Michelle coordinates and plans a variety of activities for a wide healthy environment lifestyle. These are a few of many events that are scheduled on a monthly calendar …. Arts & Crafts, Presenters - Variety Topics, Socials, Fitness, Bingo, Bean Bag Baseball, Card & Billiard Games, Day Trips, Movies, Food Trucks, etc. This gives residents the opportunity to get to know their neighbors and build relationships. Michelle is always there to support, share and conducts a smooth overall transition program. Michelle’s leadership qualities demonstrates her passion for what she does. She goes over, above and beyond her work duties. She goes above and beyond her line of work. She made it easy for us to virtual tour the apartment, because we moved from out of town. She answers all our questions, returns all our calls and is always very pleasant and eager to assist us. Elizabeth’s high level of professionalism is SUPERB!

    Larkspur at Creekside is a perfect place for seniors: shopping is close by; amenities are too numerous to mention; the facility is beautiful and well maintained; the apartments are lovely and well equipped…and the staff is accommodating and helpful. I find Christie to be delightful and helpful. She interacts with the residents, demonstrating genuine interest and care.

    As a retired Air Force Veteran who has moved over 8 times during my career, this final move to Larkspur at Creekside has been nothing short of amazing. The Larkspur Staff made our move stress free by bending over backwards to accommodate our tight schedule and budget. Our new apartment is gorgeous, as is the entire Larkspur property and grounds, but the true enjoyment of living here at Larkspur, are the numerous amenities offered and the pleasantness of fellow residents. Larkspur provides so many activities to participate in, its impossible to become bored, unless you want to be. We highly recommend Larkspur to anyone needed a new adventure and outlook in life.

    Just wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the exceptional service we received from Christie P. We recently had the pleasure of working with Christie from Larkspur at Creekside, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She took the time to understand our parents needs and preferences. We highly recommend Christie for anyone looking to rent at Larkspur at Creekside. Christie is always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and help us navigate all the events. She put together a wonderful “Welcome Home” basket for our parents, which was an awesome touch. We are beyond grateful for her expertise and support, and we can’t recommend her enough!!!

    As a resident of 11 months now, I would like to share a few things. First and foremost this is a 55 and up community and there are residents living here in there 30s and there was or is a 12 year old also living here. We moved here for the peace and quite of a older community as we had had so many problems living a community of all ages. There are many rules here that we are expected to follow but the management seems to not follow same rules!As a resident our lease says one person has to be 55.The management breaks all rules so they actually void our lease by doing so. As far as the management, they do not seem to care about what we want...We pay lots of money to be ignored. ALL the things that we were promised at move in never happened and they take away the things we were getting everyday! Cant blame alot of the original people for feeling slighted! On a good note Christie is awesome awesome! She makes this a better place with her caring and attitude!

    Just moved in the middle of September! I am very impressed with the facilities and grounds. They are well kept and very pet friendly. The staff, especially Christy and Elizabeth were so helpful. Christy has gone beyond helping me and my puppy feel like this is our home. She went above helping me move in. And the amenities, activities and weekly happy hours are beyond belief!!

    6 stars if I could. This place is awesome and the staff is even better! We dealt with Vanessa from the get go and she is beyond amazing. Communication is stellar. There is going to be so much going on here when they complete the build. The location is great, a stones throw from 35. You can walk to plenty of shopping/restaurants. If you need or want to go somewhere else, just ask the staff. You can walk to live music, bars, restaurants and SO much more. I had my hesitation prior to coming here because I am not quite retirement age but the activities are over the moon and geared toward the entire age range; thanks to Isabelle and Lisa. Floor plans are thought out very well. Adjoining walls are solid, you dont hear anyone on the other side. There are big plans for Larkspur at Creekside, dont miss it. Cottages or apartments available. Amenities galore.

    I moved into the Larkspur cottages 2 months ago. It is a over 55 community. Now the main apartment building is starting to be ready for move in. I really like it here. Lots of nice people and a great staff. The pool is opening this coming week, and the Grand Opening is October 21. Really worth looking into if you are over 55.

    I find the price a little high; but I enjoy the amenities..the residents are all very friendly .. its close to the stores, restaurants, hospitals, pubs..Absolutely love the employees; especially Christie who helped me find the perfect apartment and made the move in process easy.

    I had the pleasure of assisting my parents view Larkspur for their relocation needs. Although I was not a direct applicant, it was evident there were going to be a plethora of amenities. In addition, the staff made the entire experience extraordinarily seamless and welcoming! To be honest, I am jealous I am unable to even apply here considering I am under 55. Honestly, though, a solid staff willing to assist and continued support thereafter. I can say youre in wonderful hands staying at Larkspur!

    Love this place! Staff is so very helpful. Shopping, restaurants, and bars with live music are all walking distance. The floor layout is spacious. Built very well so you dont hear your neighbors. The facility is gated so very safe. Dont miss out apartments are going fast.
