    New management has really outdone her self! Not only is the community beautiful but I have had zero issues living here. If I have an issue it is immediately resolved same day, it’s a beautiful quiet place to live very relaxing I give this place the green thumb 👍

    Have been living at Las Misiones a few years and can honestly say the current manager, Briseida has been the best when it comes to taking care of this community and needs in my apartment. The manager is easy to reach via email and/or during office hours. Las Misiones Apartments now has an online portal which helps for monthly payments and when needing submit anything that may need maintenance. The manager makes sure to reach out to help and take care of any need as fast as possible, updating you of anything that may happen when maintenance is provided. If you leaver her a voicemail, she gets back to you either via email or calls you back very timely. There have been many upgrades and good changes at Las Misiones in the last few months. This complex is safe, peaceful, and the apartments are very spacious to live in. Very happy to be living here.

    Responsive and professional Apartment Manager and Maintenance team. She always makes sure to address all of our issues, concerns and maintenance requests ASAP. My spouse and I both work remotely and for any maintenance/inspections inside the apartment, the Apartment Manager Bri is very accommodating and helpful so we don’t have any work interference.The whole property is very clean, pet and kid friendly and a great place to call home!

    Moved in half a year ago and night/day versus my previous apt. Bree our apt manager and the maintenance crew have been awesome, always available for any issues. Great community with plenty of options from 1 bdrm to 3 bdrms. From a laundry plan to a gym and even a pool. Minutes away from H‑E‑B. Love this place!

    Living here was the best experience, clean neighborhood, great location but the unforgettable thing was the management. Briseida was extremely attentive to us when we needed her, she always answered the phone, and as busy as she always was; she made our time there enjoyable. Kudos to you Briseida, you rock!

    This property is under new management and the new Property Manager is exceptional. Upgrades, improvements, and changes have been made and it is an exceptional place to reside. The gated community and on site peace officer give an extra peace of mind for security. The property has never been a loud community and everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Las Misiones Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

    This property is under a new manager Briseida and she is awesome! I sent her an email over the weekend and she responded back to me quickly. I’ve lived at other apartments and it’s hard to find that quality of service anywhere. This place is also gated with a courtesy officer (MPD). I’ve seen him walking around the complex at night makes you feel safe and at home.

    Me and my boyfriend have recently moved to the valley. We were having a hard time looking for a place, but we came across this apartment complex and I have never been treated as great as they treat us here. When we have an issue we let the management know and they respond and fix the issue as soon as they can. I understand that their is a lot of residents, and some issues are more complex than mine, but all issues are resolved accordingly. For instance, we had an issue in our closet. It had gotten flooded and it was a bad experience because most of our shoes are left in the bottom, but I let the management know when it happened and Amiee, the management, came right away and it was fixed the following day. The time it occurred was late at night so I knew it was out of her hands, but she sent someone out to fix it early in the morning the following day. We are truly pleased to have found a place to make our time in the valley welcoming. Also, you dont have to worry about noise complaints, because there is barely any noise coming from other apartments. Its really a nice place to move into and management is always available to fix any issues they can for you. I truly recommend any guests to come take a look at these apartments and have a great experience as we do.

    I just had a walk through, and the apartments are so nice and clean. The manager, Briseida, was very professional and helpful; she answered all my questions and made sure I felt welcomed. I cant wait to move in!

    I’ve recently had an issue with our tub. It was getting clogged and we let the management know yesterday. We thought it was going to take them a while to get it fixed but my wife stayed home today and let me know that their handy man has fixed our issue. I’m pleased to say that the apartments we chose did not deceive us when they let us know they will always be on top of any issues we may have.

    I have lived here for 3 years it’s a great place! The new manager Briseida is awesome, she really cares for this community. The complex is (safe) gated with plenty of parking spaces and it also has a swimming pool.

    We have had an amazing experience at Las Misiones - Have lived here 3 months so far and Amiee and Tommy have been nothing but the best landlords we could ask for. We recently went out of town for the weekend and were gone from Friday to Sunday evening, upon our arrival we noticed that there was a huge water puddle in our kitchen. We figured out that the fridge had stopped working over the weekend. We then called the emergency maintenance number and the maintenance person was there within the half hour - after checking it said he’d replace it the next morning. As soon as the office opened the next morning, Amiee called us and said she had a $100 gift card from HEB for any groceries that spoiled and that the fridge would be replaced later that morning. I believe that is definitely above and beyond. Amiee and Tommy have been nothing but great to us since the day we moved in. Thank you to them both!!

    By far the best experience Ive had great communication ( Bree ) property manager made my move in go smooth she answered all my questions and has made my life alot easier and all at a great price .This is a clean and peaceful place to live I would recommend this place out of any other place in this area or in the valley super quiet and great helpfull staff thank you Bree 👍

    I have been living here for 4 months, and everything has been great, the manager Briseida, super attentive, always willing to help, the outside light was not working, I spoke to the office and that same day they changed it for me 😍, she is very friendly, very helpful, when When I arrived they said that the pool had been closed for more than a year, and she did everything to be able to open it this summer 😍, she fixed the gates, the pool gate, she tried to keep the complex clean! Everything excellent!I give the manager a 10
