Been here for 5 months and counting, i can tell you its a really nice apartment,Although the bad reviews almost discouraged me from leasing, glad I didnt follow the bad reviews..Just like the saying goes, Do not judge someone by what u heard, see for yourself, which was what I did..Its a very clean and peaceful Apartment.. About the roaches i saw on one of the reviews, I think if u keep your Apartment clean, empty ur trash before its full you wont find any roach or insects roaming. You can find cats around but they go their way when they see u... Staffs at the leasing office are always nice and welcoming, they listen to your complaints when u bring it to them, Maintenance is A1,. Your packages dont get stolen, neighbors are friendly and nice, just learn to mind ur business when u should. Its an Apartment for responsible people or family. Just my one cent.

I have lived year for the past 4 years and I hate that I am moving. The office staff is one of the best you will ever come across. They actually listen, which is rare in apartments. All requests are done in a timely and professional manner. If I didnt get married, I honestly wouldnt move! Yvette, Jamie, and letty are the best office staff I have ever met, and coming from me, thats a huge compliment.

I dont care who gave it a 1 star because i put my hats off to the people in the office during that tragic time, it still bothers me to pass by that apartment i stay on the other side and i miss seeing her free spirit, always smiling special little angel. True its so sad what happen to her but apartment had no part in that but honor her with grace and love. May she rest in peace and im still praying for closure and find out who was really responsible for her death. I have no problem ir issues with living here, the staff is so respectful and nice.

I’ve lived here for about seven years and through about the management companies. The current management is good. Maintenance requests are usually handles in 1-3 days and the property didn’t flood during Harvey or any of the recent storms. There are about five schools nearby and a library post office and Walmart nearby. It’s a normally quiet area

I have been staying here a little over 5 months and the office staff are great my ac unit was working really hard to put air in my unit from 1-9 it would be over 80 degrees in my house i called and told them and 2 days later they came with window units to cool my unit down it was greatly appreciated the ground workers where great i know i got on they nerves but houston heat do that to you but they came and fixed my a/c unit and understand when you go threw things the apartments themself quite people are friendly and its very clean and i was not paid to post this.Its my personal views so far thanks to MS.Jaemy and team

I been in these apartments about 3 years now had my apartment issues like anyone else but compare to other places I been living, leasing agents are wonderful and been helpful enough to make sure something was done, and the people I live around stay aware to know one another....no issues no problems

Lorena, a great person, if they could give the residents a choice who could have the personality and kindness to a thousand, she is the one I recommend, I would like her not to leave the property because she is an excellent person, she is the only one who attended me from the first day like at home, you can feel at home with her, she doesnt give anything buts, unconditional help at all, very beautiful apart from being kind 🩷
