I’ve lived here a long time.The office staff is very accommodating.Any time there is an issue in my apartment that needs repair the maintenance people do their best. Vic recently repaired my dryer and did a great job.I’ve only had trouble with emergency maintenance in the past when my air conditioner shuts down.Overall, this community provides fun events, a knowledgeable and compassionate office staff, and great amenities. I use the gym often and the pool is great in the summer time.

Love my apartment, amenities, and location. Maintenance is amazing! They respond to work orders very promptly. When the AC went out during the peak of summer, they put in a window unit until the AC was fixed. The cons are that people dont pick up their dogs poop, and Ive had multiple packages get stolen from my doorstep.

Overall I’m happy my husband and I are living here. We really like the unit, everything is nice and updated and the amenities within the community are really great. The move in process was rocky at best. The corporate side of this company makes it really difficult for people with serving/commission jobs to move in here because of their income policies and it was one hoop after another that we had to jump through in order to be able to move in. I don’t blame the leasing office for that though. The people at the leasing office that were directly helping us, specifically Jordan, were very helpful and professional while helping us. Jordan was very responsive and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, pre move and post move.

The service is very good. I had water leakage in bathtub. They not only fixed it, but also went ahead and gave me new shower head fitting. Previous service requests were also done quickly and to perfection. They go beyond to take care of residents.

It is a great place to live, if you are looking for peace and quiet and not so much noise, definitely rent here. If you have a problem in your apartment and you file a report, it is impressive how quickly maintenance responds and they look for a solution to fix the problem. We have filed reports and they get a solution in less than 24 hours, they are very kind.The common areas and pools are clean and in good condition.The people in the offices need to be more attentive and kind and show interest in what you say to them.

2 years later, I still love living here. I dont usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this case. Have been without ac for a few days now. Maintenance Johnny Garcia located a leak, and since it was the Saturday morning of a long weekend, and he knew I would be without ac until at least Tuesday, he quickly brought over a window unit to keep me comfortable until repairs could be completed. AC repairs were completed Tuesday. 5 stars for both Johnny and the ac repair guys. 3 stars for the complex, as it seems Im not the only one having this problem.

Not a half bad place to live, could certainly do worse. Usually not too noisy, and buildings are pretty secure with key fobs. Maintenance and the front office are very prompt when something is asked of them.

This review is for MAAs maintenance! Id love to give special recognition to Johnny. Hes helped us with all of our requests so far and we appreciate his time and effort. We can tell that he truly cares about helping us and is upfront and honest. We had a lot of issues with our dryer and he came to fix it a couple of times and made sure to help us with a temporary fix until a replacement arrived. I only gave 4 stars because this complex is huge with 2 phases and we believe the maintenance team is understaffed, causing delays with turnaround. Hopefully that will change and these hardworking men can get the help that they deserve! Texas summers are ROUGH and we know that everyone does the best they can and we do not want that to go unnoticed!

Moving out smoothly and no extra charge at all after two years’ lease. Ms. Sheila is very nice and professional. I always recommended this neiborhood to my friends. Now I also want to recommend it to you. It is a nice place for you to live as a home in Dallas and Plano area. My happy life started from here. I hope you as well. By July 2024I am satisfied with everything in this neiborhood. The location is perfect - grocery stores, bank, restaurants within walk distance. The neiborhood and apartments are comparably new. I want to appreciate Ms. Erin DAngelo again. She is always friendly, warm, patient and helpful to me when I met her in the leasing office. By April 2023The office prepared very delicious thanksgiving dinner for us. I feel so warm and moved in such a freezing cold night. By November 2022I really appreciate the Leasing Manager Erin DAngelo. She works so hard and efficiently to make my application done within a short time. She is enthusiastic, friendly, and courteous. I recommend future residents contact her when you need. By September 2022

The maintenance guy name Noe was assigned to fix my leaking pipe in the kitchen. He noticed that the faucet was leaking as well. He demonstrated great customer service and was thorough in repairing the leak and replacing the faucet. The repair was done neatly and swiftly. I actually love the new faucet better than the old one. Expectations met!

Ive lived here at MAA for close to three years and I’ve always appreciated that maintenance is on time. I called for an emergency on a Saturday and my request was completely promptly!Update June 2024:I maintain the five stars of my review even up to my move-out date this month. I’d say my experience living here has been smooth sailing even through the random fire alarms (most notably). Staff is very accessible and responsive (thank you Shiela!). I’ve kept to mind that not everything is going to be perfect living in an apt complex, but communication has been great with the office team in my experience! I recommend living here with how you’re in the middle of a lot of shops to explore.

MAA has the been the best apartment experience so far!! I am going on my second year living here and just renewed for a bigger unit for another year! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are always welcoming and super friendly in the leasing office every time I come by and the added plus of treats and water for my doggo makes it even better. Erin has been the most amazing person I have encountered with at an apartment complex, she is very attentive and helps me with anything I bring to her. The dog park is one of the many best attributes at MAA, I am always comfortable bringing my little pup and letting him play with other dogs in the big green grassy area. MAA’s upkeep is clean and I see they are constantly working on making this place even better everyday. With any apartment there are going to be things that could use some work but that’s anywhere you go and I haven’t had any issues while living here that haven’t been taken care of. The maintenance team are super sweet and respond within a timely manner. Also, the monthly events are so amazing, every month on different days the leasing office takes the time to offer sweets and treats and that is the icing on top of making the place a very great community. Overall my experience has been fantastic and I would tell anyone whose looking here this is a great place!

I just recently moved here, but so far I am loving it! The office staff is so friendly, and Sheila is AMAZING! I showed up for a tour and needed an apartment right away, she genuinely cared and helped me get all of my paperwork processed quickly. Moving in has been smooth and I appreciate the office staff followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. The amenities are great, the pools are nice and they have great fitness centers. Did I mention there is a washer and dryer in each unit?!! They also use smart lock technology so you can adjust your thermostat or remotely lock/unlock your door. And you have to scan in to get into your building. Its a quiet complex, I cant hear my neighbors at all. The parking situation is a mild inconvenience at times, but that is a small negative that is far outweighed by the positives of this place. Its a great location, feels very safe, and everyone is friendly. I have lived in some interesting apartments and different complexes, this is by far my favorite place I have ever lived. I am so glad I moved here!

I have lived here for a couple of years now and LOVE it! The area is wonderful, everything I need within walking distance. I recently got locked out and needed to have the lock repaired. Angelo with maintenance was very professional and took care of the repair quickly so I could get back into my apartment. I also needed to have the window repaired. Angelo did a great job and repaired the window as well. All in all I am very satisfied with living at this complex and happy to advise anyone considering MAA Market Center as their home. Good place to be! :)

Maa has been so helpful with moving in and any questions I had. I worked with Dena for through the application process and then Collin during move in and the transition between the two to ensure I moved in was flawless. The one bump was a missing mailkey, which Dena was extenely helpful on tracking down two parties to get my mailkey to me in person by the next day. Apartment is as expected which is the most important thing and Im super excited about our time here!

I loved my two years living her. The townhomes are the best square footage and price in DFW (and with a garage). Never encountered any safety issues, even when parking cars on parallel public parking, never any packages stolen, overall a really pleasant place to live. Maintenance and the leasing were always quick with their responses and ensured I was given the care I needed. Love the pool and grilling area. The walking distance to Central Market, Chipotle, Dunkin and Walmart is absolutely unbeatable. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to live in Plano.

We had an A/C issue in our unit and put in a maintenance ticket for the issue. We had Johnny Garcia come that morning to our unit and diagnose the problem and he said they would try to have it fixed in 48 hours. Johnny came back late in the day and was able to fix our problem that day. We are very thankful for his kindness and commitment to being awesome at what he does. We consider ourselves lucky he is a part of the staff here at MAA and so happy he helped us!

They are more then punctual and mindful of the hassle one can be in due to that so they took an extra step to resolve it in no time. Great place to live. The property and apartment is clean and safe. They are constantly improving. Right now they are repainting the exterior buildings. There’s always someone out organizing pool pillows or picking up any trash that others leave behind. This apartment cares about your experience and has a high standard. Maintenance is very quick to respond, when I do have a problem. Online app makes it very easy to communicate problems when they come up. To the negative reviews I have seen: It is not brand new construction, things will need maintenance sometimes. As long as you can communicate what you need, management will do their very best to make it happen as quickly as possible.

I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now, because I have been impressed with this place since the day we moved in. My family and I have lived at Cityscape at Market Center for over six months and I do not regret the decision of moving here at all. Our previous apartment was not a pleasant experience, so I am using that as my reference for this review. Of course no place is perfect, but this place seems to do a good job at providing a safe and enjoyable apartment life. We love the atmosphere, and by that I mean the area is nice, the landscaping is maintained, there are sidewalks, dog parks, and open areas with grass to enjoy, especially if you have kids and/or love to take walks. From what I can tell, the management and staff are pleasant and they actually try to maintain a community by posting monthly fliers with updates and events.The apartment itself is modestly furnished with relatively up to date appliances, the bathrooms are very spacious and nice, and the kitchen and living area are very open which makes it feel fresh. The few work orders that we have had so far have been promptly taken care, which is amazing. Even the elevators are cleaned almost every day. Also, there are hardly any bugs, which is insane! Although we live on the third floor, so that might have something to do with it. But seriously it is a rare event to find a roach. I really only have minor complaints. Noisy neighbors for one. But this is inevitable in apartment life. Other issues have been the elevator getting stuck, the gates not working, and some apparently malfunctioning fire alarms. Overall, I am thankful to be here for the time being and I would definitely recommend this place!

Ive lived here for 3 months and have only ever had slight issues with things going out or leaking etc., which is to be expected at any apartment, and the maintenance people here are so nice and always quick to fix anything wrong - normally same day, and with no hassle- so no complaints! The appliances all work and are relatively up to date, and while Ive seen some complaints about the color scheme I personally love the warmer tones, and the bathrooms are nice and spacious which was really a selling point for me!Ive also seen lots of complaints about noise but I really think relative to other apartments its totally fine/on the quieter side, I can hear people walking above me and I can hear people briefly in the hallway, but honestly its not ever that bad or a major distraction- and I live in the main building close to the elevator so I have to assume I hear more people than most!

I have lived at this complex for about 2.5yrs and have really enjoyed my time here. The only reason I give 4 stars vs. 5 is because when I moved from my first unit to my second, I had multiple issues for the first few months (I had ZERO issues in my first unit, though!). It reeked of smoke and had a damp smell and feel to it. Every time Id reach out to maintenance they would only put a bandaid on the issue. I eventually got in touch with the property manager, Will, and he ended up fixing the issue. I really appreciated the amount of effort he went through to help me! Other than that, maintenance responds to requests very quickly and gets things fixed for you!My only other feedback would be when you call the front office, nobody ever answers. Its quite frustrating when you only have a simple question. All in all, Cityscape has made me feel safe and the apartments are nice. I think the pricing is a steal for the location, the fact that theyre newer, and include W/D!

Good location and a very friendly environment. The apartments are nice, maintenance team is on point, and the leasing office has seen a bit of turnover. I personally havent had any problems with the staff. No they are not perfect, but theyve been helpful as much as they can on an individual level. The only real negative here, is that the complex has been a huge target for theft. Many mornings Ive gotten up for work and seen cars on blocks. There has been reports of forced entries. I personally witnessed a moving truck get stolen in mid daylight. That being said, I dont think it has anything to do with the staff, but maybe some more cameras, posted signs of camera use, etc. could possibly be a deterrent. This will never make anything 100% secure, but could definitely help to better the security. For apartment living, its not too bad...but Ive had some bad experiences in the past. My sister is a career property manager at with another company and has praised MMA as a company. End of the day, its what you make of it.

I’ve lived at Cityscape since I moved to Dallas in November 2015. I’ve lived in two different floor plans and also lived in both phases. I absolutely love this community!!! From Sheila and our office staff to Travis and our maintenance team, I’ve received NOTHING short of professional, timely and friendly service! I love that this community is super dog friendly and the grounds are always kept looking beautiful. The amenities are also a great perk, as they add the extra special touch of living in this community. Speaking of community—Sheila and our office staff keeps us residents well informed of any changes locally that may affect us. The communication of information and the follow through of our residential requests is impeccable. Another fun addition to our already wonderful community is that we are always invited for nice treats and events that make us feel so welcome here. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a real community feel and atmosphere while also enjoying the wonderful amenities each unit has to offer.

Great complex to live at! From signing the lease (in September) with Wendy, to the initial walk through and move in, all had been great. But I especially appreciate how quickly they expedited issues during this past snowstorm. We fortunately did not lose power at all, what little issues arose from outside pipes freezing or my garage door freezing and snapping when I tried to open it, maintenance team came immediately to fix. They had to get an outside vendor to fix garage and they were also very courteous and professional. I am 5 months into my lease and would recommend this place.

This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in! I really do not understand all of these bad reviews. I have lived here 4 months and it has been wonderful. Great cost of rent, beautiful apartment, wonderful amenities, and the staff is awesome! The maintenance men are great and get the job done. The office throws a bunch of fun get togethers that really gives the place a sense of community. All of my neighbors are sweet and respectful. Honestly, I cant say enough about this place.

In April of this year, I lost my job and my house. The last thing I could have handled was having to give up my dogs because of breed bias (I have a Rottweiler). I havent lived in an apartment in over 20 years, so needless to say, I was a little apprehensive. Fortunately, I found Cityscape at Market Center II and signed the lease! The leasing agents are awesome (Renee is the BEST!!) - so kind and helpful. The amenities are awesome, and management takes great care for the residents safety. Whenever I have had a concern, they have handled the issue promptly and completely. The only issue I have had is with maintenance being a little slow and entering my apartment before calling. They have rectified those issues, though, and I am very happy here.

Six Month Review at Cityscape.One of the best managed apartments around the area. From the quality of appliances inside the units to the contemporary look on the inside. Parking could be a hassle at times but I reneged a garage to store my Car and Harley in.My building is super quiet. Leasing office is also well on top of their game.Well look forward to renewing my lease!

I moved in at the end of September 2016 and have been pleased with this complex, and the office staff. Parking can be an issue at time, but overall very good experience. Ive had two maintenance requests which have been handled very quickly. I would give 5 stars except for the fact that I dont care for the valet trash service. Not the fact that I have to pay for the service, but the fact that several residents in my complex will leave their trash out on the weekends when there is no pickup. Other than that its been a very good experience, and extremely convenient having HEB and Wal Mart within walking distance.

I absolutely LOVE these apartments. I was in a three bedroom unit and long story short, had to transfer the lease among many other things. Sarah Garza was EXTREMELY helpful in the entire process. Providing a timely update, guidance, and just helping the transfer happen. Ive been very pleased by all the office associates. Kerrington? I believe is his name is also extremely helpful. Thankful for an apartment office that actually wants to help vs. just throw you in a unit and wish you the best. I would highly recommend these guys- every apartment has its things you would change, but that is all apartments and this is definitely the best option!!

Love this place, up to date and maintenance team are fast . I’ve been here for 1 year and will be resigning my lease next month. Only problem is parking . If you come late (after 10pm) no where to park . They do have car ports available, which cost . But by far, this is the best place I lived, since relocating to Dallas, TX. The staff is also professional, all the time! Great place to call home !

When I moved in the apartment was no where near ready. Pieces of the floor were missing, items from the previous tenant were in the laundry, paint was missing, and pet hair was all over the place. Management did get someone out to fix the floor and majority of the other major problems and I cleaned the place.I find that the elevators do work, and I generally feel quite safe everywhere. All of my neighbors are delightful and I dont hear too much noise in my unit.I do have problems with packages not being logged or going missing. Generally this is a problem with UPS seeming to not deliver.

Update: As promised, I am updating my review based on the events that took place the next day.The staff & the management were exceptionality great, they jumped on the issues & mobilized the team to get them corrected as soon as possible. Originally, there were some miscommunications due to which some of the issues werent addressed before I moved in. They had acknowledge the fact & took steps to control such events. I also wanted to mention that the staff in the leasing office (mainly ladies, havent seen any male), were great, they were very understanding & more than willing to help to make things rite as soon as possible. Looking forward to call this place a home for the next year or so......Old post: New tenant, I identified few minor fixes before moving in, just moved in & the issues are not fixed. I was repeatedly told before moving in that they had taken care of the issues. Additionally, the shower drain does not drain water fast enough, had to take shower in the pool of water on my first day in the apartment (this should have been looked at /fixed before renting it to a new tenant). There are also a lot of cosmetic issues (white paint spots on the floors, towel hanging bar broken & general courtesy clean up) that should have been addressed before making somebody to move in.. I am not sure how can someone live here having such a bad start, will give them few days to correct these issues & may update my post accordingly.

Ive lived at Cityscape for almost 2 years. Each time Ive had any questions or concerns the leasing staff has been extremely helpful and attentive. There has been a few changes in staff while Ive lived here. But, Carington has been at the property on an consistent basis. Anytime Ive needed assistance he has been there to provide exceptional customer service with no hesitation.

I felt like I was at home the first day I moved in, very good environment, good people, peaceful, a lot of places are walking distance .. the only bad thing I would say about this place is I would think parking would be better than it is for what we’re paying, I’ve had some days I come home after a long day at work to barely finding a parking spot but other than that I’m happy with my decision on making this my new home !!!

I moved here in July and I like this property so far. The pool area is cute, its easy for me to get my mail, and I havent had any issues with the gates both coming home or getting deliveries. Parking is tight if you come back late, but since Im working from home I usually get to get something close to my apartment. Before my WiFi was installed I was able to work from the Resident Center uninterrupted for a few days, which was a lifesaver. Theres a fitness center, some nice touchscreen desktops with a printer, a food prep area, meeting space, and some kind of tabletop game (I forget the name) in the RC as well. I also like that the washer and dryer were included, and although I had to get the washer replaced - it was taken care of in less than 48 hours. The unit itself is spacious for the price and the design includes features that make it feel bigger. I love the countertops, the deep basin sink, and all the cabinets. Kitchen is definitely my favorite part of the apartment, but I really wish I had an external ice maker/water dispenser combo (though there is an ice maker inside the freezer) because I have to touch my ice to put it in my glass and that grosses me out some. I like that I have smart locks, a thermostat, and lights now as well. I can control everything from my phone. The tech works great, but with the stats it gives - I now know that my apartment skews toward 50-60% humidity which sounds high. So I do not know if thats too be expected or if theres a possibility of issues with insulation. The elevator was a huge help during move in, but its a little slow so I mainly take the stairs. Were in walking distance to Central Market, Walmart, Sonic, Whataburger, Taco Bell and a few other food places like Chipotle and Subway. Up the street are dollar stores, a few gas stations, Target, Specs and those shopping centers at Coit and Campbell - basically everything I need! Haha. As you can see, Ive tried to think of everything I could about my experience so far, and barring things that would annoy me ANYWHERE (kids, dogs, upstairs neighbors, and people who let their trash pile up or get stinky) I am happy that I was able to secure a space in such a safe part of town.

The reviews here are kinda biased based on the fact that people really only put a view here if they are angry. Honestly these apartments are not bad at all. I lived here for 13 months and this was my first apartment. Never did I think I would get an apartment under $1000 with granite countertops, a washer and dryer included, and black and stainless steel appliances. I really enjoyed having the weight room and the pool during the summer. Also, the gas grills were super convenient. People freak out about people coming in through the gate, but there is a second gate before you enter the actual apartment building, so your actual apartment is never in danger. The leasing office is good at replying to emails and they are good with mail. The few complains are as follows:1. Although the price wasn’t terribly bad, I paid $1000 for 550 sqft. You’re really paying for the convenience of it being across the street from central market, Walmart, and Sam’s.2. Living on the second floor sucked because the person above me walked super hard in the morning3. Had another neighbor that would blast Indian music at 7:00 am every morning so that sucked.4. Parking gets pretty bad sometimes (usually after 8 pm).Minus the price for the size you get, these are solid apartments over all. I probably would’ve stayed another year if they didn’t raise the rent for my apartment and I didn’t find a roommate (I’m in college so this helps me save money).
