    I have been here since 2022 and have really enjoyed my experience! the managers and maintenance team are very friendly and responsive.the location to brushy creek is also a big reason why i picked out this place to rent and choose to continue to renew. the location reduces the friction for me to get outside and get some fresh air and exercise.

    Ive lived here for six years, and its been the best apartment living experience Ive ever had. The property is attractive and well maintained with great amenities. The maintenance staff has been consistently excellent. There have been a few different managers in my time here, and theyve all been very good, and the other office staff have been excellent as well. The current manager, Rody, is great and has made numerous improvements to the facilities and has been doing a lot more resident outreach stuff and organizing fun events for residents, which I think is really nice. Its generally quiet here and very family friendly. Highly recommended.

    Ive been a resident of the MAA Brushy Creek site since 2017. My overall experience has been great as far as the office staff and maintenance crew. Especially with Paul who was the person whom I met on day one when I did a tour of the property. He was very informative and based on the details that I was given and his great personality I walked away feeling assured that I picked the right place. While living here Ive seen staff come and go and everyone has been great. They are quick to address any concerns , complaints and maintenance request from their tenants. Most residents including myself like the sense of community , peace and quiet and security. The only bad experience was the massive rent increase during the pandemic which most people experience through out the country and the world as a result of high demand and low inventory of a lot of things in which there was also an increase in cooperate greed that played a role. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone. You too will enjoy the environment and the experience.

    Ive been living at MAA Brushy Creek with my wife for around two years, coming up on three. Having lived in a multitude of apartment complexes over the years and across the country, I can confidently say that MAA Brushy Creek is by and large my favorite for a multitude of reasons, listed below.Logistically, the apartment staff are prompt and polite; any maintenance request I had was swiftly dealt with the day of or the day after, without fuss. Both the front office and maintenance staff are delightfully friendly. The location is centrally located to a majority of Cedar Parks main amenities, only a few minutes drive from an HEB and WalMart, tons of restaurants, auto shops, and other stores. The apartment complex itself has a high standard of cleanliness and appearance, and has a ton of fully matured trees that shade a majority of walkpaths which keeps the sidewalks cool in the summer. Also, the pool is nice, even if I didnt swim very much.Uncovered spots arent assigned to any particular area but are practically always available to park in. Covered spots are slightly more per month but are specific to your vehicle. Garages are the ideal but are difficult to secure. Theres a car wash included which is great both for the obvious, but also for playing with the dog.Frankly, a rare but well deserved 5*. A special thank you to the front desk staff, Rachael, Paul, and Rodney, for always talking with me and my wife on our walks!

    The front office staff and maintenance crew are a true blessing when it comes to resident’s needs and requests. I had an issue with my refrigerator/freezer and within 12 hrs it was replaced with a new unit! Very professional in all respects concerning the living conditions of the entire complex. And the pool area rocks!!

    I’ve lived here for 14 years! My experience has just been wonderful. Rody Has brought so much positive energy to the property and I have so enjoyed his emails to update us.The Maintenance staff are hands-down, the best! Always have a smile on their face, and so accommodating and I can’t thank them for all that they do for me.So happy to have Paul back such a great addition to the property.Rachel has been quite helpful on many occasions and very nice.I have truly enjoyed all the new upgrades to the property. Thank you MAA at brushy Creek for all you do.I have recommended this property too many people.

    Where to start? Ive lived here for 6 years and have seen a lot, none of it bad. First of all, the leasing staff is majority the same since I moved in. They know me and my kids and were all on a first name basis. Its nice to walk into the office and catch up with them for a while, like greeting a friend. The property itself is well maintained and there are improvements consistently going in. The multi level pool (with infinity edge!!) has been a sparkling oasis in the summer, and weve taken advantage of the large gas grills and gas fireplace multiple times over the years. I really appreciated the pools shallow depth when my daughter was young and learning how to swim. Resident events are frequent and completely free of charge. The location is great for my needs and makes it easy for me to get to Leander, Round Rock, or Austin. My apartment has a large balcony, a kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. My kids were really little when I moved in here and this property has met or exceeded my needs the whole time. The area is safe and our neighbors are lovely and have also been here long term. They give our building the neighborhood feel apartment complexes sometimes lackI want to send a very special shout out to the maintenance team. Whenever Ive needed anything, theyre here within 24 hours, most of the time same day. Things get fixed right the first time. Theyve even done things they dont really have to do, like changing out light bulbs or smoke detector batteries (I am very short and struggle with those things).On the rare occasion Ive had a weekend emergency theyve been here within an hour to save the day. They also keep the pool beautiful and sparkling at all times, and are always smiling and conversational even on emergency calls. Thank you Aledo and team, we appreciate you so much!!Ive been very content living here and plan to stay until we can buy a house. Even then it will be bittersweet to leave. The staff has become like a second family to us. Thank you for everything, MAA Brushy Creek!

    I recently took a tour of MAA Brushy Creek. It was a very nice and well maintained property. The clubhouse area offered many wonderful amenities including a large gym, billiards table, full kitchen, popcorn machine, televisions and couches. The pool was super nice and really big. The pool has several large outdoor grilling areas and tons of chairs and tables around it. The homes are in a desirable area with a great school district. There is a really big, nice park across the street. Also, there are many great restaurants and businesses nearby. The homes themselves are modern, attractive, spacious and have thoughtful floor plans. I felt like they were a very reasonable value especially with some of the promotions that they have. Everyone in the leasing office was so nice and very helpful. They were very polite, courteous and professional. They spent a lot of time making sure that I was comfortable with everything. I could have taken a self-guided tour, but the really nice leasing agent named Rachel could tell that I wasnt that confident in that option. She took me around the entire property and showed me everything. She very thoroughly explained all of my options. She seemed very careful to make sure that I understood everything and how everything worked. The homes have a bunch of options for smart home integration things that seems really cool and helpful. I have never used any of those things before, but I could now. I also never felt rushed or pressured during the tour. It was actually a really nice and pretty fun experience. If my purchase of a home hadnt finally worked out at the last moment. I would have been very happy and excited to live there. In fact, I was looking forward to it.

    I loved living here! The office staff is absolutely amazing! Rachel helped me find exactly what I was looking for during our tour. I miss living at this property. I would have renewed my lease if I did not have to relocate for work. If you are looking for apartments with amazing storage, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms, this is your place! The landscaping is also a nice plus! If you have furbabies there are plenty of pet stations throughout the property and a huge park with trails across the street.

    I had a fantastic experience with the leasing office here! Rachel did such a great job getting me all the information I needed in order to apply and move in. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and very kind to my little one and I. She answered all of my questions and had great energy. The property is great and has all the amenities I look for in a place, too.

    Ive lived here almost two years now, and its a nice location. Lots of trees, and theres a park just across the road. There is some noise from traffic depending on which side of the complex youre on, but otherwise very quiet. Everyone in the front office is super friendly and helpful especially with package deliveries. Maintenance is also quick to respond if theres an issue. Rent increases have been a bit steep, but they are like that everywhere in the area. Theres no recycling offered, but all of the other amenities are great, including easy guest/delivery access!

    I have been living in Silverado at Brushy Creek for over a year now, and I am very happy with this apartment complex.The management is super nice, and is very responsive to any issues. All maintenance requests have been addressed the same day, and even if they had to order something for repairs, the wait has been no more than 2 days, which is pretty impressive! Everyone on the maintenance crew is awesome too! Very polite, professional, and always leave the place very clean after themselves.The security of the complex has much improved with the installation of the code-equipped gates. I definitely feel much more safe now!The only drawback of this apartment complex is the non-existing sound proofing between the floors. I live on the top floor, and, of course, have no complaints about any noises, but my downstairs neighbors have let us know that they can near us walking, sweeping, vacuuming, and any kind of every-day activity that we do on a daily basis that requires contact with the floor. I would imagine it could be annoying and even disturbing for them. And even though we try our best not to walk too loudly, we forget and occasionally make loud noises. I certainly wish the floors were better insulated with sound-proofing materials in between.But for me, the living arrangements are very satisfactory!

    Office staff is very nice and super helpful! Rody, the manager, especially went out of his way to make sure everything was set up for me upon my arrival. I was moving from out-of-state, and he (as well as the other office staff) made it really easy to move-in! The complex feels safe and clean. Great pool!

    Maintenance team is top notch. Washing machine quit working and they had a new one installed next day. Also my sink had a leak that they also replaced next day.

    Pros: The property is well kept, office staff and maintenance are responsive, and during three years of living on the property the employees have always been friendly. I believe the office does a good job at screening individuals, as I havent experienced any problem neighbors at all, and most everyone is very friendly. The property has a relaxed and quiet sense about it, I enjoy that. The gym, pool, outdoor lounge, and clubhouse area are excellent and well kept. Courtesy Officers are very responsive as well, however to my knowledge, crime is not an issue on the property. It is probably less prevalent than in areas zoned single-family.Neutral: The web-based payments and lease signing are convenient, however in three years when I had believed I had paid my rent, there were two occasions where I didnt click everything I needed to, to submit the payment. That will cost you a late fee each time so be careful. Also there may be an issue with the site from time to time so you may have to repeat the document signing.Cons: The management limits paid-parking areas to two spots, your options are a garage and covered parking. Thats fine, unless your family has three vehicles, it doesnt seem to make good business sense because there are spots available that remain vacant. Also, I have asked about getting my carpet cleaned, and theres always an issue such as needing to be in your apartment X months into a new lease...so hurry up and wait. Finally the mini blinds are outdated and need to be replaced. I have seen wood blinds being installed in some units. I intend to ask about them, and I hope im wrong but I suspect I will be told theres some condition to getting the new blinds installed.All-in-all, Im very satisfied living here, I have young adult children and I believe that we are all as safe living here as we would be anywhere.

    I moved into MAA Brushy Creek a little over a month ago. Ive been really impressed so far. Rachel and Kelsie made the move-in process easy and are always helpful. The maintenance guys are prompt - Josh and Elido are super friendly. I recently met Rody when I thought I was having a serious issue with my A/C and he went above and beyond in helping me figure things out. They send email updates keeping the residents informed. The property is kept clean. And its next to an amazing park. I wasnt sure if Id like the SmartRent app in lieu of front door keys but its actually pretty convenient. Im glad I made this decision.

    We enjoy living here - rent increases are hard to handle. The landscaping outside our patio is awful! Nothing has been done for about 3 years. Those are our main concerns. We enjoy our apartment and find the maintenance crew wonderful!

    We moved here out of state via everything on online. They made the move easy. Upon arrival, the keys were inside waiting on us. We have had several outlet issues but they were resolved by their maintenance team. Some apartments have limited parking so depending on what building you have, you may want to invest in a covered parking spot to get a close parking spot. If you dont mind walking you can easily find another parking spot not too far away. Staff are always nice when I have to go to the office to pick up my packages. Only thing I have noticed is that the apartment is considerably aged and dated. It is located in a good school zone. Convenient to a lot of stores and necessities. Overall we are happy with the choice we made to move here. It was just a temporary dwelling until we found a house. They do offer an easy way to cancel your lease, but it has to be paid upfront at the time you want to put in your notice. They do offer short term 6m leases. It is a little more expensive. We would recommend if you need to use this for your kids to go to school, or if you need somewhere temporary to house hunt or have your house built. If you want the latest and bells and whistles, then this isnt for you.

    I really enjoy living in this complex. Management is super friendly and they take care of the maintenance orders super quick. The amenities are nice. My two observations are: they should close the space between the offices and clubhouse because we can only use the clubhouse during office hours so its not convenient at times. Also, they should clean the hallways and stairs of the apartment buildings. Living at SBC is awesome!

    Ive only lived here for a few months, but overall its been a good experience. Tim in the office is super helpful and was always quick to respond to my emails when I had questions. Ive only had maintenance out a couple times, but they were always quick and got the job done. Having the gates not close doesnt bother me, my previous apartment didnt close theirs either. But they did start handing out new gate remotes last week, seems like they got them fixed.Its not the fanciest apartments in the Austin/Cedar Park area, but the apartments are nice sized. Cabinet space in the kitchen isnt the greatest, but Ive definitely had worse in apartments before.

    The staff is amazing and super nice. The only issues Ive had is a lack of communication and how dirty windows and front doorway areas are.Once I signed my lease, I heard nothing about when to pick up keys, when to make payments, etc. I havent rented an apartment in a very long time, and was confused as to the process.

    As always, the staff and experience at Silverado at Brushy Creek are top notch and have never had cause to speak anything other than highly of their office and maintenance crews demeanor and performance.This year, our renewal rent base was raised quite a bit (~$200.00 higher) and it was a bit of a shocker, but I imagine those decisions come down from the corporate level and I do not attribute that to the rating for the complex, itself.

    Management is awesome, and quick to address any questions. Grounds are clean, and it’s a relatively quiet community. Beautiful landscaping, and a bonus that it’s gated after 5:00 every day! Moved from out of state with only virtual tour options from several developments in the area - very pleased with my choice!

    Lived here for 3 years and loved it. Paul and Tim in the front office are rock stars! as well as John on the maintenance team! I had to move closer to work. Silverado is a quiet and clean complex and the staff is super friendly and professional!

    A nice apartment complex conveniently located on Parmer Ln in Cedar Park. The staff and maintenance personell here are very friendly and reliable, and with two parks located directly across the street, it is a great place to raise children. Rent in and around Austin has been increasing, and this place is no exception in that regard, but if you are looking for a convenient and wholesome place to stay in the North Austin area, you should check this place out.
