We just moved in and we absolutely love it here. We had some minor maintenance issues which were taken care of quickly and promptly. The office manager and Melissa are so awesome!! Maintenance man is a hard worker and deserves a lot of credit. I would highly recommend Lubbock Lakeway Apartments. The pool is also a great treat.

Im going on 5 years here and am very pleased. I’ve never had a bug or rodent issue and if I’ve had a maintenance issue they are on it!Tony is very polite and does the best he can . Melissa and all office staff are there to help with most apartment related issues. LLA are located in a very convinient location for me.

I am so pleased with my apartment. The location is perfect for me. My son and I really appreciate Melie and all her help. The neighborhood is definitely a great place. I do recommend the Lakeway apartments for seniors and families.

I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary. I was beginning to think, during the hunting stage of my moving process, that what I was looking for didnt exist. I needed a 3 bedroom, W/D connections, and that I could bring my more that 20 lb dog to. But most of all I think that I appreciate the quiet more than anything. My previous, was like a Frat house next door ( which I put up with for multiple years). I have only had to call Maintenance once, and he was both quick to answer the call, and repair the issue. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this complex.

I went into the office looking for information on renting an apartment there. Very clean complex, office staff is super friendly and maintenance handles any issues very quickly from what Ive been told. I would like to say that Brenda is extremely friendly, professional, and very informative. She helped me out a lot with all of my questions and information that I needed. I am hoping to become a resident there in the near future. Thank you Brenda for for all of your help there at The Lakeway Apartments.

Great place to live. All the neighbors are nice and the office staff are very professional. Maintenance is quick with repairs. Rent and utilities are affordable (yes even through LP&L). Pet friendly and all the pets Ive met have been friendly. Very little traffic sounds with being so close to 50th Street.

These apartments are great! We loved everything about them. The pool was nice and always clean. Any time something needed to be fix in the apartment, it was done in a timely manner. Office staff was great to work with and always welcoming. We loved the courtyards... it gave the kids plenty of space to run around and have fun.

I moved here two years ago and the day I spent apartment hunting I knew this was the place for me as soon as I visited. It’s a quiet complex, staff is friendly and attentive to resident needs. As a single, young adult I feel safe here and any concerns I’ve had have always been addressed and taken care of quickly but those have been very few and far between. I highly recommend living here!

Lovely moving in experience. Brenda helped us out with so much as far as the application process as well as informing us very well about all amenities and policies for this complex. Spacious living areas with plenty of common outdoor space for our fur babies. Wonderful complex, would definitely recommend!

I moved in a year ago and once I visited this complex on my trip to find a place to live I didn’t want to look anywhere else. Even with my pet rent it is extremely affordable and very spacious. They also take great care of their residents and are quick to help you resolve any issues should you encounter any. Picture of one of the hall closets and my kitty enjoying a nap in our living room.

Moved in at the end of January. Didnt have too many issues. Anything that was out of order or malfunctioning they got to pretty quick. They have an amazing Maintenance crew that will try to get you fixed up as quickly as possible. Neighbors seem pretty nice everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. They dont come around or bug anyone that I have seen. Havent had any of the issues that Ive read on here. Its been pretty enjoyable so far.

Great place to live, its quiet and very peaceful! Brenda has been so helpful from the application process to work orders and any questions my family and I have. Rates here are very reasonable and my kids love the pool and basketball court!!! Would recommend to anyone!

Ive lived at Lakeway in Apt. K1 for a bit over a year. I love it! Office staff are Kind, patient & informative. Maintenance shows up ASAP, NOT a week later lol. They pride themselves in creating a clean, calm, & great atmosphere for all residents.

The apartments are priced really well and they have a basketball court and a pool. As well as a laundry room but I have to say that it is quite small and it is usually full. Also it takes awhile for maintenance to fix things. My girlfriend is a resident and I stay with her from time to time.

The office staff and maintenance crew are so very kind and do all they can to assist you. The grounds are clean and quiet. The apartments are very pretty and remodeled. Neighbors are friendly.
