I have been living here almost a year, I honestly love it! The bright lights they have around the complex I feel safe at night coming in late from work, when I call the office to ask for maintenance stop by it is always done quickly. Every time I have walked into the office I am greeted with a smile! All the girls in the office are sweet! If you are having financial hardship they work with you, Ive fallen short for rent and they have worked with me and were very understanding. They are always doing parties for the kids on holidays which I think is the sweetest thing! When I signed my lease and was given then keys my apartment was move in ready and very clean. I had a problem at first with roaches but they had pest control come out and take care of that. Only downfall is parking. Its not very many parking spots for visitors so its nearly impossible for my mother or cousins to visit. But other than that security is always on site! Very safe quiet complex Ive seen in a while. I am a very happy resident

Had a one bedroom town home for 2 years and it was always comfortable and reasonably priced. The office and maintenance staff quickly tended to any issues, but the apartment did not require any major work in the two years I was there. I had to move to a different state and that is the only reason I left, otherwise I would have continued leasing from LA Monterra. The apartment staff is good, but If you need someone who will answer your questions, and is very helpful and nice, ask for Racquel! She was great!!

I have lived in this complex for almost 4 years now and I can say that it has been an overall good experience. Any issues that have ever come up in our apartment, maintenance has always fixed in under 24 hours. The staff in the office are all patient and kind. They also have parties for the residents for all the holidays and I think thats the sweetest! If you are looking for a place for your family to feel safe, and an overall great community this is the place

I love my apartment here at La Monterra. The office staff is amazing especially Mr. Pedro the Office Manager. He is so sweet and helpful. I am super happy that La Monterra was my first choice with searching for apartments. It is very quiet where I stay. My neighbors are very nice. The lighting in the parking lot is outstanding and let’s not forget the police who guards these apartments on a daily basis. Make me feel comfortable coming home from work late. Thank you Mr. Pedro for everything you have done and my apartment. :)

I like Monterra sparkling pools and sparkling staff. I posted this years ago and I really never had a problem here. I like the new staff so far but I am concerned theres no answering machine in the office phone number. No security guard no instructions on the office phone for emergencies., 🤷🏾‍♀️ What happens if a pipe bursts or accidentally lose your keys?

This place is awesome! It’s very clean well maintained!! The parks throughout the complex are always clean there’s even a puppy one which is awesome!! The staff are very nice and they have police officers patrolling at night are very nice and respectful. My neighbors have all been great . It has been very quiet here . I haven’t had a single problem at all !

I’m a first time renter so I’m was really nervous about the whole process, but the staff was so polite and patient with me. They took the time to answer all the questions I had without making me feel clueless! They took me on a tour of the model apartment and fell in love! The staff took the time to get to know me instead of treating me like just another renter, which also made the process smooth and enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!

Hello I’m James Jackson ... I went in today to apply for an apartment. The staff there was so nice. Cecilia help me with a smile and made sure all questions did not go unanswered. They are team players, I went out to get a money order and when I came back Mrs . Cecilia was showing the property to a potential resident, without hesitation Mrs. Stephanie proceeded to help me out minimizing my wait time. Mrs April was awesome and I’m not seeing the rude unprofessionalism that others have posted about them. These ladies are awesome and I look forward to leasing with them.

Overall, after 11 months of living here, my experience has been very good.I appreciate the improvements that have been made while Ive been here. It may be a tiny bit uncomfortable but the rules help keep the place safe and clean.For the price and service it is a fair deal.

Ive lived here for 4 years and it is very quiet. My family likes it also and we just signed another year lease. Also the gym is nice and we like to use it in the evening. Cecilia & Jessica are very helpful!

I would have to say I really like living at la La Monterra ! Pedro and the girls are really nice and they real do work with you with any issues you are having whether it’s repair or just paying a little late . I needed to move to a more economical space and they went out their to find something within the complex that would best suit my financial needs . They keep the premises clean and the security they have is great . Very nice spaces , awesome staff and safe place to live . High recommend if you are looking for affordable clean and safe space to call home !! 🤘🏾🤘🏾

I just want you to see this so it should be one star First of all I wasnt expecting anything fancy by the price of the rent so I was fine with the horrid appearance and condition of the roads, either way I had someone co-sign and help me to get my rental history started because I was denied right out the first time since I didnt have any. I paid my rent on time and took care of business at the end they came up with some unknown fee of $321 to which I replied ok Ill pay it by Friday I paid it off asap this was around the end of July 2016 now in December 2016 I and the person I asked to co-sign are being sent to collections for another unexplained Fee of $430 we have had no correspondence come through the mail from them until today. And now they cant seem to return my phone calls. Funny how that works be careful here

There is a NEW MANAGER AND THE OFFICE IS FANTAATIC HER NAME IS LUPITA And the office staff is fantastic! I love my apartment and Cecilia is so nice! The new girl Raquel always nice also!

My bathtubs have been remodeled 01/03/25 m they turned out beautiful I have been in the property for 6 years and I have no complaints with anyone I just want to say thank you they are always working hard on the property

These apartments are beautiful! The people in the office are very friendly and so are the maintenance people. The property is well lit and makes me feel safer. Food stores and restaurants are 5 to 10 minutes away. But what I like most is the access to I-45, 25 minutes to downtown Houston. The entire property is fenced and very clean.

I have been living in these apartments for 2 1/2 years.Im not complaining about the maintenance guys, they have A+ in that...if something breaks, they fix it quickly (until now thats how it has been). Good lighting, they have security personnel but they should be a little more attentive, there are times when they are not doing anything, they crashed my new car here in my parking lot that I paid for and no one saw anything, and there are no security cameras...So far, I have had no problems with my neighbors.The 2 pools in 311 are almost always closed, they always have an excuse, so if we cannot enjoy that service, I understand that the rent should be lowered...because when you check online and/or apply, all the pools appear... and in reality there is only one always working, the one in 310...Its always been like this since Ive lived here...The town is excellent...Another thing you should take into account is the street, always full of cars, there have been several accidents, one leaving especially on the side of 311...They should also do something so that there is more parking within the complex......I hope you accept these constructive criticisms...that they are so that you can improve certain things...I like the place but I will have to think about whether I stay or not, well, when you pay for a service and you are and have always been an excellent tenant, you also expect that the service they provide is excellent...Blessings!Although there are several girls who are no longer here, I will mention them here...they have been very good...Stephanie, Cecilia, Anarela, Jessica, Nicole...There are others who should be a little more friendly, remember that they work in “customer service”

I am very happy in my apartment, it is very nice and spacious. They delivered it to me very clean. They are the best in the area to live.
