Outstanding Management at London Park Apartments. My husband and I recently leased a Townhome at London Park , and we were fortunate to be assisted by Amy, the assistant manager. From start to finish, Amy and Lisa have been exceptional.Amy has consistently been communicative, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Amy went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and always approached with a smile. She was very patient and understanding. Her professionalism and genuine care made the leasing experience smooth and stress-free.We truly appreciate all the effort Lisa and Amy have both put into helping us and making London Park feel like home already. Lisa and Amy are a true asset to the community and the management team!

Ive been living at London Park for 10 months now, and it’s been a great experience. Lisa and Cathy were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the leasing process—I called with so many questions before signing, and they were always happy to assist. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, and the trees in the complex don’t shed during winter, making walks around the property enjoyable year-round. The pool is well-maintained, 8 feet deep, and the gym, while small, always has enough space since it’s rarely crowded. The bedrooms have large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the rooms feel cozy and comfortable. Although the buildings are older and come with occasional issues, the management team is very responsive and fixes problems almost immediately. I also feel very secure here, with a gated entrance that can be controlled via a mobile app—super convenient! Plus, it’s close to Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Target, and plenty of great restaurants. Overall, I’m really happy with the management and the complex!

My job transfered to Texas from Oklahoma city and Ive been living in a Hotel for over a month now. I drove by the London Park Apartments and I saw the sign out front about available units, so I went online and requested a tour and got it scheduled for a couple of hours after the request. I was greeted by Cathy, who was very friendly and had great energy. She showed me the unit that I requested to see and even though the units are a little older, it was well maintained and had new carpet. I noticed that the complex was very nice and quiet and gated, and also comes with one free coverd parking space, and free cable. I was searching for a new apartment to rent in North Dallas. I found London Park Apartments which is affordable and quiet. Cathy and Lisa in the office were very professional and patient throughout the entire leasing application process. The apartment is centrally located near Addison, while also ideally located centrally in Dallas Fort Worth for easy highway access to other cities. The other Google reviews noted that London Park is a quiet, well-maintained, older community. The surrounding area includes condominiums, residential homes, a country club with condos, and expensive rental apartments. There is nearby entertainment in Addison, Plano in the North, and Uptown a few miles South. Overall, London Park appears to be a nice, quiet community, centrally located, and my experiences thus far with the office management, Cathy and Lisa, have been great and very professional. I would recommend others searching for a new, quiet apartment to consider London Park. Hope this Google review helps someone.

I have lived in this complex for over 8 years. I have always found the staff to be friendly and willing to assist you however then can. Maintenance has always be quick to respond. It is an older complex yes, but that is exactly what gives it its charm. I get home late and feel perfectly safe walking my dog. A great place to live!!

Its been great living here for the past 4 years. Its a guiet neighborhood. Ms Lisa the leasing manager is one of the sweetest people Ive ever met, very professional . Ive only had 2 maintenance issues and the response or turnaround time was extremely fast. I will definitely recommend London Park Apartments

Ive recently moved in and only lived here for a month so far but my experience has been great! Cathy in the office was very helpful and kind and walked us through the process giving us updates every step of the way. The community itself has a great location, close to restaurants and shops, yet its a quiet little area that seems to be an oasis amidst a busy area. Ive met my neighbors, who are very nice, and some other community members as Ive gone to check my mail and everyone is very polite and kind. I even saw people leave their car then take a detour to pick up a piece of trash and toss it in the dumpster, which is a big change from some of the other places Ive lived. The area is kept very clean and the unit itself is very comfortable. So far I have loved my experience moving in and getting to know the management and the others who live here. I will write another review once Ive been here longer, but as of right now I am so glad to have moved here and have felt safe, welcomed, and at home.

Only been here a few days but so far I am really pleased. The complex is very clean and the office staff are so sweet. Cathy is so helpful and honestly just so sweet. This is an older complex so you get that cozy home feeling.

While looking for a new place I came up on London Park Apts, went in and met the most wonderful lady Cathy her energy was off the chart she did one of my numbers that I do for my customer and went above and beyond to find me a place even if I didnt get the apartment I was going to do a review off the way she interacted with me, and than I did a pop-up and met Lisa the manager.. omg she was equally as nice !!! My move out date is Nov 19 from my old property, because of the way I was treated I set a move-in date for Nov 1st and already bought Christmas decorations to decorate for the holidays...

Ive lived at London Park since August, so it hasnt been a super long time but so far, I actually really like it! The management is pretty awesome & responsive to any & all issues & theyre always down to work with your schedule and needs if you need maintenance during times where youre really busy (it is an older property, so yes, there will be issues, but nothing they cant/wont handle- Ive only had 2 leaks in the bathroom and kitchen that were minor & were fixed quickly & w/ good result, havent had the leaks anymore).I feel safe in the community, as it is gated both entrance & exit- they leave the entrance open during the day, during work hours, so people can easily come in, but its always closed at night when it starts to get dark, which I really appreciate. I also love that the community is full of older/elderly people & (good) dog owners- its always quiet & drama free, always clean, love seeing the neighbors walk their dogs as I have 2 of my own so they get to meet a lot of new dogs & the little dog park area is a good size & clean (like, people dont just leave poop out there, they clean up). Neighbors have been very friendly so far & seem like a lot of people look out for each other OR they just mind their business, which is cool too! The rent rate is great compared to soooo many other places in the city right now, so I hope it stays that way for a while. Ive never had any pest problems which is amazing, of course.I could say more but overall, have had no negative experiences here, and the area/location is awesome in my opinion, I love the Addison area! Very pleased w/ my decision to move here!

A very Quiet small community. Everyone is very friendly, including the leasing staff. The main complaint I have is when you have a service request, it takes a lengthy amount of time to get something fixed and is usually halfway done correctly. I also wish there was more curb appeal. Alot of areas do not have grass or flowers. I know neighbors and I have discussed this, and I think that would make a huge difference in the property.

Here for over 5 years love the location and environment. Management works with you on issues to get them resolved they are not perfect neither am I but if you stay calm and communicate things work out. If you have pets its a great walk around the property, a small gym and of course a pool for those hot Texas days.

This is a great place to live. A lot of dog owners live here, and there is a busy dog park only a couple of minutes away. Also the maintenance staff are readily accessible most of the time. My issues are usually taken care of within a few days.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and have never had any issues. I have good credit so my deposit was only like 60 bucks. Also it’s a gated community so I’ve never felt unsafe as a single woman. The maintenance staff is great and responds fast l, even on weekends. Claudine has been a huge help over the years. Would recommend highly especially for the price!

UPDATE: I’ve changed my 5 stars to 4 stars. I’ve lived here a little over a year and still mud pools in my sidewalk and now EVERY TIME IT RAINS my side walk floods! Because all this mud clogs the drain. When the do “fix” the mud they pile it on the supporting wall so when it rains it all comes right back down. Other neighbors have been trying to get other things fixed for two years it seems and no effort has been made to help.These apartments are the first home my husband and I have shared! We love it here, Ive seen people comment with issues with maintenance, but since January we have never had a problem all our requests have been dealt with within a week. It is quite here and close to everything. All the neighbors are supper nice! Only thing I would change is there is not a lot of grass so there is a huge mud pile that has grown at the base of our stairs to the apartment.

Ive have lived on the property for 11 years. I have found it to be safe and the community of people who live here most are very kind and pleasant. Its a large animal community as well. My favorite thing is petting all the pretty dogs 🐕 💕

Ive only lived for a month, but so far I like it a lot. Rental price is on the better value of market prices in this area.Update 12/29/15:Apartments facing Preston Rd are not well insulated for sound. Sirens and Dallas speed racers regularly remind tenants of this fact. Not many grassy areas or sidewalks to go out stretch your legs. Still overall, its a nice place to live.

Ive lived here for 2 years (Aug 16-Aug 18) & Ive really enjoyed living here for the following reasons:-Friendly neighbors all around. My next door helped me w/ car trouble late at night when my battery died & ive become good friends with some-Small community very quiet-They make you feel special. Every holiday (valentines, 4th of july) they left a small gift or candy on our door. Super sweet! Ive never experienced that anywhere.-Customer Service CLAUDINE IS THE REASON THIS COMPLEX IS WHAT IT IS. It will not function w/out her!!!Im leaving because:1. I need a bigger place.2. The parking is a little cramped where im closet to my home.3. Im not home much & there isnt an option to pay rent online so getting to the office during business hrs is kinda difficult.

Rent is reasonable, it is quiet, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff can be a little bit on the slower end for minor problems, but major ones are attended to promptly.
