I’ve been living here since the building first opened, and I have truly been enjoying every minute of it. My apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood has a plethora of shops, bars, restaurants and stores. Now that MAA has taken ownership, I can honestly say It is truly a pleasure to work with the management team, especially Patricia. She addresses everything in a timely manner and has great communication. I can appreciate the fact that she is very friendly while maintaining a professional disposition. For sure a 10/10 community.

I absolutely love these apartments! I was given a tour from Yvette and she was so nice and answered every question I had with no problem! They provide many different floor plans with different prices ranges and lots to choose from to accommodate your wants and needs. I was very impressed with the layout of both pools and other amenities. The area is very accommodating with lots of fast food restaurants right across the street. If you want to be in the center of everything, with things to do on the weekends as far as night spots that’s within Walking distance, YEP, literally 2 blocks away. So if convenience and Luxury is what ur seeking! Make this your new home!-Chiquita-

I had the pleasure to meet Patricia Mercado who helped me find my amazing apartment. I came down from California and she was very helpful in every possible way to start my new life in Dallas. She took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for, providing me with a range of options that fit my criteria, and guided me through every step of the transaction with ease. What really stood out was Patricia’s commitment to ensuring I felt confident and informed. She was always available to answer questions, provide advice, and even helped navigate some unexpected challenges that arose during the process. Their attention to detail, from the paperwork to the final walk-through, made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

This apartment complex is beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. RENEE is extremely informative and helpful. She cares about your needs as an individual and an open ear wanting to also understand your needs. She is wonderful. If you get a chance tour this, location convenient, and friendly future home.

Just visited MAA Cathedral Arts and went on an amazing tour led by their amazing leasing consultant Renee who did an amazing job showing me around their amenities and providing all the benefits of being an resident at MAA Cathedral. Their units have everything you will love. I was pleased by my visit and enjoyed seeing their models and seeing the city view from the balcony. I walked away impressed and excited to come back in as resident. Highly recommend coming out to take a tour with their amazing leasing consultant Renee who knows her stuff and will do an amazing job answering every question you have.

I toured with Eddie last weekend. Its so beautiful and the amenities are amazing. I love that the church is next door, it really makes the place feel special. Eddie was so fun and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and recommended things to do in the neighborhood. He even followed up with an email recapping the apartments we toured and everything we discussed. I ended up choosing a different place in a completely different neighborhood, but it was a tough choice, especially with the specials Alexan is offering right now. For me, it really came down to location preference. If youre looking for a place near LG, Id definitely recommend checking this community out.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Surrounds one of the oldest churches in dallas and full of beautiful amenities. Apartments are well designed with gorgeous finishes. The best part, hands down, is the amazing staff. Coral and Sabrina are knowledgeable, kind, energetic and made us all feel so welcome. Im excited for my daughter to call this property her first real home!

Although I could not sign due to the minimum lease length of 13 months, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home. I just love this place and although I didn’t get approved based on something that happened beyond my control over 7 years ago . The gentleman that sits in the front made me feels as though this was my new home. He was very inviting, professional, and no questions went unanswered, at times when I was bringing in documents he handled multitasking well phones, visitors, residents etc. while the lady in the office never lifted her head to offer assistance. And he did it with a great attitude. So thumbs up to you and thank you for all of your hospitality.

WOW! I went with my daughter to tour apartments today and this one blew us away. First, the leasing agent Coral was exceptional, the best of the day. Professional, knowledgeable and woah.. the enhusiasm, she made us fell like this was home. The location is perfect. Garret Park, St Matthews Catherdral and all that Dallas has to offer for a 25 year old just minutes away. The decor was a gorgeous European esthetic with a green color scheme with a lux feel. If she has to move to Dallas, (ugh) I would fell good about her living here. Bravo Alexan.
