    I recently moved in and had several maintenance issues that the maintenance technician worked on the same evening I arrived. Mario, the technician, did an outstanding job helping me with what he could. He was quick, efficient and professional with my every interaction with him. Additionally, the front staff was friendly and helpful with my delayed move in.

    Called Legacy Heights looking for an apartment for my relocation from Houston to Alamo Heights. Jaron assisted me and was very friendly and competent regarding any of my questions or concerns. I Was able to do a virtual tour and signed everything digitally for a swift and easy move in just a couple weeks later! Great experience with Legacy Heights so far, definitely ask for Jaron!

The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, allowing for both comfort and functionality. The natural light streaming in through the windows creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere.     My son has cerebral palsy and wemoved here from Iowa. We loved the property online and even better when we got here.I asked the management to install safety bars in his shower to make it easier to shower him. They took it on!!Two days later the maintenance guys showed up with the exact equipment we needed and installed it perfectly.The property is clean and secure.This is a great place to move or relocate.Good job Legacy Heights!

    I recently moved into this apartment and have had a fantastic experience so far. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and feels like home. The office personnel, especially Marina, have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Overall, I’m thrilled with my decision to live here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

    For over a year since April when new management came in, this property has cleaned up tremendously. If you do your part in not leaving your doors “unlocked” and valuables “out of plain sight”, then you will not have a problem. Management is really trying….. but I also know that if you know how to communicate properly with your needs, the staff will be happy to try to accommodate you! I have been very pleased with every aspect of living on site.

    Me and my husband just moved after living here for a year. We were pcs but we will absolutely miss these apartments!! This was honestly the best apartment experience ever! Me and my husband loved legacy heights and would definitely live here again when we come back to San Antonio! The staff were great as well as maintenance! Always doing everything they can to help us! Absolutely recommend this apartment complex!

    Really enjoyed my time here! The staff was incredibly friendly and was ready to assist with any needs. They definitely made me feel at home. Happy to say the pool and gym area was nice and clean as well! They will not disappoint!

    Jaron helped me the entire application and move-in process and was great! He made sure I had everything I needed and always got back to me in a timely manner. When I moved in, one of my dryer knobs wasn’t working so I couldn’t start the dryer, and maintenance came in same day and got it fixed in just a couple of minutes and was polite as well. Been here for a couple of months now and have had a great experience so far. I always take my dog, Apollo, up to the office and they give him treats almost every day!

    Legacy Heights Apartment is a great and affordable complex that offers many luxurious features. The gym is easily accessible all day and is quite good. The location is one of my favorite parts about this apartment, with many stores and restaurants located right next door. The team is working hard each day to constantly improve residents experience, overall in terms of space, cost, friendly staff, and location, I would recommend this spot. Even the property owner would come out to ensure everything was okay and that our stay at Legacy Heights Apartment was comfortable.

    Have been here one year. Maintenance is efficient and very helpful and gets the job done. Management is excellent they are helpful, courteous, and eager to you with anything. I feel very safe here. The gates always work. The property is kept clean.

    I love that the place has cleaned up ever since the new courtesy officer moved in. No more homeless people lurking around and the vehicle break-ins have gone down. Overall, the place feels safer to live in compared to other properties.

    From the very first moment I stepped into the leasing office of Legacy Heights I knew I was going to be given the best service possible. Looking for a one bedroom on short notice, Jaron was able to help me extensively. He gave me the breakdown of all costs that I could expect to pay, square footage, and took me a very elaborate tour. He gave me a breakdown of the different models, sent pictures and videos to help me decide and was very knowledgeable about this property. He was very professional and patient as I had a million questions to ask. The process of applying and moving in was so seamless thanks to Jaron. I can definitely tell you now after have l been living here for only a few days the professionalism and urgency to help has remained constant. Maintenance requests have been completed in a timely manner, and I can confidently say that I know the leasing team here especially Jaron truly cares about their job and wants to provide the best experience to all. Thank you Jaron for helping me find my home and being so helpful and welcoming!!

    Waited a couple of months to review to properly judge my experience. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, its the initial reason I chose this property. Ive had too many bad experiences.     I have lived on this property for 6 months and at first was very disappointed in management. They have since gotten a new manager who is truly cleaning up the property and cares.     So I would like to say from the get go kristi in the front office was the best from the get go she was very patient and communicative with me especially coming from the situation I had from the disgusting avistar at the parkway ( bed bug carcasses and roach droppings everywhere I didn’t spend but 10 min in the apartment and burned almost everything I owned) but then I found legacy heights which for me was a super dope spot to have as a first time renter with no roomies and the girls in the front office are super sweet and caring I will definitely be signing for another year
