Great place to live. Lived here from June 2016-October 2023(purchased a house). Management goes above and beyond to help you so you can be at ease here. Maintenance is always willing to help when something is needed to be fixed. The app helps w many things such as work orders or payments. Safety is felt since there is a courtesy officer to help with any issue after hours plus it is gated. Gym available with equipment for simple routine workouts (free weights, treadmills/ellipticals, universal cable gym). Apartments come w washer, dryer, dishwasher. Highly recommended.

I needed an apartment and management was able to get me into my home earlier than the ready date which was an amazing blessing to me! The community is very calm, the gates keep people from dumping and filling the trashes (a huge issues around apartment complexes in Brownsville), and all three ladies in the office helped us throughout the entire process. My apartment was very clean, I got new stainless steel which are beautiful, and the amenities set las Palmas apart from several complexes around town. The upstairs apartments are a straight shot up which helps with moving and the one bedroom apartment has a spacious kitchen and washer and dryer already in the apartment (also a huge bonus), big closet with two extra closets and a balcony. Very pleased and happy to be here!

The amazing staff at Las Palmas was first-rate and super kind/friendly. I never had any issue and they worked with me when my lease was up and was responsible for late fees. In addition, there grounds staff was always fast to respond and fix any issues. The grounds were always in top shape even while they went through renovations. I highly recommend them!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The atmosphere is nice and the workers and staff make you feel very comfortable. Pauline at the front is always available to assist you, and Leonel aka Lonnie (the maintenance lead) is the most efficient human being I’ve ever met. I swear that he has clones of himself running around everywhere since I constantly see him all over property. Today my AC broke, I submitted my service request online and he showed up at my door within 20 minutes. He fixed the problem shortly afterward. It was truly incredible. They truly care about you here.

Las Palmas was my husband and Is first home together, and to this day we still think fondly of it. We lived there for about a year and a half before employment opportunities took us elsewhere. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance is top notch, and for an older apartment, we had much fewer problems than expected. Loved our time there. It is such a honey space. I highly recommend it here.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Las Palmas. I’ve been living here for a while, and I’m currently moving out. From management, Sonia, to maintenance, Lonnie. They have truly been fantastic and always out did themselves. We will definitely miss living at Las Palmas, but we’re thankful how wonderful the staff has made our experience while we were living here. We highly recommend living here! I had a great year living at Las Palmas Apartments in Brownsville. The management staff does an exceptional job--they are responsive, helpful, friendly, and efficient. They really make you feel like a member of a community, instead of just another tenant. Id recommend Las Palmas to anyone looking for an apartment in Brownsville.

I have been renting at the Las Palmas Apartments for almost a year now and currently at the end of my lease. Out of all the locations I have stayed at in the past years prior to renting at Las Palmas I have not experienced the management and staff be so willing to help out their tenants.Ms. Sonia Munoz who is the current Property Manager/RGV Area Manager has on many occasions worked with me in regards to any late fee or dues I fell behind on due to personal issues and she was willing and able to work with me to create a solution to resolve any issues.. It is clear that she truly cares for her tenants and the well being of the property.The maintenance staff is also always on call and any apartment issues that you may have get resolved asap!. I had an issue with my thermostat at one point and it was resolved within the day. The area is quiet and I have never had an issues with any loud noises. The entire complex is inside a gated area and the vehicles are secured. Not too mention there is a courtesy officer on site.Last but not least they allow you to have pets! No complaints from my Husky: ).All in all I would highly recommend this place to any prospective tenant.

Pauline was attentive to my particular needs, informative, friendly and provided comprehensive answers to each of my questions. Las Palmas has a fantastic staff representative in Pauline - they are lucky to have her!

Weve been living in several apartments in both Florida and Texas. We dont think we can find better place to live than this one. The apartment itself is new, clean, spacious and insect-free!!! In our 8 months living there, we did see three small roaches which probably sneaked in from the garden when we left the screen door open since they didn’t look anything like the home insects we used to see in our old apartments.Facilities were awesome. The gated community was very safe. The apartments happened to locate aside a super beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. My husband enjoyed running outside every afternoon. I was a fan of the gym which had plenty of equipment and was not crowded when I came every day from 3 to 5pm. The business office opened 247 with 2 computers, printers, and loads of papers which was our getaway when the internet service at home was not working. The swimming pool was clean, there were a lot trees surrounded. I just knew that the service man had to work really efficiently to keep it clean and free from sediments, consider how windy it always was in Brownsville.Maintenance services were more than what we could wish for. Our AC was broken on the very last day we lived there and we had it fixed within an hour by Mr. Leonee. We really appreciated it, otherwise we had to pack our stuffs, getting all sweaty and sticky in an extremely hot summer day. No matter how new and good the facilities are, things can go wrong anywhere and we appreciate the fast repair maintenance that have everything (washing machine, food disposal, …) fixed within hours.Lastly, Sonia (manager) and Pauline. I did not have much chance talking to Sonia but she lived in the same neighborhood and was very friendly to everyone. Pauline was my favorite person of all time. She was just genuinely nice, never saying no to us. I bet she did same thing to everyone. For everything that we asked for, she always did the best to make it work. Together, they had created many community activities like the Free Barbecue Fridays or Saturday Yard Sale… We did not really feel like we were renting an apartment, but more like we were just living in our own sweet home with the assistance of very nice neighbors who were willing to go extra miles to help us. Even when we got out of our contract halfway due to an unexpected event, our moving experience was exceptionally smooth and we did save a lot of money with the help of Sonia, Pauline, and a moving gentleman whom Mr. Leonee introduced to us.All in all, this is the best place to call home. They really set my expectation high for our next place to live in. I knew there were some people living there for over 10 years and I am not surprise. Keep up the good work, Las Palmas Apartments!

This is the best place to live in Brownsville. This is my second year living here and I love it. Everything is super close by. The staff at the front office is amazing. Work orders are taken care of quickly. The Pool is big and always clean and so is the gym and the club house. Don’t look anywhere else, this is the place to live in!
