I love this community! The location is wonderful, the views are incredible and the vibe is relaxed, well kept and beautifully incorporated into nature with a lot of trees and trails to walk close by. Dream apartment!

Ive lived here for 5+ years and have been very satisfied with my time here (or I wouldnt still be here). The maintenance staff is so incredible and always take care of any service requests submitted so quickly! The Leasing Office staff has always been helpful, too! I was very grateful for the help received during the crazy snow incident: providing water, food and more for residents.

Excellent location. But sometimes it’s not quite and noise free due to dogs upstairs barking during night when we try to sleep. Also we had flooding in apartment due to upstairs repair when they didn’t plug in laundry drainage properly. But maintenance staff is great with resolving issues. Had some moisture problem on bedroom walls causing mold/ mildew but maintenance staff responded quickly. good hiking trails just backside of apartment. I love the location and commute to work is literally none. All major stores/ groceries are near by. They pressure wash outside hallway and also do paints and pressure wash buildings from outside once in awhile so that’s good. There’s fitness center and gym along with business center with few computers, printers and gift wrapping station. Sometimes there are missing mail or package related issues with other community members but fortunately I never experienced it. But staff is always upfront about this issue and sends out email to inform such incidents.

The staff is very friendly, wonderful, and supportive. The maintenance staff is on time and does a great job. My wife and I have not lived in an apartment in over 15 years and this place has made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for doing a great job, Lantana Hills!

Love the office staff! They are so friendly and always help with any concerns I have. Our son has his first apartment here, and he loves it. It’s spacious, clean, and feels safe. Great location and price.

I adore living here! It’s a great place for couples and pets. My partner and I have enjoyed the quick responses to the two kitchen fixtures in our apartment that needed to be fixed/replaced during our stay so far. The office staff has been attentive and kind. Highly recommend Lantana Hills.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is amazing! The property is always well tended too and always receive a prompt response to any service request sent in. Even though the property is over 10 years old, the newly upgraded apartments make the pricing worthwhile. Also a great location, only 10 mins from downtown. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the Austin area.

I am about to renew my lease all thanks to the wonderful staff here at Lantana Hills!!! I havent seen any other apartment complex work as hard as yall do to keep this place beautiful and residents happy! Thank you all from the front office to maintenance staff for helping us get through the hard freeze we just had. Even when our power and water was out, yall kept giving us updates 24/7 on the situation and even pulled in some resources for us to use. Keep doing what yall are doing, and thank you again!!!

I LOVE this place! The staff is AMAZING, FRIENDLY & CARE about their residents! Im in the large 2/2 floorplan and it feels like a cozy home and my yard is definitely a BONUS. I recommend Lantana Hills if you are wanting the perfect home.

It is a nice, quiet part of town. The maintenance crew is one of the better teams Ive dealt with around Austin. The staff can be a little rude at times, but luckily I do not deal with them too often. The pricing of these apartments are really great.

Lantana hills apartments not only has great amenities including their outdoor pool, indoor gym, and play park for all your furry friends. It also has great management and leadership that keeps the apartments up to maintenance. Located close to literally everything.

My wife and I love living here and both agree this is THE best apartments we’ve lived in. Our space is nice, maintained and spacious. The staff are always friendly and super helpful! I have lived living here! The location and view are amazing! The apartment is spacious and I love how there is two separate wings in the two bedrooms. The apartment has a lot of windows so there is natural light present. I feel safe here. I am so happy here! Everyone of my friends that comes over just raves about how they love the apartment and the layout! So glad we moved in!

Living at Lantana Hills has been very nice. Staff is Friendly and responsive. Service call are taken seriously and addressed very quickly, usually within a day or two. Id like to specifically comment about Jocelyn in the leasing office. COVID made moving a nightmare for me. Its so hard to decide on a complex and a unit without seeing anything. Jocelyn seriously went out of her way to help me out. Most other complexes acted like I was a pain for requesting pictures in addition to the model pictures or for asking questions. Jocelyn was HAPPY to give me a virtual tour. She literally took an IPad through the unit, opened doors and cabinets, showed me my view, and answered whatever questions I had. My move-in date changed a couple of times and instead of feeling like a burden Jocelyn pulled strings to get the final date I needed. In a time of uncertainty, she was truly someone I could rely on providing incredible service for me. I cant say enough good things about my experience working with her.
