Her attention to detail and dedication made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.Diego and India were also fantastic, providing excellent follow-ups and top-notch customer service. I have lived here for about a year and just renewed my lease because I absolutely love living here!From my first day signing my lease, the leasing office of Diego, Brock, Sidney, and Skylar have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and have been super helpful. Huge thank you to Skylar as she has consistently been my main point of contact throughout the year and has always been super patient with any of my questions and transparent with anything related to fees, parking, or my lease and future options.Sameer is incredible as well, as he always makes sure to respond to maintenance requests quickly and is super friendly about coming to fix anything in my apartment.Cant recommend MAA Frisco Bridges enough as the units are updated, the location is great, neighbors are friendly, and overall just a really enjoyable living experience.

I had a terrific experience living here. It is a cozy community with a lot of trees, green space, a park and ponds.This apartment is in a terrific location (DNT & 121). There are a lot of options within a 5 minute drive including dining, Stonebriar mall, Legacy West, Grandscape, Ikea, and The Star just to name a few. There is also a minor league baseball, basketball and arena football team across the street.The apartment was spacious and clean (see attached photos). The front office staff were all friendly, especially the manager, Sidney. Maintenance was phenomenal (which is rare in most apartments). They respond quickly and solve any issue right away. The other residents were super friendly. Finally, the main reason I moved here was that they have EV charging stations in two of their garages.

I absolutely love living at this property. I’ve been here since about August and have not had any issues. The maintenance staff, Especially Edgar have been a huge help with any maintenance Requests and is in and out With the job well done. The amenities offered, Especially the gym, Is always well organized, clean, and spacious for all types of working out. Those working at the front desk are some of the kindest people That always have a smile on their face. In general living here has been Problem free, Perfectly located, And an amazing experience overall. I frequently go on runs around the beautiful scenery nearby and can even watch the fireworks show at the Roughrider Stadium nearby. On top of everything, The Smart home system the apartments have embedded into them has been unreal. From thermostat control to double checking if I locked my door all the way to turning on lights. For someone who owns a pet and is at work most of the time this has been a huge help For anyone who is looking for THE place to live, I Highly recommend MAA Frisco Bridges. Thank you all for making this experience what it is.

Yesterday, Sunday, January 26th I had a maintenance emergency with my HBAC unit. I called maintenance and my called was immediately returned by Edgar. He was a ways out but he brought me a portable unit to get us through the night. Today Edgar showed up early to access and fix the problem. He was nice and efficient. I remember last minute that I needed a toilet seat bolt and Edgar replaced them with no problem. He was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. A+++++

Hi! This is Daisy. I live in the old building at 3200 Rifle Gap Road, and it’s very well maintained and clean. I love my smart apartment, with the hands free, no keys, entrance with just a code, and the ability to manage the electricity through my mobile device in order to save energy. The community engagement, activities, and contests are amazing. The building has a multi-level gated parking garage, the security officer is very active, the pest control is excellent, and this place is quiet and peaceful. I have fast internet, 1 gig, with no issues, since I work from home. What I like the most is that the apartment is under my budget. When I moved in, I requested a little maintenance, and the immediate response, sense of urgency, and follow-up from management tell me that this is a place where you can definitely trust the management and the maintenance staff. I recommend MAA Frisco Bridges to anyone looking for a safe and reliable community. You can ask for the bilingual leasing agent Diego Avila, or Skylar Navratil, or India Lewis. The assistant manager, Brynn Donovan, and the manager, Sidney Rogers, are extremely diligent, always answering with no hesitation any question you have. Thank you!

One of the reasons I keep resigning my lease is their maintenance man Hedson. I swear I put a work order in and by the time I get to my job it’s fixed. The pool is stunning as is the decor , they could probably update the gym in Ave of the stars but the other gym is bright and has good equipment and you can use both. and Skyler always helps me in the office and is alwatt urs cheerful when my packages go awry because of Amazon . The parks are gorgeous . I will be very sad when I have to leave but I’ve been here 7 years so it’s almost time .

Living at MAA the past two years has been awesome!Thanks again to Hedson, the maintenance pro who has helped me fix any issue that came up, big or small, in my apartment. He even advised me on what bulbs to buy (i wanted all LEDs in my apartment, personal preference). He even helped me install them on the fixtures I couldnt reach.This area is fantastic, right off the park, but still centrally located in North Dallas, next to DNT and SRT tollways.Staff has always been friendly and helpful since I moved in, and my unit was above expectations.Sadly, Ill be moving out, as my career has taken me across town. The silver lining is, MAA allows you to transfer to any other MAA location (for about 25% the price of breaking the lease), so I was able to quickly move across DFW to my next apartment at an MAA complex.Ill miss the times I spent at my unit here in Frisco, but I will still recommend this community to anyone working within about 20 minutes of this location!

The maintenance crew is amazing. They are very proactive and respond quick to requests. Samir is the maintenance person that has been helping us and he is amazing and always helpful.The reason for one less star is not for the maintenance. The maintenance deserves 5 stars. The one less star is for the need to improve on pest control and cleanliness. The property always has roaches, crickets and spiders in the hallways which dont seem to get cleaned or picked up unless I complain. Their cleaning crew is not very good. If I see a dead spider in the hallway, I will see that same spider in the same place even a week later. The pest control needs to improve on the exteriors to prevent these pests from coming inside.Other reason for one less star is when the apartment was delivered to us it wasnt cleaned fully, with the ceiling walls covered in spider webs and bugs in the window blinds. The porch was given to us dirty expecting us to clean it even before we moved in.Other then that Samir from the maintenance deserves 5 stars.

Been living in this community for over 3 years and it’s a very good option for the area! Is it perfect? No, but what apartment complex is. The maintenance team is phenomenal and fixes problems within a few hours of reaching out. The common areas could be cleaned better, there’s always trash in the garage/ hallways. The hallways need to be touched up with paint. But all in all, it’s a solid option!

Overall this is my favorite complex Ive lived at in this area. For context, this is my third complex in Frisco.Ive been here 3 years now and have a pretty good feel for the place.The area is perfect, its walking distance to a bunch of great stuff and I take advantage of that often.Maintenance staff has been top notch, Ive never gotten better service at another property. Hedson in particular has been here the whole time I have at least, and he always takes great care of me and Im sure, everyone else as well!Pricing has been fair, and lots of nice people live here.That being said just a couple complaints, one the parking garage in my building is wild. A few bad eggs love to speed through it as fast as they can and its lead to some really unnerving close encounters.Also, doors are constantly broken here. Though admittedly through no fault of the property, they usually fix them in a few days of noticing them, but they end up broken before too long. That is except the big garage doors, which have basically not worked properly since Ive lived here. Really not sure what the deal is there.One last thing, I really dont like the garbage valet service or the 22.73 cost for it, or the community fee. I feel like if those services are mandatory, then include them in the cost of the rent. This is a disingenuous tactic to inflate rent prices. But again, this isnt just this company that does this, most all in this area at least do the same. So I say it more for awareness than anything.In any case, dont let my gripes deter you, as this truly is the best spot Ive lived at in Frisco. And if you see me out walking around feel free to stop me and say hey!

I have lived at this property for over a year now. The amenities are great, and the staff and maintenance team are even better! You wont ever get bored here with all the events going on monthly, and the location cant be beat (walking distance to The Star and many other restaurants/bars). This place has felt like home the moment I stepped into the leasing office when I was searching around. Staci, Manager, sat and listened to my situation and helped guide me through the application process and addressed any concerns I had. Chandler (Leasing Consultant) has always been such a big help in answering all my questions and concerns, as well. Samir (Service Manager) is also AWESOME!!! Any issues I have had have been resolved the same day. I cant say enough good things about the staff and management. I really enjoy it here and dont ever want to leave. Thank yall for everything! Ive been here a 7 months and I love it, the lobby and mail room are clean, in Phase 2. This review will be based on phase 2. I love the enclosed hallways(hotel style), the trash rooms are dirty, ppl dont know how to throw it down the shoot so bags and bags will be on the floor allowing it to stink up the room and surrounding areas. They dont allow pets in the outside community areas with is kinda weird. Ive never have an issue with management, they have been good to me. The outside areas are pretty clean and landscaping is good, can definitely tell and see workers have been. I do wish that the enclosed hallways have a better smell to them, all the different odors make it weird.

I stayed here in 2021 and MAA was one of the best experiences (if not THE best) that Ive had at an apartment complex. I loved my unit. Any issues were fixed promptly and management was super friendly and easy to work with. I love that they have electric car chargers. It was a very modern and comfortable stay. I had no issues with bugs or anything like that and I was on the first floor! They also did not over charge me during move-out. Your lease comes with a checklist of things to clean/make sure is fixed (with prices) prior to move out so that you know exactly what to expect and they stuck to it. HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve moved all over the world since I was 18 when I joined the military and now at 52, I’ve never had a moving experience so seem less and satisfying than moving into MAA Frisco Bridges. Brock, from the leasing office had everything I needed prepared so when I arrived from Los Angeles all I had to do was sit down, relax, and enjoy the beautiful property.I submitted a work order to have a light bulb replaced and the Service Manager, Mr. Samir responded on the next working day and not only quickly replaced the light bulb but noticed a shelf was not painted to his satisfaction and repainted it on the spot in less than 10 minutes. I’m supremely satisfied with the property and it’s management.

Lived here for just over a year till we found a house to move into. The office staff are very friendly especially Justin and Staci who took care of us from day 1 we moved in. The maintenance is extremely fast, when submitting a ticket they would often show up 15-20 minutes later to fix the issue.The location is great being close to the tollway and minutes from Stonebriar/The Star. Facing the pool can get a little loud so if youre looking for a super quiet location maybe look at another courtyard but overall didnt bother us too much.

We lived here for almost a year.We loved living here. Staff was great and very professional. Unlike other places, here I felt staff actually wants to help their tenants.Construction of building is great, I rarely ever heard my neighbors. We were on the first floor and we could hear people through windows standing outside though.They keep building very clean and well maintained.I had a few maintenance request and they always got it fixed in 24-48 hours. They also proactively change A/C filters. They also proactively took care of some plumbing issues. Not sure what those were because we didnt noticed anything wrong.Last, unlike other places, they actually refunded full deposit after we moved out.We are very impressed with them and recommending Post Properties to all our friends.
