    I lived here for about 7 months and loved it! The location is great with Katy Trail access, the units are nice, and maintenance is efficient with requests. The only downside was the frequency of an elevator being broken.

    Been here 8 years and while no place is perfect, this is pretty good. Sure, theres issues with the elevators, and small items going awry in the apartment itself. However, when issues arrive, the maintenance folks here are top notch, competent, punctual, and friendly. And the location next to the midpoint of the Katy Trail cannot be beaten!

    Best value apartment in the area in my opinion, right next to the Katy Trail and in West Village. Common areas are kept clean, pool is nice, office staff are friendly and any maintenance requests are quickly addressed.There are some issues for sure (elevators break down relatively often, fire alarm goes off once in a while) but no apartment is perfect, and these issues are usually quickly resolved. Overall great value for the area and amenities!

    I moved to MAA Katy Trail in 2023 and have loved living here. The property is in a perfect location in Uptown, 100% walkable area. Parking is a dream compared to other properties in the area. Everything you need is within a mile or less. Also, huge bonus, Glorias Latin Cuisine is right downstairs. Denise in the leasing office was the one that welcomed me home and has been a dream ever since. Her customer service, professionalism and care deserves 5 starts on its own.

    I love the location of this property right on Katy Trail and in West Village, the floor plans are so unique and have tons of closet space. When I moved here last summer Denise was beyond helpful in making sure I found the best floor plan for my needs and budget, she answered all of my questions and has been such a gem to work with. She goes above and beyond for the tenants and is always the first smiling face you see!

    Overall this has been a wonderful stay, great location, customer service, maintenance management, and parking. The one thing I wish I would’ve considered is the noise level having an apartment located on the street side. During peak time there is lots of traffic noise and the fire department and ambulance travel on the street frequently.It can get very very noisy!This isn’t something that the apartment complex can help but something that you should be aware of when selecting an apartment here. I imagine that units facing away from the street are much quieter than the one I’m currently in.

    I had short notice on a job offer with AT&T and had to move quickly on an apartment in uptown Dallas. Denise with MAA Katy Trails went above and beyond throughout the process - she helped me find a great apartment that suited my needs and budget quickly, accommodated my timeline for move-in from Seattle, and was always available to answer questions kindly and completely. Emails were returned as quickly as I sent them from both Holly & Denise. The complex is nicer than I expected, clean, and the staff have made my move-in very smooth and as enjoyable as moving to Texas in triple digit temperatures can be.

    I love living here. Denise from the leasing office is a true gem. She’s always very friendly and helpful. The apartments have some issues, but what place doesn’t? I feel safe and I always know who to reach out to when there is a hiccup with anything.

    Christine was a fantastic leasing consultant during my apartment search! She was incredibly responsive to my questions and went above and beyond by taking videos of units and facilities since I was out of state. Highly recommend!

    I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and would recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area. All apartment complexes have their issue, but when an issue does arise the front office and maintenance get it taken care of to the best of their ability! Prices tend be less a little less than competing complexes in the area, the neighborhood is friendly, and the community events are excellent.

    This is an amazing place to call home! My boyfriend has lived here for a total of 3 years and Ive lived here nearly a year. The apartments are really beautiful and well-maintained. The location genuinely cannot be beat (Katy Trail access, Turtle Creek, West Village, living above 2 great restaurants) - especially with a dog - and the price point for it is extremely reasonable in our opinion. Weve seen comparable apartments on the trail or in West Village listed for 30-50% more. Management is awesome - they handled the winter storm situation extremely well and I believe that they truly care about the tenants. I saw another reviewer saying that they can hear the people around them, but aside from the occasional thump, we do not hear anything. Ive commented on several occasions about how well-insulated from sound these units are. Would highly recommend!

    Ive enjoyed my time at Post Katy the past two years. Its very clean and well taken care of. The package room is a major plus. The residents are all nice and it is pet friendly. My studio apartment is pretty much a one bedroom apartment but less expensive and has a wall separating the living and bedroom which is awesome. I think my favorite part about living here is the location. Its prime location off of Katy Trail, 5 min walk to West Village and a 10-15 min walk to Uptown. I couldnt have chosen a better place to make my home in Dallas. However, the reason for docking a star is because my car was broken into in the garage and they didnt have any video camera footage which strikes me as odd due to all the break-ins around the area. I dont know if that was their fault or not but it kind of bothers me that we share a garage with Glorias valet.

    We have lived here for about 2 months and we love it so much!!! This is a small property with only 200-something units, but its perfect. The interiors are beautiful, updated, sturdy, and clean. The staff is very friendly, almost always available, and very hard working! The maintenance staff is very timely and is available at any time and we love them as well! What I love most about this place is that everybody who lives here is so friendly and very respectful. Its close walking distance from so many cool places, and is in an amazing part of uptown. We want to live here forever!

    I discovered MAA Katy Trail this week and loved it after I toured. Denise S was incredibly friendly and was able to answer all the questions I had about the property and the surrounding area. I ended up signing the lease and look forward to living here soon!

    We have loved everything about our new home! We did a ton of research before we moved from Downtown to Uptown and we have been very pleased with MAA Katy Trail. The location is exactly what we wanted - walkability, great shops and restaurants, and access to the Katy Trail. Our apartment feels like a home and have received great service from the staff. Couldnt be more pleased with our decision to move here.

    I have had a great experience here so far! Staff is awesome and any work order you put in is fixed that day or next. The location is also amazing especially if you work in uptown since you dont have to fight much traffic and right out back you have access to Katy Trail. Any issues that might arise like elevator maintenance are always taken care of ASAP. Overall great place to live.

    We just moved in and although there were a few hiccups the staff has been a pleasure to deal with and so responsive . Denise is a sweetheart and so helpful . Holly has been great as well. Was the unit perfect, NO but they have responded quickly to any repairs and questions . I feel like we’ve bugged them so much and asked so many questions but they’ve been patient and helpful . So far we’re happy !!

    We had a terrible experience at another Uptown property, so moving here was like a breath of fresh air. The location is awesome, the units are relatively modern and well kept and the few maintenance issues we had were resolved quickly.The common areas are well maintained and the package pickup system works well. The front office was also responsive as well. The only issue I saw during my time here was parking garage security, as I did see a car next to mine with a broken window as someone had burglarized it, and I left my car unlocked one night and someone clearly got inside of it and tried to find valuables. Everything is gated so Im not sure how this was happening, and it wasnt overly concerning just something to be aware of.Overall, definitely recommend Post Katy Trail to anyone looking in Uptown/West Village.

    I cannot recommend living here enough! I have been here for two years and am sad to leave. Not only is the building and apartments up to date, clean, and safe, but management actually cares about their residents and are unbelievably responsive to any questions, concerns, or comments. The location is also unbeatable. Living on the trail is a major perk and I have loved being able to walk to west village or the heart of uptown. I tell everyone to live here, my experience has been fantastic.

    Very nice place to live. Generally very quiet and peaceful, overall well-maintained, and awesome location right next to the Katy Trail and lots of restaurants and outdoor eateries/bars. Randy at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. They are also very responsive to maintenance concerns and the apartments are pretty new and in good shape. Just be aware that there are lots of dogs in the building so be prepared for barking at times. Overall, highly recommend!

    Holly McMackin is a huge asset to MAA! She is extremely organized, polished, and goes above and beyond in her role to help residents! Fantastic community and beautiful apartments. Great management, safe area and good amenities! Great location on the Katy Trail! The maintenance staff is so on top of things and are a great team!

    I just moved out, but I lived here for 3+ years. I had an overall good experience, but I will say towards the end I loved working with Denise from the front office. She was my go-to and always helped with any requests/concerns I had in a timely manner.

    I loved my apartment and only moved out because I moved closer to a new job. The staff was super friendly and always responsive. The location is great, the updates/finishes are really nice for the price, and maintenance requests were always taken care of right away. I was sad to move out!

    Greatest place to live in Uptown! Weve been here 5 years and love it so much we decided to upgrade to a bigger place. Its right on the Katy Trail, and convenient to a ton off shopping and restaurants. Everything is with in walking distance! Or you can catch a free trolley ride to the rest of Uptown! It stops right across from the front entrance to the building.

    I just moved into the building and had just about the smoothest experience I could have hoped for. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and quickly made me feel at home in the building. The building itself is also wonderful- clean, quiet, and great amenities. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Dallas!

    I moved here from LA in mid December. I stumbled upon Advanced Apartment finders by accident and stopped in to see what they were about. I met a great realtor there named Michael Glover and spent a good hour just talking about random things as well as what I was looking for in a place to live. One of the places he noted for me was Post Katy Trail. Post was the 4th property that I looked at and immediately liked the place...large halls, very modern appliances and amenities...The clincher was being located right on the Katy Trail..my dog and I are on it everyday!!! Staff here is excellent and I really like living here. Big thanks to Apartment Locators and Post Katy trail....they made my transition to Dallas as easy as possible. Very professional, yet personable and real.

    Fantastic leasing experience! I’ve gone through the entire process from finding the right apartment to moving in furniture (all entirely remotely due to covid), and the staff has been excellent and extremely accommodating. I’ve reached out a number of times, and despite not being on site the staff has always been available to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend!
