    I have just recently moved in and so far I am very pleased with my time here! I’ve only a few minor maintenance requests but they were always done right away! The Maintenance team is great! Also the front desk people are always super helpful and very responsive! Would recommend!

    If you enjoy being in a bustling area but not feeling like you are in one when at home, this apartment complex is perfect. Maintenance always takes < 48 hours. The apartments are nice and clean.The gym is lacking equipment but has enough that if you casually work out there is no need to buy a membership.The only two issues I have are:1. The gates will always be broken. Broken for 3/4 weeks and fixed for 2 months. If its not the gates its the phone app to open them.2. The walkways between apartments are never clean. Ive lived here for six months and the liquid from the trash is still there.

    I went in to Laurel Canyon on a Saturday with no appointment, just a walk in. It was VERY busy, but the leasing agent, Jacqueline seemed SO calm. I would’ve freaked out lol. We had a great experience! The floor plans are great and the prices are pretty good! I love the surrounding area with the trails and all and the fact that there are in unit full size washers and dryers! The kitchen for the (I think it’s 723 or 729 square ft) is a little tight but not too much of a big deal. Another iffy thing is the area it’s in, Culebra traffic is insane. However I really like the apartments. The floors are very nice, I hate carpet so the fact that it’s hardwood all around is a plus! We applied for a unit right after the tour and we’re very excited! Hopefully the experience of living there is great, I hope to update this review later on!

    I love living here!! This is so close to everything. The fitness center is great. The team is very helpful whenever I need something taken care of. My apartment is beautiful with all the upgrades too. I am so excited to have my place to call home! This is close to the highway too.

    I’ve been living here for 6 months and this place is great! I honestly don’t want to move. They’re quick with service orders and inform you every step of the way from when it was received to when it’s been completed. They always have fun things going on like tacos or baked goods! The staff from maintenance to front desk are great people!

    Very convenient, close to everything like restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff. I was actually amazed by the leasing agent. She’s very professional and poised to be so young. The leasing office as a whole is very nice. Our favorite part about the complex is the pool. It’s beautiful and spacious. When looking at the model apartment I noted the updated look and style which is another great feature especially for the price.

    I moved in January 2020. Management was on there A game the property was flawless! I mean, I was very impressed to see how clean it always looked. What I really like is that Maintenence is and has been the same crew since I’ve moved in. With the exception of one new guy which he does an awesome job now of getting back to the glory days of a clean community after they transitioned and promoted the old groundskeeper who did amazing as well! It takes a good team! Thank you! They are efficient and do their best with all the back orders on parts all last year. It was brutal! I believe that the residence have just as much responsibility as management to keep our community clean here. The schedule of pick ups between the dumpsters have changed in 2021 got really bad. That has improved 100% to date. During pandemic things happened, some staff left for good, residents left and things were scary and tough. The office did the best they could to make sure the residents had all the resources to help with rent and they really worked with everyone. I am very thankful as I almost died here in my own apt with the Virus and recovery was HARD. I had no issues with the assistance they provided. I feel like grey star owners for this property are always coming by. After each visit post pandemic, I’ve seen improvements. I’ve seen them progress forward. I love Sandra she was constant and the heart of the place. I miss her! I’ve had over the years great conversations, real hard conversations, disagreements and even called corporate on issues I’d like to see change with the community. I have never had one complaint about anyone in the office they have all been kind and give me facts. I leave my message and things get done or I get communication back. The office is very accommodating in areas that are flexible if your in a tough situation. I don’t agree with fees like the fetch it’s hands down a useless service to this community. I would like to see improvements where maybe we can opt out of this service as some may find it useful. I think it’s fair for the residents to choose. I do love that they added full size washer and dryers to all units and it’s included in base rent. I love the new update to Dog park and the pools. Very pet friendly community and hoping they add a doggy wash station soon! Vandalism has been really bad this past year and half. Not sure what’s going on but the vandalism is big issue city wide with gangs spray painting cars garages etc. at apt complexes. Cars getting broken into. I know the office is trying their best to figure out a better solution. The security guy that comes thru now only drives around once and is out. I’m night owl and I see him often. The other guy when I first moved in walked the entire property every night. The area this property is located is just convenient and everything is a hop skip and jump away. Traffic not always pretty but that’s this side of town in general. I love all the trees and very peaceful community for the most part. You got a couple of the young and dumb and just plain stupid. But hey to each their own! I don’t have parking issues bc I rent a carport so I can’t speak to the open parking. Mailbox issue has only happened once since moving in. I’ve made at least 7 friends living here and counting. So the people for the most part are great! I see lots of families of all sizes here, very diverse community. If I had a magic wand I would magically -Make fetch an option for residents , -Bring Sandra back, -Have SAPD as our security, -enclosed or monitored mailbox station, - cameras at gate entries of vehicles , -doggy wash station and expand the dog park. ***If your planning to move here ask ALOT of questions based on more recent reviews. They are happy to answer! It’s not a bad place to live. Take care neighbors and see ya around the property if you choose to lease here.

    I LOVED living here! The apartment we were in was perfect, great layout and the grounds were always kept clean. We enjoyed the two pool option, amazon lockers on site and the friendliness of all workers. The front desk ladies were amazing and the maintenance guys were fast and efficient. Thank you Anissa, Bri, Jocelyn and Sandra for a great experience! If it werent for us moving out of state, we would for sure have stayed here!!! Would recommend this apartment complex to everyone!!!!! Thank you again for the wonderful living experience!!!! Will miss you ladies!

    Toured the property and was impressed by how nice the staff was! I like their amenities and what the units have to offer. The best part of this property is how its hidden next to the park, so its nice and peaceful!!

    Ive lived here for almost 3 years, and its been nothing short of fantastic. Maintenance is the quickest Ive ever seen at an apartment complex. I once had an issue with the dishwasher, put a ticket in that night and the next afternoon when I got back from work it was fixed. The pools are great, the gym is nice (although lacking a lot of heavy weight plates). No noisier than any other apartment complex. Front office staff is awesome and has never been anything but kind to me. Rent is extremely reasonable especially being in such a convenient area, everything you could ever want is right across the street. The only negative in 3 years is someone busted the mailboxes once and we had to get our mail at the post office, but you cant blame the complex for that (at least I dont, they fixed it pretty quickly as well).

    We are very happy in our new home. The staff are very polite and professional. The day we came just to look around searching for a place that will fit our budget and a nice place, we all found it here!!! To apply was simple, they even help you out and same day we were approved. It’s going to a month and I can’t complain it’s quiet, to me very peaceful! The gym it’s great and the best is that the stores are so near by and that’s a deal for me. But, nothing is perfect so ... the only thing that to me is negative and positive in a way it’s the garbage fee, it’s high and I have the dumpster right across my apartment, but hey like my partner say “they come and pick it up you don’t have to deal with it” but it was not on our budget list I say.... but I really do recommend this place, all I want and need is here, it’s home .... thank you Jessica, the assistant manager Katie and manager for all your help and support!!! Bless you all

    Toured the property and was impressed with how peaceful the property was. I love that it has a walking trail to the city park next door. The staff was friendly and helpful! Looking forward to moving in soon!!!

    So far so good. The pool and barbecue area is very nice. My only concern is that the trash piles up over the weekend after parties and isnt taking out until Sunday evening or Monday morning.These apartments are really good for the price. I would definitely recommend them. I hope the neighborhood portal takes off. It will be nice to stay connected.

    Have been here almost a year! The complex is very quiet. Never had any issues when maintenance is needed they are quick to respond and help. Love love the location right in Alamo ranch but with all the trees you cant even tell that your in the a huge shopping center! Walmart is walking distance! The park that somewhat connects to the apartment that has a walking trail now!This is my first time in an apartment and this complex has made my experience very positive and makes my apartment feel like home.

    I Love It here!! Dont know why people are so mean. Staff (Gabbi, Samantha, Jessica and Robbin )are great ladies that Ive met. No problems there. The locate is great and the needed stores are walking distance if you want to walk. The complex is beautiful and so much shaded areas. Neighbors are nice, friendly and quite. At least in building 6. I also feel very safe since I work very early hours. Maintenance workers do thier job well too. Im happy here and plan to safe here for a long time. Great Job!!

    Sandra is nothing short of amazing. We have had really bad experiences at past complexes & the moment we walked through the doors at Laurel Canyon she made us feel so at home. She has made everything from application to move-in very smooth & stress free. We absolutely adore her & everyone else we have met working in the front office & we are so excited to be living here!

    Just love it here! Grounds are always clean unlike other apartment complexes. LoveyFlowers sprinkled all over the complex. The pool is so clean and inviting i just couldnt wait to take a dip . They even have gas Bar BQ pits right beside the pool area that are well maintained. My apartment has a great lay out . when im on my balcony i have such a lovey view of the trees . clean pet stations for your fur babies even bark parks that are also clean . trails to walk through and even a well maintained gym love it here.

    The units are in a great location. The renovated units are nice. The pools and gym are very clean and nice. The main office and public space are very nice. Rent its reasonable and parking is decent. The gate has some trouble every now and again, but overall the grounds are nice and well kept. I only wish the units could get fiber speeds but sadly its copper into the units, do dont expect anything above 30mbps.

    So far so good. I have only been here less than a month. No major issues so far. The staff does their best to keep the property clean and presentable, but of course, people will be people. If I had to comment on anything it would be 1) the entrance gates pretty hardly ever work. 2) It is obvious that someone has tried to break into the mailboxes. That is a real concern to me. I really think they should get that fixed. 3) Lastly, maybe a little more lighting around the pool. 4) Almost the entire apartment is carpeted. I HATE carpet. I have two boys and a dog. Recipe for accidents. Feels like a setup. Thats pretty much it for now.

    My family Has been living in the community for three years now. Through management changes things have gotten better and we really enjoy the community events that are hosted throughout the year! I chose this community because of its Location and I like the fact that it is near so many schools as well as stores and shopping centers!Also have to say Ms. Sandra is the best!

    Update 7/25/26I have lived here 7 months and I love it!!! I work late and I feel safe when I get home after midnight. EXCELLENT STAFF(Sammy, Gabby, Jessica and maintenance guys) AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and grounds are kept beautifully . Keep up the GREAT WORK!! All of you deserve a big raise!!!!Beautiful, safe and clean complex. I work evenings and feel extremely safe coming home.

    So far its been enjoyable for having been here a little over a month. Havent seen/ heard any drama. Fairly quiet at times. Parking its plentiful. Property upkeep is decent. Its been a while since the onsite gym has been open due to COVID-19 so had to spend a little extra money to join Golds gym which is literally a 4 minute drive. Love the convenience of everything being nearby (shopping, eating, entertainment). Staff and maintenance crew here are great.

    Toured many places before deciding on this apartment and have been very pleased with the service from the staff and move in process. No complaints. Fitness center is the best Ive seen and its never over crowded. I was skeptical on the valet trash fees but figured it would be worth it to have trash picked up at the front door

    This place is incredible! I moved around quite a bit and this is by far the best place Ive stayed. The two things I love the most about this place is how secluded you feel (youre not by some noisy street) and the staff make this place feel like home. You wont be disappointed.
