    I researched many apartments that allowed pets in the Houston area, but always had to call to find out if they had breed restrictions; and they always did. I don’t know what number I was on when one of the complexes referred me to Karen, but thank goodness they did. Karen provided a list of all the places that would allow my dog and cat and I was able to secure a very nice apartment before moving to the area.

We needed a short term rental and were not finding what we needed searching online on our own and we were wasting a lot of time.     I was recently offered a job in the cypress area and looking for a new apartment when a lady gave me Karen Wells information. I was already 6 apartments in when I gave her a call and in less than 20 minutes Karen gave a list of apartments that were in my price range and in the perfect location for me.     Karen Wells Today, has done a fine job relocating me over the last 6 years. I used her services twice and if it wasnt for me changing employment location, I will still be in the original apartment that she put me in. Shes educated and knows the ins and outs of Houston, knowledge of good areas and not so safe areas. She actually listens to you and what you need, extra space, childrens school, universities ,distant to your job, etc. Shes patient, friendly and she genuinely wants the best for you. I will always use her service and have forwarded her information to close friends & coworkers that are looking for a new spot or even HOME, because she knows the market extremely well.
