    My unit is spacious and has a good layout. The common areas like Hallways, gym, and club house could do with some attention though.Management team is great, especially Denise and the other lady whose name I cant recall lol (Sorry!). My concerns were immediately addressed, I really appreciate that. Maintenance team is good too although they are swamped most of the time as they are shared with the Katy Trail property.

    5 stars for the maintenance team, always very responsive to the various maintenance requests and come in on the day of or the day after, always quick to diagnose the issue and fix as soon as they can.

    Ive had the best experience moving in to MAA North Hall! The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire move in, Holly, Denise and McKayla all helped me throughout the process. An example of how their service is amazing is when I was having AC troubles upon move in, they has someone in my apartment that day working on it, and it was a Saturday! 5/5

    Peter F helped fix my AC unit leaking and offered to unclog my drain as a result of the AC unit. He was super helpful and answered all my questions!

    In my personal experience I can say that although many reviews do state the truth, they are exaggerated. Yes the building is old and hall ways are dirty, but you don’t live in the hallways, elevators stop working from time to time, but it happens maybe once every few months, and the gym is small but it has all the necessary equipment to work out especially considering that fees for gyms are way more than the fees North Hall has.Everything in the units works as they should, if you call the maintenance/management team any and all concerns are addressed immediately. Any time I had an issue, the team at North Hall immediately addresses it.I cannot say it is a perfect place to live, but no such thing exists. If you want a place that is quiet, in a central location with lots of things to do, with an excellent team who is always willing to help and accommodate, definitely check this place out.

    Denise Sams is the property administrator and was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all of the properties and friendly. I am currently looking for an apartment and definitely plan on returning to start the process. Again, Denise was great!! Such a nice person!

    Ive only been here 6 months, but unfortunately have needed maintenence a few times. Theyve always been pleasant, always asked if there was anything else I needed, and they get things done super quick. I see them everywhere, so clearly theyre busy taking care of the propertys needs.

    I’ve really enjoyed living here. My apartment is cute and comfortable , the staff has always been nice and helpful it’s a really convenient location for me. Highly recommend!

    Moved in last month and it’s been an excellent experience so far! Property manager Holly has been wonderful in helping us get settled, and the MAA team throws an awesome new tenant mixer! The area couldn’t be any more perfect… walking distance to countless great restaurants, shops and bars, 2 blocks from Katy Trail, it’s amazing. Goodbye suburban living.. hello uptown living at MAA North Hall!

    Sure... Occasionally the elevator is out of order or there is someone moving in that is keeping it in use all day. It can be annoying but there are also stairs... They at least attempt to let you know when there is an issue and the worst case scenario is you walk up or down 4 flights of stairs. (Keep in mind most people dont have an elevator in their complex) Its quiet and calming compared to most uptown complexes and the maintenance is always immediate. I have lived in the complex for two years and if I didnt need more space for the family I would stay. The property manager has been incredibly proactive and accommodating. Such a great location and value. I will miss living here.

    We stayed here for a year. The property is well kept and the management team is proactive. Rey and his maintenance team are always on the ball. The apartments are also in a prime spot in Uptown -easy access to businesses but also slightly tucked into the quiet neighborhood. Were thankful for our time here and recommend it for others.

    We love living at north hall the community is beautiful, the interiors have been updated, Holly, the property manager is always super friendly and responsive! You can’t beat the location either, we are literally walking distance to everything including the wonderful new tenant mixer they held.

    Cody Krummel is a leading expert in the business. Without his knowledge and expertise I would not have been able to rent this space, sight unseen, and known that it would be handled correctly. I have and will continue to recommend MAA to my coworkers, friends, and family from his service.

    Been here for 5 years, best complex I’ve ever lived at. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the few issues I’ve had in the past 5 years (dishwasher breaking, bathroom leak) have been handled immediately. Hidden gem in Uptown

    Great complex in the middle of Uptown. Spenser and Andy in the management office are the best Ive encountered and the maintenance guys stay on top of any issues I may have. I highly recommend Post Coles Corner.
