    Toured with Jessica and leased onsite. She was very helpful and explained everything to the T! These apartments are the best ones in this neighborhood, the outdoor cleanliness was a plus for me. Been living here for 7 months and have not had an issue. Keep your apartment and patio clean and you won’t have any pest issues! Cleanliness is key!!!

    Great place , felt very comfortable talking to the property manager. Seems like a great place to stay, the community looks like a very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to getting approved.

    I came in and was greeted by the property manager Leslie. She showed me a two bedroom apt. These apartments are nice they are big on the inside. I will defiantly rent an apartment when my lease is up. I have never had the manager show me around they have always made me wait for the leasing agent . Thank you Leslie !

    Excellent place to live. A modern, clean, and well kept property. Renovated apartment homes are very nice. A spacious patio for entertaining or play area for kids and pets. Office staff is always available and professional. The manager treats her tenants like family; its a very welcoming community. They have residential events so you can have an opportunity to fellowship with your neighbors. Maintenance staff is always readily available, and can compete any work order. I would recommend this property to anyone. Its 20 minutes from downtown, and just minutes away from the nearest mall. Not to mention plenty of food restaurants around.

    I have been a resident here at Los Prados, Management here actually takes out the time to listen to their residents. Quiet, & Safe community. Los Prados Apts rates up there with any complex Ive stayed in. Id recommend a family member to join this community. 👍😎

    I originally moved into a 1 bed room here. Gloria is awesome and the apartments are kept well. Maintenance responds immediately to requests. I liked it so much I renewed my lease and upgraded to a 2 bedroom with awesome updates to the kitchen and bathrooms!! The Management here is all about keeping the residents happy and regularly have Resident Appreciation day offering free lunch or breakfast. I am very happy to call Los Prados home!!

    Since renting here I’ve had great experiences. The office team have been a great help when needing maintenance work. Property has been kept clean to wear i don’t have any issues.

    I feel great in my home.The office staff is great. I’m really happy about how they don’t let just anyone go into the pool. There are beautiful roses all over the grounds and that’s probably my favorite about my home

    I lived at those apartments 1 year without any complaints the apartment is so beautiful and a very quiet place they keep the complex well maintained, very clean and the staff is so friendly. Sadly I need to move because my family grows and we need more space.

    I wanted to take the time to share my experience at Los Prados Apartments.I had a in person showing I wanted to see a 1bedroom.And I went to the leasing office when I arrived I was greeted by the staff,Not to mention that they have changed managers.I asked the leasing agent who was the lady that greeded me she said it was the new manager.Her name is Mrs.Gloria very nice,professionally and nice smile by the way .She made me feel welcomed and so did the other staff at the leasing office.The property looks really nice ,cleaned and it looks like the owners are doing major upgrades trough out the property.I will be stopping by to leave my application.I will refer my brother to lease here when his lease is up.

    Los Prados is turly the best place you can lease from in this area. The office staff is nice friendly and will go out of thier way to help a resident. They also have a free YMCA prgram for children they have so many functions for the residents to show their appriciation free lunches and breakfast. Manager is always easy to talk to her door always to residents. summer time they offer the water wise program threw ymca free swimming lessons for childern. the pool opens every summer and cleaned twice a week

    Hello, the Los Prados condominium is an excellent place to live, the apartments are equipped with new appliances and are new restored apartments. It is also a secure private area with a security agent who takes care of the property and we have electronic gates with good digital number codes. It has two laundry facilities and a small park for the children and a Gm inside the property. It also has a space where there is a teacher who will provide educational teaching to the children of the residents who live inside the property. The people who work in maintenance strive to keep the property in good condition and that the residents are happy with the work that is done here. I am happy to live here because it is a good, quiet place with good attention to visitors and residents.

    I recently left the residential complex because I now live in another state and it was a good experience with the new management. They were able to help me finalize the delivery of the apartment quickly and helped me a lot with the management. I am very grateful to them, I can see the difference that now they solve things faster and the solution to the residents problems is better handled.

    I have lived here for almost 3 years, what I like most is the security, and the new staff is very friendly, an excellent person, always very kind to help me when I need it. Remember, sometimes cheap is expensive, that is why in my opinion it is better to pay a little more and be in a safe place with efficient staff than to go to battle with staff who do not even pay attention to their residents, I like it because of the My sons school is one of the priorities to be safe when going out without fear. Taking care of the well-being of our children is priceless.

    Personally, I feel very good. The attention is very good, I cannot complain if there was a 1000 rating, I would give it to them for the enthusiasm and hard work so that day after day we residents are well, we have until school after the 3rd.
