Esteban was personable, friendly, funny, asked questions, listened to what I was looking for and worked diligently to give me the options that would suit my living needs and make sure I was going to be moving into something that felt like home. Thank you so much for being so welcoming and helpful. He made this experience so much easier on me and I am so grateful for his help!

I have really enjoyed living here. The move in experience was nearly flawless did forget my key fob for the gate & mailbox key but other than that its been great. Staff is friendly, the complex is clean, and the residents are nice. I plan on staying for quite awhile as long as rates stay reasonable.

The entire staff from the property manager down to the housekeeper are all very professional. The community is located near several shopping centers and grocery stores, which adds to the convenience. Melissa is one of the best property managers I have ever encountered because she puts her heart and soul into not only the community but also her staff.

I have had to contact the MAA Grand Cypress management team a few times. Melissa has always done a great job helping me find a resolution to my needs. She and her team do more than listen to what you want; they take the extra time to determine your needs. Melissa and Harley have gone above and beyond for me three times in the 6 months that I have been a resident at MAA Grand Cypress. It is a great place to live, and without people like Melissa and Harley, it would just be an “ok” place to live. I feel seen and heard at MAA Grand Cypress. – I sincerely thank the MAA Grand Cypress management team.

I lived at the Grand Cypress Apartments for two years and enjoyed the experience. The location is great with easy access to anything you could want. The rental cost and fees are fair. The apartments and grounds are clean, secure, and well-maintained. Management and staff are professional and eager to help. There are many amenities and specials offered to residents as well. I even liked the neighbors. I was forced to move for my job but I will miss you, Grand Cypress!

I lived here about lil more than half a year For 1. The apartment staff were great. They were always very helpful and made complete understanding of every situation we were having. For 2. We never had to worry about them not responding to our maintenance request. For 3. We never had any bug problems. And for 4. No apartment is perfect but they were the apartment with the least amount of issues and with the best deal. It was a great spot to live and I use them as a standard for my new place and any apartment I look for after that.

I don’t think you can find a better apartment complex than Grand Cypress. My biggest concern in finding an apartment is one that could support my Dobermans needs. Grand Cypress has exceeded my expectations. The dog park is great for her to run around. There are always poop bags and trash containers nearby. The complex is very well maintained and trash is picked up Monday-Friday. Any maintenance requests have been resolved within the same day or a day or two. Thank you Grand Cypress! I will miss it here.

The customer service at this community is second to none. My family has had an amazing experience with the amenities and the staff in the office. We have had few problems, as can be expected anywhere, but whenever a problem does arise Giovanni in particular has gone above and beyond to quickly and effectively handle these issues.

I love living here at Grand Cypress. My apartment is great and in the best part of the complex. My neighbors are awesome and weve become the best of friends. The office staff is so nice. Giovanni is amazing. You can tell he truly cares about his residents. He has always made me feel at home since day 1. Thank you Giovanni! The maintenance is always efficient in completing repairs. Location is perfect for me and close to some of the best restaurants in Cypress. Love this place!

I have lived at Grand Cypress since they opened it was called Broadstone back then. I love living here. It is in the best part of Cypress surrounded by lots of good restaurants and bars. This is my home and I love everything about it. I feel safe and secure here. I have made the best of friends with my neighbors my location is the best in the complex. The management staff is amazing they tend to all my needs and concerns. Melissa and Giovanni are absolutely amazing. The maintenance crew is also spot on, they attend to any issues I have promptly.

I recently went to tour this property and it had everything I was looking for. The apartments were extremely nice and then amenities were amazing. There was the nicest employee in the front office (I believe named Harley) and she was so kind and willing to help by answering any and all questions I had. Loved it!

I would like to commend Daisy Lopez for her great customer service! She was very attentive in ensuring we were well educated about the apartment. The apartments were just what we needed! We hate that we could not follow through with the stay due to changes in our plans, but we definitely will love to make this our residence if needed in the future! If I could give Grand Cypress 10 stars, I would. This is a wonderful place to live. The office personal are wonderful helping with anything needed. Maintenance people are experienced and very efficient. They clean up after finishing with any repair.This is a very quit place to live. People are friendly, the grounds are always keep up.This is my fourth year living here and I do not plan on moving anywhere else. I could not be happier anywhere else.This is close to all shopping and quick access to Hwy 290. So very easy to get around from this location.

This is an amazing and beautiful place, we had the best experience thanks the Mr. Giovanni Trujillo. He was very professional, explained every detail about our soon to be home. And he made us feel at home. My husband absolutely fell in love with the gym. I love the open concept of the kitchen, The space is perfect. We are very excited. If you are interested in looking for a beautiful apartment ask for Mr.Trujillo he is seriously the best. Highly recommend.

Great location! Staff really care about the quality of tenant living. They are quick to address any concerns you have. They have an afterhours emergency repair number if anything happens when the office is closed. Parking is good. Have covered parking spots. Garages are available for parking or putting own gym equipment in it. Easy to do. Good location to local parks, shopping, and restaurants. Hospital is right down the road too. Overall, great location to live at!

Im going on year 2 at Grand Cypress and it has been nothing but great. Giovanni and the management are there anytime you need assistance and go out of their way to make residents happy. Maintenance is quick and are always doing their best to fix any issues on the property. I had a maintenance emergency at midnight and they were there within minutes. Great place to live!

Grand Cypress was our home during a transition time, and we couldnt be happier with the experience! Exceptional staff, prompt response to any question or need. The kindness displayed by each person on staff is remarkable! Giovanni, especially, made us feel at home from day one. The fact that he always remembered our name and greeted us with kind attention really made a difference. Also, we couldnt believe how clean and pest-free the apartment was when we moved in. Ive been here for about 3 months and so far so good! Minimal maintenance issues (all taken care of within a day or two), clean breezeways, parking close to my building. The community itself is relatively small which I personally like. My neighbor above me sounds like hes bowling on a daily basis but thats the chance you take living on the second floor! Office is responsive and friendly. Ive seen all ages and backgrounds. Security patrols on a nightly basis.

It was a flawless experience all around. I would definitely recommend this complex and dealing with Jessica. The apartments are nice and the front desk is very helpful with any questions you have.

This apartment company, has been one of my favorite communities that I have lived in. Giovanni made moving in such a pleasurable experience. He made sure that I had everything I wanted and found the perfect floorplan for me! He answered every single one of my questions and was amazing to work with. When Giovanni wasnt there to help, Melissa and Siree was able to help. The maintenance crew has been very prompt with all maintenance request, especially Gabriel.

I moved to Texas from Florida for my job and had many apartments on my list to tour prior to making a decision. I toured Grand Cypress with Giovanni Trujillo who I would highly recommend. He answered my many questions, was professional, knowledgeable and hospitable. Prior to my arrival, I had many requests and Giovanni was extremely accommodating and made the stressful transition very smooth. Upon arrival, my carpets were extra clean (allergies) and the place was spotless which isn’t always the case. Anytime I have an appliance break, I call the front and I have my issue resolved in less than 24 hours. I also like the location of the complex. It’s so easy to jump on 290 or drive a few blocks to a grocery store and drug store.

Giovanni was the leasing consultant that moved me into my apartment almost 2 months ago. When I originally came looking for an apartment I had no idea what was going to work for me and my 2 dogs. He was very patient in answering the same 5 questions at each of my visits. I ended up coming almost 4 times trying to decide on a floor plan. He helped me so much in trying to find what worked best for my little fam as well as my budget. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and was just there to support whatever I decided. Moving in was SO easy. The apartment was clean and any maintenance I needed was there the next day. The complex is well maintained, neighbors are so sweet and quiet, and I love that the accept all breeds of dogs. Thank you Gio for helping me make this move! I couldn’t have done it without all of your help. If you are interested in moving here talk to him! He has all the answers and is so genuine. There hasn’t been 1 thing that I’ve asked Gio that he hasn’t gotten done in a timely manner. He really makes this complex great.

I am cosidering applying anyway since the property I was supposed to move into tomorrow just informed me that my move in date has been pushed back to mid July. Ill be back to provide additional details if I do decide to switch over to Grand Cypress.

We relocated here in this past January. The leasing and move-in process was easy and peaceful. We were pleased with our new apartment upon move-in and so far life is still pleasant at this point. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable. I like the fact that security is always monitoring the facility and we are definitely enjoying the dining and shopping options available here in Cypress. Having restaurants pretty much onsite makes it even more appealing. I would definitely recommend living here.

I have been living at the Grand Cypress apartments for 3 months now and I can recommend them 100%. The office staff is very friendly and always ready to solve any problem. I especially want to mention Giovanni who was my guide when renting and until now he has been very supportive when I had any concerns. The green areas and the pool are kept in very good condition thanks to the work of the maintenance staff, they are fast and efficient when required for some minor repair or replacement of some equipment in the apartment. The community is quiet. In general it has been an excellent choice.

The place is very well taken care of, we loved it, the administration is very friendly, I recommend Daysi, she is a very kind person, she answers all your questions with a smile and a lot of kindness.
