Post park mesa offers the best bang for buck in atx. The amazing views, interior designs, community, staff, and location are awesome. Alisha and Edita in the office are so helpful and kind. Been here 4 years and love it!

My wife and I moved here after our previous complex started going downhill. We got a recommendation for Mesa Park from a neighbor friend who said she was moving here and that we should check it out.I cannot thank her enough! The staff are super nice and professional. The maintenance is on point. Its secluded and surrounded by the beauty of nature. Everyone waves at each other. I dont see us ever moving again!

My husband and I have lived here for a year. We like everything very much.Quiet, cozy apartments, clean territory.The complex has had the same staff for many years, there is no staff turnover. This is very good, as you know and trust everyone.The area around the complex is very pleasant, encourages walking.

Very quiet and friendly community—- there is a shared small gym and swimming pool is very clean. The maintenance team is fantastic! They fix things quickly if something goes wrong. The price is a bit higher than the average, but the neighborhood is the best!!! People live here are very kind and friendly!

The best apartment I’ve ever lived in! So beautiful with all of the trees, conveniently located and friendly and hardworking staff. The maintenance staff is always on top of things and Edyta in the office is such a sweetheart!

I lived here for a year 2017-2018, and was actually sad when I left. I’ve recently moved back in and it’s even better. The property itself is beautiful, endless trees, a creek, walking trails, off leash dog park. I loved my previous apartment and love my new one even more as smart features have been added - A/C, lights, etc. I also really appreciate the effort the office team puts in to make their residents feel at home. When we moved in, we had a welcome basket that included so many basic things you might need during a move, and even a toy for each of our dogs. They also host events for holidays and special occasions, where they offer little goodies to the residents. It’s all just very thoughtful. I can’t say enough great things about MAA Park Mesa, it’s the best!

The Post Park Mesa team has the best office staff Ive ever experienced in my long rental history. Theyre quick to respond, reasonable and the maintenance requests are always filled quickly. I highly recommend it! My only issue is that our rent after one year was raised $500 per month for a 2 bedroom. I understand the Austin market is challenging, but this was too much for me. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and Ive never had a parking issue.

Ive lived at Post Park Mesa for 4 years now. I love it here. Its the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The air smells fresh because of all the trees. My apartment is more like a condo. Its very well insulated and quiet and solid. The AC and heat work great. Any problems Ive had (not many) have been taken care of immediately, and the grounds are clean and beautiful. This year the management replaced my carpets with flooring that looks very nice and feels fresh and new. Id recommend this complex to anyone and feel blessed to live here.

Both maintenance employees are always super helpful and friendly! They make sure to attend to projects quickly and with a solution each time. Very trustworthy to have in my unit for maintenance issues even if I am not home. They work so hard and deserve all the credit! ◡̈

I have lived at Park Mesa for a year and it has been the best experience in my life as a renter. The price is reasonable, reflecting the unique wooded setting only a short distance by car (not by foot) from stores and other amenities, and it is easy to get downtown quickly, thanks to proximity to several highways. Thick concrete walls make the apartments quieter than those in more shoddily-built complexes. Shanna and Edyta in the office have always been helpful, friendly, and responsive, and occasional maintenance emergencies have been dealt with quickly and successfully. Mark sacrificed part of his Christmas Eve doing emergency repairs after the heating unit failed in my apartment during a dangerous freeze. Unlike other employees at many other apartment complexes, the staff at MAA Park Mesa is nice to you even after you sign the lease! The only downside in my view is unguarded parking and free entry from the street, which has enabled some car break-ins (I have been spared, so far) but that is a problem in Austin and many big cities in general. I would recommend MAA Park Mesa to anyone looking for a high-quality apartment in a suburban location who does not object to relying on a car.

The repairmen/maintenance guys (Mark and Brendan) at MAA Park Mesa did an amazing job of fixing any and all issues or repairs that came up in our unit. They were knowledgeable, professional, and effective. They responded quickly and would work on the problem until it was completely resolved. We were, without exception, always pleased with the results.

Beautiful property in a great location. The units are spacious and solidly built with tons of storage. Management is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests. Maintenance team is fantastic. My rent increased 20% in 2 years, but unfortunately thats typical of this town. I recommend PPM to anyone looking for a quiet place to live.

Love it here! The office staff & maintenance staff are all friendly, professional & extremely helpful! They’ve done a really great job dealing w Covid; keeping the residents safe & updated. Keeping us connected virtually & enforcing masks in the office area & installing hand sanitizer stations. I’m renewing my lease for another year; my dog & I are very happy to call Post Park Mesa our home!

Needing to downsize from a 3 bedroom home to a smaller townhome was a very intimidating process for a number of reasons. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the Post Park Mesa property at just the right time and were fortunate enough to secure a two bedroom with garage. It is situated on the hilltop and affords is views that are absolutely fantastic, comparable to the homes along the Mesa Dr ridge line.When we moved in, our place was clean and well appointed. The property staff was even kind enough to leave us a thoughtful welcome basket of much appreciated move-in-day items for both us, and our spoiled cat!As reflected above, the staff is fantastic. From our initial visit to now, they have always been friendly, responsive, and just a pleasure to interact with.The bottom line is that this property has the beauty of the west Austin hills, an incredible staff, and a very friendly community. Having grown up about 2 blocks from here, I can attest to the fact that this property represents the best of both old and new Austin and is definitely worth a look!

Truly the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s beautiful, peaceful, an amazing neighborhood, everyone is so nice, the walls are thick so you’ll never hear neighbors, it feels safe. It’s perfect.My two gripes:Wayyyyy expensive and prices ALWAYS going up.Lots of bugs/critters (but you’re in the forest so what do you expect)

We have lived at Post Park Mesa apartments for two years and have had an excellent experience here. Briefly, some of the high points we would share are that it is an excellent location; on Mesa Drive between 2222 and Dry Creek; landscaping is beautiful; it is very, very quiet and peaceful here; the floor plans are really attractive; we have upstairs and downstairs outside covered patios with beautiful views; and the staff are very professional and personable. Its a great place to live!

Have lived here almost a decade, so that alone speaks for itself; but I especially want to give our thanks and appreciation to one of Post Park Mesas maintenance employees, Benny. Our A/C unit started faltering late Friday afternoon and it was uncomfortably hot indoors. Benny arrived, assessed the problem and found the root cause. An expensive replacement part was needed, which wouldnt arrive until Monday. Benny went ahead and improvised; he disabled the washer and drier and reconnected the A/C, giving us sufficient cooling for the weekend. Throughout the process, he kept us fully informed. True to his commitment, today, Monday, the replacement is being performed.

Awesome place to live, great location and the staff is super professional.The only down side is that common areas need more attention (specifically with pet poop) as people are no cleaning up after their pets, and I was told there is little the staff can do.Cameras will be a great idea!!
