I’ve been living at MAA Addison Circle since 2018 and have had a few different apartments here over the years. The accommodations are solid, and the neighborhood has everything you’d need within walking distance. The leasing office staff, particularly Lupita, have always been helpful and easy to work with. I recently transferred to another unit, and the process was smooth, thanks to her efforts. It’s clear they care about keeping residents happy, which is appreciated.Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and well-managed spot in the area. -

As of this review on 2/7/25, we have a pending application to secure a 2 bed unit so we don’t live here yet. I lived at MAA Worthington & I don’t have any complaints about MAA as a company. In our experience, the leasing staff was solid. The dude who got lost clearly just struggles with maps & should’ve opted for a guided tour because the map, handouts we got for each unit, and general guidance was more than adequate for the self-guided. Overall, the amenities look amazing & the area is uniquely equipped with a ton to eat and do. We saw 5 different 2 bedrooms & all of them were solid except 1 because of our personal space/layout needs. You can tell that they’re aging but not in a negative enough way to discourage living here whatsoever. I also experienced attentive maintenance at MAA Worthington & would expect more of the same here based on other resident reviews. I’d go for units marked “redesigned” when possible & the staff was great at explaining the key difference here (granite, white cabinets, etc). We interacted with several members of the staff including the leasing manager & it was pleasant. We specifically would like to thank Alexandria for all the help, clarity, and genuine kindness over the two days we were trying to lock in a unit we loved. She was great, thorough, professional & extremely competent. I ask way too many questions but, it’s just my due diligence & I appreciate Alex for answering all of my questions with genuine care. Straight shooter with us & honest. Made us want to seal the deal & sign the lease. We also got to meet Lupita, the leasing manager, who has been very responsive with us on the application process stage. Thanks Everyone! Looking forward to a smooth move-in. -

I love living here! Nice, clean area (besides lazy dog owners who don’t clean up after their dogs). My maintenance requests have been handled the day after, the dog park is well kept, plenty of places walking distance to eat and plenty of events to be involved in the community. -

I have been living here for almost a year, and I have had nothing but positive experiences here! Lupita the leasing manager has been very helpful throughout my process of transferring buildings and it has been nothing but smooth sailing. The community here is something you cannot get anywhere else- there is always something to do, somewhere to eat, and people to talk to everywhere I go! On top of all this, I feel very safe here compared to other complexes I have lived in. I can walk around in the middle of the night if I wanted to with no worries. Addison circle is a place you can plan to stay! -

I’ve been living at MAA Addison Circle for about a week now, and it has been nothing outside of a positive experience!! Mia in the leasing office was so helpful and kind since I first came over to tour—a huge part of why I decided to lease here. She has been very informative before, during, and even after signing the lease!! I would highly recommend looking into living here because Mia and everyone else in the office makes it super easy :) -

For living here since July of 2013 (two years in building 1 and the rest in another building so far), I have been pleased about my experience. And your new addition to your office named Alexandria, she is a friendly and pleasurable addition to your culture that you are instilling in your office. The communitys maintenance are on top of their game as well. Nothing but 5 stars on this end. -

Jay Strange is an amazing Maintenance worker and is extremely professional and got to the issue extremely fast. Explained what was wrong and got it fixed in no time at all. He also went the extra mile to make sure the issue was resolved faster and he should be commended for going above and beyond to fix the problem. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because he is the example of what an employee and worker should be. 10 stars. -

I’ve lived here in the Addison Circle apartments for about three years. And the apartments are getting older, and I’ve experienced many different maintenance issues. And the maintenance here is very quick and thorough (except when it comes to repairing the elevators). Thanks to Ronze Hart. The man is always happy and seems to enjoy life. He’s a good Christian and I would almost think that he is a “…. brother from another mother” Ha ha ha. -

As a resident of 3 months, we have loved it. Beautiful common areas, gorgeous parks, great restaurants, and close to the Transit Center. We had a work request, and it was filled in a day or two. They do self-guided tours as well. -

I toured the property last week. The staff is really nice, but Becky was super knowledgeable for the questions I was asking. The place really felt like home, but Becky really sold the deal. Ill be submitting my application next week for a January move. -

MAA Addison Circle has been amazing to my partner and I. Mia, in the leasing office, helped make our move to Addison Circle perfect. The team here went above and beyond to ensure that we had all that we needed to live here happily!! Thanks you MAA -

My experience with MAA Addison just got better because of the special care Ronzy gave me. He was very helpful when it came to fixing my issue with my apartment maintenance. I would recommend him for any maintenance needs moving forward. Great personality and Great Guy. -

Ronze and Hugo were great! They came over to fix my sink because it was overflowing over the sink. I didnt even have to put in a request, they noticed a leak downstairs and knocked on all the apartments above the leak. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place nice. Super professional, kind, and respectful enough to let me finish eating breakfast before they started the work. 5/5. -

Jay has helped us out a few times now with requests that are sent in and he is always on top of getting the maintenance done! One of the nicest people we have met since moving in and is very kind and sweet to our dogs when he comes to help us out!! If we could request him every time, we would! 😊 -

15 year residents...Time changes all things but traditionally the service department has always been responsive. We are residents in Addison bldg 5. On Sunday August 18th we arrived in late afternoon after traveling 8 hours from a family visit. When we entered the apartment we were met by the familiar unrelenting loud Chirp of our fire alarm lacking battery power. Having been in this situation years ago, we called the Night Number for maintenance at their central call center. The Operator then contacted our local maintenance specialist who responded to our apartment and remedied our dilemma. Gabriel, our maintenance specialist was courteous, good natured, efficient and thorough in his accomplishing his task. It was good to meet Gabriel and feel even more confidence in The Post Addison staff, from whom we have always received the most excellent service. Thanks Post Addison and all your staff. Better with time is a good thing! Bruce and Connie -

Ronzie is the best maintenance man I have ever known. He is steadfast and skillful at his job. He can fix ANYTHING. He responds quickly and gets along with everyone. One day he fixed 3 issues in one day. He would not give up on making my A/C cool down to 67F at night for me. He kept troubleshooting until it was set to my liking. This man deserves a raise and a promotion! -

Review 19 (2024-07-26 - Rating: 4)
Overall I had a good experience the 5 years I lived in this community. Some of the units are outdated but if you come across a redesigned one they are a steal especially the spacious lofts.Pros:-The maintenance staff is very quick responding to requests. The staff usually makes repairs within 24 hours which I have appreciated.-It’s a quiet community. Most people are to themselves. I rarely hear my neighbors.-There are always free events going on in the circle and I felt safe walking around the park, shops and restaurants in the circle.-The front office staff has been friendly from start to finish.-The location is what really makes this an ideal choice. Everything you could need is a few minutes drive away.Cons:-Some buildings don’t have elevators. The ones that do have elevators barely have functioning ones. This can make moving in and out challenging.- Do NOT rent a unit that doesn’t have a washer/dryer in the unit. The laundry rooms they have available to use can go go out for long periods of time and are not often clean. This all makes it a hassle to do laundry.-Guest parking is extremely limited and not very convenient. -

I recently toured MAA Addison Circle with Lupita, and I had a fantastic experience. Lupita was a great help and very knowledgeable about the property. You could tell that she genuinely cared about making sure I had all the information I needed. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the tour enjoyable and informative. I highly recommend visiting MAA Addison Circle and working with Lupita! -
Review 21 (2024-06-04 - Rating: 5)
Honestly, my experience has been amazing. I have been living here for 3 months now. I was very skeptical about moving in due to a lot of bad reviews I read about roaches, parking garage issues and leasing office not responding. In my 3 months here I have never had any such issues. I have never seen a roach near my apartment! If you park in your assigned parking garage there is always a space. Every issue I’ve had Torris has been amazing! I was having a ton of issues with my fob at one point and I don’t remember her name, I think it’s Daniela? But she walked with me to the parking garage AFTER her shift was done and resolved it for me. The other day I called in because Amazon wasn’t able to deliver my packages. I don’t remember the girls name but she provided me with a simple solution and updated my codes to allow deliveries. My experience has been beyond what I expected. Super grateful to Torris and everyone else. If I wasn’t why would I bother leaving such a long review. If you are debating on a spot in Addison I say roll the dice with MAA cause I feel like I hit the jackpot. -

Review 26 (2023-07-06 - Rating: 5)
Ive lived here since 2021 and have really enjoyed it. The community is awesome! Theres always people out and about, especially with their dogs. There are great restaurants in walking distance of the apartments and bars. Another plus is youre right in the middle of Taste of Addison, Oktoberfest & Kaboom Town! Roads do get blocked off during that time but its really not a big deal, you can still get home. The staff at the office gets to you fairly quickly. If they miss your call they will get back to you either that day or the next. The only bad experience I have had here was my partners car got stolen while parked outside. All in all, I love it here and have had a great time living here for two years. The only reason were leaving is because my partner wants to live somewhere not as busy. Other than that I would totally still be here! :) -

MAA Addison Circle was my wife and Is first home for our first year of marriage together and we LOVED it! The apartment is in such a pretty and accessible part of Dallas with plenty of fun things to do nearby. We felt like we were living in Europe! Also, MAA was wonderful when it came to pricing, getting us moved in, and maintaining our place. 5 stars for everything! -

I had an amazing experience with Torris at MAA Addison Circle! Torris was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The apartments are very nice, with modern amenities and a comfortable atmosphere that truly feels like home. The application process was quick and easy, thanks to Torris’s efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend MAA Addison Circle to anyone looking for a great place to call home! -

Just moved in and I absolutely love this community. Torris in the leasing office was more than great. He was very professional, helpful and went above and beyond to not only answer all of our questions but actively help us with everything we needed to get into our new home. Becky the manager was also extremely nice and helpful. Thank you MAA. -
Review 31 (2023-10-21 - Rating: 5)
I feel as if a lot of these reviews are exaggerated, because most of them are just inconveniences to their day which happen sometimes (learn how to handle your emotions before slandering a business) anyways I LOVED my stay here everyone was always very helpful. No roaches like some reviews say. Maintenance is fast. Leasing office is fast at answering needed responses. Loved the amenities. Paper towels in the gym bathroom would be a great addition tho lol. I’m not sure if Matthew is still there but he was amazing. Would resign if I wasn’t getting a house! Please rent here they exceed all needs -

If youre like me you probably hate dealing with apartment leasing offices. Not only has that never been my experience with MAA, Lupita had been exceptionally helpful and has gone above and beyond for me every step of the way. I could not recommend them enough!!! If you’re looking your next home, you can definitely find it here! -
Review 34 (2023-06-14 - Rating: 5)
I am from Carmel, IN and really wanted to find a place that reminded me of home in the Addison or Plano area. MAA did just that. The community is kept very clean and tidy, everyone including the staff is very friendly, and the restaurants in walking distance are great! I only ever had one single issue that needed maintenance in my apartment (with my dishwasher) and maintenance showed up within 20 minutes and got it completely resolved, on a Sunday. For what you get in the community, I think the rent prices are perfect. Everything is gated, the apartments are smart homes, and theres so much in walking distance, so I think that makes the rent 100% acceptable. -

The absolute Best Apartment Experience Ever! 🌟I just had to share with you the most amazing apartment experience Ive had! 🎉 Heres my review:I recently moved into Addison Circle and I couldnt be happier! The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The amenities are top-notch, from the swimming pool to the fitness center. Definitely a more mature crowd, which is exactly what I was looking for 🤗 .To the local retail & the maintenance team is super responsive and always quick to fix any issues. The location is perfect too, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. But what really sets this place apart is the incredible management team. JAMIE WEAKS!!! 🙏🏽 👏🏼They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. They organize fun community events and are always available to address any concerns. It truly feels like a home away from home.I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience. Trust me, you wont be disappointed!Wishing you all the best,Miguel! -

Review 37 (2023-10-31 - Rating: 4)
The employees at the rental office are very polite and create a great ambiance for those looking to experience a small-town atmosphere. However, if you come home late, you may not find parking in the garage. There are a lot of cars in the garage without stickers. I shared this issue with the rental office, and they told me I could park on the street or in the distant garage of another building. They said they would work on the problem, but even after 4-5 days, there are still foreign cars in the garage. When renting, remember that you may face a garage issue. Its definitely a big disappointment. -
Review 38 (2021-08-17 - Rating: 4)
Post Addison isn’t perfect but it’s still a great place to live. The leasing office staff is friendly, the surrounding area, parks, and green belts make for a quiet and extremely walkable neighborhood, and the apartments are fairly well upgraded. Maintenance is top tier — I once had an emergency request that was responded to and resolved within 30 minutes. Like any apartment a significant part of your experience is going to revolve around your neighbors, but I’m lucky enough to have friendly and considerate neighbors. If I had to name one complaint it’s that parking could be better managed, but outside of that I was more than happy to renew my lease. -
Review 39 (2020-05-27 - Rating: 5)
I lived here for one year and I have enjoyed it a lot. The area is gorgeous, love all the food places that are 2 min walking distance from me, the park right next door and the nice community. Havent had issues with the apartment and if there were some things to be fixed the maintenance team responded the same or next day. The apartments are well made, thick walls and floors so I hardly ever hear my neighbors. One can park in parking garages that are gated so it is more secure and also protects your car from the weather. There is street parking as well. But I have had some trouble with the elevators that had to be fixed multiple times and many times were not working. Nevertheless, the management is very kind and helpful. Ive loved living here and would totally recommend it!! -
Review 40 (2022-04-25 - Rating: 4)
This is a really nice apartment complex area with great restaurants. I am at the Lewis Place. The apartment is very nice and the customer service of the sales managers is very good in general. There were a couple of details I was concerned with and were resolved as soon as I asked for their help. I had to go back to the leasing office couple of times. One is to find out where laundry is. The laundry is located in a different building than mine so I have to walk outside my building into another building around the corner. This is inconvenient. The agent walked with me to find where it is located. The second issue is that I had to go back to the leasing office to find out where is the mail box and right away they gave me te keys to the box and directed me to where the mail box is. Everything else is fine! Very happy to have found this place since I just moved from Houston and was in a time constraint to find an apartment. I was able to move into my apartment a day after signing up and it is close to where I am working.Thank you guys! -
Review 41 (2021-08-24 - Rating: 5)
From the moment I walked in the leasing office I knew the customer service was going to be great. I have been apartment hunting in the area and the others customer service was not up to par. This office is very diverse and full of sheer positivity. I was really impressed with the tour that Adrienne was able to give me! I was sold at the rapport building and professionalism. She was transparent about everything and I appreciate that above all else. She heard me and got me where I needed to be (in my new apartment) Chris, Marc, and Makayla were very thorough during the move in process. Leasing Manager followed up with me the next day to check in, very appropriate and appreciated. I don’t expect any problems either. They knew the assignment and made top marks! It’s giving the right kind of Addison vibes for me. -
Review 42 (2021-04-15 - Rating: 4)
In general my experience living here for the past 3 years has been positive. Convenient location, quiet for the most part and private. The times I have called for maintenance or repairs, the issue has been fix within a day or two.My main critiques, though, are:- The elevators. More often than not the elevator in our building is down, despite multiple repairs- The intercom or call box. Always an issue to make it work. I have requested to update the phone in the system to no avail.- Cleanliness of the common hallways and main bulging entrances. Walls and floors are often dirty and worn out. That should be addressed.- Kindness (or lack of) of the main office staff. Some (not all) of staff need to learn to listen and handle issues from tenants in a more friendly way -
Review 43 (2020-01-21 - Rating: 5)
I have lived here for almost 6 years. During that time, I have lived in three different apartments in three different buildings. I have been happy in all three. Maintenance is the best! I have never dealt with a better group of maintenance techs ever. The staff in the office are also the best. While Im not always happy with certain policies and procedures, I am totally satisfied with the overall living experience. Im a very demanding and hard to please customer, so its impressive how well the staff is able to work with me. Im not sure how much longer I will continue living at Post Addison Circle, but I can say that my current lease will definitely be renewed. -

We love our place here at Post Addison! My wife and I moved in at the end of July and could not be happier with our experience! First off, everyone (staff and other residents) is so friendly and helpful. It seems like everyone has dogs and the property makes sure the grounds are so well-maintained and clean. We feel very safe with all of the buildings security measures and amenities. All two of our minor maintenance issues were resolved quickly and efficiently the day after we requested them. I really feel like the staff wants people to enjoy living here. Additionally, they have a few events each month put on by a Cares team that are so fun and add to the community experience! Overall, this property is a dream compared to previous apartment experiences! -

This post is to express our appreciation for the MAA Post Addison Circle Apartments Maintenance Team. Weve been tenants for 6 years now and been well taken care of by this team. Their response to our needs has always been timely and professional. Cant say enough good things about them. -
Review 55 (2021-11-04 - Rating: 5)
Living here has been the best apartment renting experience ive eve had. Residential parking? Easy. Guest parking is ok but I can’t blame the property for that, mainly the city. Events/entertainment? Literally at your fingertips. Maintenance is immediate if it’s an emergency situation, yet still time sensitive if it isn’t. The staff is amazing and helpful- I’ve never had to question or follow up on a phone call, they’ve always been amazing with communication. I would be shocked if anyone gave less than 4-5 stars tbh.I had to move back home for a family matter but definitely will be returning in a few months. The ONLY critique I can give us that there’s a lot of competition in the area… and for the price you pay, I think that all units should have full renovations rather than select units, but it’s a work in progress- and they are working to it.Thank you MAA AC team for an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back. -
Review 56 (2020-08-03 - Rating: 5)
Loved our time at Post Addison in 2019-2020! These apartments are well-kept and there are really nice parks of all sizes down pretty much every street. The few times we needed help from maintenance, things were fixed promptly and properly. I also thought management did a great job handling the COVID-19 crisis, sending frequent communication about updates to policies and access to neighborhood amenities. Speaking of amenities, we had 3 outdoor grills, a pool, and a workout facility about 60 seconds from our apartment so its pretty hard to beat that. Id recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a cool, semi-urban vibe (youre close to the action without feeling like youre downtown). -
Review 57 (2019-03-12 - Rating: 4)
Ill start off by saying at first, I was going to write a very poor review for Post Addison Circle, but the Manager, Cathleen, stepped in and redeemed Post Addison Circle as much as she could.Positives: This is a beautiful place to live. Being able to walk to bars and restaurants is great. The dog park is huge and there are always other dogs for your dogs to play with. Most of the residents are nice. The maintenance team responds to concerns quickly. The community looks picture perfect at all times.Negatives: The biggest negative is the poor communication with the office staff. Thankfully, it sounds as if Post Addison Circle has taken steps to improve on this significant opportunity. Unfortunately, their terrible communication led to me leaving the property early, and with about 48 hours notice, since things about transferring to a new apartment were not communicated correctly and my current apartment had already been leased out to someone else. The other negatives is Kaboom town. Pedestrians will flood the garage and people will illegally park behind the security gate. This past 4th of July, I went left my apartment to pick up my girlfriend. When I returned home, I had to drive all of the way to the top floor of the parking garage, since all of the spots were taken by non-residents (which isnt allowed). Once I arrived at the top, people were camping out in lawn chairs in parking spots and refused to move. Eventually, I had to park with my car hanging out. This last part is challenging, because there isnt a great deal Post can do about it, but they did tell me about the curtsy officer that could have possibly assisted. Id advise having this number handy in the future. In short, this is a great place to live, but be very wary of dealing with the apartment office. Again, thankfully, Post Addison Circle has made personnel changes to improve on this issues after mine was such a disaster, which I respect. -

I lived at Post Addison Circle for 8 years and had a fantastic experience. Recently my partner and I moved to France to be closer to family and needed proof of residency for various government documentation. Benedict at the leasing office was super helpful in getting us that documentation in a timely fashion. -

While I definitely hate having to submit a maintenance request because that means something is broken or not working the way it should…...I am incredibly blessed to have a maintenance team that includes Hector! I’ve only met Hector a couple of times in person, he has for sure been an incredible help for every big and small request I submit for my place. I am incredibly impressed with the turnaround time that he and his team have for requests given that we live in such a huge apartment complex.Great maintenance team. -

Becky in the office is a sweetheart. The maintenance crew is amazing. I’m thankful every day when I moved from Arkansas I chose the city of Addison (MAA Addison Circle) to reside. It is quiet, peaceful and accessible to everything. -

I’ve lived here almost a year now with my wife and two little ones. Our family has loved this place so much, we just decided to renew our lease. Here are the reasons why:1) Location is great with parks, bars, restaurants, gym, dry cleaners, the Addison Market, Astoria Cafe/Wine Bar and much more all in the community. Also, is access to various highways, NTTA, and other backgrounds make the commute to anywhere in DFW easy.2) Family walks after dinner is easy for us here because Post Addison has plenty of sidewalks throughout the community and it’s parks. Also, the traffic moves slowly in the community, so it’s easy to cross the street with kids.3) Community events throughout the year, and smaller monthly events for residents help provide fun and convenient access to entertainment. Last night, Post Addison hosted an outdoor movie night next to the Addison Market for Star Wars Day. They even provided free popcorn and candy for everyone throughout the movie.4) Parking Garages: I love how the Parking garages have gated/resident only access for all floors above the 1st floor.5) Friendly Staff/Maintenance: Anytime we have a maintenance request, the service is provided quickly. The front office has always been nice to us too, even during peak business hours.Don’t fall for the negative reviews, or be apprehensive to make this a home for yourself or your family if you have one. I believe the negative reviews are probably isolated to entitled individuals that are quick to complain and probably don’t appreciate the feeling of community that Post Addison Circle always delivers to its residents. -

I was referred to by a friend who has been a tenant here for over a year now. Showed up on a Sunday after a bad experience at a different apartment complex. Had my two kids with me. They were relatively busy, but also short staffed. Everyone was friendly and assured me I would be helped next. Zoe assisted me. She was excellent with my kids and gave me a proper tour. I should have come here in the first place and not wasted time looking at others! I ended up applying the same day and had everything wrapped up within an hour. Excited to move in this weekend! Great staff, very professional and awesome facility! Thank you, Zoe! -

Management is responsive (although the staff turns over all the time of course). In-house maintenance is extraordinary, mostly same-day or next-day service. Elevators are maintained by outside contractor, as are laundry washers and driers. At least eight restaurants/bars, dog boarding/grooming, and hair salon on street level. Four parks allow dogs on leashes. -

Lived here for over 3 years in a 2 bedroom behind the circle. It was overall a great experience! Having multiple bars and places to eat was wonderful, and then being close to the Addison events. I never felt unsafe, and loved walking around the park at all hours. The apartment we had was beautiful, albeit a little small, but overall the experience was superb. -

Lived here for years and I could not LOVE it more. Benedict and the leasing staff are always so Kind and Understanding. They truly treat you like part of the family. They are always doing so many fun things within the community and for pets! Definitely the top place in dallas to live. Hands down. -

Wish the grounds around the buildings were kept up with better, dog poop on walk ways, that’s a resident problem not MAA. other than that we really like the area and our unit. oh and be careful getting packages at your door, the delivery people are lazy and wil leave 2-4th packages on first floor, sometimes they leave them right on the street gates. i’ve had one of my packages opened and just left because i’m guess they didn’t want what my 10 year old ordered. lol best to have packages sent to the little post office or if it’s amazon use a locker at wholefoods. -

I recently witnessed one of the new leasing agents discriminate against one of my fellow neighbors. She walked in and Mary V. acted as if she didn’t exist. I walked up closer and she greeted me, a white old dirty man, with joy. I looked at my neighbor, a black woman and was confused on where the same respect was. What are you scared of Mary? Black people? MAA is notorious for hiring racist people in the office. Please do better, not just for our people of color, but for the people who stand with them. Maintenance is wonderful, great location, food, events. -

Dope place. My apartment has granet counter tops. My ceiling is like 15 ft high. All stainless steel appliances. 1 br 1bath. Safe neighborhood. Resident and guest garage. Rent. 1,400. Well worth the price. I recommend it. -

Have been here for about 6 months and the magic still hasnt gone away! Such a vast, beautiful, and clean area thats active yet not too loud. Its around pretty much anything youd ever need food/entertainment wise. Office staff is very nice and they have great properties at affordable rates. I havent lived anywhere quite like this place and plan on staying here until I buy a house with my wife. If you can live here, I highly recommend it.EDIT: (Also to note, when my lease was renewed for another year, it didnt raise in price. Not sure of other peoples cases.) -

Ive had a great experience with Post Properties in Addison Circle! I feel very safe, and the circle is beautiful! Much better than my previous apartment in Dallas. The only negative is the price. I am still paying a hefty penny for my humble studio -- and yes, the rent has gone up after a year living there. However, the location and atmosphere make it worth it for me! If my rent was set at a lower, more reasonable rate -- my review would easily move from a Very Good to an Excellent! -

Love this place! Take the angry reviews with a grain of salt b/c myself and several friends have been resident(s) for years and have not had any problems. Maintenance is great, office is great. If you follow the clearly stated parking rules and pay your rent you dont get towed and you dont pay fees! Lol.Honestly though, the location is wonderful (Addison Circle is AWESOME), the property is large with a ton of amenities, and the apartments come in so many finishes and layouts. I lived in one of the old apartments when I moved here (CHEAP RENT), and moved a few years ago to an upgraded unit once I could afford more - Both awesome.Check the place out if you want something unique with great walkability! -

Am extremely grateful for the warm and clean apartment weve been in for over seven years. All amenities are great, love the neighborhood, and love the Post Addison events and Town of Addison events nearby. The only downside is that after seven years I cant can get my oven, microwave or carpeting replaced at no cost. -
Review 76 (2022-06-03 - Rating: 4)
The office staff are very friendly and helpful but there are not nearly enough of them for the number of people interested in renting. Maintenance is done well but is a little slow. The location is absolutely amazing. I do think the apartments are a little overpriced but I did pay it so maybe its not overpriced! -

Amazing location! The apartments are nice but the real reason why I am looking at this place are the activities. There seems to be a festival or celebration every weekend! A ton to do just downstairs. Pretty good resturants downstairs too.. When I took a tour the other night they had be go over to one of the Cares Team events and it was amazing. The Cares Team couple puts on multiple resident events ever month! They said they have done spiked root beer floats mixers at the pool, free happy hour events at nearby pubs, even steel city pops out at the dog park! -

The staff was very helpfully with getting us moved in especially Lupita Limas. She was extremely helpfull and professional in expediting the move-in process with regards to fixing the issues with the application process after it was delayed prior and was very proactive in regards to securing the apartment on time. I highly recommend her for any future resident -

1) This is not a fake review.I am moving away from Post addison because i am moving out of town. However, I have loved my time here. I dont understand the complaints about the leasing/mgmt office. Every time I have every needed there help they have responded quickly and with a kind face. For example Azuma cant pick up my washer and dryer until two days after my lease ends and they are okay with it because i gave them enough notice. Every time I have a maintenance issue, they are very prompt and fix it right away. The move out process is not that hard if you are on top of everything, just give them the 60 day notice and schedule a walk through with them to make sure you have everything you need to get your deposit back.I read all of these reviews before I moved in and i was really worried about the noise. However this is the quietest apartment i have lived in. I have never heard my neighbors or have never really gotten woken up from noise except for the occasional (i mean this is rare) drunk guy/girl yelling on the street. This is out of the control of post. The only issue we sometimes have is parking in the garages. They say they check but i always see illegal cars and end up having to park either all the way up top or in another garage. That is the only real complaint i have. Just check the garages more and actually tow. Also being close to Taste of Addison, Kaboom Town and Oktoberfest was amazing.I am writing this review because usually only the people that have an issue complain. Of course there are going to complaints but do not let this scare you. Move here and youll love it. If i move back to the Dallas area I will look at post Addison again. If i wasnt moving 1500 miles away i would have renewed.UPDATE; I had a move out issue with the carpet, and they wanted to charge me at first. However the GM and Corporate stepped in to waive this charge. The GM Aaron worked really hard to remedy the situation along with Francis at corporate. They did exactly what they should of and went above and beyond. Everyone at Post Addison is nice and easy to work with except a couple of individuals but do not let them ruin your experience. Someone will always help you. -

I was very familiar with the community before leasing, so the decision was easy. Great floorplans with ample closet space (which is a must). Convenient location and walkable restaurants and bars! The leasing process was so easy and fast. Looking forward to moving in. -

One of the best communities in Addison. Amazing vibe around the place. Sad to leave my apartment due to the price hike and moving to a smaller unit was just not in my budget. If youre in your 20s, this is the place to be. They have Jazz concerts in the dog park during summers and Taste Of Addison festival is just across the road. That being said, if you live near the pool it can get noisy during weekends in summer but nights are calm. You must be tolerant to a lil noise to live here though. Try to avoid getting an apartment near the bar. Overall, an amazing community to be in. -

I love the character of this complex and the low key vibe associated with it. The majority of the negative comments about this place are applicable only to particular buildings, as some of the eleven different buildings are aging at quicker rates than others. In my experience from the last year living at post Ive always had timely response from maintenance and office staff when Ive had an issue with my unit or the common areas associated with the complex. -

I moved to Dallas a year ago. I had never been to Addison and had to select my apartment with the help of the amazing staff. I love everything about Addison Circle and Post Addison Circle. The Cares Team for Post Addison is the icing on the cake! The events they plan are always something for everyone and the charity fundraisers makes this amazing Cares Team stand out! -

A little pricy for what you get, but overall a good experience. Garage near building 9 is never full, though sometimes you get stuck on the top floor. Dog park and proximity to Addison events are both big perks. Apartment itself is nothing to marvel at, but it is not lacking either. -

The leasing process was pleasant. Gina, Noel, and Zoey were exceptional during the whole experience; however, Noel failed to explain the reserved parking policy or that there was an option for reserved parking. He explained that we could not park in levels 1 or 2 of the garage; ONLY levels 3 or 4, “ANYWHERE ON LEVELS 3 or 4” so the night we where moving items in I parked on level 3 as close to the elevator as possible; a reserved spot, thinking ok resident parking must be reserved because it looked like all the spaces were marked reserved and we were NOT told to NOT park in reserved .... WRONG! I was towed the same night within an hour of parking as I was moving stuff in so I had to find the towing company’s phone number, go pick up my vehicle at 1:30 am and pay $140! Also, Maintenance is quick and courteous but not always attentive to detail for completion of work orders. Lastly, be careful walking outside. Trip hazards everywhere. I’ve tripped 3x’s and busted my knee really bad on the last incident. -

Great apartment community where some of our friends live located just outside of the busyness of Dallas. Lots of local shops and restaurants, and a dog park! Also they have a Cares Team who plan apartment community events so you can get to know your neighbors. Definitely recommend checking it out. -

I have worked hand in hand with the Post Addison Circle staff and CARES Team for the last few years. This is a beautiful property in the heart of Addison with a wonderful bustle of community life and Addison flare! The staff has always been quick to respond and happy to help. The CARES Team organizes wonderful events for the community to come together and get to know each other and the city of Addison always has great things going on. Between the two if you are looking for a first-class place to live with amazing community life Post Addison Circle is your place! -

2 yrs here 2522 this location was great. only issue was high rent cost for outdated inside amenities, old beat up carpet, appliances etc....i probably would have stayed in this outdated dump for location. however Covid19 cut my pay by more than half. no one in leasing wanted to deal with me to upgrade apt to new carpet or appliances or lower cost for the dump i’m in... so i gotta go. -

I lived at Post Addison Circle for 2 years and have enjoyed my time in the area. Residing in one of the units closer to the airfield and away from the restaurants and events allowed me to enjoy less noise during the evening hours. Keep in mind that choosing to live next to the restaurants with patio areas saves yourself 2 minutes of walking but will be much more commotion during the weekend.Pros:Thick walls - Very quiet compared to many places Ive lived in.Gated BuildingsMany nearby parks/poolsConvenient elevator access to upper floor apartments.Cons:Parking - Inconvenient if you are not attached to a garage and must walk across the street. Streets get crowded during events.Thick walls can block signal reception from wireless devices.Rent raised every year despite my apartment being listed back on market cheaper than I was currently paying in rent.Apartment gets shown to prospective tenants once you put in your 2 month notice. -
