    Recently had the pleasure of working with Eva-Marie to find the perfect floor plan for my future wife and me, and cant express enough how awesome she was throughout the entire process. From the very beginning.Eva-Marie was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure to understand exactly what we were looking for in our new home.She guided us through various options, providing insightful advice and answering all our questions with patience and expertise. Her knowledge of the properties and her ability to match our needs with the right floor plans were truly impressive. Eva-Maries dedication to helping us find the perfect home was evident in every interaction.What stood out the most was how she helped us get a better idea of what we were looking for.     I have lived here for 4 months & am so happy I choose this complex. They take pride in the grounds & the few maintenance issues I have had, have been resolved in a very timely manner. Alonso the maintenance tech has been very helpful, he does great work, fast & leaves the work area clean. The leasing agents & managers really care about their residents & they go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Lowes Farm.

    Absolutely an amazing and beautiful property. Kylie had answered all of my questions the moment i asked and didnt need to think as she seems to be extremely well trained and personable. Audrey was amazing as well as she took me on a tour and explained all of the amenities and things that they provide at this site. Will recommend this property to anyone looking.

    Im not a very good person at writing reviews but the feeling of being welcomed and being super helpful was just amazing. All of my questions were answered fully and in detail by Audrey. Kylie showed me around the complex and it was such a beautiful complex. I could not be anymore happier with the staff and property I saw.

    I dont usually write reviews but this place deserves one. I am moving from Garland to Mansfield in a couple of days and I have to say the staff at MAA Lowes Farm is the friendliest and helpful people I have ever met! They WANT you at their apartments they want to make the application process easy for you, they want you to feel like you are being heard! I cant wait to start my new chapter in my life at this apartment complex!I want to thank Kylie she is the one that showed us the apartment and to be honest the first time I walked in and she smiled and said come on in I felted Welcomed in the community.Now for CalebSo friendly and honestly I have emailed him so many times to get answers, this guy will stop what he is doing to take the time to find the answers for your questions.

    This property was such a beautiful one. Kylie answered all of my questions and when I walked in Audrey had welcomed me and it felt like a home I didnt even have yet. Ive been on the look for apartments and they make you feel heard and like family here.

    Alonso the maintenance technician is a true craftsman and very professional. Always swift and tidy! He explains the cause and effects of every issue, so that I can also educate everyone in my household to prevent having to constantly place work orders in online.

    My family and I just moved here about a week ago and so far everything is great! The ladies in the office, Audrey and Kylie made sure everything was super easy and went smoothly. The property, though older, is well maintained; you can tell they take pride in what they do. I had a small issue a few days after move in (I locked myself out) and the maintenance guy, (I think his name was John) came to the rescue and got me in in no time. Of all the apartments we looked at, we are glad we ended up here!

    We came to tour some one and two bedroom apartments. There were several plans offered.This property draws you into a welcoming place. We were pleased with the spacious design combining daily needs and home comforts. Kylie answered all of our questions.Walked us through the process seamlessly. The pool was wonderful. Lots of areas for friends and family . A real community with pleasant friendly staff. Kylie and Audrey bring smiling faces always ready to meet your needs.

    It has been amazing staying here the past 3 years! Having an attached garage and plenty of space and storage has been incredible. It’s a quiet community and they recently added new paint and upgrades which was nice. Management is always professional, helpful and kind and it’s been my favorite living experience thus far! If you’re looking for something reasonably priced and get the most out of an apartment, I highly recommend!

    I have been living here for almost a year now and I love this apartment. The gym is clean, the pool is beautiful and the maintenance is great! If you have any issues after reporting it to maintenance they fix it very quickly. It also was a very easy and quick process to move in as well which is nice! I feel safe living in this apartment complex and that was the number 1 thing I was looking for so I have really enjoyed my stay.

    I lived here for 14 months. MAA lowers Farms management is very friendly. Maintenance guys doing a great job, and the best part is, when my lease was over, they didnt charge me much. They only charged me for the water usage, trash and cleanup. I am leaving this apartment with good memories. I am recommending these apartments for anyone that looking for a good life in a safe neighborhood.

    Awesome experience and stay when we needed it. We moved here because we were waiting for our house to be built. We went with a 14 month lease and break option as it saved almost $2000 and since the house was delayed, we were not stuck trying to find a new place to live. Nathan and Johanna in the front office are amazing; well, all of the staff has been amazing. Every question I have had, they have been able to help with and are very responsive - but email is the best for a quick response. We had a 3 bedroom with an attached garage - it was perfect. The very few times we had an issue, maintenance was there within a day and got it fixed immediately. Ive hard the stories about bad apartment management, and this is not, I repeat, not one of them. The move out process was just as easy - sent an email 60 days in advance, paid for the express cleaning service so I did not have to, and was out in plenty of time. Bets of all, there was no surprises on move out. Got the final water bill a few days later and all is good. 100% recommended as a place to rent/lease from.

    They work with you and Johanna is such a great person. I have had been here 4 years and the whole time I’ve been satisfied with the experience. Maintenance is quick and so kind to everybody, they are respectful and efficient. This the first place in Texas that I lived where I stayed for more than a year. When you have a problem they don’t act annoyed by it they just quickly fix it. Very dog friendly place.

    First Melanie was a great leasing agent, she answered every question I had before and after selecting my apartment. Maintenance request are done on line and fixed within a timely manner with current email that kept me up to date on when the service was complete. Parking isnt the best but the comfort and the piece is a fair trade. Traffic is horrible but thats due to construction of new toll road hopefully that will improve in the near future

    Recently moved in and new to the area - great location and love the feel of the community as it is a lot pretty greenery and spread out and well maintained. I moved from out of state and the staff was very friendly and helpful and have made me feel very welcome! I had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in and the maintenance team was quick to get my issues taken care of. So far I am very happy in my new place and to be in Texas.

    I am coming up on 4 years living on this property. My wife and I love the apartment complex and the office/maintenance staff. We have transferred to different units about two times and we have always been satisfied. The maintenance staff have a quick response time when it comes to work orders. If there are any existing issues, they always communicate with you and explain the process of things. Although at times residents do not do their part in picking up after themselves or their pets, the maintenance staff insure to maintain the upkeep of the property. In the surrounding area we have an amazing school district, some of the most popular grocery stores nearby; Krogers, Market Street, as well as an array of restaurants that have been built within the last 4-5 years. You also have Target, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Ross, and so much more within a 5 mile radius!

    There are several apartments to chose from in the Mansfield area however I chose Legends at Lowes Farm for its location, reasonable pricing and spacious apartments. All of the things above attracted me to the property but I must commend Nathan and Maresa as well. They are the most personable yet professional people I have encountered in a very long time. I am a stickler for things and have called many times with various questions and they have always made me feel appreciated and important. I recommended this place to my Son and he too has become a resident. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a nice, clean, friendly community!

    My two young boys and I have lived here four months now and we love it! Moving from a house to an apartment, I expected to hear a little noise (and afraid my boys would make their own noise.) It has been so quiet and peaceful, and our apartment sits on top of only garages so my kids stomping and running around doesnt bother anyone else either :).The staff in the office is always helpful and very nice. The maintenance guys are always extremely fast and efficient.The washer and dryer that are included with the unit was a huge deal to me. The pool area is amazing too!Cons: The only thing that would be more convenient is trash pick-up at night from the apartments. And the unit price is more than my mortgage was for 1/3 of the size, but for the amenties, maintenance provided, and school district, the price is justifiable.

    We moved in about 2 months ago and so far we love it. The apartments are quiet, I rarely hear my neighbors. The office staff is great, maintenance is great and weve yet to have an issue with parking. There is not trash pick up but that doesnt really bother me because there are trash receptacles everywhere so I can throw my trash away as needed and Im not paying 20+ a month for trash service. The neighborhood is wonderful, we feel very safe here. The apartments I feel are nice, you dont have granite countertops but youre not paying granite countertop prices and I appreciate that. We love here, would highly recommended.

    I recently just applied and have a move in date set for Nov 1, 2016. I can truly say the apartment complex is kept very well. I have visited numerous times to ensure I was making the right choice and I have not noticed anything other than clean, professional and amazing staff. Neighbors seem to be very sweet and the staff seems to care. A friend has lived there for two years or so and spoke very highly of the complex and staff.

    I have been able to parlay a little side business. I have friends and strangers come park their cars here for day/weeks while they go out of town.So they avoid paying hirer fees parking at the Airport! The residents are screwed because they don’t have anywhere to park but I get to make some extra cold cash! I am very thankful that the management doesn’t care at all about the Residents. Come live here just don’t get in the way of my hustle!

    Ive stayed here at Legends for two years and absolutely loved it. Keep in mind bad reviews are for those who might have done things last minute, or have not done their due diligence in their research and communication. But if you are responsible, communicate respectfully, and are a good tenant, chances are you will have the favor returned. Especially by the crew here at Legends at Lowes Farm.First of all, management was awesome. Kudos to Jennifer, Melanie, Joanna and the whole staff for being very responsive to any concerns and forward with communication regarding the property. Not obligated to, but they send email reminders for rent and updates to any particular incidents that may affect the communitys safety.Living conditions were good. You are assigned a gatekey FOB to access the gates. That really keeps the community protected from those who dont belong. Now given it doesnt provide 100% protection, lets be realistic here, but better than having a shared passcode that once broadcasted, everyone knows. Of course with any property or even house, its not going to be perfect. There were some occasional maintenance here and there but the maintenance team were quick to fix any issues.Location was great. Nice quiet surrounding neighborhood in Mansfield. You have a major grocery store and plenty of restaurants surrounding the area. Just a few miles West, they have really started to develop the area with new restaurants and a shopping plaza, by the Dallas Stars practice facility. Plenty of things to do- Mansfield is boomin.Parking is limited at times but management does act in the best interest of their residents. If you are not a resident with a parking sticker, your vehicle will be towed. There is limited guest parking and only in the front outside the gates. Get there early or your guest wont have parking.Overall great place, when I think more about living here, it deserves a 5 star rating. A major grocery store 2 minutes away, surrounded by fields and a very good neighborhood- not ghetto one bit, gated community, a lot of surrounding commerce, great management, perfectly distant from the big city, and good living conditions. This place really has it all. I will be relocating because of my job and it will be a tough void to fill. This place has set the bar pretty high for me when looking for a a new place to call home.

    This place is awesome. I read some reviews below which didnt sound right at all. My rent went down two times since ive been here for a total of 3 years. Its the safest part in mansfield. The apartment complex comes every month to change my air filters and their online system makes it easy to get maintenance done. Just send them a msg about a light bulb or carpet cleaning and they respond asap. I am staying here for my undergraduate and it has been very pleasant. Vickie is the person that signed me up and she has customer service skills that will blow you away. Ive never had a problem with this place.

    I have been living here for two years and cant say I have any major complaints. Maintenance is very prompt and you can place in work orders by phone . The community is very quiet and is very family friendly. There used to be issues with parking but now they have enforced tougher rules and monitoring of paid spots and handicapped zones.
