    I have been living here for about 6 months and I haven’t had any huge problems. There were wasps in my chimney for a while, but that got sorted after a month.The staff here is very nice, especially Desiree. She’s really kind and I’m always happy when she’s the one who picks up when I call the front office.Overall, this is a good apartment complex for the price.

    This is the BEST apartment complex that I have ever lived at. When you go in ask for Andrea! She has been such a huge help to me from the beginning! Not only has Andrea always taken such good care of us for anything that we have needed, maintenance is always quick with any work orders that we have and communication with all the office staff is GREAT! If youre looking for your next home, this is it!

    I have been a resident of MAA Boulder Ridge since June 2022. I stay here on rent in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the 3rd floor.I highly rate this society with calm and beautiful surroundings. The pool is beautiful and regularly maintained. The associates at the leasing office are super helpful, I would especially name Breanne who has always been super informative, helpful and warm.All my maintenance requests have been super promptly resolved and there is periodic maintenance from the authorities as well.The location of this society is perfect. No crowded surroundings yet pretty much close to everything. The neighbors experience has been perfect as well

    Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking, but must ask for Andrea! She is professional and has all the answers to your questions and if she doesn’t then she will go and find the answer and get back with you in a timely manner. Community is quiet and clean I’ve been here for 4 years already and will continue renting here.

    I am so excited to live here! The initial process of touring and signing the lease was super easy thanks to Caitlyn! She’s been super great and very patient in all the decision making. This complex seems so great and management is so nice

    As new residents to both MAA and Texas in general, I wasnt sure what to expect when we arrived.Weve had nothing but positive experiences thus far with the staff and maintenance team. Just a complete 180 from what we dealt with at our complex in Denver. They were helpful in getting us into our unit a day early as our timeline changed rapidly, and any maintenance requests have been handled in a relatively timely manner.For the first few weeks on property, things appear good! We are hopeful they will continue to be so :)

    About a month ago I could’ve put a 1 star. I’ve lived here on and off since 2016. I moved back here may 2024 and was immediately disappointed to see how down hill this complex had gotten. I went to the office and talked with the new manager and she is putting a lot of effort into this place. She is so kind and understanding. I raised a couple concerns with her and they were fixed immediately. They have added brighter lights because it was so dark here at night. They are trying to have a lot of our hallways power washed and cleaned because valet trash has done their job so poorly. I understand this is a company that is contracted out so not entirely the complex fault for them falling short. I’m very pleased with how much work and effort they are putting to fix issues I’ve seen on here and heard from fellow residents. I give a 5 star today because constructive criticism is the only way to improve. You have to give them an opportunity to make things right. So far I have seen improvement and a lot of understanding from the office staff. Give them some grace. I promise if you go to the office with concern they will do their best to help/correct it.

    Living in Boulder Ridge has been so fun! It is close to the quaint town of Roanoke and my kids love being so close to Hawaiian Falls and the pools at the apartments are always clean and a great family experience. The office staff is so friendly and take care of my questions promptly!

    I moved to Boulder Ridge Apartments in 2015. I have absolutely loved living here! The staff are extremely friendly, the maintenance is on point, if you ever need it and the grounds are quiet and clean. The garage is an added bonus and the pool is beautiful. Boulder Ridge Apartments is five stars in my opinion. I have truly enjoyed my stay here. I recommend these apartments to anyone, it’s a great place to live!

    My husband and I were a little nervous to rent here because of some of negative comments. However, we are happy to say most of the complaints we found to be unfounded. The apartments are nice, functional and well-priced for the value. Youre not going to find your updated appliances and granite countertops here, but that was fine with us. This was a temporary living situation while our house was being built. Your more updated apartments are going to run up to $1000 more than what you will pay at Boulder Ridge. I dont want to pay that for something Im not going to own.The office staff was helpful. The one repair we had was timely addressed and the repairman was friendly. If I had one complaint, it would be that the apartment was not as clean as I would have liked upon moving in, but it was manageable.The value is good. The location is good. Our kids enjoyed the pools (one of which did seem to have an issue near the end of the season) and that it was walking distance to Hawaiian Falls. All in all, we were very pleased.

    I’m perplexed at the negative reviews. A few things from the negative reviews - 1. EVERY apartment complex in Roanoke, literally ALL OF THEM, will require you to pay the cable bundling fee. This year Boulder Ridge actually did a bundle package with their MAA Connect fee, so it saved us money. 2. I have never had a negative experience with the office. They promptly send a notification when my packages arrive at the office. We came back from our trip and they were so helpful when we realized we left our keys inside. The valet service is NOT one bag like someone stated, but 2, and that’s like 5? Days a week. So, a pretty reasonable amount of trash. I’ve never seen or had a garage door open with someone else’s key fob. We have an amazing apartment with no one above or below us, our own garage, and can hardly ever hear anyone. So, it’s almost like a townhome feel. I lived at Copper Ridge about ten years ago and it was just fine too. We called for pest control twice ever - I prefer not to have it done excessively. Maintenance comes quickly and to specifications ( do not enter / enter ) ; It can be pricey, but, honestly, it is the price in the area. We are happy and feel safe.

    Honestly, living here has been amazing. They really do take care of you and make sure you have what you need. I highly recommend living here if you have an apartment in mind to live at in North Forth Worth.

    The office personnel is amazing and treats me as if they have known me forever. They are professional and kind and always upbeat and happy. The property is well maintained, the workout has great equipment for working out and the maintenance team and housekeeping are excellent at what they do. If this were a 10 star review, I would have given it a 10 star.

    I had been looking at a few places in the Roanoke, TX area. Not being able to move until August I was taking my time. I had driven by the property Boulder Ridge several times but did not stop because there were newer complexes around. I decided one day what will it hurt to stop in. I arrived and was greeted right away by Kasie Hart. She was so friendly and answered all my mamy questions before the tour. Boy was I wrong! The propery was so nice and remodeled. Large one bedrooms with coveted parking. Once I got back from my tour with Kasie I knew this would be my new home when the time comes. I would definitely recommend checking them out.Melissa Mitchell

    Teo is so knowledgeable regarding service requests. He was able to figure out the problem with my ac due to the new tech install. Its now working great. The maintenance team at Boulder Ridge is wonderful. They are so quick to repair issues.

    Since my first visit and tour it has been a enjoyable experience. They handle maintenance within 24 hrs. The grounds are kept very nice. They are always very professional and friendly in the office. Very quiet location. Neighbors are friendly very nice community.

    Always clean and quite, pool is always clear, gym is nice and updated. The office staff is typical, 2 nice ladies one lady who always makes you feel like youre bothering her. Only once has someone parked in my covered spot, but i called the Curtosy Patrol who lives in the complex i believe and had the car towed. However, i do not set my trash outside anymore due to the fact that i recieved a warning notice compete with a picture of my trash all because i didnt tie up my trash one time. Overall, will most likely renew my lease due to location and other amenities.

    A good place for bachelor/bachelorette or two person families. Reasonable rent, and good location. Aside from the lack of foot traffic accessibility. (Cant walk safely towards the supermarkets) Id recommend this place to anyone who loves their dogs as it doesnt have a restriction for biting breedsYou will hear police and firefighter sirens, daily and will never not know when the train is passing by. So its Quietish Trash pick up is 3rd party and not controlled by company. So they cant be faulted. Just annoying when dumpsters are full

    The staff is amazing always helpful and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues. No bug issues. Quiet. Pet friendly. Lots of extra parking. Ony issue is remotes to gates suck. But they are working as we speak to fix that. This complex sohould be rated #1 in Roanoke!!!

    Breana at Boulder Ridge has been simply amazing, helpful and extremely personable. Was at Boulder Ridge for 15 months and she was always very responsive and prompt to help with anything that came up. I highly recommend her as your Agent, you wont be disappointed! And also, Thio, the maintenance guy is great too. He really cares about you as a person and tries to help any way he can if something needed repair. With Breana and Thio on your side you cant go wrong!

    I tried both Boulder Ridge and Copper Ridge, really liked both communities. Andrea was very friendly and helped get all the information I needed and answered any questions I had. This is definitely going to be in the top 5 short list for me.

    Having been in our unit for almost 6 months now, I think its time for a review.Pros:-Open floorplans and well-sized kitchens (Remingtons counterspace is huge for apartments).-Garden tubs & shower spigots placed where even a tall person can use the shower somewhat comfortably.-Large closets & storage space.-Each unit comes with a covered parking spot nearby.-Easy access to 114, I-35W, & Denton Hwy/377; close to grocery stores & multiple gas stations. Water & electric combined rarely ever goes over $100; well insulated units (living in a 2ndstory unit with high ceilings)-Online bill pay, no extra charges for using it.-Well priced, just keep an eye on it when youre planning to move as rates do fluctuate.-Great location city-wise when it comes to relaxing on the patio, especially during storms.-Gated community; safe both in complex & in town (common to see kids out playing around the complex during the day & actually not getting into trouble, local public skatepark is always popular).-Right across the railroad from Oak St, really good variety of restaurants (check out Oak St Pie Co, awesome from-scratch treats).-Clean & well landscaped/kept grounds with amenities for picking up after pets.-Frequently see maintenance doing work around the complex (someones mowing outside as I type this). They also take care of problems quickly & seemingly properly (handle came off microwave day1 by accident & the guy came out a day or so later, screwed it back onto the door & offered that if we had any issues with it that they would replace the entire appliance if need be).-Valet trash pickup on Sun-Fri.-Mail arrives consistently on time & if youre waiting for a package, the office sometimes puts a slip in your box notifying you that its arrived.Cons:-Right next to the railroad. Even with no crossings within Roanoke, its a betting game of if the trains are going to blow their horns at 2AM. And usually, the one betting on it to blow wins. Keep that in mind if you sleep light.-Have been having a small issue with silverfish, they dont really do any harm but are a nuisance.-Wasps can be bad, but with a bit of determination & a few cans of spray, you can win the war & gain the patio back from their evil grasp.-Water pressure isnt as strong as preferred (but it does help with water bill cost!).-The complex has a deal with Charter to guarantee that every unit has cable TV. So when looking at your budget, add another $40 because it isnt optional.Even with the handful of cons, we couldnt find a better complex. I searched all over the metroplex when it came to location, floorplans, reviews, rates, and crime maps, and nothing could beat it.
