Almost a year living here & i will say they’re really good about communication, the office and maintenance. maintenance fixed my request about my floors & ended up fixing my refrigerator too.. my bed frame was delivered at the office and they offered to help carry it up 3 flights of stairs! such a great community

The maintenance crew came to my apartment to try and diagnose as to why my heater stopped working during the freeze. They were very professional and did not waste any time finding the cause of the no heat issue. They are definitely the best maintenance crew that I have seen in a very long time.

After living here 6 years I definitely have pros and cons. The one thing you can always count on is Jeronimo, the lead maintenance man. He is the best I’ve seen. The office team is helpful and responsive when needed and I appreciate them. The grounds are maintained nicely and most residents seem like good people. My main cons are: my tailgate and taillights were stolen, over flowing dumpsters, gates not working at times, and parked cars with expired tags.

Maa energy park is a good communty and for the price, i have liked my stay here so far. the maintenance team is helpful, just want to note that John was very helpful and dilligent in fixing the kitchen disposal as soon as possible when i had an emergency.

Management and the maintenance team here are top tier. In my 3 years of residency here grade A professionalism has been the standard. Any work orders I’ve submitted have been taken care of promptly and any issues I’ve inquired about from management have been responded to and taken care of immediately. Community continues to upgrade year after year. A great experience for me. Maintenance e team is great! John and Henry are top tier.

Overall I have enjoyed living here the past year. It is an older apartment, but the maintenance is good and they do renovations all the time. Because it is older and next to a bayou, there are bugs, including roaches, but not terrible. It’s a great apartment for people with dogs because there are plenty of grassy areas and a walking trail on the bayou behind. There are also large trees all over the property that provide a lot of shade.

My fiance and I moved in a week ago. Our previous apartment was full of black mold and we found ourselves in an emergency move-out situation. Rebecca was SO helpful and friendly, and answered all of our questions. She assuaged many of our fears coming from a nightmare situation with nightmare management. She even called the maintenance supervisor to the unit while we were touring to immediately remedy a potential issue. Our move-in process was quick and painless and they even left us a welcome basket with essentials like hand soap and toilet paper, as well as a reed diffuser to make the place smell nice and homey. Having been here a week, I’m already seeing signs that the grounds are well taken care of and I would recommend moving here.

I had the best experience, Daniela was a great help. Maintenance goes over and beyond, every time I requested same day or next, problem was solved. The amenities are great. You are near many things to go out and enjoy with your family and friends. Very safe community as well, overall great place to call home.

I have lived here since 2009 and have certainly enjoyed it. I have always had a positive experience with the office staff. The maintenance personnel have always corrected my issues within a reasonable amount of time. The grounds are normally well maintained. Pet owners need to a better job cleaning up after their pet.

I’ve been residing here for the past 2.5 years and I’m completely satisfied with the accommodations, the office staff is top notch, head and shoulders above their contemporaries. Any time I had any issues, they were addressed immediately with professionalism and expertise. The maintenance staff has always been professional and accommodating to any concerns. I honestly love it here!

Ive been here at Park Place Houston for about three years now. This my second MAA community and I can’t imagine myself living with any other company!I love the office staff here! Sarah, Daniela and Rebecca are literally the sweetest. They take time to listen to any problems (which is once every blue moon btw) with patience and they take measures right away to solve it! They also keep you updated. The community is really well maintained , clean and quiet. We also recently got smart home technology so now we have fancy smartlocks and thermostats!! Highly recommend this community to anyone looking!!!!

This is a beautiful sprawling gated community with a large outdoor pool and gym. We have been very happy here. Apartments are very comfortable and trendy with exceptionally roomyclosets and bathrooms. A super bonus has been the amazing Club House. It is ultra modern and aesthetically designed with high ceilings, lots of natural light, several spacious seating areas and a large screen TV.Additionally it has a lovely business room with computer/printer, and a refreshment corner with free coffee and tea. Staff and maintenance are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We feel very fortunate to have found a vacancy here.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service at Park Place. I would definitely recommend this apartments to anyone looking in this area. The property is kept up very nice, neighbors mind their business, work orders are always completed within timely manner and leasing office agents are always positive energy and professional which is gravitating and pleasing. Maintenance team always says hello or wave when they see which is a great small gesture that I like about the community as well.My leasing experiencing with Nicole from the start was incredible. Nicole made it very easy with the limited time frame for my moving window. Nicole was very consistent with communication via emails and calls which shows she genuinely cares about her residents and their concerns. Nicole has a smile on her face every time I see her and her demeanor is always pleasant. Every property needs a Nicole!!

I have really enjoyed my experience at Park Place Houston. The office staff is so friendly and helpful and you can tell they really care! Sarah, Daniela and Nicole are awesome!! The maintenance staff is always going the extra mile- I have seen them helping residents around the community from helping carry stuff upstairs or just quick chats to see how we are doing. I recommend this complex if you are looking for the next place to call home.

I love living here at Park Place. I moved here in September just after Hurricane Harvey. They were one of the few places with immediate move ins. They staff was very polite and very sensitive to my situation. My first look at the place was pure excitement. Since living here I have not had any bad experiences and I pray it stays that way. I love the location, very close to work and of the neighbors Ive had the chance to interact with, Ive had no problems. Im happy to call Park Place home.

The ladies at the front office were extremely helpful through my application process and made my move to Park Place easy and hassle free. The complex is lovely, very quiet, and the grounds are well-tended. I had a couple minor updates in the apartment that needed addressing, and the gentlemen who oversee maintenance work were prompt, efficient, and thorough with the repairs. I highly recommend Park Place for young professionals just starting out in their career who are looking for a first apartment, or families looking for a safe community for their children.

I move from Minnesota 3 years ago, straight to Park Row at Park Place Apartments. I was looking for a nice quiet place to live with trees surrounding the area and good maintenance and I found all of this at Park Place. Daniela, Nicolle and the rest of main office staff were always there to providing with anything I was needed, also Henry and the maintenance crew delivered all the time. If you looking for a nice place to live, highly recommend this beautiful complex. Great management

Ive really enjoyed my experience at Park Place - Ive been here for 5 years now and it has been the best apartment rental that Ive ever had. Seriously. Weve had our ups and downs, of course...management has changed about 4 times since Ive lived here, and some front desk personnel are better than others...but you will find that anywhere. The maintenance staff is incredible - Jeronimo and his team work so hard to keep things running smoothly. All in all, Ive had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love living in this complex and have for 3 years. The complex is clean and very quiet. There are very few children on the property and most of the residents seem to be 30+. Because it is an older complex, it has some wonderful large trees and beautiful landscaping. Even though it is older, they have recently renovated the interiors with the addition of crown molding, new appliances, and granite counter tops. Any time I have had a repair request I just submit it online and it is fixed within 48 hours. The office staff has always been helpful on the few occasions I have been up there.

Going on my second year of living here and I have nothing but good things to say especially about Danielle, she’s been extremely helpful and always so quick to have maintenance/contractors come in and fix stuff when I call...had a issue with bugs when I first moved in (live close to reservoir) but with a few times of pest control coming in and i keeping the apartment clean we got it under control...extremely happy with the service I get here. Thanks Danielle for everything!!

I just moved here in February 2018. I have to say, I was very worried about moving to an apartment, I had not lived in one for 15 years. I was going through a lot of emotional changes, sold my house, and I had a lot of questions. Bless Caila for being patient with me (and my mother). My mom was a realtor for 30 years and we finally decided Park Place was the place for me. Yes, they are older and you will not get the brand new modern features but they have done their best to update it. If you want pretentious, go down the street. I wanted a homey atmosphere and got it here. Gorgeous mature trees, the pool even has a little jacuzzi I have yet to check out. Its in a great location, close to 6 and I-10 and I can be in Katy or to City Centre in 10 minutes. The office actually answers the phone when you call, they are great at holding onto packages at the office, and I cannot say enough about the maintenance guys. They were just here today and Jeronimo even asked me if I was okay. Best part, having my own attached garage! So far, I love it here. I cant jam my music like I used to at my home but thats a part of the territory. I have only met one neighbor but hes super nice! They seem to always be making progress on things around the property, too. Dumpsters dont get overly full. There are quite a few dogs ( I am a cat person) but all have been on leashes, people clean up after them and there are even convenient gates to go walk the dam (yet to do that either). Sorry, long review but had so much to cover. Thanks everyone for making me feel at home!

I initially left a bad review regarding my move in here. The property manager, Melissa, reached out to me personally and offered several remedies to my issues with the apartment. I appreciate that she valued myself and my family as tenants and contacted me personally. If you are looking for an apartment community with a fair price and values its tenants, I recommend this apartment complex.

Park Place Houston is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in! The apartment and complex is super clean and consistenly and continuously maintained very well. The office and maintaince staff is super responsive and super helpful! Nicole and Danielle have always answered all of my questions and needs immediately! The maintainence staff is constantly keeping the complex grounds super clean and landscaping constantly maintained!
