. I am extremely happy to be a resident at MAA Quarry Oaks. I feel safe here due to being in a gated community. Smart Locks and everything can be controlled by your phone. Incredible! It’s super quiet. The walls are THICK. I’ve never heard a neighbor next door. I love my Apartment. Thank you for everything.

    I am glad I chose this place as my residence moving to Austin. The staff is amazing beyond words can describe. The neighbors are great. The amenities are spot on. The overall experience of living here was the easiest choice made when moving from another state. 10/10 recommend.

    Have been living here for a couple months now! I love this place! It’s very peaceful & is located in a nice neighborhood!     I’m a past resident here and I really enjoyed my apartment while I was here. Never had to call maintenance much, really cozy place to live. Chris in the front office helped me out a lot today I accidentally had my baby shower dress sent here instead of my new apartment and was going to be in a world of trouble if I didn’t get it in time! He held onto it for me and saved the day! Thanks Chris!

    Id give a 4.5 star review. I lived here for 2 years and I enjoyed it. My apartment had upgrades like the cabinets and floors. I had carpet in my living room, dining room and bedroom. Theres minor issues that does occur from time to time but overall my experience was good. Nothing is perfect so give grace. Maintenance is top tier for sure. They respond quickly to service requests. The location is great. Neighbors wasnt too bad. Mostly quiet neighborhood. I love the different community events they have every month. The building I stayed in didnt have issues with package thieves. I would recommend these apartments for the most part. Also, do expect a rent increase every renewal thats likely to be $200 & up.

    Pros:- Staff is great;- The complex is fully gated;- Walking distance to HEB and local restaurants/bars;- Monthly activities.Cons:- Noisy fridge;- Stolen packages;- Building numbers are small and sometimes behind a tree;- You have no choice, but to get Spectrums cable + wifi;- Dumbbells from the gym went missing for months (the complex sent an email asking whoever stole them, to return);- There were squirrels in the attic (after 3 attempts, I gave up asking the complex to take care of them).I lived there for 2 years and I had a good time overall

    The actual place is pretty good.Milk-toast?Is that the right phrase?Regardless it isnt going to drive me into a Yellow Wallpaper type psychosis, so it is as the kids say aight.Have had occasional issues with maintenance but the communications staff handles all of it very professionally. (Particularly Kat Brown)

    Its a big modern society. Leasing office staffs are really coordinating, except a few.Good society for animal lover. I have spent 2 weeks here till now, and have had a pleasant stay other than the one listed below.For Indians eating Roti, it might be a little of concern as the stove that they provide are equipped with Sensor which makes it turn off without producing enough heat required for cooking Roti. Even if you request to make one stove available for Roti out of 4, they won’t listen (I have requested 2 times with no success). So, pls do keep that in mind.Update after a year: Got the stove burner fixed, it took time (around a month or 2, with multiple followups).

    Came to Quarry Oaks after a bad experience with a different complex, Kat was amazing. She explained the application process and how easy it was. They dont gouge you for all you have. The fees are charged one step at a time. $60 application fee per adult, if approved then your other fees are charged at move in. If youre not approved then thats it. I love the fact that the home is a smart home, with washer/dryer and your internet and cable. You can control everything from an app on your phone. The complex is calm and quiet. We hope to make this our home for a while.

    My wife and I have been apart of this community for years, but when we recently began the process of adopting a little one we knew we would need a larger space than we had. Unsure of where to start, we reached out to the leasing office and their quick and friendly response eased worries right away. Everyone we dealt with was so nice throughout the process. When it came to submitting application and making the move official, Megan worked with us and she was truly a standout. She went out of her way to make sure every step of the transferring process went smoothly, patiently answered all our questions, and was always more than happy to chat with us about anything that left us puzzled or concerned. Thanks to her, the whole leasing team, and the amazing maintenance crew, we now have a home thats exactly what we needed!

    12/10 recommend MAA Quarry Oaks on McNeil. I had to move in a pinch last year and Kat in the office was so sweet and accommodating with getting me into a perfect unit that fit my needs. I had a slight bug problem when I moved in (the unit had been unoccupied for some time before I got there so this is to be expected) but as soon as I told the office they prioritized the issue and it was completely fixed within days. Any maintenance issue I have had is immediately fixed and the maintenance staff is always so polite and friendly. They maintain the community so well, always clean and well attended to. Everyone in the office is always very polite and helpful anytime I have had to stop in. They take care of the pools which made for a great summer. A lot of people walk the complex in the evening and I’ve never had any issues with neighbors. Community feels very safe and is well lit at night. The location is perfect, next door to an H‑E‑B that somehow never feels busy, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, quick commute to Mopac, 183, and 35. If you’re considering this place, DO IT. If I wasn’t relocating to a new city, I would have stayed here a lot longer. Thank you for a wonderful last year in Austin, Quarry Oaks!

    We moved in about 2 weeks ago, and the community is already impressing us. We had a decision between this location and another, and the office staff (specifically Stephanie) were extremely helpful, informative, and welcoming. After dealing with a complex that is clearly mismanaged, this location was a dream come true. Its clean, quiet, and well maintained. The apartment itself (1 bedroom) is cozy, well insulated, and full of natural light. I cannot stress how wonderful it is to work with an office staff that is so helpful and kind. Ill update this review at a later date.*update* it’s been some of the best couple of months living here. The maintenance team is fast, efficient, and crazy friendly! They always wave when they pass by. We’ve had a couple of maintenance requests and none of them have gone on for very long because it’s always fixed. The front office staff remains in my mind as some of the best that I’ve ever encountered and everyone (including maintenance team) is COVID-Safe! I can’t think of a single reason why anyone wouldn’t want to live here, I’m recommending it to all my friends who are looking for a great place in North Austin

    UPDATE: 3 years later and still no complaints. We feel safe and at home here.Plenty of (non-reserved) parking.Absolutely love it here. Maintenance staff are very quick and responsive. We received a new washer/dryer upon move in. Stove had a minor issue and they replaced it quickly. Additionally, counter tops were installed in both kitchen and bathroom.The apartment layout is very open and spacious (1Bed/1Bath). We really like the landscaping and overall feel of the complex.Great amenities. The pools are always clean. The dog area is perfect for our Boxer, who needs to run around.We love it here and would recommend to anyone. We plan on renewing our lease when the time comes.

    I just wanna say real quick that the leasing team here is amazing, especially Kat. I needed to move in a quick and timely manner. Kat and her team were able to do this with ease and made the whole moving process very easy for me. They were very responsive to my emails/calls and were able to set me up with my apartment in just 1 day.On another note, since my move needed to be quick I put my trust on the leasing team that my apartment would be up to standard since I could not afford to come in person.My apartment looks amazing and I am completely satisfied.     I was at Colonial Village for 10 months and my experience there was generally positive.I saw a roach once. Pest control came two days later and sprayed. I never saw another one. Maintenance was generally fast and hassle-free. Leasing staff was friendly, helpful, and generally responsive.The pool isnt the cleanest thing in the world and a lot of the tenants are clearly not picking up after their pets. More often than not the gate is out of order and is just left open.The unit itself is fine, although the thermostat can be a little finnicky (its hard to get the temperature just right because the dial is so tiny.) There was plenty of space in my 1 bedroom apartment, but I wish a bit more of it had been allocated to the kitchen. I cook a lot and it was a little tricky with the limited counter space. Smoke occasionally wafted in from an adjacent unit.The location isnt terrible (although its still a decent hike from anything in central Austin.)I still rate Colonial Village 5 stars because it was generally pest-free, the utilities were reliable, and the property was reasonably priced. As far as Im concerned thats all the important stuff.

    I have lived here for the last year. I have not had one single problem in the time that I have been here. It is an extremely quiet complex and I have had the friendliest neighbors. The management is awesome and Megan was there every step of the way during our application and signing process. They girls at the office start to recognize you and are always super friendly. I have felt completely safe the entire time I lived here and did not have a single maintenance issue. Everyone is very respectable and minds their own business in this complex.I felt that it was very family friendly and there was never any trouble. There was only a few small issues, but the office was quick to notify all residents immediately. The office is awesome about letting you know when they need to come look at something or if someone will be entering your apartment for yearly checks. They also leave a note most of the time saying that they had been there.They apartments come with cable which was awesome and an alarm system set up in the case that you wanted to purchase security with an outside company. They office is always willing to answer any questions you have and the service you requested is almost always done within a few days of requesting it.The only complaint I had the whole time is that there is no fence around the back sewer drain, which is sometimes used as a dog play area by some residents. I wish that they would make it into a dog park since the area is so large.Over all I am extremely sad to be leaving this apartment complex due to rent increase in Austin. I have loved my experience here and I hope that you avoid the negative comments by past residents and give this apartment complex a try!

    Ive lived here for a year and enjoyed it. All the staff are very helpful and attentive, but especially Stephanie, who made me feel appreciated and happy to live here. The maintenance staff are quick at responding to requests and any emergencies. A minor comment I have is that the apartment and the buildings could use a fresh coat of paint, but I do know that they have been starting to update their older units. The community is quiet and safe, even at night. For the price, its a great option!

    I have very much enjoyed living here! When I first leased, I was under a little duress to get into somewhere I would enjoy, quickly! They were so patient and helpful.Now at the end of my current lease, they have greatly assisted me throughout the unit transfer process. I had lots of little hoops to jump through, decisions to make, and deadlines to hit.Collin and his team helped me the whole way through!The maintenance team was also very respectful and accommodating of my availability when it came to scheduling the completion of work orders and required walk thrus.Many thanks to everyone on this leasing team!

    Recently moved in and am so happy with my decision! Everyone has been super kind and helpful. Collin has gone above and beyond to make my move-in seamless and as stress free as possible. Every time I have a question I can count on a quick reply. The apartment is great too - so much natural light! The location is perfect being about 20 minutes from downtown and accessibility to pretty much any store you can think of. Definitely a great place to live!

    I LOVE IT !!!The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. Grocery Store(HEB), Gas Station, Bank, and Restaurants are walking distance.The rooms are fabulous and spacious, with a walk-in closet, large washer and dryer, and large oval tub in the bathroom. Nice sized windows in the living room, bedroom, and large balcony window that brings in a lot sunlight for my plants.The staff (including Maintenances) are Professional, Polite, and Kind with smiling faces.Finally, my community here is nice. And its pet friendly, too!

    I had an awesome experience touring the Quarry Oaks property with Megan. She was welcoming and attentive, and once she knew what I was looking for she really impressed me by how she was able to tailor the leasing options to precisely what I was looking for. She is a great listener, very professional, and provided me with excellent notes and visual references. I must have toured 12-15 properties in the Austin area and she by far provided one of the best experiences I had with a leasing consultant. Thank you very much for your help and hospitality!

    I have lived here for going on 10 years and have always been pleased. The maintenance staff is amazing and responds quickly to any and all breakdowns of kitchen appliances. They replaced an old refrigerator within 24 hours and a microwave that had been in this apartment also within less than 24 hours. They are friendly and very efficient. I would recommend this complex to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and SAFE place to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The grounds keeper keeps the courtyards and pools clean and beautiful. And the rent is very affordable and within good limits! Check them out!

    Im SUPER happy I made the decision to reside here. Collin has been AMAZING and so attentive. Move-in was a little stressful since there was a delay in carpet replacement and some maintenance requests that are taking a while to get fulfilled. Anytime Ive had something thats needed to be addressed, they are ON IT! But nonetheless, I couldnt be any happier. Moving from the luxurious Domain Northside, to a quiet & peaceful suburban apartment complex.. THE BEST choice Ive made this year. My unit feels so home-y and peaceful. So spacious and LOTS of storage... I feel like I actually have a great sense of space VS a 1b1b that was just way too small in the Domain. For the price as well, you get so much more out of living here, especially if youre someone who likes peace and quiet. This complex is RIGHT next to HEB, you can even walk if its something quick you need to pick up, its awesome to be able to pick up fresh groceries every few days, super nice residents too. I was struggling to carry/load some boxes into the recycling bin, and some nice men who were walking with a child stopped and helped me! Definitely staying for a few terms.     The leasing office staff and in particular Stephanie are amazingly warm, helpful and responsive. Having never rented an apartment during a pandemic I was a little worried how it would all go. But Stephanie instantly put my mind at ease, she answered all my questions, and there were a lot, quickly and personably. She provided me with virtual tour videos that gave me an excellent overview of the apartments and all their amenities. Throughout the whole process I felt that she had my best interest at heart, she made suggestions based on my criteria and I never felt pressured. So thank you to Stephanie and the rest of the leasing office staff for guiding me through, easing my mind and making me feel so welcome.

    This apartment complex has offered the best move-in experience yet! Not only do they update their information online often, they were also running move in specials. They make the approval process super fast and easy and are very flexible about allowing you to move in early or later then expected.Not only did they have a welcome package for me, they fulfilled all move in requests within the first couple days!! The maintenance team is so helpful and made sure to follow up afterwards. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to make you feel at home!!I highly recommend this property\management company!!

It gets 5 stars because there were no issues that were not addressed while I lived there.*Disclaimer: I have never given any apartment community this many stars, but I did truly enjoy living here. I was not paid or asked to leave this review.PROS:- Location- Pools, Fitness, Dog Park- Friendly, responsive office staff- Friendly, quick and knowledgable maintenance staff- Large W/I closet- W/D in unit- Garden tub- Garages/ storage options- Relatively quiet- AffordableCONS:- A lot of families (a con for me- I dont like kids lol)- some building upkeep needed (theyre old. it happens. Just report whatever you see needs fixin)Im a young professional and this location was really perfect for me; 1 mile from Apple campus, still close to the Domain without dealing with the higher prices and heavy traffic, close to grocery (you can walk to HEB), food and bars. The community itself has 2 pools and a fitness center. I honestly never used the pools but I did use the fitness center (pre-COVID) and it was clean and not busy at 7AM.The community is dog-friendly and they have no breed restrictions. I remember the non-refundable pet deposit being a little higher than other nearby communities, but the rent itself was so affordable, it didnt bother me. Of course there will always be neighbors that dont pick up after their dogs or have them off leash (not allowed) but the management was quick to send out reminders if it was a reoccurring problem.I lived in a third floor smallest sq foot 1 bedroom. It was nice on the third floor because the ceilings are vaulted and it made it feel much bigger. Other unit amenities I liked were the garden tub, large walk in closet, crown molding and W/D in unit. These are all standard in all units. The finishes are old and basic. You get what you pay for. Everything functioned, though and if I had an issue maintenance was quick to fix it.All of the roofs are new. There used to be some leaking in the hallways (not in my unit) when it rained but since the roof was replaced, it stopped leaking.Maintenance would always say good morning to me when I was walking my dog. The team is super nice.The office staff was also always nice and helpful.Its quiet. I hardly ever heard my neighbors. I think this may vary depending on who your neighbors are lol but I never had issues with noise.Like I said, I really had no issues living here. I only moved bc I got a house, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for apt living in the area.

    I dont know why there are so many bad reviews. We moved in to these apartments in August and everything has been great. The place is really well maintained. My apartment is very comfortable and they always come out quickly when I have a maintenance request. For example, my sliding door was stiff to move and they installed a new door and new vertical blinds. We got a washer and dryer as an added amenity for free on our 2nd month here. The gym is great. The pools are a bit old and need a facelift, but eh. The windows are NOT very sound proof which has been a bummer since my neighbors often are up late. My one complaint here was when they turned off the water to replace a neighbors water heater and didnt give notice until like 5 minutes before. I called the office to complain and the next time I got a note the day before.Apartment life is always imperfect, but this place does a lot to make it safe, comfortable and easy. I like the people that work in the office and all the maintenance guys take a lot of pride in their work. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    Have lived here for over 5 years and absolutely love it! The apartments are huuuuge and located in a great area. Plenty of parking onsite! The office staff is top-notch and friendly - really stepped up during the Texas winter storm of 2021. They’re quick to respond to any requests and do a great job of staying in regular communication with residents. Maintenance team is incredibly thorough and resolves items very quickly. Highly recommend!!

    I no longer live at this complex but only left because I moved to Arlington for work. And I was very sad to leave. I loved living at this complex! It was very spacious and flooded with natural light. The walk in closet was huge! The grounds were kept neat and clean and maintenance was quick in addressing any issues I had, which were not very many. The complex is close to a small walking trail that I used every day to walk my dog. Neighborhood was great and being walking distance to an HEB was very convenient. Recommend to a friend who ended up living there as well (:

    *Edit: Posted my initial review a month ago but now unfortunately need to make an adjustment.The complex for the most part is satisfactory. Nice, spacious units and convenient location with an HEB and fast food places/restaurants close by. Staff for the most part is courteous, Collin especially so and was very attentive and helpful during the application and moving process.One of my initial complaints was the thickness of floors between units, and now kind of lends itself to the slightly less than friendly community here. The noise above me was tolerable at best, but its starting to grate on me whenever Ive had a late shift and am trying to relax or work on stuff, or when I have to be up at 4am the next day for work but get woken up by random thuds. I still like the complex overall, but this is just something to be mindful of.

    Lived here for 8 months before transferring to another MAA property and have never had any problem or complaint with management or maintenance. The property is well maintained and every time I had an issue it was resolved in a very timely manner. When I transferred the process was easy and professionally handled. Staff was always friendly and made dealing with management pleasant. Wholeheartedly recommend.

    This is a great place to call home. The buildings are nice and clean. The neighborhood is safe and convenient. The leasing office employees are vey professional and helpful.     I have been living at Quarry Oaks since 2004There are many things i like but if i have to choose a favorite , it will be the peace of mind that i am in safe place and i can get serviced at any time by the lease office.And this outstanding service really showed up this [ast february during the winter storm. The lease office people did outstanding job following up with, the residents, about the status of water and electricity on a daily basis and . the maintenance people did great job restoring the damages this storm caused.m addition to the generosity giving us discount on the rent and providing us water and food in those difficult days

    I love this apartment, this is so far my favorite place to live! The staff members are great and the maintenance is fast. I love how this apartment has so much for us to enjoy.There are two swimming pools, a park for little kids, a dog park to play with your dogs, and a volleyball court for friends to play volleyball together in the sand. I have been living here for the past 5 years and continue on to live in this great apartment. This complex is great quality.

    I’ve lived at colonial Village Quarry Oaks for 2 years. It’s been great! The staff is friendly and responsive. I generally deal with Bri, and she’s amazing, I love her. I dealt with Stephanie today during my move out. S/O to Stephanie!!! !! She made my move out process very smooth and easy. I presented a rather large issue to her, thinking it was going to be “a whole thing” and within an hour or so the problem was solved! I couldn’t believe it! It was a huge relief. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you Stephanie if you’re reading this!

    Pros:- EXCEPTIONAL maintenance. Anytime I had an issue, it was addressed within hours to a couple of days max. Its a small, personable team of people and I was always comfortable making maintenance requests- Front desk people are very courteous- The dog park in the back of the complex is glorious. its not fenced in as its not an actual dog park but its a large open grassy area where my dog could run around and play- ENERGY EFFICIENT The highest my bill got in the summer was $80 for a one bedroom. And I keep my place at 72 during the day.- HEB is within walking distance which is wonderful.- There is a trail also within walking distance that I would frequent with my dog for walks- Doggie bag and trash cans are well spaced apart and usually are well stocked- Garden tub and HUGE closets. Need I say more?- Newly updated gym is small but has everything I needCons- This complex offers a cable package with HBO and is pretty sweet if you actually watch TV. Its a required charge of $50 and cannot be opted out of.- There are only two trash receptacles and two recycle receptacles for the WHOLE complex. Buy the pricier trash bags because nothing is more heartbreaking than being halfway to the trash and the bag ripping- Water is allocated so it rips my heart (and checkbook) when I see the sprinklers on in the middle of a hot summer day

    The place of living is okay. We have to call Maintenance in at least 3 times every few weeks. However, the maintenance workers work very diligently and always provide a solution to whichever problem your abode is facing. My fav maintenance worker is the guy with salt&pepper hair with glasses and always wears a beanie. Keep it up!

    My husband and I have lived here for nearly 2 years and have been very pleased with this complex. Its a quiet area with friendly neighbors. Were leaving due to a job change, but for the price I dont think you could find anything better. Our only complaint throughout our whole time living here is that we wishing the gym was bigger and had more equipment, but thats a minor detail.

    My fiance and I just moved to Austin and were looking at numerous apartments. This was the only complex that was not pushy and offered us great incentives. The pool alone sold me because it is beautiful. They also offer at 24 hour fitness center which is a huge plus! So happy to call this home.

    Were now on our 4th year of living in this apartment. I cant say its a super amazing complex but its still a nice place to live in. Its getting a bit old so the floors are squeaking on some parts already. The place is generally very quiet and we feel safe at night. Maintenance requests have also have quick turnaround times. The last one is definitely something wed miss if we ever move to our own home.The only negative I could think of here is that I dont think its a good place to raise young kids. Ever since they turned the tennis court into a small dog park the only places left for kids to play is a huge grassy catch basin for floodwater (dont know what those are called) at the back of the complex, a super small playground thats only fun for 5 minutes for kids and a sand volleyball court that isnt even for small ones. Ever since the change weve been getting warnings about kids almost getting hurt on parking lots.Uhm, with the only place where kids could practice bikes, scooters safely turned into a small dog park that almost no dog owner ever uses where will the kids go? On the parking areas of course! Anyway with the Covid-19 situation going on we should all be social distancing anyway but once that passes, my goodness, always watch where your kids are going and playing.

    We lived at these apartments for about 1.5 years and then moved to a sister property out in Nashville. The maintainance staff was super friendly and would go above and beyond to take care of your issues. The apartment rent was on point too for a 2 bed that we had. The only reason i would give it 4 stars is that they had a mandatory cable and internet bundle, though convenient, should not have been mandatory for all apartments.

Struggling to get the heater fixed even after 20 days post storm. Only answer we get is we are working on prioritizing and reach out to manager.     The process at Colonial Village was extremely well put together and not stressful at all. I want to give a huge shout out to Stephanie whose attitude and professionalism made this my first choice when I started looking for an apartment. Unfortunately, I did go with another complex, only because of a change in my work location. I would most definitely live here otherwise.Pros:- Price is great for the size.- W/D included in the unit.- Large balcony.- Ample parking, carports are available and very inexpensive (compared to other complexes).- The office staff are courteous and want to make sure that you’re well taken care of, another shout out to Stephanie.- Lots of storage space! 619 sq ft unit I toured had a walk-in coat closet, I have not seen that before.- Lots of people out and about in the evening, great to see that people feel safe in the community.- Close to plenty of shopping and dining options.Cons:- The cable/internet package is mandatory. Either make this optional or allow customers to choose only the internet or cable for a lower price.- It is early in the season, but the grass near some units was not in good shape, that should be fixed. A great lawn makes a world of difference.- The units do feel a little dated, but still do provide all amenities one would need.Overall, it’s a great place to live and it will be on my shortlist next time I shop for an apartment.

    Stephanie Thomas at Quarry Oaks in Austin, TX. Is the BEST... my husband and I planned two days of apartment hunting. We walked into Quarry Oaks and were immediately greeted by Stephanie with a warm welcome. She answered all of our questions and then some. We are moving from another state, so of course we didn’t know much about Austin or what to do. Stephanie went out of her way and wrote of few things to do or see. This was above and beyond! We really wanted to lease with Quarry Oaks not only because of their beautiful apartments but because of the hospitality we were shown. Unfortunately we were looking for a first floor unit which they didn’t have available for our timeframe which led us to lease elsewhere. Other than that I would highly recommend these apartments and ask for Stephanie!

Total 25 apartments x 24 nos homes (In total approximately 550 family community). 02 nos. of swimming pools, Fitness center, Children play area, volleyball ground, Central Mail Kiosk, Community & Lease Centre with full maintenance staff, trace collecting centres, Dog park, Plenty of Reserved and Free Parking space. 01BHK, 02BHK, Flats with Garages - are the main facilities available. Good to live here. Maintenance staff is active for routine as well as breakdown maintenance. Nice environment with lot of greenery, plants and loans.Suggest to be here once for rich living.
