    Been living here for 6 months. So far I love it. Very quiet, clean, safe community.Maintenance responses to request very quickly & does a great job. I put in a request at 12pm, Rafael was here by 2pm same day! The Valet Trash service is a plus!I also do like how Spectrum service is kinda bundled in with the rent it’s nice to be able to have wifi & cable at a reasonable price.Everyone in the front office is very nice & helpful.The only thing that was an issue for me was other pet owners not leashing their pets. Other than that I can’t complain!

    My family and I have lived here for almost a year now and so far it has been a very pleasant experience. The leasing office personnel are always there to help with any issues we may have. They are very accommodating to our needs and always respond to our questions in a quick and timely manner. The maintenance team is also super awesome!The only thing that sucks is that there seems to be a bug problem. We had random grain bugs in our pantry and ants in our kitchen and bathroom BUT pest control came over and solved that problem for us. So no more bugs!Overall, we love it here!

    I’ve been living here for a few months now and I love it. I like the surroundings and the fact that the whole place gives an open feeling (not like some apartment buildings that are cramped together). Our apartment has nice big windows and is close to the pool. The whole place is gated which is one of the reasons we chose this place to stay.The office staff is always helpful (especially Ady) and the maintenance staff comes quickly if there are any issues. We’ve had three different maintenance people visit us since we shifted and all of them are polite and of course helpful. They know what they are doing and are done quickly. Ashley, specifically, recently came twice (once almost at midnight because of an emergency).They have a number of free events happening every now and then. My kids enjoyed the trunk or treat last month and want to participate next year (if that’s an option for residents).Overall, our family likes it here till now

    I leased here for almost 2 years. Our experience ( my first apartment ) was amazing!!!!!!!! Till this day since I moved I always brag on how amazing our experience was. I moved because my job re-location. MAA is quiet and a beautiful complex. I want to shed light on Ashton & Adylene, they went OVER and BEYOND to help my moving process and they didn’t have to! You want a leasing manager to care and she does! I thank them so much. Keep up the great work :)

    Recently moved into this community and it is just that a community! They have so many FREE events for the residents. Affordable rent prices and very helpful and kind staff!     I had a sink leak and have a broken dishwasher. Leo came to fix what someone else had already attempted to fix and he didn’t mind me asking questions. He answered my questions without seeming to be annoyed and he didn’t leave until everything he could fix was taken care of. I’m not giving him 4 stars because he deserves 5. I’m giving the overall community service a 5, because there is room for improvement. But, Leo is one of best and first experience of feeling like I was being assisted and it was not a bother. We need more people like him in this community.

    I like this community. Its pretty quiet around my building and the property is nice and well groomed. Plenty of parking. Nice pools. The leasing office staff and maintenance are great. My unit stays cool in the summer. My only complaint is were required to have spectrum internet on our lease and spectrum constantly has brief outages. Not good if you work from home. I never had these problems with ATT at my last property in Euless. Also whoever does the make ready before move ins did a poor job cleaning inside of the cabinets for my move in.

    Been here for 3 months and so far so good!! No problems upon move in, no existing bug problem, and anytime I call with random questions/needs the ladies in the office are always super nice. Only downside is my upstairs neighbor stumping around 24/7 but that’s on the neighbor not the staff!

    I would say overall these apartments have been pretty good. Maintenance has been great, very timely. Ashley has always taken care of the maintenance needs with professionalism and care. I love how quiet these apartments are, it is very peaceful. Only downsides would be smelling marijuana from the neighbors and the extremely high electric bills due to it being an old apartment. Otherwise, it has been great.

    March 2024 - still highly impressed with the property staff. I moved to another apartment in the complex and have interacted with the office staff and maintenance numerous times (not because things were wrong but because of questions). Whenever I do have to put in a maintenance request they are always helpful and courteous. Ashley has been the one to help most often and she gave some good advice about a few things and made sure things were fixed before leaving.July 2023 - I bought a ceiling fan and put in a request to have it installed. Less than 6 hours later it was done and no mess or issues.

    The great thing about MAA Bear creek is the community. Yes, you live next to DFW airport. That is one of the great things about this location. You can get to anything in the metroplex within 16-20 minutes. Spectrum is the internet service provider that works best here and you are told this when you move in to the community. With 25 buildings and dog parks within the complex, 2 pools and a gym you have choice. This is a great community. I have had all my maintenance done in a timely manner. Loud noise has been addressed by the Office and the staff has been great to me.

    I love this place here. Very well maintained property. Helped alot in this snow issues and made everything is good for us. Love the maintainance ppl here.     A few negatives;My biggest complaint is that our attached garage and stairs leading to our private door entrance was/is pretty disgusting. It wasnt cleaned at all. Dust/dirt, cobwebs, animal/pet fur, live and dead insects, dried out leaves. After a week of being here, with a lot of stuff going on, I am still in the process of cleaning it out myself just so that I can actually see that it ACTUALLY IS CLEAN.Secondly, the apartment had dust clogged up in the exhaust vents, the top organizer of the dishwasher was rusted out pretty bad and our garage had some sort of an insects nest on it. I sent in a maintenance right away and the following day they were able to send someone over which is a plus that they stay on top of those things.And lastly, they claimed to have done a deep clean with the carpets in our apartment, which by the way is 95% of the floor area. Honestly, our robot vacuum has its work cut out for it. For the last week that we have moved in, our robot vacuum is still being filled up by fur, clearly the last tenant had a pet cause we dont. Our robot vacuum by the way runs twice a day. So either the previous owner did not clean the apartment at all, OR somebody did not do their job with the proclaimed deep cleaning of the carpets.Overall, I like the 2 pools, small dog park/area in the corner, and gym we have in our community, the gym actually has all of the stuff a regular gym bro/girl would need. The biggest thing for me is being a GATED COMMUNITY. The management has done a excellent job keeping it really gated unlike some communities that claim to have a gated community but always leave the gate open even during late at night.The highlight for me is that the staff(special thanks to McKenzie) is EXTREMELY nice and helpful. We moved from a state 17 hours away and they helped us every step of the way. For me, it doesnt matter if a community has the latest and the best amenities, or if the community is squeaky clean if the staff is useless, rude, insensitive and unprofessional. So kudos to the management for hiring people that really care about other people.

    1200 fuller wiser road apartment. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exceptional service provided by Yamil and Joseph. Today I had a maintenance request for electrical issue with microwave, refrigerator ,and stove breaker tripping, and within just two hours, these two individuals arrived at my doorstep ready to tackle the issue.From the moment they entered my home, it was evident that Yamil and Joseph were consummate professionals. They greeted me with a warm smile and immediately got to work, wasting no time in troubleshooting the problem with my microwave. Their expertise and knowledge were truly remarkable, as they quickly identified the issue and efficiently replaced the microwave.But what truly amazed me was their willingness to go above and beyond their duties. While they were here, I happened to mention that my living room light bulb had also burned out. Without hesitation, Yamil and Joseph offered to take care of it for me. They not only replaced the bulb but also ensured that it was properly installed and functioning perfectly.Their attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service were truly commendable.     Colonial Grand at Bear Creek is a great place to stay. We lived here for close to a year and a half and weve had a very pleasant experience. This was our first home after getting married and weve made some great memories here. Apartment was in a pretty great condition when we moved in. Its not a brand new construction so there were a couple of items that we noticed that we wanted fixed and management took care of it for us. The staff here has always been very helpful and responsive. Work orders were always taken care of fast. And if you ever want to have guests come over, there is an ample amount of parking (which is not the case for most apartments nowadays)! We had some friends that recently moved out of here and we also just moved out to a house and neither of us got charged with any ridiculous charges for damages that apartments are known for at times. Highly recommend.

    We have lived at Colonial Grand for almost 2 years, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We were originally drawn to the complex because they do not have breed restrictions, and the attached garage. Rossy was the one working the day we came to tour the property. She took great care in answering our questions, and concerns with honesty, and professionalism.You will not find a better office staff as a whole, or as individuals. Rossy, Courtney, Ashton, and Caleb take the time to actually get to know their tenants.Management is great about communication to all tenants. Once a month they host a social to get to know the neighbors and staff.Any and all concerns will be addressed promptly, and efficiently. If you see a staff member out on the property, they will smile and wave, no matter their title.Maintenance is always quick to respond, and fix anything. My A/C went out last year, during a particularly hot weekend, late at night. Due to certain restrictions they were unable to repair it that night, however, they made sure we had some kind A/C to keep us cool until they were able to better assess the unit.The pools are kept clean year round, if the weather permits, they are open. The property is kept clean of trash and debris.The gym is large, and provides just about everything you can ask for. It is kept clean, and doesnt have that dingy apartment feel.I feel I must address the working order of the gate, as many have done before me. Has it had its issues in the past? Yes. However, within the last two months, it appears some major repairs were done and have left us with zero issues. (Which were previously tended to quickly)Have I ever felt unsafe? NoWhile rent is competitive with the market, there are plenty of bonuses to living at Colonial Grand at Bear Creek. A place I am happy to call home, with a true sense of community.

    The grounds of MAA Bear Creek are kept up very nicely. The appearance is very appealing. When I moved in there was new management taking over. She has done very well and I’m pleased of how she’s handling things now. Maintenance staff has changed as well, and now things are taken care of very good. No excuses - now action is taken. Thank you to management for handling items promptly.

    Since the spring of 2019 till now, management has always bent over backwards to assist whenever needed whether its the maintenance team or any office assistance needed. Me and my wife have always felt safe while being here. The public grounds and amenities are managed and kept in great condition. And if all that wasnt enough, they periodically bless their tenants with food trucks and fun holiday events.Some might flinch at the price tag of staying at these apartments, but if it helps, it will be worth every penny.

    Five stars for Colonial Grand at Bear Creek! Ive lived here 4 years now and had a great experience all around. The staff in the office are always super friendly, positive, quick to respond and help however able. They are a great crew and really care about their tenants. Maintenance is also quick, reliable and trustworthy. Repairs get taken care of the very next day or as soon as possible while Im at work and they leave messages to keep me informed on status. They have also done some major upgrades to my apartment due to aging appliances and now I feel like Im living in a condo! The place is also well insulated and I can barely hear my neighbors. Cant say enough nice things about this place because I enjoy living here and they take care of me. :)

She was very friendly and you could tell that they really care about their property. I can’t wait to make this our future home in May after graduation!

    Living here is amazing!! I live here with my daughter. The trash service is so convenient, the complex is quiet and the maintenance crew is so quick and helpful. We just renewed our lease! The staff is so helpful and understanding. Definite 5 stars!

    On May 18/23, I returned home to find my AC wasnt working. I called it in to MAA Maintenance and within 10-15 mins Joseph Camacho arrived, repaired my AC unit, cleaned the vent and changed the filter in record time...AWESOME and PROFESSIONAL JOB!!! He was very courteous and polite...so glad to have cool air again--Thank you Joseph.

    Was looking for a place to call home and came across MAA Bear Creek on a late Saturday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by the most pleasant and delightful young lady by the name of Courtney as I entered the office. After taking a seat and explaining to her what I was in search of, my wants, needs and must haves, shetook notes and after going over the options that would perhaps fit me and my style she went to work to help me accomplish what I was sent out to find. Long story short, she nailed it !! After spending time with her sharing my life story and laughs with her, I felt like I was finally home and made a great friend along the way. Ill be moving home come the end of July and looking forward enjoying the beautiful amenities along with apt.Thank you Courtney 😉 Youre awesome!!

    I moved down to the DFW area five years and have lived at two other complexes prior to moving into Bear Creek. I have been here for two years and its the first place that has felt like home. The MAA staff is professional, kind, and have always taken care of any issues promptly and appropriately. I have just signed my third lease, after the team went above and beyond to negotiate a base rent on my behalf that falls within my budget. I am so excited I get to spend another year here! 10/10 Recommend making Bear Creek your next home!

    We went to see about 10 apartments in HEB and although we didn’t end up choosing the unit here, we had the best experience with Cindy in leasing here! She was so personable, kind, and did such a thorough job - she really was the best leasing agent out of every complex we saw!     A few years ago, the management at Colonial Grand went through a transition that did not go well. However, more recently management is much better. The maintenance staff is timely and does a good job, the office is good at what they do and respectful, and overall its a very nice place to live. Sometimes the trash builds up a bit and the grounds could be nicer, but overall my family has truly enjoyed living here. Very affordable, very kind -- overall a great apartment complex!

    This is BY FAR my favorite apartment Ive lived in. The office people are VERY friendly; Cortney is best at that. The maintenance crew here is definitely the best crew you will get. You put in a maintenance request, and the staff are there within an hour of request. Jose is awesome! Also, these apartment gates are always closed, if there is a problem with them, they are fixed very quickly! Over all, BEST place to call HOME!

    My family and I lived at this complex before buying our house and we loved it. It’s a nice quiet community with friendly neighbors. The staff was always amazing and made living there fun. I used the small gym frequently and it was never crowded yet always very clean. My daughter loved the pool which we miss, but we made a few friends so we will be back to swim!     I recently relocated to Texas from Kansas after selling my home which was kinda hard for me to do as I had been a homeowner for many years!I wanted to find an apartment in the metroplex that was affordable yet provided a luxury feel. I am SO glad I chose Colonial Grand at Bear Creek. I had visited and considered several other properties in the area, but what really sold me on this property was my leasing agent Cindy.She was absolutely wonderful! I had a million questions since I was basically accepting my new apartment sight unseen. I saw the pictures of the property on the website but you always wonder if what you are seeing online is what you will get. Well it actually was! Cindy was extremely patient and always answered any questions I had. Her professionalism is one of the main reasons why I chose this property to call my new home.So to anyone out there that might be looking for an an affordable luxury apartment home I have no problem whatsoever recommending this property.

    Office staff is great and really work well with you. Maintenance is quick to respond as well. I have no complaints at this time. It’s a chill & peaceful community for the most part. The only thing I don’t like is the consistent smell of weed in my apartment pretty much daily, it started about a month after I moved in. I don’t smoke or anything and It’s very strong, I have a 4 and 9 year old who ask why it smells bad at times and my youngest has asthma which is a concern, so I’m hoping that gets taken care of quickly. I don’t even want them knowing about this kind of thing, especially smelling it or breathing it in our home. I don’t care what people do outside and how they live their lives as long as it don’t affect me and mine honestly. On the lease it stated people are to smoke outside the apartments and that’s one of the reasons I chose to move here as well. I’ve addressed it with the office so hopefully that gets rectified quickly...other than that, I enjoy it here!

    I have stayed in may place in Texas since I moved here from Chicago but these apartment are the absolute best when it comes to their being attentive to their tenant. Rosie and Courtney are the best! I don’t have many problem with my unit but when I do have one they are always helpful and on spot with helping solve the issue. Those two and Chuck are 1 of many reason I remain a resident there. They also throw good community events in regards to getting to know my neighbors and the people living around me from the Sushi Events across the street, to the active holiday parties. I would recommend these apartment homes to anyone moving. Not only is the area in the heart of every major city but the staff is beyond amazing.

    The staff at Colonial Grand are wonderful. They are always friendly and very helpful. From filling out the application to getting approved they make you feel at home. It does not stop there they go out of there way to help residents. I know I can walk in the office and be greeted with a smile. I broke a pipe under my sink on a Friday night and maintenance was at more door within the hour to fix. He was so sweet and never acted like it was a inconvenience to him. This is a pet friendly environment and all breeds are welcomed which is unusual, very well maintained property. I would recommend this property to anyone looking.

    This is my favorite apartment complex I have ever lived in! The staff, leasing office and maintenance, are great! Any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.     Absolutely love living here, it’s my second year living here and it’s the most peaceful living situation I’ve been in so far. They maintain the property very well, pools, gym and common areas are always cleaned and maintained. Maintenance Staff & Office Staff are super friendly and always say hi with a smile.     Everything from the responsiveness of the front office, to the immediate assistance in regard to maintenance requests is AMAZING! We’ve left apartments dreading to have to move into another apartment complex just to experience the same thing.Here, they truly do treat you like they’re taking care of family.     I did a walk-in tour. I had no prior appt and the staff was very nice and give me a tour within 15 mins. Courtney gave me the tour and she was very respectful and comfortable to talk too. During the tour the community looked very clean, the gate worked, tenants were in the pool having fun, the gym was open with social distance rules. Courtney answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed their. I have not fully decided to apply at this complex as it is a little outside my budget (by $200 for the apt I liked. They had a smaller apt in my budget but I didnt care for the lay out). This agency has followed up with me several times and I have appreciated that. But I continue to still look at other communities to be within my budget.Update 12/2/20:I just wanted to say that the maintenance crew is amazing!! They are so kind and they helped me in completing my maintenance requests and with my new furniture (getting it up all the stairs, lol). I have only met 3 of them. Dont remember their names but I truly appreciate them. I continue to enjoy living in this community, even the neighbors are cool :)

Doing my due diligence and asked the other tenants their thoughts on the staff and the living experience here at CG, not one person had anything negative to say. If you are used to stellar customer service do not look any further. This is the place you want to be. Any issues that we have brought to the staffs attention has been taken care of without delay.     I LOVE living here! The office staff and maintenance are friendly and know what they are doing. I moved from my prior apartment after my husband passed away. I needed a place that was peaceful and I found it here. From the first time I walked in the office, I knew I was going to rent my apartment there. I had already been to so many places that were pressuring me to look and lease. Rossy was not like that. She took me to see the apartment that I was interested in and answered all of my questions. I came back that next weekend and looked at the apartment that I am in now and fell in love. I loved the windows in the living room and dining room. I came back the next day and signed a lease. The apartment is great and there is plenty of parking! Very reasonably priced for all of the amenities that are included. Pools always look nice and the gym is more than what you would normally find in an apartment gym! Cable and internet are included in the monthly bill along with the water and trash. (They pick up the trash Sunday - Friday. Just leave it right outside your door!) I would highly recommend that you go see Rossy or Courtney if you are looking for an apartment home!

    Its an ok place. Tub/shower has cracks by the towel holder. When they got someone to replace the carpet after the livingroom was flooded. We hv to watch were we step were the tile and the rug meet. The guy just comes and stretches the carpet and it doesnt stay. They like to raise the rent by add stuff like a smart rent app w/o notice or bueatifying the grounds. My appt doesnt even hv updated anything. We pay alot for 1 bedroom apt. The ones across the street close to hwy 360 are nicer N the same price.

    Ill be honest when I first moved in I was somewhat disappointed with some issues my apt had, but after some talks with office staff and maintenance crew it was fixed and been living here for just about a year looking for a bigger apt to move into and spend at least another year or so until I can find a house which is my main goal. One of the main things is I havent seen hardly a bug inside my unit which I Im very happy with it shows that complex gets taken care of. One thing I do recommend is putting another dumpster in the north side of the community because there have been times I have driven by it and its overflowing with trash and thats not a good look. Other than that its a decent place to live and close to work.

    Very happy here. We moved in about 3 months ago and all our requests have been met. Parking is what you expect living in an apartment, unless you get a covered spot. The gates are rarely broken. If they are though they fix them swiftly. Pest control is 100% perfect. No problems at all there. The exercise room is great too if that is what your looking for. Also no breed restriction, so your loving German Shepard can come live with you here too.The front office was great working with us getting set up and i go in on occasion and they are always friendly and helpful.Only cons I would say is you have to use time warner cable, its added on to rent. To be honest I cant think of much more than that Im unhappy about. If they have vacancies, dont look elsewhere you will not be disappointed.

    Thank you Chuck for holding that sale item for me overnight so I could travel from Waco to pick it up. The vehicle I brought was a little too small. But two of the outside guys that work at the Colonial Grand were amazing! They went wayyy above and beyond to help me load the furniture. They did all the work. They even strapped it down with their own rope. And they were smiling and had a great attitude the whole time too! I made it all the way back to Waco without any problem. I really appreciate everything they did. Thanks again guys! Much better than 5 stars!

    Today is my moving day. I waited for almost a month but the wait is absolutely worth it. I worked with Cindy Hernandez during the time of wait and she was absolutely fantastic, phenomenal I’d say. Great apartment and I’m very much satisfied. Time to get in the grill 😁

    Cant say enough about our experience living at Colonial Grand! Very well maintained units and a really impressive outdoor area. Above all, we really were treated like family members by the front office staff who went above and beyond any time we needed anything. Thanks for making our experience so great!

    I lived at colonial grand at bear creek for 2 years and it was great. Best thing about the place is the management. As soon as you get in touch with them, the issue is resolved. The property is maintained well. Bonus points for washer drier included. Negative for me was the fact that I had to pay 50/month for cable tv which was mandatory even though I never used it and I would urge them to either make it optional or remove it. I liked the new addition of internet services directly from them (its spectrum)

    My original 1 star review was given because I was holding my baby while trying to rate.Courtney in the front office was very bubbly and friendly on Sunday, 6/24/18, when my family and I went to tour the property. She answered all of our wardrobe. This complex is a huge contender in our hunt for a new home.

    My sister and I have been living at these apartments for the last 4 years. Nice and quiet apartments. I have moved into 3 apartment building and they all are nice. When I have an issue it does get resolved right away!!!! It do get busy sometimes at the front office but I just leave and come back a different time no biggie to me!!!!!!!

    From beginning to end the process was so amazing….I’d been searching and talking to many apartment complexes and this one was so seamless. Plus it’s a really nice property with extras you do not mind paying for like having in unit washer dryer, smart key system, dog park, full size gym and garbage pick-up at your door! Can’t beat the location either

    I started my residence here last summer and I will have to say that the front office staff is amazing!!! They made my stay so much more enjoyable and always willing to help! It was convenient for me because of the close proximity of DFW, but I’m giving it 5 stars JUST because the women who run the show there are just absolutely AMAZING!
