She is not only incredible nice, but professional and attentive; she took her time to show us around the amenities, the model units, and explain in detail everything about the leasing process. She was more than willing to answer all my questions and presented multiple options for my convenience. I highly recommend this apartment and their staff.

This place is on the upside slope of becoming a great place to live. It’s a quiet community and the staff is nice and engaging. The on site washing machines are affordable but my clothes are full of lent afterwards. The place is very affordable and nice on the inside. Apartments are very well lit. Maintenance, however, needs to be called more than once before the job is actually completed.

I absolutely love these apartments. I have lived here for 11yrs. I think that the office team is a wonderful combination of friendly and courteous. I recommend these apartments to anyone. Although my lease is up, I still wish them well. My niece recommended me to these apartments and Im so happy that she did. By far one of the best in Austin.

Benn living here since June and overall its been a great experience. Staff was extremely helpful when moving in and have been on top of any issues that have come up. Just out of the way enough for it to stay quiet, but still close enough to all of my favorite spots to visit here in Austin.

My summary of my first month or so here has been largely positive. This is a fine budget apartment complex just close enough to Austin.POSTIVES-Amenities are absolutely top notch for the price, very nice pool and small but functional gym. Includes a nice common office space with complimentary coffee and water-Management is very friendly and helpful. Expect a problem to be resolved quickly and genuine attention given when you have them-Spaces themselves are in good shape for how old they must be. Quite clean when I moved in and apartment exteriors look even better-Close proximity to bus to downtown and a grocery store, in walking distance if you’re comfortable with walking.NEGATIVES-The area itself is seedy at best. I’ve never truly feared for my safety while walking to and from the bus or the grocery but I make a point not to be out late and always keep my head on a swivel just in case-The buildings don’t seem to be climate controlled very well. I had an ongoing pest problem until I located the (rather numerous) entry points for pests and sealed them personally.-Being right on the highway might be a dealbreaker to some also, I thought I would mention itAll in all for the price the complex is excellent and management clearly seems keen on making it better as time goes on. For a budget I would recommend, but at the end of the day it is absolutely still a budget apartment.

We’ve been here a little over a month now and have found management to be very responsive to any issues. I’m happy with the location as it’s a short distance to the areas of Austin we frequent. There’s a library walking distance from us that’s been a great place for my kids to visit.

I have been here since November 2023 and so far it has been going good! Brandon was super helpful with the initial process and he made it so easy and simple to be able to apply and see a unit. We strolled in a Saturday to see what we could find after viewing a few other complexes and just not finding it to fit in our budget and or not up to our standards for the price. I’m a local Austinite so I’m fully aware of the neighborhood and area that I am in but they really have taken the measures to fix up the place. I don’t mind this area and find it convenient to be off the highway but it does get packed on the weekdays during those traffic hours but luckily there is a back gate! I do wish this complex had a washer/dryer in unit but they recently just added a laundromat on site which is great! They also have a gym that for the most part has updated machines (just wish people would make sure to clean up or put thing away) and works for someone who wants to get a good workout out in! The main office is relatively nice/clean and everyone I have encountered is relatively nice! Maintenance request are answered quickly as well although thankfully I have not encountered any major issues. No issues with pest but I do sanitize weekly/daily touch ups to keep away those pest. Will update at the end of my lease.

I absolutely love where I live, and the people who work here are phenomenal. I have interacted many times with Jasmine, Brandon, Blake, and Diana and each and every time they have treated me with so much respect and care. I have come to them with plenty of questions, and they have always been extremely helpful. They have created a very welcoming environment for me. They care a lot about their residents. (And MAA has so much to offer!)

Ive lived at the complex for a while and have been witness to its evolution to becoming a great place to live. It started good and will reach great soon.The office staff has always been the best there is, theyve been through a lot of adversity and in all cases theyve sought to put their best foot forward.One of their senior technicians: Blake is top notch. Hes been with MAA East for years, been exposed to many, many situations and handled them all using great thought processes and sound judgement.This man is a very, very valuable asset to the MAA East complex and the MAAcommunities. Everything that goes right about what happens in this complex has Blakes involvement. The whole staff, those who are there now and those that have left should be proud of what theyve accomplished.When we finally do reach that Great place to live status, it will be because of their hard work...

I moved here in March 23 I knew going in that it wasnt going to be perfect. You can just tell these things, when you scope the neighborhood and walk the grounds... But after moving in there were some issues with an individual shooting cars in the middle of the night. Management soon kicked out that person, and I havent heard a peep since. they even got a security group to walk the complex. Its very nice now, two months ago I wouldnt have walked my dog after 10p now I dont have an issue doing soyou can tell they are making progress with the grounds itself, however long it took I dont know I wasnt here. The laundry mat looks to be open soon so I cant complain about that either .. there is always work to be done no matter where you live. But Id say what ever happened in the past isnt happening now.. its a good place for people like me working on bettering their life and credit.. nice neighbors aswell! If youre moving here or looking to, make sure to speak to Jordan she has dealt with my questions and I havent had a problem

We moved in almost 6 months ago the complex did have some issues.Gates not working, shootings, cars getting damaged but the complex kept the community in the loop on how they were going to fix it and stayed on top of what they said they would do to keep us safe. It definitely has gotten better and they still continue to keep us informed on up in coming things and always have little things going on during the months for the kids and adults! Great staff and easy to talk to!!

I have been here for 6 years now. At first it was troublesome when I moved I in. I would have given it 2 stars when I first moved in Mostly because of management. My apartment getting broken into and the management tried to make me pay for the broken window. Water would be shut off and management wouldnt send out emails. Now, this past year, they got new management and the quality of living here has gotten much better. Everything has been renovated. New pool, office, laundry, dog park etc. They are fast with repairs, announcements, and events. The staff is welcoming and inviting. It was enough for me to resign my lease six times and upgrade to a bigger floor plan twice. I’ll probably still be here in the future. I love it

I love my home at Sixty 600! The office staff are very professional and proactive in keeping everything running smoothly. They respond to service requests in a very timely manner and always make me feel like my satisfaction is important. The complex is pet friendly! Management arranges fun activities during the year for residents. Things like the Easter egg hunt, Fall painting contest, national donut day- and treats for my dog on national dog day- are just a few of the activities weve enjoyed this year. The location is great also, just minutes to shopping, restaurants and schools. Its a great place to live and I highly recommend it!

I have been very impressed with the quickness and professionalism with which the staff have addressed multiple service requests. The complex has a high quality to price ratio. Attractive swimming pool, outdoor grilling and entertainment area and facades on buildings. The location on 183 makes it very convenient to get up north or down south.

I have so much I want to share about this place- I’ve been here now for four months and I was worried at first because I was moving from out of state and I hadn’t seen the place in person yet. However, I am SO happy I took a chance on this place. Now to be fair- this is an older apartment complex so by any means it is not perfect… but any slight imperfections are minuscule to the beyond amazing community, employees, and features! The community has a super “at home” type of vibe, the people are very family oriented and friendly. They have a pool, they have a dog park, plenty of places to enjoy walking my pup. Their grounds are always kept super clean as well as their amenity areas. The employees are extremely nice, helpful, professional and they go above and beyond for us all the time. Today they celebrated international dog day and gave me a full basket with treats, toys, a coffee mug etc… they do stuff like this all the time. I truly love this place, I love it here and I highly recommend it.

These apartments have really made a huge turnaround. The apartments are beautiful, as they continue to do overhauls on the interiors with updates. But the thing that stands out the most is the staff. They are very personable, and try their hardest to address all of the concerns of their tenants. The maintenance team is getting more and more on the ball with their communications to assure a good completion of jobs. The price point for the apartments is also good too. Theres few things Id add to make these apartments better, so thats good. The location along the freeway isnt the best because of noise, so avoid living in Building 1 and 12 (i believe) and youll be more than fine.

When I moved in there were problems like the toilet not flushing, the bathtub was clogged, and roaches. Once I told management everything was repaired and they called an exterminator within a week. Ever since I havent had any problems. Management is great and easy to talk to, and maintenance is fast with fixing a problem once its reported. I also love the smart home system where I can lock my door, turn off the lights, and change my thermostat on my phone wherever I am.

Five stars for the staff! The maintenance team and office team are all really helpful and responsive. Ive placed a few maintenance requests (it is an older building, which I dont mind, but that does mean some things just need updating) and theyve been really quick to come check them out even during COVID.Ive definitely seen the apartment complex improve since I moved here in March 2020, which I appreciate.The only two negatives I can think of are parking (which I have seen some improvement in) and the dog owners here (who seem to not understand that if you have a dog(s) you have to clean up after them).Overall, though, a pretty good place to live especially if youre on a budget.

I love living here! I have been here for over 3 years and the new management team has been doing a great job with all the improvements that were much needed. I really appreciate the effort that is put in for our safety and convenience. Parking is improving and will get better, once we fine out who keeps bumping the gates off track. Unfortunately rent is going up, but Sixty 600 is still one of the cheapest in the area that provides so many amenities.Ive had no problems with getting maintenance to fix anything and I dont have a problem with pests or rodents.It has been proven over and over... If you have a problem, all it takes is a phone call and they will get on it!

6600 Apartments go beyond 5 stars. If I could give this complex diamond ratings, I would! Here, you do not have to worry about fix services, pest control, mail, parking spots, etc; they got it all covered! Nobody messes with you, and neighbors are nice and chill. Additionally, there are community events (for the kiddos), plus the whole complex is getting remodeled. If you are looking for a nice place, where no one bothers you, and the staff got your back… I highly recommend 6600 Apartments. Please talk to Blake or Mark! They made sure that my stay at 6600 was delightful! 110% recommended! 10/5

I just moved in a week ago.Jordan who was the one who helped us was so nice and so understanding, so professional she answered all our questions.Only little details that I can say was, first night the A/C broke down but, I was amazed since the next morning I went to the office to let Blake know about the issue, (also Blake helps with all our questions as well) and an hour after that it was fixed!I love the fact that they took action immediately!Such wonderful and helpful staff!

I have lived at Sixty 600 for about 4 years on and off again because I can not seem to want to leave this place, even when I move somewhere else, I end up coming back at the end of the lease! I highly recommend moving here, since the staff changed and it got new management, this place has really gone up hill! I’ve never had problems with pests, when a repair is needed you can put a ticket in online in your renters portal and they fix it within days, sometimes even the same day, the complex puts together fun events for holidays like cookie decorating contests and free pizza on National Pizza Party Day, plus Easter egg hunts for the kids, etc! PLUS, since we got smart locks and a smart thermostat installed, I’ve definitely felt more secure! They installed new washers and dryers in the laundry room when staff changed and the new ones work so much better! The list of positives goes on and on. Oh, and did I mention they have an internet and cable package included in your rent with spectrum!? The best part is that their customer service is great and you can tell that they actually care about their residents.

Although, this wasnt the place for me the customer service here is outstanding. Cristal the manager is one of the most professional and fair managers I ever met in my life. Tim was very logical, informed and fair. I had no trouble getting my security deposit. I honestly wish there were more apartment managers like her, because it not only benefits the company but the residents/ customers as well. Ashleigh at the front desk was very nice and welcoming as well. Thank you for respecting your residents, taking your job seriously and being compassionate while still fair and professional.

I had a walk through and the manager and ever one in the office was nice and made me feel like i was wanted here and the person that was showing the apartment said that they will do whatever it is to get me approve for one of the apartments I was so glad to hear that and no other apartment I look at told me that. The property was clean and the apartment I seen was nice and clean. Price is good to rent and it gated and it come with interest and cable service. For me I seen no problems.

Lived here for five years & will probably renew again. Nice for the price considering its Austin. Staff & Maintenance crew are on point. Only maintenance problem Ive had in five years is that my ceiling fan stopped working, but it was completely replaced within 24 hours of submitting a request. Laundry facility & parking can get crowded at times, but not too much of an issue. Pool area is newly remodled & pretty nice. Fairly isolated, though & the surrounding area can be sketchy. For the price though, its worth it. Recommended to anyone looking in the price range that doesnt mind living on the edge of Austin.

Sixty 600 Apartments is one of the best places I have ever lived!!!!In the last few months they have changed out staff members assuring that positive changes have taken place!Anytime I have asked for a maintenance repair, it has expeditiously gotten addressed.The safety around the parking lot has been taken very seriously and many changes have occurred, to include but not limited to, more lighting, and the removal of non operating vehicles, and the staff arebmore responsive to residents safety concerns.Each and every time I have had to go to the office and discuss anything with them, they are very thorough and check out what they are telling me to assure what they are saying is 100% accurate!!!In the years past this property has had many issues, but let me assure you, in the last year the new property management company has taken it very seriously to upgrade the complex and make many changes onsite, to make this property at sixty 600 a luxurious living environment!!Since I have lived on this property (I moved in four months ago), I have seen many upgrades taking place!The new property manager is beyond exceptional and professional! She takes every residents concerns and corrects whatever she can and if the concern is out of her hands she takes the time to call her corporate office to get the concern resolved.All of the leasing consultant and assistant managers go out of their way to assure that each and every resident are happy and content.Let me assure the reader of this review, I am not a paid employee of this complex or management company. I am 100% a resident here at sixety 600. I did not get paid to post this review.You can review my other reviews and see I post what is honestly my review, some of them are good and some are bad.
