Really a nice place to live. Rey in the leasing office is AMAZING. I really appreciate all they’ve done. Our apartment is nice, the staff are friendly, and they really keep it nice and clean. No complaints!

Im really loving living here. The office/management team have been helpful, responsive, and accommodating. My little dog and I love the dog park and I appreciate the valet trash service. I feel taken care of and very much at home.

Yallll I love it here they also allow cats and dogs !!! !!!!!So I am actually a first time renter who is renting at these apartments and I love it. The price is beautiful. Inside of the apartment is very unique. I love it The pool is in great condition. It’s not super super cold which I love maintenance is on point. They’re very quick about it. Super quick drive from H-E-B and Walmart and the mall The only thing I would say about this apartment is the wretched school right next to it the drop off line happens to fall right in front of the entrance and exit of the apartment and those parents are horrible. They will just sit right in front of the exit as you’re laying on your horn and they will not move. You have a 10 minute drive to work an hour because you are stuck in front of a drop off line and just keep pushing right in front of it so you can never get out

Applying for an apartment here was extremely easy. One big part of it was the help and resources I received through Rey, one of the leasing associates.He helped me navigate the process of applying and even provided me with a few different apartment options that were better suited for my needs. Rey was honest with certain aspects of the apartment and didn’t over promise anything.I’m excited to begin my journey here as a resident!

This place is under new management since four months ago, I believe.I want to leave Legends a five star review for now. I am still in the process of signing a lease with them. Still waiting because they are behind trying to get their units ready and my unit will not be ready until next week as of this posting.I applied for one of their 1 bedroom units A1 (LUX) which is based on the model home they have showing. The amenities and features they are giving residents is five star! I especially like the idea of being able to rent their clubroom for events. I am looking forward to booking it to run workshops and social events.Rey and Greg the manager did a greate job showing me the property and model home/apartment. You are going to get pampered for what you are paying here.Looking forward to moving in!

Upon move in thus far I am very satisfied with my new apartment. The environment is mostly quiet, the people seem to be friendly and have their own sense of community. My apartment is nice, any issue Ive had is either taken care of or in the process. The staff is my favorite part, very nice, understanding and helpful!

Friendly and helpful staff. There were some mixups with paperwork in the office that wound up costing me some extra fees. However, that might also be a result of the transitioning management. The community is quiet and feels safe. There are several places where I can see the management is improving and maintaining the property. Overall not a bad place, but there is room for improvement.

This property is under new management and they are truly improving the downfalls from the last company. Lisa the leasing agent is awesome! All the gals that work here are super friendly and easy to work with. The updated units are gorgeous. I work in real estate and all my clients have enjoyed their new homes here!

My stay here was great. Its proximity to Walmart, Indian grocery stores, restaurants, especially few Indian restaurants plus proximity to Austin downtown (because it is in Austin and not Round Rock or Cedar Park) was great! The maintenance service was quick too. The water pipeline broke couple times due to cold weather but I think that can happen anywhere.

This property is no longer owned by Bell, thank god! Ive lived here for 10 years. The new owners are awesome! Office staff is happy and genuine. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. Weve already had social activities which was great to meet neighbors I never would have met. Ive already recommended the property to a friend and will do so in the future!

I ENJOYED my stay at legends of lake creek. Unfortunately due to family issues I had to relocate. Erin and Ty were amazing. The carpet was brand new and the apartment was cozy with the most amazing prices. The only thing Id recommend is renting a parking space. There were those times where I had to park far off and walk to my apartment. Other than that great experience, great people, quiet and friendly 😊

Guys. I need to tell you to live here. Never ONCE has management not helped me... whether it be a crisis or just a quick question, they are responsive and accommodating. They are the SWEETEST. The way they handled snowpacalypse ‘21 was amazing. Very communicative and honestly cared about us, like as individual people, not just paying tenets. The people in charge of your livelihood makes a huge difference. You need someone you can trust and rely on in a crisis and that’s definitely how I would describe management.

My family has lived here for half a year now and my overall experience has been great! When I first planned my move to Austin I did a lot of research into where to live. Unfortunately I soon discovered that most apartments, and ALL homes, in Austin are overpriced!!! However, I was lucky to find out that the Legends at Lake Creek were a great value located at an awesome location. In addition to its value and location, all of the Legends at Lake Creek staff members make living here enjoyable. I would like to single out Jennifer Compton and Erin Seely as having been especially helpful and kind since we moved in as well! I look forward to staying here and I definitely plan to renew my lease.

I haved Lived at Legends Lake creek since I moved You Austin 2 years ago and I absolutely Love it. The location is phenomenal and the apartments a a great size for the price you pay. The office manager, Erin, is absolutely amazing. She is one of the main reasons I’ve stayed loyal to the complex. She bends over backwards to help with everything and I’ve never had any issues that weren’t resolved immediately. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! ❤️❤️❤️

So far so good. I moved in a month a go about. I still havent received word on if my fireplace works or not but did receive a letter stating Im violating the lease by letting someone stay here...who actually owns a 80000 sq ft home in laneway and does not stay here ..lol.but I guess ill put him on the lease to get them to quit watching me so hard. The paint in my apartment is awful and some of the boards are falling apart. Definetly not 2000/mon worth of apt but I got in quick like I wanted and its a good location. The pool table is kinda dumb because who can play pool between 9am and 5 pm?? O and they told my boyfriend he cldnt have any more coffee from the lobby hahaha...

Great place to live and everything is near by from this apartments. Amazing leasing staff who are always helpful and smiling which gives a positive vibe while living in this apartments. Looking forward to stay here longer than my lease as my life is easy from here.

Oh, where to begin?!? We fell in love with this place even before arriving on site because it is close to EVERYTHING you need. Grocery stores, restaurants, schools, parks, etc. And once we arrived we were awestruck by the landscape and greenery surrounding the buildings and office. Then for icing on this cake - the staff. Kelly and her team have been nothing short of stellar since day 1, and have upheld that level of service ever since, making this feel more like a home that just another apartment. Highly recommend making Legends Lake Creek your new home. Come be our neighbor, haha.

Legends is one of the best apartment communities in the far NW area of Austin. They have an incredible clean property with responsive maintenance staff, friendly and prompt administration staff, the pool is the best, and they have low rental prices.

I had the pleasure of using Legenss clubhouse for my Babyshower. Everything was great! The babyshower was a winter wonderland theme and the coffee maker worked out perfectly for the hot cocoa station. Over all the clubhouse set up is very nice and the people at Legends are extremely cooperative. Especially the young lady in the front Maricela Dimas! She was very helpful and catered to my every need. Thank you so much Legends!!
