I’ve enjoyed living here since 2020. The maintenance team are excellent, always on time and fix things with a smile. The apartment itself is very quiet. I never hear my neighbors (this is not to say they don’t hear me). Cons - no trash receptacle near me, a dimly lit parking lot with a an amazing number of car break ins. And probably a tab bit more expensive than they should be. But overall, a wonderful place. I’m very happy to live here.

Excellent. Maa is a great family condominium, very good location, incredible facilities and above all I love the attention of the people in charge of maintenance and the manager. Excellent person, and very good attention, concerned about the well-being of their tenants. I give a 10 out of 10 in everything.

Beautiful and spacious! Heather and her team in the office were so kind during moving in process. Parking can be an issue at times. Neighbors were respectful during late night hours. Maintenance team (Johnny) is awesome too. Definitely would rent again.

I have lived at this complex for almost a year now and it has been excellent the entire time compared to other complexes I have lived at! The office and maintenance staff are all incredibly friendly and have always worked quickly to resolve any issues I have had with my unit, or the surrounding area.My only minor issue is the lack of a dedicated courtesy officer for the complex and how this is not clearly mentioned anywhere when you are needing one. I was not aware that there was no courtesy officer until the day after I had made a call trying to get a situation resolved during the night. The office staff were phenomenal at handling the issue for me when I made them aware, and they told me what to do if I ever needed to call for a courtesy officer again. This is a great, and safe place to live, and close to everything you need!

Johnny, Maintenance Supervisor is awesome! Responded immediately ON A SUNDAY. Very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and he fixed a separate small issue in my bathroom while he was here! Paul and Heather are always super sweet and helpful. Excellent customer service from Hazel for following up Monday am to make sure my AC issue was resolved. I have lived here 8 months and the landscaping is always very well maintained, the pool area is beautiful and spacious. It is an extremely well lit property and a very safe complex!!! Love my apartment and highly recommend!!!!!!

Five stars out of five!I cant say enough good things about my experience living at MAA Cedar Park. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed, supported and at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they are always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance request I have.The amenities are quite nice. The pool is always clean and inviting, and the fitness center is well-equipped.My apartment is spacious and well-maintained.Overall, I am incredibly happy with my decision to live at MAA. It is a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

We are new tenants to this complex, so far the service is excellent, this is a bit pricier than the place we are leaving but I already feel like it will be worth it. The staff is exceptional and the smart home options are great. We are excited to come home!

In general it has been good. Ive lived here for over 10 years. But the current landscapers are on their third crew manager. I have been bringing up issues with this current landscaping crew ever since they were given the yearly contract. Also the complex seems to like scheduling pool repairs during the summer. Multiple times in the last five years. The pool just reopened July 3rd, it had been closed for two months. But as I said, we have enjoyed living here. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I absolutely loved living here. From my apartment, to the maintenance and office staff everyone is so nice and helpful. The few issues I’ve had living here were resolved quickly. I had a beautiful view of the pool which was maintained very well, and all my neighbors were always super friendly. The location is awesome and I loved being so close to HEB. Tara, Kelsey and Heather have always been very helpful and kind. Emails are responded to very quickly as well which was a huge plus. I definitely would have renewed if my living arrangements hadn’t changed. One of the most pleasant experiences I have had at any apartment complex I have lived at!

Sometime expectations are too high and that disappoint couple of people but I must say MAA is quite reasonable and decent understanding. Heather is one of the best from leasing team. Management services are also quite good.

The generic responses to negative feedback here rather than addressing specifics could be construed as non caring staff. Also the rent quotes I received seemed low compared to other complexes. Too good to be true?Either way thanks for your time.

Ive lived in this complex since 08/18; first in a one bedroom and now a two bedroom. The complex itself is great, well maintained and looks more like a town home than apartments. When I made the move to upgrade to the two bedroom, I didnt even bother looking outside of the this complex.I addition to great, professional and helpful office staff, their maintenance folks are top notch. Johnny, they guy who has done most of the work in my unit, really knows what he is doing, is very professional and when he leaves the task is properly completed. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why and then follows up to make sure I am satisfied with what was done. He even answered a call from me at 3:30am on a Saturday morning when I had smoke alarms going crazy for no reason.This is a great complex, with a great team. They really care about their residents.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this complex and the staff. The women in the leasing office are always a joy to talk to (shoutout to Kelsie and Heather - you guys are amazing!!!!) and so so so helpful when I have any concerns or questions. Not only is the maintenance staff quick to respond (literally the same day), but the guy is always so sweet and also good with my high energy dog. I was going to move closer to my job in north Austin this year, but I actually chose to stay in this complex and drive further to work everyday JUST because of how amazing the staff and the complex are. 10/10 maintenance, 10/10 staff, 10/10 community and 10/10 on safety. The pool, gym, and clubhouse are always impeccably clean and well stocked! I just cannot say enough good things about living here. If you’re considering moving here, I can guarantee you will not find anything better in the Austin area than this!!!!

It has been a great experience overall. It was very welcoming, especially coming from out of state. Any issue we had with the apartment, which wasnt much, it would get resolved right away. All members of the staff have been nothing but wonderful.Overall, we enjoy our stay here.The location of these apartments is just perfect. It is close to everything you need.

I moved in to my apartment back in October of 2015, I will be moving in May of this year for a job opportunity but this has been by far one of the best apartment complexes Ive lived at. The staff are always friendly and service oriented. They kept my Christmas packages in the office and let me know when I got anything. I had a service call for a non working garbage disposal and they came out that same day! Super pet friendly which I love since I have a Pitt bull, the rent is a bit higher than Ive paid before but its been well worth it!

I lived at Colonial Grand at Silverado for 14 months and I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move here.I had 3 maintenance issues while I lived there and each time the maintenance crew showed up on time and fixed/ replaced the problem. I originally moved to this complex from Puerto Rico so it took over a month to get my background check back and not only did they hold my apartment for me, but they called me weekly just to check in and let me know about any updates they had for me. The office staff is exceptional. As a New Yorker I like the manager because hes cordial but incredibly efficient. He is straight to the point and you will know after any interaction with him if he can take care of what youre asking for or its not. I love that bc I value my time and his honesty. Chelsea, shes a GEM. Like you dont find very many people like her working in apartment complexes. I had an issue with my mail 3 months after I moved out and she still took care of it for me with a smile. She goes above and beyond for you as a resident and I honestly felt in my time there and after I moved like my family was cared about. Beyond them knowing your name, they know you. If youre looking for a place that values you as a person and your individual needs then I suggest moving here. I love this complex because the staff make it an amazing place to live. That to me, is priceless.

I had black mold in my apartment. I informed the office that it needed immediate attention. Johnny, the manager of maintenance, came out shortly before closing and did an amazing job removing the black mold and educating me about the situation. During the process of him taking care of the mold situation, I learned that he lived on property and had 2 kids and even though it was past closing he stayed and did an excellent job. After 25 years of renting this has been the best experience that Ive had with maintenance.

Great apartment complex. The pool and gym are very nice and the whole complex looks great. The location is outstanding with nearby grocery stores and shopping (not highly walkable, but lots of stuff close). The schools are good and location is fairly convenient to many top employers.

I had a mixed experience living here for two years, but mostly positive. Melissa and Courtney have always been courteous, helpful, and at times have gone above and beyond. The time to complete work orders has been a bit too long on occasion. Beware Spectrum cable. Their service is shockingly bad.

I love that this place feels like a small community. Having to move back into an apartment after 20 years as a homeowner was difficult, but this place, feels homey, only 2 stories, indoor stairs to the 2nd floor, and really good rent prices for the square footage. Has all the amenities you could look for. Ive been very pleased with my experience so far.

Everything is very nice except for the grill area, which does not have lighting, since it has a very large lantern in that area and they never put light on it, just as the water taps in the dishwasher located in the grill do not work.Another negative point is that it does not have a dog park, and pet owners apparently do not pick up poop while no one is looking... (sometimes I tend to get these excrements in the gardens).Positive points that I consider important are that they quickly respond to the requirements requested for maintenance and work efficiently.This is my experience in the year and a half that I have lived in this place.
