I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kensington Palace Apartments, and everything about my experience was superb. The staff was incredibly cooperative and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of to make the stay as comfortable as possible.A special shoutout to Miss Maria, who truly stands out as a gem. She is so kind, helpful, and always ready to assist in every aspect. Her warmth and professionalism made my visit even more memorable.If youre planning to stay here, make sure to meet her—shes a wonderful person who goes above and beyond for guests. When we moved in, the apartment was thoroughly and professionally cleaned. Layout is nice and relatively spacious. Any issues weve had, management is helpful and quick to respond and resolve it. Overall, very happy with the quality and service here.

I have been living here since 2020 and I can honestly say these are the best apartment I have ever lived in. Everyone in the office to the maintenance are always so fast on responding if needed theyre more like family to me.

I called these apartments and explained my situation to Miss Lori, my apologies if the name is wrong. She was very kind and empathetic. Her and Miss Maria worked tirelessly and put forth so much effort to help me, and I appreciate that from them both. Due to an eviction that came up (after I was already approved, it had been verified there is no record of me in the said apartments database) all efforts put forth were lost. The apartment said they would also send over verification that stated there was no record of me as proof. I have rented apartments and been approved for apartments after leaving the said property. I gave 4 stars because these ladies did go the extra mile to get me approved. But I honestly felt slighted with this false eviction issue. If the apartment company that filed the eviction is saying they have no record and willing to send a verification stating that, I don’t understand. But the apartment I saw at Kensington was beautiful and I would recommend anyone to move here. These ladies are awesome!!! Good luck future residents

I’ll start off saying I had been looking for an apartment for about 2 months and I was in the neighborhood one day and decided to stop by , the two ladies in the front was very nice I completed my application the same day and I could tell they wanted to get me in soon as possible . It only took a week for my app to get approve. My apartment is nice beautiful and spacious for a 1 bed 1 bath. I give 5 stars all around.

We have been living here for 6 months now and have been shocked with how great this place is! The office staff is always friendly and work orders are done quickly! We had never lived in apartments prior to living here and expected the noise to be very bad. Ive probably only heard the neighbors maybe 20 times since weve been here. And its only been for brief moments. Overall its been a great place to live!

I lived in the two bedroom two bathroom on the second floor for exactly one year. I used the pool three times. Wish there was a workout room. The staff and maintance were on point. I never had a problem with anything and I was never uncomfortable. I was also there for the hurricane, thankfully my apartment was not damaged. I seen one bug in my apartment bathroom. Which is normal. No ants, no cockroaches, just one little spider. My neighbors are awesome. The only thing that was a problem was random late night car alarms on two certain cars. They would go off for hours and who ever owned the cars would not tend to the alarms. Which is not te apartment staffs problem. Five stars for me

Very friendly staff, a friend of mine lives here and when I was visiting her, I had to print a document. I went to the leasing office and they kindly let me use their business center to print. Thank you Kensington Place Apts Staff. I recommend living here , my friend has lived here for 8 yrs and she loves it. If I was in search for an apt, I would most definitely live here my self 😍😍

For starters, my family and I been living here for a little over 8 years, but well be moving this week, so I decided to leave a review before we go. During my stay here I dont have anything bad to say. My 2 daughters practically grew up here along with a few of the other children that are also living here, theyve made a lot of friends. And there were some not so good children and neighbors that lived here that made things uhm challenging, but theyre no longer residing here so no worries. Everyone that lives here now are awesome!Uhm, so heres my pros and cons:Pros:1. Good neighbors2. Great management, Veronica is great3. Great schools4. A great place to live (especially if you have a family/children or in school)5. Great shopping areas :) (Baybrook mall though ♥.♥ I LOVE that place; always have)6. Doesnt flood. (The parking lot did a bit, but not to where you couldnt drive through the water; Harvey hardly did any damage there. Only a couple of units thats near the main street (Dixie Rd.))7. Prices are reasonable and you dont pay for water :)Cons:1. Maintenance could be a little more faster if you ask me, theres been times where we would have flooding in the apt from the sink backing up, or the toilets, or leaks from upstairs and we would have to wait up to 3 days with our carpet being soggy, wet and smelly from the leaks just for someone to come fix it. That was a bummer.2. THE PARKING!!! OHHH MYYY GOSHHH it isnt great AT ALL, there were plenty of times when I would come home from work after working 12-14 long hours and theres NO PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE! Only under the shed, which you have to rent out every month.I would have to take chances to park under theses sheds, but I couldnt fall asleep cause Id be worried if my car would be towed like before -_- they said many times they would fix the issues, even made resident passes (that were to identify vehicles that belonged to residents and visitors that didnt have their visitors pass would be towed. But alas that was VERY SHORT LIVED.No one enforces it, people would have 5 or more cars per house hold and park in our unit area when they live 4 units over. That was very irritating!3. Pest control could be A LOT BETTER! We went 5 years NO ROACHES. But these past 3 years were terribleeeeeeee. Pest control wasnt on their job. RAID Killed more roaches than they ever did. -_- They need to have a new Pest control company or something.Room for improvement:1. They should have a gym ( that would be nice)2. A shed or benches or something out front for the kids as well as the parents/guardians to sit and wait for the school buses.3. More than 1 entrance and exit will be fantastic. I mean theres another gate on the side that isnt in use.All the while if you choose to live here, then you will enjoy it! Good luck! I hope this information helps! Bless up.

These people are amazing!!!They went above and beyond....we were super picky too lol....I recommend this apartment complex to anyone that’s interested.We would like to thank the staff in the office and the maintenance crew for everything y’all have done to get us in our new home!!!

I have been living here for a year now and we dont have any problems, the problem and theft of tires is all over Houston, I like living here, the management has been very excellent with me and they solve everything very quickly, I dont have a single complaint!!!!
