Its pretty quiet here. Needs a little improvement. The lawn isnt nice. The company they use they doesnt do a good job. Ive seen better at other apartments. The bushes need to be replaced in some areas. Lots of pressure washing needs to be done. The pool area needs it as well.

My boyfriend & I moved in a few weeks ago & we LOVE it! Our unit is very spacious & looks & smells brand new. I’m not sure how they do it but I haven’t heard my neighbors from the sides or from above. The amenities are amazing with a huge gym & a lot of different activities for us & our guests to enjoy. I feel very safe here from the outside & the inside. The leasing staff is so wonderful & have addressed my concerns immediately no matter how small. They truly care about their tenants & the experience we have living here. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe & beautiful place for their family.

My family and I moved here couple of days ago. So far we are loving every bit of it. We have all the amenities you could ask for, from dog park and wash, bbq, pools, gym and many more. My apartment home was full of natural lightning and cozy homelike feeling. Bonus that it’s brand new so we are the first one to live here. Let me not forget my amazing leasing agent Angel O. He was so warm and inviting and was able to assist and answer all my questions. I let him know my wants and needs and he led me to my dream apartment home. He’s also knowledgeable and willing to assist me and it made our move so much easier. Thanks Angel O.

Me, my husband and our dog have been living in this complex for almost 4 months. During this time, all our requests to the company office were heard. If you want to live in a clean, new, fresh apartment, then this is the place for you! No cockroaches or unpleasant smell from the ventilation, we really like this apartment. There is a large and very functional seating area, lots of grilling. Excellent, new and large gym with good equipment. We don’t really like the fact that there are very few trees on the territory of the complex and there is a catastrophic lack of greenery. The complex is located next to a large road and more trees and bushes can be planted. For your animals there are all the conditions for an excellent stay: a large walking area, your own grooming center.

The leasing agent Angel is very nice and helpful. I moved in on 9/20 and I really like my apartment and the property. It’s very peaceful and the location is close to stores and restaurants and the highway.Angel is very nice! whenever I have gone to the office about something that needs to be repaired, he does a work order for me and gets it taken care of.quickly.

Our leasing consultant, Angel, was so amazing. He was so welcoming from the moment me and my mom stepped inside the office doors, and he thoroughly explained the apartment complex.The 2 bedroom we looked at (the B3) was nice and spacious. Both me and my mom liked it a lot. Since they just opened last week (as of Sunday, April 23rd), they have a lot availability—like currently there aren’t any residents. Most buildings are not ready yet, but there is one that you can tour and more that will be finished in June and July.There’s a really neat mail and grocery system to ensure the things you’ve ordered online get to you and you only. The gym is also really big, has things for CrossFit, and this really cool ladder-climbing thingy (I’m not sure what it’s called) that I haven’t seen in other gyms but liked a lot. In addition, it’s open 24 hours.Another amenity is a business area that has a conference room and 4 private cubicles that are first come, first served. There is also many places to work, read, lounge, etc.The dog park isn’t open yet because I believe they’re still constructing it, but that is another amenity that they will have here.I’d say the only downside to this apartment complex is its pool, since it’s a bit small. If there’s a lot of people at the pool, it will definitely be crowded. The grills are yet to be put in place since they just opened, but that will be added soon. Nonetheless, all the other amenities are really nice.After me and my mom left, when we sat in the car, she looked over to me and said, This is the one.” I nodded in agreement.I really, really liked this place.

Changing my review , I addressed some issues I was having at this complex, and management helped out a lot. Thank you, Alondra, I really do love my apartment, beautiful and spacious, although some people here are careless. Management here really tries to keep this place in check the best they can.

OMG this place is absolutely GORGEOUS and their leasing agent Angel was extremely personable, cheerful, helpful, and quick in responding back to me on every question that I had through email he would immediately call me back about. We even used the golf cart because I have back problems and its hard for me to walk around the complex. They were offering 4 weeks free plus a $500 gift card of specials that weekend and that was ultimately what drove me to signing up with them. Their rates are the best in town! I was moving there for a brand new job and I had visited six places total that day and they were the most impressive and best rate of the day! Not to mention they had the best yards, biggest, and most availability to choose from for my little dog that is used to a yard now for 2 years. I would highly recommend visiting here and signing a lease here. They are very attentive to all of your needs and extremely quick and responding to any of your questions. My overall experience here was top-notch!! A must-visit!!!

I’ve been living here for about a year and I love it here. The community is quiet and in close proximity to a lot of stores and the mall. The staff are always friends and maintenance responds quickly. I plan on renewing my lease here and would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I’ve been here for 1 year and it’s a very nice apartment complex. Close to everything (Walmart, Kroger, the mall, several restaurants) very quiet and clean environment. Staff is quick to respond to all requests. Angel in the leasing office is also very helpful & friendly if you have any questions or concerns. Overall a great place to stay in the Katy area.

I would like to thank the leasing agent Angel for all his help, he is AMAZING!! From touring to moving in, he made me feel welcomed!! He was professional, knowledgeable and patient with every single visit I made to ensure I had the best unit and view! He always had a friendly smile with every visit!The entire staff here are so friendly and make you feel at home!! Roman was on top of my service request upon move-in and was also very helpful!! I love my new home!!!

I really love living at Lenox Grand West, my apartment has the perfect layout for my family and I. We enjoy decorating every room and making it our little sanctuary. The location is perfect, so close to main highways, which makes it perfect for an easy commute and access everything we need without going to far. The staff is really attentive and the management team is always making sure that the property remains beautiful. I would say that the amenities are so nice and functional. I was able to continue my physical therapy on my own with all the gym equipment that the property offers. No need for me to pay for a membership or therapy sessions with this fitness center!!!! It also offers multiple spaces for when I work from home. Overall, the property offers everything that I need!

I love everything about this apartment complex. Really appreciate the friendly staff especially Angel who is very respectful and professional. Awesome amenities which includes Swimming pools with cabanas, coffee lounge, bbq grilling area, working pod rooms, Pool table,Gym with boxing bag. Great sense of community including events, community newsletter and friendly neighbours. Highly recommend!!

Being a resident at Lenox Grand West has been amazing . The second I walked in to the leasing office I knew it was the perfect place for me . New , beautiful amenities , spacious , stylish . The vibe of the entire community , the kindness of the staff , the place it self , it is just what I was looking for . I absolutely love it here . I love the nice , positive attitude of everyone . They are always willing to help every way possible. Not only the office staff but maintance team has been awesome . I’ve been very satisfied with the neatness of their job and the effort they put into it . I love everything about Lenox Grand West, I absolutely love how they are on top of everything that happens within the community and always doing things to keep the community United as a single family , I couldn’t have made a better choice . I love unique and this is definitely unique .

I have been living here for two months now and I love it! The best apartment I have ever lived in and the maintenance and office staff is amazing! The property is quiet and clean and I love the WFH space. I am the only person in my building so far so of course it has been quiet lol and the only complaint is the few spiders I have seen but it is a new property and that is to be expected and pest control took care of the issue promptly.
