    Been here for almost 2 years, I can definitely say I am proud to call MAA Grand Courtyards my home. Everyone in the office I very professional and always very attentive to our needs. Diamond has been awesome with me she assisted me with our renewal and made the process very smooth. Property is always clean with the exception of those residents that set their trash out on the days that they are not supposed to, but even tho they keep grounds clean. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to somewhere to call a home. Diamond is your go to girl!

    Oh it is beautiful and safe place to be, the staff members are super super kind! As an international student they make us understand everything via calls and zoom meetings, and the whole courtyard has so much greenary! Super happy to be herešŸ˜‡

    Itā€™s been almost a year of me living here, and Itā€™s been wonderful. The community is really Clean and well kept and the leasing office is really pretty as well, and they always have coffee for you. You can always sit and chill or sometimes study because they have such a great environment. I had my interactions with Diamond. She is one of the staff and she is wonderful as well.

    We have lived at Grand Courtyards for over 7 years. Sheila, the manager, has been here the whole time so there is stability. She and other staff members have always been helpful. There are special events on certain holidays to help build the sense of community. The landscaping is very nice and inviting. We have moved around within the apts and currently have one with an attached garage that adds space and convenience.

    Ive lived here about half a decade now and its always been amazing. Sheila has always listened and done all she can to help with requests and questions. Maintenance always does amazing and is super kind. I love the nature here too!

    I have been blessed to call MAA Grand Courtyards mine and my childrens home since February of 2020. Sheila and the entire staff have been nothing but loving and understanding to our needs and concerns. The maintenance crew are FANTASTIC!! Every single one of them works very hard and are always prompt to respond to any issues that happen to arise. The grounds are kept clean, the pools are lovely and a nice quiet are to relax. Its close to plenty of amenities without requiring much travel time. Rent costs nationwide are increasing at a terrible pace but I feel that MAA still tries to be fair and reasonable.

    Vicente did some maintenance work in my apartment today and did a great job! He was super kind and helpful. I appreciate the promptness I always receive from maintenance. Iā€™ve lived here for a few years now and can speak highly of Grand Courtyards. Beautiful landscape and pools too!

    My husband and I moved in two months ago. We love it here! This is a great place to call home. The property is beautiful and peaceful! We appreciate the convenient location! The leasing office staff is amazing! Diamond was the first we encountered during our apartment search. She is a gem. All the other staff have been jewels as well. We strongly recommend this property!

    I have been residing in the DFW area since 2003, and this was my very first home. It was one of the best decisions I made, as it is a wonderful place to live, characterized by a quiet and peaceful community. After getting married, I moved to a larger space, but returned to MAA during the pandemic following the passing of my husband. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a new home.     Great mature location near the highway and nestled in a calm and quiet woodys area. Walking distance to the post office, food and entertainment options. Above standard maintenance and well kept grounds Unit could use a kitchen cabinet upgrade but the high grade appliances helps to offset. Staff is welcoming and about the business, which I like. Highly recommend.

    From the moment I walked in to inquire about the property, I was met with warm welcoming consultants. The property grounds were clean, and manicured.     If you want a home with no cockroaches and a security gate. If youre with roommates and other people, you will hear them through the walls with almost every sound they make. Neighbors upstairs and downstairs-not really. Staff are extremely nice. The pools seem to need a bit more than the bi-weekly maintenance...

    Id recently moved into the MAA Grand Courtyards complex going on two month now and loving it. The leasing office crew and maintenance team are awesome. Complex is quiet, clean and is at a great location which is awesome...I love it. MAA was the best choice Id made.

    Mr. Vicente is always great and respectful. Ive been living in the community 3 years, and every time something breaks he comes quickly and does an amazing job. Hes also very respectful of property, I have never encountered a mess after something is fixed.The apartment complex is amazing, great location and good price. You really pay for what youre getting. For my needs, the size of my 3BR/2Bath is perfect.

    I lived here for about over a year. As soon as I waked in to the club house Crystal introduced herself and helped me out. She was so friendly and nice. Sheā€™s the reason I moved to MAA apartments. I had been searching so many places and she was very helpful and showed me 3 different units and explained everything. They didnā€™t charge a deposit but they charged for a bunch of other stuff so that was annoying. And they do charge a fee when you move out to clean the carpet. What I didnā€™t like was the toilet had mold in it had to clean almost everyday. Maintenance did come the next day to fix what needed to be fix so that was nice. Thereā€™s cats everywhere. The power goes out when it rains and so that means the gate doesnā€™t open. Yup so you were either stuck trying to get in or stuck trying to get out. And maintenance wouldnā€™t come and at least open it so people get through. It sometimes stayed open for days. The gate would break a lot and they were always fixing it. Also a few months before we moved out our fire alarm was beeping and we told maintenance to come check it out. They said they came but they didnā€™t we had cameras facing the door so we for sure knew they didnā€™t come.

    Me and my friend toured a 2bedroom apartment and Caeligh Parker helped us a lot. She gave advice on places near by and many attractions.     I have lived here for about 5 months now and to say that the staff, both office/leasing AND maintenance, are SUPERB would be an understatement. They go above and beyond what is requested and make sure that you are satisfied with everything.     I recently moved into the complex and I LOVE IT!!! The main office staff and maintenance crew are a TEAM. I have never seen such good and fast communication in a apartment complex. The office staff are available through call, text, email, and in person. I have never received a delayed response. Work orders are completed within 24 hours and I see landscaping/pool care DAILYYYY. The landscaping here is on point! I am very very impressed with what Iā€™ve seen so far. Caleigh at the main office is SUPER DOPE, organized, and genuinely cares about making the complex your home. Caleigh works fast and is on top of everything. Covered parking and garages were easily available for my husband and I.I appreciate all of you at the office and keep up the good work!Thank you!

    I moved in late December and I was probably the worst person ever I kept changing my mind on what apartment I wanted but Iā€™m glad I did. I have now lived here a few months and I must say I love it. My apartment has had a few issues such as a water leak and dishwasher leak but all got repaired the same day or came back the following day to finish. Sheila does an amazing job as property manager and addresses concerns right away she insures the property stays in tip top shape! And the leasing staff is by far the sweetest and kindest people around Abi and Brittany are the best. When ever stuff was brought to their attention they insured it was taken care of. And if I ever needed help they where always more than willing to help! So far I love it here and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex! Keep doing what you all are doing! Yā€™all are the best!

    My husband and I have lived here since May. This is the first apartment either of us have lived in, and we love it. Compared to other apartments in the area, this is priced the best. The staff always answers quickly when I have a question or complaint. All of my complaints have been about other residents and not staff or apartment related. The staff is super nice, maintenance comes to fix things quickly, and the area is really pretty. Parking is a little tight on the weekends, but not unbearable. We love this apartment complex!

    I lived here for 5 years. I miss Sheila, Brittany, Abi, and Emely. The neighborhood has headed in the wrong direction the during 5 years I was there, but Sheila runs a tight ship and does a great job keeping GC as safe and clean as she can. Stormy misses the free dog cookies and Brittany. Maintenance was always timely and courteous. I only moved because I got married and of course the rent increases, but its increasing everywhere. If you are a responsible tenant, treat your apartment community as your home, and always try to do the right thing you will be welcomed here and have zero problems. You guys are great!

    Weā€™ve lived here over a year we just renewed our lease for another 12 months . Never had any problems and have always been helped rapidly for any maintenance issues. The office staff is all so friendly and welcoming and the neighborhood is calm and always kept clean! Our kids also enjoy that the school is right next door

    I have lived at grand courtyards for approximately five years. I would not have lived here that long if things were not good. I have always found the personnel very friendly and very helpful. I have found the maintenance staff not only very friendly and helpful but also very prompt. Most of the time my maintenance issues are solved the same day that I called. The only time itā€™s not is if a part is needed. It is a relatively safe place to live if you keep in mind that all apartment complexes do you have a certain amount of crime that happened mostly burglary of motor vehicles. I have just renewed my lease as it is nice to have a place that actually cares about your quality of life and that you are more than just an occupant.

    I lived here from 2016-2017. I loved the location and it was very quiet and safe over all.We took nightly walks throughout the neighborhood and never witnessed anything suspicious . Throughout my stay I did have trouble with maintenance request which sometimes took weeks to get resolved. The parking is horrible so I would recommend getting a covered parking . I feel like the price was awesome for what I got, but at renewal they tried to increase my rent by 100 dollars on top of all the other extra charges they already charged it was just out of my range and I had to move out. The staff was extremely helpful when I went through a rough patch financially, and I am extremely grateful. This was a great place to call home,wish I didnt have to leave and I do recommend it to everyone.

    We have been living here for about 3 months now, I love the apartment and I love the area the only reason I donā€™t give it a 5 star review is because there is no parking whatsoever inside, itā€™s like people are allowed to have more than 2 cars so Iā€™m stuck parking outside and it seems people donā€™t move the cars on the inside for days especially the area where itā€™s supposed to be for guest or anyone and at first itā€™s okay bit after time it gets annoying having to carry everything from outside the gate. Hopefully it gets better with time. Other than that this place is great.

    I enjoyed living here.. when I first came into the office Abi Blair made me feel so welcome. She gave a great tour and honestly has been a star the whole time I lived there. They were quick with emergencies (even with the winter storm). You get what you are paying for but its a great little hidey hole in the wall.

    Wonderful staff. Always friendly and helpful. Update: Going on my third annual lease agreement. Rates do go up but they are super helpful in finding the best rate at the right time.     Barkley (my dog) and I have resided at the Grand Courtyards in Grand Prairie since 1/2019. On the few occasions when minor maintenance issues occurred, they were reported on their Residents Portal. On each and every occasion the problem(s) were resolved within 24 hours. The front office and maintenance Staff have always been friendly, professional and very accommodating. On more than one occasion Ive even witnessed members of their office staff picking up debris left by careless and uncouth tenants or their children. WOW! They truly endeavor to provide an environment their tenants can be proud of. Unfortunately like in ANY apartment complex youll find inconsiderate, lazy, neanderthals that have no respect for their neighbors or their environment.

    Abi -THE ANGEL IS AMAZING !!!My family and I lived previously in Grand Prairie for about 3 years. We have now decided to move to the Caribbean and we need an apartment to fit the timeline we were searching for. Unfortunately every where we went the leasing term, the apartment size, the office staff was rude or just simply nothing was availableā€¦. Which was VERY ridiculous! I honestly did not know that searching for an apartment could be so difficult. Just when my frustration met its peak, my wife said letā€™s go to the Grand Courtyards in Grand Prairie Texas. When we arrived we went to the front office. All of a sudden an Angel named Abi introduced her self and asked us how we were doing and how could she help us. We sat at her desk and we explained our unique situation. After explaining, Abi simply said No problem when do you want to move in. Honestly I wasnā€™t even prepared for that and realized that I didnā€™t even really have a good date to move in due to the fact we were selling our home at the time and our closing date would dictate. Abi again said no problem. For some reason it seemed that Abi The Angel had all the answer to every question and situation I came up with. She really impressed us with her knowledge of the apartments and she was so nice to my kids and wife. I wished all apartments and others in the customer service/management industry had half of what she has.I served this country in The US Army for 22 years and I have never met anyone ever with the personality and customer service/management skills that she has. I honestly see her as a company customer service / management mentor or a company model of what customer service/management should be like.Thank You Abi The Angel and Thanks In Advance!

    I was waiting a few months after moving in to write this review so I could write something accurate. First off, all these people leaving one star reviews without even coming and looking at the apartments is really dumb and kinda ignorant. Why waste your time and everyone elseā€™s?! Please make better use of your time people. We have been here a few months and honestly itā€™s been great. Abi at the front desk has made sure everything was crystal clear and we knew what we were paying for. Yes there are fees but nothing hidden and all for purpose. The parking is the only thing thatā€™s kinda bad but if you upgrade to a covered parking or garage you wonā€™t have any issues. No breed restrictions for dogs here and still have no pet complaints. Abi and the front desk has done everything in their power to insure our happiness and again that nothing was ā€œhiddenā€ I told myself I would make a legit review after reading what I would call rating sabotage. Me and my fiancĆ© have enjoyed our stay here so far and look forward to keep at it. Take the time and check them out for yourselves before assuming and especially before reading other peopleā€™s negative comments especially if they never been here. Take that negativity somewhere else ā€œainā€™t nobody got time for thatā€

    Our experience here was very positive. The only two complaints that we have are that it is difficulty to find parking if you dont pay for a covered space and the gates are frequently broken.The staff were always really helpful and maintenance requests were always resolved quickly. Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Grand Prairie area.
