Lived here for a couple years and while there were ups and downs to my and my partners stay. Lake vue apartments and its staff were always friendly and understanding. Management was always on top of things and not to mention the community events were always plentiful even If I didnt attend all of them they were so many fun events to join and enjoy.

I absolutely enjoy my stay, so far, at Lake Vue. Easy to apply, easy to tour the facility, i checked out a couple apartments before I found the one I wanted, easy process all around and the staff is amazing, AND ITS CLEAN AND QUIET!!!!! PLUS the amenities rock!!! Fire pits ON the lake?!? A Pool on the lake with fashionable comfortable seating, Plus a second pool! A playground! Lots of space to fish on the lake!!ANDREW helped me get into my new apartment, and he is just simply the best!!! Id definitely go see him if you are looking for a new home!PICTURE OF MY GARDEN ON MY BACK PORCH AT LAKE VUE!

Move in ExperienceThe experience has been night and day versus every other apartment we have lived in here in Texas.Fast service on the issues like the fridge went out a day after we moved in and they worked to get a replacement.The place was clean when we moved in and ready right away to move in not even a dust bunny hiding anywhere!This has been an amazing experience moving in here.I would recommend them to anyone.Oh and the views for the balconies here are excellent! Very well crafted community setup from the lake to the pools. Something for everyone.

I am pleased with my decision to move to Lake Vue. I lived here as a child and grew up in his complex. The many improvements are wonderful! I now live here with my son and we love fishing on the lake. I have endured many hardships since the COVID-19 Crisis and the management team at Lake Vue went above and beyond to ensure I was welcomed when I moved here during the pandemic. I feel at home here and all of my needs have been met; exceeding expectation at times. I would absolutely recommend this complex to a friend or family member. I enjoy raising my son here, and he LOVES it!

Wonderful place to live.This apartment complex, and owners really do take pride in their property. Charles is the BEST maintenance. Quick, straight to work, and goes over and beyond. Very nice, and friendly. Parking lot is amazing. I love my apartment!! Feels like a little home. Wonderful from porch(not like an ordinary one) I highly recommend.

While touring the property, I was shown different floor plans. I was not rushed and all questions were answered with a smile. Move in process was a joy. The staff laughed with me and even provided me with a care package. After turning in my move in checklist, all issues were resolved promptly. Its only been 2 weeks but its off to a great start. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for friendly staff, good rates and nice floor plans.

I am a new resident here. let me start with saying the staff here are amazing and so friendly. The apartments are SO beautiful and open. Theyre willing to help and work with you as much as they can and its absolutely amazing. I couldnt be any happier than I am right now with this complex and I look forward to living here and raising my family for quite a few years.

I stopped in to look at 2 and 3 bedrooms... The girl that was there was a bit tied up when I got there but the maintenance person Cody introduced himself and made sure he could not help me instead of not even acknowledging me at all. That hardly happens. Then Jessica walks up she was super bubbly and knew her stuff. I loved everything overall the only reason I did not put in an application is that Im not looking to move until July.

Ive been through worse, but I wouldnt consider this the luxe property their website portrays it as.Pros:*Close proximity to transit, parks, schools, post office, library, shopping, and the highway.*Fairly peaceful complex. As far as I know, there is little to no violent crime around here. Im sure the owners dont tolerate it either.*Recent updates to the playground, dumpsters, apartment interiors and exteriors.Cons:*Can be slow to fulfill work orders*Little or no enforcement of pet waste policy*Not enough dumpsters for the amount of trash being generated during this pandemic*Wild/feral animals that sometimes attack.

So far, my only issue with my apartment complex is that there have been several days that the pools havent been open. Before I moved in I was told the pools would be open year round. I would like for them to make sure the pools are ready for use, even if its cool outside.

Lived at LakeVue (formerly Fishermans Wharf) for about 7 years. The highlight of the property is a large, stocked fishing lake with ducks; great place to take a date! The apartment had high ceilings, clean carpet, and relatively new appliances. All my maintenance requests were handled within a day or two. The staff was professional and kind. Theyre good with pets, but there is pet rent. The property is pretty and quiet; I dont remember any noise issues. Great! I love these guys.

I love it here. The move in was very easy. The grounds are beautiful. Stephanie was the leading agent I had from my initial contact at the property to my my move in date.. She is great and has excellent customer skills.

I am a new resident to the complex, and I have nothing but great things to say about the complex, they are very quiet, the office professionals are all so helpful and quick to respond, I called for a maintenance question and had a call back within minutes from Shane, and had a solution for my question by the next morning! I’m so glad I chose this apartments complex as my home. Thank you to all the Lake Vue employees!

I love these apartments, but unfortunately have fallen on hard times. I had a guy come stay a while, and stole a lot of my money. I am facing eviction, but hope I can make it on time.

Helped my friend relocate to the area while she was overseas and I was so happy with how awesome and helpful the team was. The apartment was exactly what she was looking for. She loves her view of the lake and you cant beat the price!

Just moved in with short notice and the ladies all worked with me to get me into my desired apt quickly. I give 5 stars for the professionalism they represent here at lake vue. I am a new happy tenant, and im looking foreward to the new added ammenities that are certain to make this community an awesome place to live. Shout out to the owner for caring so much about this property to keep it desireable for people to live here. I highly recommend this place

I have lived here since June of 2016. I wanted to thank office staff, maintenance and Greystar for all the changes and upgrades. It has made a huge difference. I also appreciate the patience and hard work, during this pandemic. We love LakeVue!!!

My overall stay has been really well they’re willing to work with you on the rent when you can’t pay it all upfront easy place to move into met some new friends around here really nice people overall great please to move to there’s a park right down the road the school is right around the corner I would recommend this place to anyone Their maintenance people are really awesome and friendly great place to look into thank you Lakevue

I havent yet moved in but in a couple of weeks God willing my son and I will. I spoke with a woman named stephanie and we loved her. She was very helpful. I looked at many other apartments before making my decision and I couldnt get Lakevue off my mind. So we decided to move there and we are excited and cant wait for our new experience.
