Great place to live, especially if youre a young adult or just starting out. To me, the most important thing about living in these types of communities is the people that run the place. Thankfully, Ive never had a negative interaction with the people that work here. The maintenance team is super responsive and has always taken care of things quickly. Additionally, the ladies at the front desk are always super helpful and easy to talk to. Every time I go into the front office with an issue, Andrea is always there and gets things taken care of for me immediately. Overall, I enjoy living here and would recommend this community.

Ive been looking for a place for my Mom. Cooper Ridge was the last stop on my list for the day. I spoke with Ashley and from the hello how are you to the end where we were told we are approved the entire experience has been the best. Ashley took the time to hear why Im looking for a place for my mom and what my moms needs are for an apartment. She never tried to push in a different direction, instead she took the time and patience to make sure we found the best fit for my mom. She went above and beyond both times I met with her, and she followed up as well. I look forward to move in date and all the good times to come after that. We have lived at Copper Ridge for almost a year now and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Caitlyn has helped us from the start and has made the entire moving process so easy. She always provides clear communication and is quick to answer any of our questions! The office and maintenance staff have been so kind and helpful with anything we have needed.

I have been living here for about 4 months now and my experience has been great. My apartment is quiet and neighbors that I have met have been nice. I had a few things that need to be fixed in my apartment, and maintenance was able to be out the next day to take care of it. I want to give a shout out to Caitlyn, she a has been very helpful and responds quickly for any questions that I may have regarding my apartment. Overall, I would recommend this apartment, you cant beat the value for the price at this location.

We just moved in two weeks ago, and Ashley was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She promptly reached out to address any issues we noticed after moving in. She diligently submitted work orders, and maintenance arrived within 48 hours. So far, we are thoroughly delighted with Copper Ridge.

Its hard to find perfect in the multi-family housing biz but the current staff of Cooper Ridge is as close as it gets. With a front office that cares and works to create true community and a staff that works to accommodate each renter, they make us all feel like we are home here.Caitlyn and Jessi have each gone above and beyond to help with administrative issues when they arise and Kelley is the buddy next door who makes sure any maintenance issues get resolved.There is no perfect but Copper Ridge and their staff seem to always work to reach for it.

Caitlyn in the office is great! If youre considering moving here, please be sure to ask for her. Always very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind - she is far and away the best person to work with. Shes also honest and straightforward.I cant give Copper Ridge 5 stars as there were maintenance issues when I moved in that were not addressed until 7 weeks later (Caitlyn was sympathetic but previous manager was difficult at best) and my renewal was handled terribly - Caitlyn was out of the office however, so maybe thats why.Please give her a raise and promotion becuase shes the best on the front office team!

We’ve lived here for six months now and can’t say enough but good things for the office and maintenance staff of MAA Copper Ridge. A special shout out to Andrea, from day one since signing our lease and picking up our keys. Very thankful for her and her work ethic. She’s our go to person if we have any questions at all. Also want to recognize the wonderful maintenance team, especially Mr. Kelly. Very impressed in how he gets things done and fixed at a moments notice. They’re all the best and all great at what they do.

Update 11 months: still a great 5/5 experience. Will renew the lease! Visited other complexes and nothing compares to MAA. Hope this is my last time leasing an apartment but if you are looking for a apartment rent from MAA they are transparent and responsive.Moved in almost 2 weeks ago. Great experience so far!Staff is very friendly and so helpful! Addy went above and beyond in assisting me in finding my apartment as I was moving from out of state to Texas!The complex is very clean, and quiet. The only noise you hear is the train that passes by once in a while.Maintenance responds fast!No complaints. Will update in 6 months and after my lease is up in 14 months.Highly recommend!

We have lived here over 6 years. Maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to make a repair. Office staff for the most part is outstanding. Love working with Jessi Minor and Cynthia Terry. Pool area is nice common areas are good. It is a safe and inviting neighborhood. Draw back our rent keeps going up each year and they have now prices us out of the complex. Don’t want to move but financially we can no longer afford it with only one person working and the other in disability. We need two bedroom as our daughter and friends come to visit. Wish the corporate office would take this in consideration. managements hands are tied when it come to rent increases for long term tenants. Another drawback is people speeding through the complex. I have asked for speed bumps but this Is still not done year after 6 years.

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Copper Ridge! From friendly service up in the office, to the maintenance crew, to many of our neighbors. The maintenance crew will come quickly when and if needed and the job gets done well!This environment is kiddo friendly, quiet, and clean. Our service from the front office has been caring and consistent with great communication to the residents. It is not often you can call an apartment a home, but what we experienced here was a home and I am thankful for that.I truly recommend these apartments for anyone looking to live in a safe, quiet, family friendly environment where you cant go wrong.

I’ve been a resident at copper ridge since March. I honestly hate apartments but they have been nothing but spectacular.My leasing agent knows me by name and is always in the office to greet me with any problems.Around 5 months in my water heater was leaking on a Sunday. Management had a maintenance worker out within two hours, my water heater was shot. They turned off my hot water til Monday morning for a fix. Maintenance was here at 7:30 AM the next day for a full replacement. This week my tub was clogging and draining slowly, maintenance fixed the problem within 48 hours.I pay way less than other apartments in this area. Not to mention we have two beautiful pools and great amenities.Copper ridge has been nothing but good to me since the day I moved in. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff. The area is quiet and sufficiently secure. The landscaping is well-maintained, and building/amenities maintenance is up-to-date. Maintenance service requests are handled promptly. I havent met many of my neighbors, but Ive waved to a bunch of people and most everyone waves back. Overall, a very nice place to live.

I am giving it 4 stars because of location and new phase built apartments are modern living. The older phase of apartments was not upgraded. I would have given 5 stars. The apartments are quiet, convenient to 114 locations, and shopping (Wal-Mart, movie theater, dining, and Starbucks)

The community is fairly quiet, very friendly. Maintenance team responsive and professional. I walk everyday and have met several people and had a conversation with each. One thing that could use an upgrade is the fitness center, it is very small and equipment is limited.

Spent 3 wonderful years living here. They are constantly making updates and keeping their residents happy. Every problem/ service request is attended to immediately, the next day at the latest. The office staff is beyond accommodating - they work hard for you. I really enjoyed my time at Copper Ridge & will miss it dearly!

Really great place to live. I have lived in many apartments, and this is hands down the best. Very quiet, safe neighborhood that feels more like a home. Lots of kids play out and about after school. The front office is top notch. Pool, parking, and exercise area are nice. Roanoke elementary. Only wish it wasnt so pricey or we wouldnt be moving.

I moved this July to copper ridge. So far so good. We asked Vaniti to open the apartment and keep the key inside since we came after 6:00 PM evening. However it was locked. Looks like when they did the pest control, service person locked it. We need to call the service person and ask him to open. We spend some 40 mins standing outside the apartment. Other that apartment looks good.

I lived here for a whole year and the only reason we are leaving is bc they dont have a floor plan that we are looking for, but i was so pleased with the property management I went to the sister property and found an apartment there. Myra was there for every need, she is amazing! No complaints here, the people are nice, very diverse and so alive... not to mention the location is perfect as well.
