I went to MAA Barton Creek but it was closed, so went to MAA Barton Skyway.Sandy at the front desk even showed me a unit in Barton Creek even though the leasing office was closed.As she was showing me the unit, she noticed paint was little off or something, she was taking some pictures and she said gonna tell maintenance personnel.And she was super nice and I can tell she she’s a super professional.Even before I move in this place, I liked already.Next day, went back to talk to Theresa at the front desk.She’s also super friendly and way more than helpful.

The apartments at MAA are nice and have a great layout. I came from an apartment where the renters above me have been extremely loud while walking. It sounds like stomping. I’m excited about MAA because they have more of a townhome style layout, which means I will not have to worry about that. The apartment was very clean upon move-in and Therese and Holly at the front office have been very pleasant and helpful, making my transition smooth. I am excited for my new home!

Very nice place to live. The management makes you feel comfortable and when we you need a repair they will make sure it will happen soon enough.Very close to the Greenbelt , which is another plus.

She selflessly sent Ms to their sister property. The property is perfect for someone needing 3 level, townhouse home. —- AMG

We have enjoyed living at MAA Barton Creek for the last 3.5 years! GREAT condo units; no one above or below you; the property is tucked back in the green belt and quiet. Neighbors look out for one another and the property is well maintained. The office staff is very courteous, helpful and responsive regarding any needs. Gabriel in maintenance works so hard for everyone to keep your request handled. We absolutely LOVE the location and units! VERY, very pleased with MAA BC and the courteous and genuine help everyone has exhibited throughout our stay. We will miss our “home” here!

I am so pleased with this property. I have lived at an MAA property before in another city and the staff here is at another level. Treece and her staff jumped up at any issue I had. Garage opener didn’t work, they made a new one and delivered it. Water came out of my washer and the maintenance man was here in 10 mins! The process to apply was same day approval. I love it here. So quiet, so close to everything. I am not familiar with Austin but I hit the jackpot choosing Barton Creek. A+

Our move in was seamless -- the property staff including Edglis and Therese were fantastic and helped us deal with a complicated moving schedule. The maintenance staff, Gregory and Gabriel, have been super friendly and attentive; they fixed a couple of minor issues on the very first day. The community is super quiet and well-maintained in a great location. We are very happy that we rented here!

I lived here for 15 months and loved it. I would have re-signed but ended up needing to relocate for my career. The neighborhood is cozy, all of my neighbors were friendly, and the office staff was pleasant. I rarely had to request maintenance, but when I did someone usually came the same day. The pool is awesome during the summer. The dog park has a gate to a trail leading to barton creek, which my dog and I hiked frequently.The only thing that was a bummer was the lacking of guest parking and just parking in general. Having a garage is great, but some of the units can be difficult to get into.The apartments are older and are probably due for renovation, but for the price I paid and for the location, I was happy with my unit.

Hi! Just wanted to leave a review about your property and maintenance manager. I visit a friend that lives there quite often and shes always raving about the maintenance manager, Gabriel. Ive been able to meet him on a couple of occasions too when I have visited her. Hes very professional and friendly, especially to her dog! I see him work hard as Im leaving the premises as well! He seems to go above and beyond for his residents and it has made me wonder if I should live at this property! A good maintenance man is hard to find nowadays! He definitely deserves praise and a raise! Especially since I hear he is by himself. Your property grounds look exceptionally well kept too! Keep up the good work!!

Great location and staff. It’s a cute, quaint, peacefully quiet and safe community. Gotten a little costly, but love the new smart rent features. I think the landscape is beautiful and the property is well kept. I find it to be very peaceful and that’s what makes it feel secure. The maintenance and leasing team are incredible. Super friendly and prompt Maintenance.I like the staff but we have had way too much turnover. Nick, Paloma, and Mark are missed. I wish there were 3 of Gabriel. He’s the best. I can’t say enough about his loyalty to this property. He takes ownership and pride in his work. He is very friendly and helpful. The guy is always happy and everyone loves him. He is part of our community. It is hard to find great employees like him. Please help him with an assistant. He needs a helper. I’d hate to see this place fall apart because he does not have an extra pair of hands to assist him, or because he decide to give up and leave. Please give this man some praise, acknowledgement and a raise. He is well deserving of it as he is doing the job of more than 1 person!

I lived at Post Barton Creek for 2 years, and I loved it. The location is perfect for access to the Greenbelt, very close to grocery stores, and downtown. The units are very spacious, and well kept. The staff is incredible. Everyone on the staff wants to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Very dog friendly, and no breed restrictions.It is a quiet complex. Mostly young families and professionals. Never had a problem with noise or rude neighbors. Id highly recommend Post Barton Creek to anyone looking for a relaxing apartment complex, that is close to everything you can want in Austin.

Post Barton Creek is a great place to live. Recently while walking my dog I managed to drop my cell phone and it slid rapidly into a very deep storm drain inlet on the property, making it impossible for me to retrieve.I stopped by the office and told Mark what had happened (knowing this was very much beyond what property management or any maintenance staff on any property is responsible for helping with or handling). Mark and Chris were not only kind enough to go out of their way and get my phone, but they did so the same day in a matter of hours (something I didnt even think was possible given the size and location of the storm drain).Mark is always incredibly friendly and helpful. There have been times when I could not make it to the office to get packages before closing time and Mark offered to drop them off at my front door.Chris is the absolute best when it comes to maintenance on the property. He always goes out of his way to not only fix things promptly, but he follows up every time to make sure things are done right. Not long ago, one of my AC units went out and he fixed it incredibly quickly..and during peak AC season in the heat of the summer.I cannot say enough great things about how great Mark and Chris are or how much we enjoy living at the Post BC.

My husband and I have lived at the Post for nearly 7 years. We only recently bought a house that were remodeling. We just werent really motivated to move because this place has it all. You cant beat this location, price and staff anywhere in my opinion. If somethings broke its a quick fix, Mark and his staff are caring, compassionate and understanding, the grounds are tidy and well kept, walk right outside and hike on the greenbelt, friendly and mindful neighbors, quick jaunt to the airport, even quicker to get downtown the list goes on. I would definitely recommend the Post at Barton Creek. We will certainly miss this place weve called Home for so long. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Weve been living here since the past 2 - 3 months and so far it has been a a fabulous experience. Any store, you name it is within the vicinity from Post Barton Creek. The Barton Creek Greenbelt trail which is within a mile is a must place for family hike.Further, any maintenance request we had submitted till date, was taken care promptly and efficiently. A big applause for all the friendly and cordial office staff members who work hard to keep things running. They keep organizing treats and perks for the residents which keeps the kids engaged. Last but not the least, the schools serving this community are one of the top tier schools in Austin.

This place is great for the price and location. Within 10 mins I could ride my bike to zilker, or walk to the spyglass green belt entrance.Beyond location & price, my biggest ask for an apartment in ATX is pest control & MAA definitely holds up. Worst that happened was 2 small ant infestations but the office assisted quickly and was resolved. In my experience they get an A+ in this category.Maintenance guys are awesome, always friendly and willing to help out. In fact, people in general here are pretty friendly!The parking situation is kind of meh, but everyone gets a garage. The majority are the narrow cars in a single file line style. Other than that, people camp out in the guest spots with their extra hobby car etc but its been manageable for the most part to have a guest.Some cons are the broken mailbox situation going on for quite some time & the tiny dog park sometimes has broken glass scattered & once found a tube of superglue. Going to the greenbelt is way better of course & easy to get to!Overall excellent, I like this place a lot. Extra bonus points for living in a peaceful naturey spot close to the city.

Ive loved living here! Its wonderful to have an attached garage, no one living below or above me, and the location is fantastic! Im moving for a new job otherwise I would definitely be staying at PBC. Nick, Heather, and the maintenance crew are wonderful - so attentive and responsive, always going above and beyond! 10/10 for Post Barton Creek!

Although my roommate and I went in another direction to live at Post Barton Creek, we were pretty amazed at the aesthetics and layout of the apartments and surrounding area overlooking Barton Creek. Also, we were meeted with the very professional and courtesy Heather Houston that showed up the place which she did a great job highlighting the great aspects of the apartment and amenities. Great place to live.

What an amazing property to call home! We moved to PBC for our kids to attend the top rated EANES ISD. Post Barton Creek’s prices are great, especially since they are so conveniently located next to downtown, Zilker Park, shopping and again...located in Eanes ISD. We lived in a 3 bedroom/3.5 bath; which was spacious, included granite countertops, an oversized parking garage and amazing neighbors to feel even more at home! The staff and the entire maintenance team are friendly and quick to address all our repair requests. Although we moved recently, we still keep in touch with the neighbors and community team...Miss them dearly!

I love living here because it is clean, quiet and located perfectly. wish we had access to the trails from here but other than that... everyone is nice and the office and maintenance staff does a good job and are very friendly. 5 stars for PBC!

Ive lived in EIGHT apartment complexes so far in my life. Four of those have been in Austin. There are pros and cons (as with any place of residence that you dont outright own), so Ill discuss a few of those, but this place has been fantastic overall. The cons arent even that bad at all, and I am ecstatic to have lived here now for about 5 months.Pros:Location - its close to everything, but tucked away enough that you dont get weird, random people breaking into things.Staff - They are INCREDIBLE. Sonna and Marcus are so easy to work with. Ive been dealing with the gas company messing up my bill and random maintenance issues and they always come to the rescue in a timely fashion. The maintenance guys are incredibly nice as well. They work hard to keep the property looking good.Price - I dont know where other people are finding better prices. This place felt like we were striking gold - and it still feels that way.Maintenance - This goes along with staff, but they need their own bullet point as well. When you put in a maintenance request, its done exceptionally well and quickly.Community - This seems to be an older community that has kids. The pro to that is, its quiet and people are respectful of each other.Aesthetic - They are painting the exterior from an ugly yellow to a beautiful gray. Although the red doors arent my jam. The overall aesthetic of the complex looks great!! The painters are very respectful as well.Pool - The pool is nice, and has a great atmosphere.Cons:Older property. Expect things to break or for there to be a few issues. Its not been bad at all. No place you look at will offer you no-breaks guarantee because thats not realistic.Walls - The walls are thin. Like I said, its an older building. The great thing is, the people we are around are quiet and respectful.Trash - The trash is right by the dog park. It get smelly, but people who live there dont know how to pick up dog doo-doo and put it in the designated dog doo-doo bin so its probably just a combo of the two.

The office staff is really great, Mark and Heather are so helpful and understanding. I love our little townhouse one bedroom with a garage. It’s a bit expensive but the location, and smaller community is worth it.
