    My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Gisela Cabadas during our apartment search, and I cant speak highly enough about the experience. From the very beginning, Gisela was incredibly welcoming, making us feel at ease and confident in the process. She walked us through every step, answering our questions with patience and clarity, and making sure we understood all the details. What stood out the most was her attention to our needs and preference. Gisela really listened to us and found an apartment that checked all the boxes. The entire process felt seamless and stress-free thanks to their expertise and warm approach. We drove from Plano to Austin, had 5-6 appointments at other places, this apartment was the first stop and that’s it. We canceled other appointments.This is a great, beautiful, safe & reasonable community who also keeps you close to nature! Highly recommend!

    The maintenance came to my unit swiftly after I put in an online request for my toilet having a constant running sound.Mr. Jorge came by and fixed the problem with the piece he needed in hand and had it done within 2 minutes.I am so grateful and appreciate the people who take care of our complex.Very happy with our maintenance team.And Thank You Jorge!

But, Oscar fixed all my work orders in a timely manner, communicated thoroughly with me, and has outstanding customer service. Very polite and efficient.     Living at Canyon Pointe has been a pleasure. From start to finish on signing my lease to moving in was a breeze. It is a quiet complex that is beautiful! I have no complaints and only good things to say. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance workers. I am so happy to call Canyon Pointe my home.

    Maintenance always does a great job for me- friendly and quick. Nick replaced one of my smoke alarms when replacing the battery didn’t work- he got the new alarm and was back in two minutes. I hadn’t even put it on the original work order since i had just needed my kitchen light replaced. Thank you!

    I had an issue over the weekend with my smoke alarms. I contacted the after hours number. The service technician Jorge reached out to me right away and drove all the way from Killeen to address the issue. He did an amazing job and was friendly and professional.

    Oscar the maintenance guy is the best! I have complained about my dishwasher so so so much and he actually listened to my complaint, saw that it was valid, and replaced the dishwasher. I couldn’t be any happier! He also quickly fixed a few other minor things on my maintenance list and was just so very respectful and kind about everything.

    Living here is one of my best decisions, everything is so convenient here, starting from maintenance to ending with leasing office, anywhere you go you will find every staff is really helpful kind and open minded. Love this place and their services.Appreciate it a lot

    I have lived here for three years, we just moved to a different unit. but the maintenance team is phenomenal ! they really make sure to get the job done and have gone above and beyond with their efforts. very kind men! The front office has had a few ups and downs throughout the years however I know how to deal with people like this for the most part. I truly just appreciate the effort and communication that I have received within this past year has been beyond appreciated and I just hope these great efforts continue in the future :) honestly my only downside has really nothing to do with the complex or its employees its more so with the residents lack of cleanliness and respect for others, there have been a few issues with noise during quite hours, the pool can get a bit Crowded/Loud,people tend to swim in ANYTHING; I havent had many issues with parking as of late due to many people moving in and out aside from the gate always being broken leaving it wide open, but it has been hectic in the past . If we could all respect that there are in fact others living here itd probably help a bit.

    Ive loved living here so far. The complex is well maintained and the management team has been responsive with any questions I have. I appreciate that work orders have been quickly fixed and theyve all been so nice. No complaints here :)

    Gisela is so friendly and extremely helpful, the rest of the team I have not met, so far seems like she runs the whole place and does an amazing job following up. No issues with our move in and apartment was on pretty good shape.The only thing I would complain about is residents parking on Visitor spots, hopefully this gets resolved during our stay since I see a lot of complains.

    Im on my 3rd year here. Landscaping is nice, but rent keeps going up every year just like everywhere else. 620 traffic can be a crawl right here in one direction at a time, but all the stores are within 2 miles so thats nice.

    We have been living here for about 3 years now and we love it. Its a nice quiet complex that pretty much close to everything you need. The office staff is awesome and the maintenance crew always gets the job done with no delay. Never had any problem with any of my neighbors and if you have a dog they got a dog park and a little walking trail that goes around the complex. So glad I found this place. The gym is nice but it could use a little update. Good variety of equipment to choose from.

    Maybe the best and most effective maintenance team I’ve ever been around with, thank you Mr Nick, thank you canyon pointe.Just the first day after we were moved, and we got a list of multiple work orders for them, and they took care of it the first day around almost 5pm.Just thank you guys

    We have lived here for about 3 years. We have not run into any issues with living here. Office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Whenever maintenance is needed they are quick to attend to the problem. My only recommendation would be to update some of the gym equipment. Some of the equipment has broken pieces. I was really excited when the stair climber was added. I do like that Austin Fit magazine is available monthly. Overall, it has been a great experience living here.

    Wish we wouldve lived here!Ive lived in the adjacent complex next door for three years and watched as my complex (Trails) went from bad to worse. For little things like scanning a document during office hours, Colonial Grand is adequately staffed enough to have someone actually in the office. I also have a friend who moved here and has good things to say about management. The Assistant Manager Jacob is super nice and helpful!

    Ive lived here for over two years and have had a great experience here so far. The front office staff (especially Jacob) are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in all interactions. The maintenance staff are prompt to answer maintenance requests (you can expect them to address them within 24 hrs) and they are very friendly (frequently wave at you as you drive past them). Now for my top pros and cons:Pros:-Beautiful apartments, large bathrooms, nature trail surrounding the complex, close to H-E-B and other shopping areas. I would definitely recommend the back of the complex (you cant hear 620 from back here). Lots of nature (raccoons, squirrels, and tiny lizards running around outside). Landscaping is beautiful - they keep the grounds well-maintained and they have a car vacuuming station too. Also, you have a great view of the stars at night here.Cons:Available parking is limited later in the evening (if you dont purchase an assigned spot) but I dont terribly mind a 5 minute walk to my apartment from my car. They are pretty strict on parking here for that reason so be sure you have any visitors cars/rental vehicles registered with them to avoid towing). It also takes a bit of courage getting used to pulling out left on 620 but it becomes significantly easier as you do it more often. Pre-COVID, the church next door would close down a lane on 620, making leaving the apartment on Sundays a nightmare (congested traffic greeting you at the exit of the apartment).

    Hello, I have lived at this complex for almost 3 months now, and while I agree with most that the parking situation is quite awful a lot of the time, I have no complaints about any of the amenities or staff. Apartments are nice, the property is kept clean for the most part(besides the hallways to apartments, those are always disgusting with dirt and mud that gets tracked into my apartment), and I have no issues with my neighbors. One thing I do have an issue with, is that my dryer is terrible, and requires multiple 60 min high heat cycles to fully dry clothing. I think most apartments get the same appliances, so Im sure others have this issue too. Other than that, not too bad!

    Best apartment community that I have ever lived in.Hands down the best staff, community amenities and most comfortable residential living environment Ive ever seen. This place is a great example of what apartment complexes are always aiming for but typically fall short of. My living experience here was amazing. Happy that I chose this place

When we have any problems or service issues they are taken care of promptly and efficiently. We are pleased with the overall performance of the company and its employees.

    We love living here! When we moved from Washington state our previous apartments gave our spot away. In our scramble to fine another place to live we discovered Colonial Grand at Canyon Pointe. Since our move in 2018 we have resigned here and found a home for us and our fur babies. The best part is they allow pitbulls at the apartments! Whenever there is an issue or repair thats needed in our space the maintenance crew is there to fix it with efficiency. There is also an added perk of having our deliveries sent to the office instead of being left on the front door for anything to happen to it. Everytime we are alerted its ready for pick up, the team in the office is always very helpful with retrieving your goods and great you with a smile! If youre looking for a new place to call home, these apartments have really embodied this!

    Nice apartments. Management is helpful and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Love the pool! Landscaping is kept up nicely. Living in a handicapped apartment with ease. Definitely recommend!

    Ive lived here for just over two years, and I am very pleased with the office staff, the unit, the response of maintenance to my requests, the beautiful trees, and the upkeep of the complex. I love the running trail as well. Its especially gorgeous during the Spring (see photos). The small dog park is a nice addition as well. All three schools we are zoned to are great. My primary complaints are the lack of sufficient parking (I pay for a spot for this reason), the treadmill in the fitness room that has been broken for nearly a year, and that my rent increases almost $150 a month every year. It seems exorbitant. I probably wont sign another lease, but if you plan on staying here more short-term, its a great place.

    Great place to live. My wife is disabled and I am grateful for the staff who has helped her tremendously. We love our neighbors. Maintenance are super responsive and all very nice guys who go the extra mile.

    Love the people, area always clean, pool always clean. Maintenence quick to answer. Only thing keeping it from a 5 is the leaves that build up and arent addressed with the lawn people. Never know whats in them, snakes, scorpions etc. Nice place to live though. When walking My dog I avoid those areas as much as possible!

    Been here for 5 months, and I like the complex and my apartment. I happened to get lucky with the placement of my unit near more free parking, but parking is an absolute nightmare if you get home past 7pm. I regularly work late and go out downtown, so I was pretty much forced to rent a covered space. Theres also way too much covered parking. Half of it sits empty while people are constantly on the prowl for that one magical open free space. My last complex did not charge for covered parking, their only requirement being that it would be reserved for tenants only and not guests, so coming back to this typical apartment problem was not fun.Theres only a single trash compactor in the front of the complex, and people are constantly leaving trash piled up around the door instead of actually throwing it into the compactor.My main thing is privacy and noise. I cant stand rowdy or loud neighbors. The buildings are constructed solidly with thick floors, although I could imagine it would be worse if my upstairs neighbors were heavy-footed. The walls are not too thick, but better than many places Ive lived in north Austin.Theres bugs and wildlife galore out here west of town. Ive seen a few coyotes and raccoons late at night, and theres an amazing variety of spiders that Ive managed to kill, ranging from little jumping spiders to huge, omg-im-going-to-burn-the-house-down wolf spiders (3+ inches) in my apartment.I havent had any major maintenance problems, but the utilities are rather high. Its Pedernales Electric Co-op out here, not Austin Energy. My 1bd/1ba has pretty consistently been around $70-$80 per month since the summer (May) started.

    Over all very nice place to put my head at night. They keep the grounds clean, great response times for maintenance requests, office staff are professional and friendly, and a pretty good amount of parking. Just wish the rent didn’t keep going up, but that’s Austin for you.
