I have been at this community for over (three) years, my experience has genuinely been wonderful. The front office ladies are well informed, helpful, friendly and extremely professional. The office managers have handled all inquiries in a fashionable manner, with tack. The property areas are well groomed; the ground keeping staff and maintenance are wonderful, they stay on top of the grounds, issues and pool area. The office provides us with a host of activities and food vendors, which for me, is an added delight, coming off of a 12-to-16-hour shift, I just don’t have time to cook, its nice to have food trucks available to us. I am extremely happy to be part of a community that cares about their tenants. My overall experience has been great. Thank you Ashton Oaks for a safe and great place to live.

Spent 2 years living here. Moving out and moving on next month but I dont regret a day thats gone by in these apartments.Very friendly staff and super friendly maintenance that are prompt, professional and thorough. Very quiet and sound resistant walls. The landscaping is meticulously kept and stays pretty much manicured at all times.Added a garage to my lease and honestly didnt realize how much I would actually need it!Everything you really need in food, grocery, and shopping all within a 3 mi radius.I highly recommend these apartments. It may be a little pricey but worth the no hassle, clean, and friendly environment.

Emily Bara was extremely helpful throughout the application process. She was fast at responding whenever i had questions and was always clear about what the next step for me was. She also left a gift bag with things like toilet paper a sponge and those other kind of things you dont usually have right away, which was really helpful. Also love the new apartment, it’s my first time on my own and it’s a nice place to call home.

My stay in this complex has been satisfying. The pricing is competitive, the maintenance individuals are super quick! The only improvement I would say would have to be the lack of closet space which has nothing to do with management, unless of course renovations/modifications are done. My experience with leasing consultant, Lenzee Balusek, has been A1. She attentive and thorough and professional. Tenants tend to be very quiet and to themselves.

I have lived here for a few years now. Im very comfotable here. The complex its maintined very nicely. In my expirience everytime we have had a maintanance issue it has been taken care very quickly. The maintanace team is bilingual , professional , respecful and friendly. We appreciate their hard work. The office keeps us well inform on events , projects and changes to the property. Very nice to us aswell. Thank you for making us feel at home .

I moved into MAA 12 months ago and I waited patiently to give a review. I can honestly say it has been a very good stay. The building I live in the neighbors are extremely nice. The maintenance crew members are very friendly and respectful. I enjoy my encounter when the come to fix or change filters. They explain and do their best to respond to issues timely ( Its a large complex). Even signing my least was enjoyable Lindsey was kind. Never had an issue with the front desk! Yes, I was late a day or two for rent due to oversight and they never treated me like reded step-child. Happy to be moving in my house soon. I can say I enjoyed it here, park, walking areas, nature, and nice people - Im going to miss it!

The staff is great. Emily and Ricardo are the only two I really ever interacted with and theyre amazing.The unit was nice. Amenities were nice. Beautiful walking trail with a dog park and other stuff. A beautiful pool area. And of course, essential stores nearby.Unfortunately, I had a few more maintenance issues than I would have liked, and that is the main reason for my 4 star rating. Regardless, Emily was really good about getting Ricardo up there right away, and Ricardo was always very nice, friendly, and most importantly, quick.I definitely recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Round Rock area. Especially familes. The only reason I moved out was because I got a new job in south Austin and the commute was expensive and unbearable. Was it not for that, I would still be living there.

Ashton Oaks has been an amazing first home for my wife and I! We got married in November and moved to Texas back in November and we’ve loved it here. When we first toured back in September, this was the first property we toured and ended up becoming our #1 on our list. Lenzee was great on the tour and she’s made the whole process as smooth as it could be. Also, the maintenance guys - Kenneth, Ricardo & Johnny - have much it such a pleasant experience living here!

Beautiful complex! The surrounding area is the best part--it is walking distance to a couple great parks and trails. This complex is also close to lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, etc.The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, and the interior is nice. I do tend to have lots of maintenance requests (once a month or so) because a light goes out or something is wrong with my appliances, but the maintenance team is amazing and almost always fixes the issue the same day! Be careful if you choose to live on the 3rd floor--my A/C in the summer was getting up to 80 degrees and when i put a work order in, they said my A/C was working properly...Also if you have any visitors, make sure to register their car because they do enforce towing!!I also dont like that there is only one trash compactor and no dumpsters that are in walking distance--you have to drive your trash up to the compactor :/The amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse) are nice, but they are usually pretty packed (the pool at least), so I dont go very often.But overall, I really like my apartment and the complex. I feel safe living here and would recommend it to a friend!

I had a great experience living here. Zero issues, no bugs, no loud neighbors. Management/staff were always very helpful and friendly. Great place if you have dogs, no breed/size restrictions. My only complaint would be the birds making nests and huge messes on stairs. Overall a very nice, clean place to live!

I’ve been here for 2 months, so here is my experience so far. I’ve been very happy here, there’s only 2 things I really have to “complain” (not really even a complaint) I really wish there were speed limits around the complex, people speed around waaaay too much. I also wish there were more compactors or dumpsters around the complex. Other than that, my building is pretty quiet, maintenance has been fast, and I haven’t had any issues with my apartment itself. I love the smartApp and not having to keep track of house keys. The app itself seems to go “ offline” a lot but it’s nothing a quick reboot can’t fix.

MAA Ashton was the best decision when looking for a home. The pricing was reasonable, the community is well kept and presentable, adequate responsiveness to maintenance requests, and great amenities! Also, a perfect location. Within walking distance to the Round Rock Dog Park and All Abilities Park. Walking trails are a plus too!

Honestly what’s not to love. This place has become our home. We live closer to the back of the apartments so it’s so easy to walk to the field or dog park. The location is perfect and every week we are outside discovering a new trail or going to the park . Our 1 bedroom is spacious has a very homey feel and our neighbors are great . Dog lovers are welcomed. And there are families here too with their little ones. Maintenance team are all stars they are super responsive and friendly . I have not waited for something to get fixed since I’ve been here. This is the first place that’s felt like home since having my baby I’m so blessed to have found this place. No place is perfect but I don’t ever have to worry living here and having peace of mind is all that I can ask for and this place delivers.

Don’t believe the bad reviews. After living here for more than 3 years, I have grown to love it. The neighbors and the staff are great.The maintenance team has been the same since I’ve moved in, amazing and punctual. These apartments seem to keep employees well as I have seen the same faces in the office for quite some time. All the staff here is helpful, and usually understanding. The location is top notch, and the walking trail, gym, and pool can’t be beat. We are satisfied and thankful.

Really enjoy living here. Great amenities, safe environment and maintenance is above and beyond. The walking trail is one of my favorites with a great dog park for big and little puppies as well as a nice playground down the road.

Claire and the Manager are amazing people. I came up short like a dollar and some change on rent and they were able to accommodate and roll it over to the next month. Things like this is what keeps me wanting to stay here. I love the hospitality they provide! HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MAINTENANCE THEY WORK HARD TO MAKE SURE IM GOOD AT MY UNIT AND THAT THINGS ARE OPERATING AT NORMAL OPERATIONS! You guys rock.

Spent a week here visiting family new to the area. Quaint little multifamily community with pretty decent amenities like nice pool area, BBQ, and walking trails. Im loving the kettlebells in the gym. Well maintained grounds, but a lot of dog poop around, not managements fault, but someone to consider. People seem chill enough. Two em suite bathrooms for the price seems great, but Im from Miami so anything better than a meth lab for $1,700 seems great 😂.

Love this community! I’ve been here for 5 years now and it keeps getting better! So pretty and well kept. The maintenance team is always so quick to respond. They fixed my fridge the same afternoon I called about it! Going into the office is always a pleasant experience. The staff are so nice and helpful and really care about their residents. This has been my best experience with an apartment complex to date! Would recommend living here to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live in a good location!

My girlfriend and I have been living here since May and love it! The front office staff is always so helpful and so kind whenever I go in to pick up air filters or ask for anything else. The maintenance crew is also extremely helpful! We had an issue with our water pressure and they came out right away and fixed our shower! We are definitely planning on renewing our lease here!

I have lived at this complex for a year now, and Im in the process of transferring into a larger apartment here within the complex. My experience here has been amazing. Its very family oriented as well as pet friendly. The management staff is superb and the maintenance and ground keeping is top notch. I have always received urgent and very sufficient treatment in a very timely manner, usually the same day or the next if its a maintenance issue. The entire staff team are always very friendly and smiling regardless of whatever they might be doing at the time or whomever they may be talking. They always politely speak to everyone. The amenities they offer are very well kept and available. The walking trail that runs alongside of the apartments, to me is the best feature. Its a beautiful sight that extends to a doggie park and training field for them. As well as volleyball cart, basketball cart and kiddie playground. It also has many gathering spots for barbeque gatherings and get togethers outside of the complex. Plus, the walk itself is a beautiful and peaceful sight, especially if you enjoy nature. I would encourage anyone thats in need of a place to reside, come in and check them out. You will not be disappointed and its worth the visit.

Ive lived at this complex for over 3 years now and I have never had a problem. This community has really become my second family with the friends I have made during my time here. I used to think the rent was overpriced here until I really searched other areas and different complexes and we really get a great deal here! Not only does it come with washer/dryer, but we also get a great package deal with cable/internet. Pricing those expenses alone are a lot when the apartment does not come with it. Which really has made me appreciate where I live. My neighbors around me are great and friendly whenever we pass each other in the hall. Maintenance is always on top of their work orders and keep in contact when they are unable to resolve an issue. We have to really appreciate these hard workers, for they are not robots, they are human beings just like you and me so it takes time to do their job duties efficiently. The staff has always been so welcoming and friendly since day one especially during COVID-19. Ive never experienced any big issues with the complex at all. I know everyone will have their personal opinions - good or bad, but it really is how you make it. If that makes any sense. The pool is always nice and chill - which I get a lot of compliments on how nice the pool looks when I show friends/family pictures Ive taken. Ive compared the gym equipment to other complexes, and we really are spoiled! Ive worked out at friends places and their gyms dont even compare to the equipment we have! Most gyms come with the basics: treadmills, the step machine, the bike and maybe some dumbbells. Our gym comes with that PLUS more. If anyone reads this, I wouldnt let the personal complaints make or break your decision on moving here. To be honest, it sounds like the complaints are a one-time complaint and never an ongoing issue. Especially when there arent that many. It really is a great location, quiet (to me), besides the train passing, but I actually think its therapeutic. You arent that far from Austin, Hutto, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Pflugerville areas so there is always something to do and something to find!

I Have Been at Colonial Grand At Ashton Oaks since April 2020. When I Moved it was when COVID first hit and everything began to shut down. I had a great experience with the staff and over all process with my move. Cam was AWESOME!! I wasn’t able to go into the front office and everything was done by email or online portal. I recently have been going in the office to give my payments and everyone has been pretty friendly. I haven’t had any major issues and the issues I did have were solved within the same day. I’m actually in shock to see these other reviews because I haven’t really had any of the same experiences. All of mine have been pretty cool. But, the trash does get full pretty quickly but I think it’s because ppl aren’t using the compactor correctly. Other than that I have pretty good Neighbors, parking isn’t a problem, and the park near by is amazing!! I’m actually considering staying another year 🤷🏽‍♀️

Nice location, love the trail system (several miles long) around the complex. Park and dog park in the back of the property is nice. Walking distance to Play for All Park from the city and you dont even have to cross a major road. Unfortunately saw a lot of dog owners that didnt care to clean up after their dog(s). If you are not bothered by the trains that come by (they dont make too much noise anyway) its a pretty quiet place in the back of the complex.

I have lived here for 4 months and have had 3 issues of things not working and they have been fixed right away. The trash overflows at the dumpster because some of the residents don’t even check to see if the dumpster is full they just throw the trash on the side. There is quite a bit of litter by the residents (have some self respect people) there is a member of staff who walks around picking up the trash to keep the grounds nice. I love it here and highly recommend it.

Love this community. Beautiful property close to stores and lots parks . Maintain acne issues are addressed right away. Friendly and helpful staff. There’s bad reviews about trash but only gets backed up on Sunday and that’s because people are dumping furniture that day. The maintainable keeps this place clean and beautiful including the pool and gym.and I have never seen a big in my apartment. I would recommend this place to everyone.
