    Stopped by looking for a new apartment being that my lease is expiring soon, came into a clean office and was treated warmly by the team. One of the managers Rashad, helped me with options that fit my budget and made me feel comfortable with making a decision.After looking at the layout that fit me and the amenities, l definitely will be signing soon!

    I like living here. The neighbors for the most part are super friendly. Always hanging out at the pool and having a great time. The office staff is awesome. Ive always had a great experience with them. Super friendly and really nice to work with. Every time Ive ever put a maintenance request in, its be done right, quickly and the maintenance guys are always super friendly. Theres some quirks, but that always comes with living in an apartment community. Trash can be an issue but the property management listened to the residents and increased trash pick up and put in more dumpsters to handle the load. They care about the residents and it shows.

    I highly recommend MAA Bella Casita. I have lived here but moved to another property that was slightly closer to my work but immediately regretted that decision. I am now back at MAA Bella Casita thanks to the friendly and helpful office staff: Rashad, Nora, Cindy, Courtney and Maintenance crew! I enjoy living here, the unit/property is quiet, clean, and any maintenance requests that I have had, have been promptly addressed. Overall, it’s a great place to live. Easy public transportation, is available as well as neighboring stores and restaurants, all within walking distance.

    Now no place to live is perfect. But compared to the cost of the surrounding properties and with wanting to be on Lake Carolyn - this place served its purpose and well. The office staff has always been nice and easy to deal with. The pool was super nice and had some great times with friends there. The vibe was great! I’m sad to leave since I moved out of state but would definitely live here again. Huge should out to Rashad the assistant property manager for helping out and always being available when needed for questions and concerns I had. Especially having to move and leave a few months before my lease was up he was super helpful in making sure all I had all my ducks in a row and making things smooth and easy. Customer service is very important to me and the team here definitely delivered!

    After having a bad experience at another sister property nearby Cindy took great care of me did an awesome job and helped me find a unit which is precisely everything I was looking for. Property looked great and up to date. The area is nice peaceful & quiet. Yes parking looks limited but with the attention I got there while touring I do not mind paying for a reserved parking spot at all. Excited for move in date!

    Maintenance was able to address our problem extremely quickly, especially for a weekend! Even though they weren’t able to make the repairs until the following day they were able to put temporary repairs in place to make us as comfortable as possible for the time being.

    Anthony was personable and professional. He confirmed all the things that needed to be completed and as me moved to each item he advised he was moving to the next part of my apartment prior to moving. I felt very comfortable.     The MAA staff is great. They are so patient and understanding. Chelsea was THE best when setting us up for our apartment and getting our lease signed. Her energy is just infectious and we loved her! We have also had conversations with Rashaun and Nora and they have both been very helpful with the renovations in our apartment after a freeze caused some damage.Overall we do enjoy living in such a great area and are very appreciative of the staff!Thank you for everything 🤍

    Been a resident for many years and seen management teams come and go. First few years were hit or miss on community maintenance and communication, and since then, teams have been up and down. But this current team really seems in touch with the community. Adding garbage capacity, enforcing parking standards, replacing the old habitually faulty fire alarm system, being very communicative with residents, and upping the maintenance support are all things Ive noticed from Rashad and team. They seem to care more than previous teams and its very much appreciated. Service Tech Anthony Lemus came in to help with a plumbing issue and, while in the unit, noticed another fix he could do on the spot without having to submit a separate request, and was done inside a half hour. No apartment complex is perfect, but this team seems to get it and tries hard to make this a great place to live.

    I did a tour here with Mrs. Chelsea Smith. She is a sweetheart! Excellent knowledge, she made it feel like this was home before I even got to see the floor plans :) The world definitely needs more people like her.     I had a wonderful experience at MAA Bella Casita apartments in Irving, TX. The spacious units and friendly staff made it a great place to call home. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness of the trash area, which could use some improvement as it was often full and in need of attention. However, overall, it was a fantastic place to live.

    I’ve lived here since December 2020 and have had a pretty positive experience so far. The maintenance team is simply awesome, they are very quick and do a great job. I’ve probably needed to call maintenance 5-6 times for small things (and some major from the winter storm last year) and it’s always resolved in 24 hours. The office staff is also awesome, they are friendly and always quick to help. Bella Casita has a pretty good gym for a apartment complex as well which is a plus.Only thing I can complain about is when my truck was towed and I had to spend $400 getting it back, even after living here for a year. Office staff helped as much as they could but it was an issue with third parties so I don’t blame the complex. There is also a really bad streak of the complex wide fire alarm system going off at the worst times. I think it’s gone off 5-6 times and it’s either at 4am or when it’s very cold. I think it’s more to do with the fire alarm company than the complex. So in the end the things I have to complain about, I don’t pin directly on bella casita.Overall I have been happy with the rent I pay, the location, and the staff.

    During my stay at Bella, the APM Rashad was always very helpful with anything I needed. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in the Las Colinas area. Will definitely miss being a resident here.

    I’ve lived here about a year now. The staff have gone through some changes in my time here, but seems to be more stable now. Ryann is super helpful and kind. I got my car booted and she was able to assist me in getting it off with no charge. The parking was a bit difficult about a year ago but they’ve been much more proactive the last six months and isn’t a problem anymore. And maintanence is prompt. They usually come the day after I put in a request.My only real complaint are the pests. No roaches or anything, but I live in an apt right near the trash shoot. The garbage services don’t come on the weekends and if trash piles up, my apartment tends to fill with fruit flies! That has been getting better since the trash hasn’t been piling up as much recently and is only really a problem in the summer months. Just beware of a corner apt by the trash shoot!

    The place is really nice. I like the layout of the apartment and it is all around pretty quiet. You can hear neighbors walking above you, and sometimes in the hall but its not very disruptive. The staff are nice. One of the staff is nice but sometimes has an attitude and can tend to be very short and borderline rude. Water is included however, does not get put on your bill until about 3 months after moving in. Your bill will increase to reflect the pastdue charges and is subject to change every time rent is due. All in all, I enjoy living here so we will see moving forward!

    I lived here for 7 plus years before I moved to Florida.. I would rate it 4 and a half stars if I could not quite a 5 but close. The management always took care of my issues and the maintenance staff was excellent. My only issues were with the late night pool parties early on and owners not cleaning up after their pets. (Not managements fault I know but it could have been better enforced) And my move out experience was superb with no surprise costs. That said thank you Bella Casita for a great 7 years.

    What can I say about Donald Johnson? He is a great listener. My main concern was to be on the top floor and space, as well as moving be ASAP!!! He checked all my boxes. The community is beautiful and I love how the train is literally right across the street. Most importantly the community seems quiet!! I can’t wait to move and I appreciate Donald hospitality and communication he kept with me so far!

    I just moved to the area and am in the process of looking for a new home, I booked a tour through the Assistant PM Mr. Rashad Smith and was looking forward to seeing what the community had to offer based on what I saw on the site. When getting there, I was pleasantly greeted by a Ms. Ryane and Ms. Emely who were full of energy and provided me some good info on Irving and whats in the area, while I waited for Mr. Smith to finish up with a phone call.During the tour Mr. Smith made me feel comfortable that this community would be a great place to move. They had a clean spacious 2x2 available to show and I got to see the gym which checked all the boxes for me since a community gym was really what I was looking for with this move. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to signing soon.

    Moving in was nice and easy we had little to no problems. Management and staff were fast, cordial, and a great help when it came to responding to my questions. Everything about the apartment is amazing up until the first night after enjoying pizza a movie and the scenery of the 5th floor , i came back into the living room only to notice 2 roaches roaming about . Now i see why pest control come every Monday . But besides that. Awesome apt!

    Lived here for two years and there are definitely pros and cons. Ultimately with a change in jobs and no reason to stay in this area, I decided to move, however I would have happily decided to take the apartment with me to a new location if that had been an option.Starting with the things I like, the apartments themselves are very affordable for the area. I also liked that they were carpeted and had a separate bedroom as opposed to loft-style which is common in the area, but that is a personal preference. Overall I felt that management did a good job and that staff in the office were generally professional and friendly. There is a nice view of the lake or river (although it looks like new properties may get in the way soon). I also heard very little outdoor noise (i.e. traffic, train, wind), although I was on the Riverside side of the apartments, and I lucked out in neighbors that were generally quiet as well. The walls and windows are very good at handling noise as long as you dont have an overly rude neighbor near you. If you purchase a designated parking space, they do tow, which is wonderful for making sure that your space is actually yours.For things I didnt like, there are a number of neighbors with dogs and unfortunately you can hear the ones barking from down your hall or barking from their balcony. I have sent in a number of complaints and nothing was done--the same dog that barks on his balcony from 9-11 AM on Sundays still continued to do so, and the one down the hall that barked all day did so as well. The apartment also had fire alarm issues for the two years that I lived here, and it would go off multiple times a year for unclear reasons, although that may have been fixed. As other tenants have mentioned, parking is difficult late in the evening, however this is easily remedied by paying for a designated parking space, but expect to be put on a 2-3 month wait list. The trash chute was frequently full or out of order, which was mostly an inconvenience for me since I lived next to the chute and could smell the overfilled container.I do however want to tell the story that when I first moved into this apartment, my cat had somehow managed to get stuck in between the cabinets in the kitchen. Within the same day, staff had informed maintenance and they came to help me get him out, ultimately having to pull apart some boards and then piece it back together without charging me a dime. Although this may not factor into most peoples decisions to rent here, I think the willingness to help outside the normal job description is something underappreciated and hard to find at most rental properties. Staff were still asking me if my cat was doing okay for months after the incident, which to me showed me that they cared more than just to see that I was making my rent payments every month.In the end, location was the reason I decided to move. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone else interested. I think also the fact that they kept their staff mostly the same over the two years is a good indication that management is doing a good job.

    I’ve been living here for 12 months now! Not once have I had an issue with anything! If i request for help with maintenance I get help instantly! GREAT STAFF MEMBERS!! Although elevator and parking is bad they try there best to work on it and do what best for everyone here. I LOVE IT HERE! Keep it up!

    Pitbull friendly Management co! Great price for square footage and we just paid for an assigned spot to avoid parking issues mentioned by others. As long as your visitors check in on the provided app/website your guests have 24 hour passes to park. I like this considering were right across from a dart stop and close to Toyota music factory. I could see where our parking spots could get taken up by violators. The office staff has always been friendly to my family. And a very diverse crowd lives here. We love it!
