We arent from the Dallas area, so she was very helpful in informing us about Uptown and what it has to offer! After our tours concluded it was a no brainer that we would move into an MAA property.

As a newcomer to the Dallas area, it was very helpful to start my apartment search with a drive throughout the general Uptown area in the company car to view the many property options that MAA has to offer in the neighborhood. On a tight time crunch for my brief house-hunting visit, Hollys expert guidance was incredibly helpful for narrowing down my search from hundreds of apartments to only touring the ones with the layout, amenities, etc. that I was looking for. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and will strongly consider this as an option for my future home

I’ve recently moved to a new MAA complex, due to the endless and effortless help provided by Deborah Moody.Upon moving, there were far too many issues with the new apartment (broken A/C, missing washer dryer, etc.)Moving in June, in Dallas, without a functioning AC was a a major issue, especially with a dog, and one I did not take lightly.The move was on a Saturday, so both my front office and the main leasing center were short staffed. I was persistent with both offices to get my issues resolved and that’s when Holly Fancher stepped in.She is an absolute rockstar, she handled my dozens of calls and emails with the utmost grace and compassion. She worked with me beyond hours of operations since she understood the severity of the situation. Despite it not being in her job description, she was the point person between me and the emergency maintenance staff and worked tirelessly to get my problems solved.All my issues were seemingly resolved within hours of working with Holly and Deborah. Their helpfulness and urgency eased tension and definitely expedited the process. I’m extremely grateful that Holly was in the office during the weekend I moved as I’m not sure how quickly things would’ve been fixed otherwise.I definitely recommend working with her for any future moves.

I toured many comparable apartments in the area in search of a comfortable place to call home with a spacious and functional floor plan, adequate square footage, qualify amenities and added security for peace of mind. I was happy to find it all at MMA! The incredible pool and grilling areas are as outstanding as the club house and the gym, which is by far the nicest and most equipped of any apt complex in the area! During my search for an apt, I was fortunate to meet Krista, my leasing agent. Of all the other comparable places I visited, no office staff member from ANY other complex expressed the care and concern in me as a potential tenant and meeting my housing needs as Krista. She was very professional, yet down to earth and answered all questions without hesitation. Krista is GENUINE and takes an interest in her potential tenant being content instead of just pushing any apt to close the deal and move on to the next tour. Krista is a great representative for MMA and the reason so many are pleased to call it home. If considering a new place to live, you owe it to yourself to visit Krista and the staff at MMA. Youll be glad you did!

Ill spare you the long nightmarish stories.I met with Chrystal and she was not only classy and professional, I felt like she actually LISTENED to my albeit EXHAUSTING list of requirements needed to accommodate my needs.Not only did I find it in my price range but its actually only a 14 minute drive to work.She was so patient and kind with me. Holly Francher was super helpful. MAA has about 10 apartment complexes in the Uptown area. I recently moved into MAA Worthington. Schedule a tour with Holly or one of the other tour guides, and they will show you around all the different apartments. If you are running a little short on time, they will ask you questions about what you are looking for and only show you the ones that would be the best fit for you. Holly was honest and gave the pros and cons of each complex. She was a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend John Michael at Post Leasing Center. He worked with my locator and I found the perfect apartment. Ive lived at a post property in the past and have always appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. If you are looking for an apartment in the Uptown area, Post is by far the best place for your money.
