Pros: I like my apartment. The rent is reasonable. The location is great as it is pretty much central to everything. Aside from holidays, the trash gets picked up daily. Its pretty quiet for the most part. Ive never had noise from neighbors loud enough were I felt the need to complain.Cons: The staff is a hit & miss on how helpful they are. Its a whole new management team from when I first moved in, and I was more satisfied with the previous one. Maintenance has been the worst experience. It takes them longer to come fix things and when they do, they want to come into the apartment at the last minute and possibly without notice. They have had to do work in my apartment twice. Both times, they had to move my furniture and some personal items. This is understandable, but they made no attempt to put them back and I returned home to my apartment in complete disarray. During one of these visits, a worker used my toilet, didnt flush, and left urine on the seat. I no longer permit access when Im not able to be home and watch them.

This is an amazing apartment complex, very clean and modern. I do not write review often but when I do its because it is very deserved. Cassie is an amazing person and made me feel right at home. Im so excited to say this is the only apartment complex you need to tour if looking in this area.

Phalyn was a great help from the moment my partner and I stepped on the property. She gave us a fantastic tour and didn’t just let us roam around clueless. She was great at showing us all the amenities and answering all our questions. When move in day was here, there were a couple things not quite right in our unit, but she made sure to get the things we requested completed. She’s been very helpful and we are very excited for our new home! (:

From the first time I walked in, I had a great feeling about this place.The apartments are beautiful, very nicely appointed with good floor plans, well maintained and all of the hallways and common spaces smell amazing.The amenities make you feel as if you want for nothing and the property is nice and quietCassandra was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable even though she was new to the property.As soon as I saw the first unit I towed, I decided to sign on lease and I don’t regret it one bit. We smile big every time we come home and are very happy

Beautiful building with cool amenities. Cassandra, Sam, Maurice and Roman are super friendly and always willing to help! They put on a trivia night this week and it was so much fun! It was nice to meet and mingle with other residents and really brought a community feel in an apartment environment. Can’t wait to see what more they come up with!

Cassie is an amazing assistant manager and she always does everything she can to make residents feel welcomed and accommodated. I recently submitted a maintenance request and I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was handled.Denni, was very friendly and professional, and he quickly identified the problem. He explained what needed to be done to fix it and gave me an estimated time frame for when the repair would be completed.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with how my maintenance request was handled. The communication was clear and timely, Denni was knowledgeable and efficient, and the problem was resolved quickly. I appreciate the prompt and professional service he provided.

I have been living in Jewel on Landmark for almost two months now after moving here due to a bad experience in a previous apartment. My leasing process with Cassie was awesome, she was very responsive and accommodating. When I initially moved in and had some issues that needed to be addressed, most of them got taken care of same day. For the price, the amenities are awesome and they have regular resident events and food trucks that park outside the building. They have multiple lounge and game areas, a really nice and clean gym, and a delivery service included in the amenity fees that helps with after hour deliveries from Amazon, UPS, etc (no more rejected deliveries due to no building access!). The guest parking is also a good set up with spots outside, lots of street parking, and guests are allowed to park on the roof of the parking garage. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience so far and the leasing office staff.

I worked with Nisha and she is absolutely amazing! Had some troubles with my application getting delayed but she worked hard on getting those issues sorted out in a timely manner.I will say some areas do smell like dog pee (like how other reviews have mentioned) that being said I am a dog owner myself and dont mind it. I am more bothered of the idea that the walkways are dirty rather than the smell. This place is very pet friendly though (many dogs) so I do understand why it may be difficult to keep the smell away. I have not smelled the weed yet or dealt with noisy neighbors.I havent had a chance to use many to the amenities yet orr join any residential activities but I am excited as they look and sound promising!I will say my apartment was not as move in ready as I would have hoped.- My balcony door doesnt close, so people outside can easily hear me. I also have a small pup that could fall threw or get caught in the railing if the door slides open. (The door is pretty heavy so I do think the likely hood of it opening on its on is very slim, but if you lean on it or put pressure it will open up.) I also want to note its not really a balcony its just a huge opening window with a railing, no flooring, so thats were the concerns of my puppy come in. And I am not sure how Dallas weather gets but that could also be an pain down the line if this issue isnt addressed promptly.- My bedroom door does not close either. This is a lot more minor of an issue than the first one- that being said my puppy is still being potty trained and my bedroom is carpeted so I have to barricade my door to make sure he doesnt get a chance to potty on the carpet. This is just a minor inconvenience though.- Dryer is broken. Not much else to say about that, I have to do my laundry at a friends house while I wait to hear from their maintenance team. Unfortunately, the management team was unable to give an ETA on when this will happen or how long it will take to be fixed. Thankfully, I have wonderful friends helping me throughout my move and let me do my laundries at their place.

Nancy gave use a great tour on Sunday. We showed up early and she dropped everything to help us. She was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions showing us several units and all the amenities from top to bottom. The community was in great shape, but anytime she saw even the tiniest flaw, she acted on it immediately showing how much they care about the upkeep of the property. I’ve been apartment hunting for a bit and they by far had the nicest interiors and prospect customer service.

I LOVE IT 😍 all the amenities I want and more all for the price range that doesn’t break the bank with a great community feel! This place just really feels like home to me! I’ve lived here at Jewel on Landmark for the past 2 1/2 years, and since the new management has arrived specifically Nancy, I feel more heard and appreciated. She has been wonderful actually took the time to get to know us as residents of this lovely community. Absolutely love how the area is always well kept. & a big thank you to Nancy for always being so kind and helpful. Unfortunately I am out of the apartment for most of the day, from early morning to late evening, so I do not run into her much but please let her know that I really appreciate her efforts. She’s doing a fantastic job and really cares about our community here and we absolutely love everything she has done! Thank you and take care!

Where do I even start.... Nancy has been INCREDIBLE, consistently; she is the blueprint to what an exceptional leasing professional is. I was displaced from my home unexpectedly from another property due to an emergency. And had less than a week to pack and move all of my items. So I was in a bit of a time crunch and was nervous about making the wrong choice.Stressed and overwhelmed doesnt begin to explain how I felt. She displayed empathy and reassurance throughout the entire leasing process, while providing informative information about The Jewel on Landmark - solidifying my interest in the property. The fact that I was in a stressful mood when I arrived and she still managed to make me smile and laugh. All while imploring me to think more positively, proves that she is resolution focused.Even when touring it was like she knew EXACTLY what I wanted without me having to over specify anything. Very attentive, professional and clearly has a niche for seeing things through.Im so glad that she was there to assist me, especially in a moment when I felt so overwhelmed. She takes on a very human/down to earth approach while still handling business! Even seeing her in the hallways, she always has a smile and is willing to help with whatever.Thank you so much Nancy for all you do! This place is so clean and full of awesome amenities. Very colorful and full of life. Courtney has to be one of the most pleasant people I have ever met! She gave me a wonderful walkthrough of the property, as well as several different “homes” (we loved that she used this term instead of apartment or unit) and they were all the actual ones that I would be applying for. I took a tour of the property everything was so nice and clean. The apartment was very homey and the amenities are super nice. They have a nice size gym, there is a little store where you can buy drinks, food, snacks, etc. and you don’t even have to leave to go the store. If you are in the Addison area I would definitely check out the complex and make sure to ask for Courtney. She was so awesome she answered all of my questions thank you again.

After the tour, she followed up almost immediately to help fill out the application and answer any questions we might have. This review is based on my experience in touring alone. Courtney was an absolute gem! Patient, informative, and showed me every floor plan she had available that fit what I was looking for without my having to ask, unlike some other properties. She was even kind enough to proactively show my different units with the same floorplan but that had slight variations due to location, finding me EXACTLY what I needed!On top of that, the units are absolutely beautiful!! Large islands in kitchen in the floorplan I was considering, great colorscheme, plenty of space! The amenities are awesome as well, gorgeous business center to work in and clubhouse. Jewel is a perfect place to stay, and especially with someone like Courtney working there, a consummate professional who ensures you find something youre happy with!

Jewel is a fun and diverse community and continues to be a pleasure to be a part of.I have connected with the staff on several occasions to help me resolve questions or issues. Each time, I am met with a positive and courteous experience. For Instance, Mauricio, part of the Jewel management team as well as Cassandra commonly takes a personal interest in assisting residents with their needs.Every maintenance request was met with efficiency by a professional and knowledgeable maintenance technician. They were friendly to my dog and thorough in their services.I am also pleased with the upkeep of the property – with regular landscaping maintenance. Hello guys, I moved in on July 1, 2019. Jewel on Landmark has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived on. It has great location surrounded by office building and corporations. People that live here are very cool and mind their own business. We have never had an issue so far. Maintenance and people that work in the office always on top of things. This month our lease is up and with no doubt I’m staying another year. Ariel the assistant manager helped us renew our lease. She made everything super easy for us and gave us a great deal on a a two bedroom apartment with pool view. She literally went out of her way to keep us. I’ve had many game nights and hangouts there- trash and delivery services are good- parking is easy- management has gotten so much better. I live on this beautiful property Jewel at Landmark . Each morning I wake up in my beautiful apartment with big windows and spacious living areas just starts the day off perfect. The staff are amazing very professional and responsive. Today Ariel the Property Manager overheard me requesting a maintenance call. She stepped up immediately and said we will get that taken care of today; I don’t want you to have to wait until after the weekend. As promised maintenance showed up. When I pull up to my home at night the awesome changing lights remind me of a lavish hotel in Las Vegas. Thank you to the great staff: Austin, Dara, Dana, Aerial and support personnel. This is a great place to call home!

Danny the maintenance guy came to fix my air/heat system and was very friendly and courteous and finished until my air was blowing correctly it took him 4 hours to get it done. From going on top of the building to the compressor and coming back to my apartment back and forth until he found out what was going on with the system. He fixed my toilet which wasnt flushing right it took him a minute to change whatever needed to be changed. Thank you all for all that you do!!

I have to give this place 10 stars. Google only allowed me to give them 5. I have been looking for an apartment home for months until my apartment locator advised me to check out Jefferson at Landmark. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bear with a smile and friendly attitude. She was very informative during the tour. She knew every floor plan as if she memorized everything. We looked at several different floor plans and she knew the square footage etc without a cheat sheet. Its great to see a leasing consultant that comes to work with a purpose to learn and craft it. Even the Manager was highly informative. Most mangers Ive seen just sit in their office but this one came out and spoke and asked if I liked some refreshments. I have never experienced that from a manger from any property during my search. I forget her name as Bear was easy to remember. But even the manager spoke the same language as the leading consultant. That goes to show they have a highly experienced well trained staff on board. The staff there far exceeded other staff members I ran across during my long search of an apartment home. If you go there talk to Bear. She will make you feel at home without acting like a pushy sales person.

As someone who lived in the Jefferson Landmark over the span of a year, I can say things were good when I first moved in, however they have become amazing since Jewel took over as the management company. Jefferson has always been a beautiful apartment complex with great customer service and wonderful apartments. We have had some issues with fire alarms though, but this is where a clear change in management style highlighted how great management has been. They communicated to us the situation, how it was being dealt with, and what steps were being taken. It was awesome! Previously we had no idea what was going on, but Jewel made the extra effort. That was the first time I noticed the difference in management. After I noticed everything else. They are organized, extremely pleasant staff to interact with and have solved every issue I have had. The apartments physically are nice, and the customers service from jewel is truly what makes having lived here very special place. I recommend anyone looking to live in the Addison area to give this place a gander.Quick shout out to Austin Latham. He is the leasing professional at Landmark who has been nothing but amazing. His service is stellar, and I want the internet to know 😊. He has been so responsive, helpful and informative whenever we needed help. Since the beginning of my apt hunt I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Mike and I remained in contact via email and he was able to answer all of my questions and set up my tour appointment. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions my tour self guided but that didn’t stop Mike and Austin from demonstrating prime customer service. Upon arrival I was greeted by Austin at the door with a warm hello and a smile. They provided me a pamphlet and map of the property. Austin provided great instructions how to locate the amazing amenities and my future home. I had already fallen in love with the property footage Mike provided to me earlier but this just sealed the deal. When I returned to the lobby I was so impressed I applied for loft unit immediately. Austin reached out to me the next day telling me I was approved and I promptly signed my lease. I can’t wait to move in abs get settled. Thanks a million guys!

Their diligence with any task needing to be addressed is wonderful and always accomplished quickly. UPDATE from a 4-year resident:Jewel on Landmark has certainly changed for the better since I originally moved in back in 2019 (and it was named Jefferson Landmark). The leasing agents have been very positive to work with and the maintenance team has been incredibly responsive to every request I’ve submitted; in fact, I’ve never lived somewhere with such attentive and respectful maintenance! There are the occasional smells and noises that you’ll see and hear at every apartment complex, but nothing permanent that creates a security risk that can be avoidable (such as can be seen in my original review below).Im thankful they’ve added a dog park and reinforced healthy living habits in the community (i.e. charging residents who put their trash in the hallway without a bin, which can cause the smell to seep into the carpet). The gym is convenient and large enough that plenty of people can workout at the same time. It’s also helpful to know that they’ve taken resident feedback into consideration - i.e. they now will text residents if there’s an emergency of any kind (which from my original review, you can see is helpful to keep us informed).Overall, it’s been an easy community to call home and I’d highly recommend living here!———————————————————2 Star Review (2020):Upon moving into Jefferson Landmark, I didnt have many complaints (4.5 Stars). Its a very nice property and I absolutely love my apartment. They have creative community events that have been really effective at meeting fun people. However, there is a major issue that requires attention stat: the fire alarm.Being here almost a year the fire alarm has gone off SEVERAL times - usually in the middle of the night. Under previous management here, none of the residents were informed about why the alarms were going off. Under new management, they have begun to email us the day after, which I appreciate because they are at least acknowledging that the alarm went off. However, Jefferson Landmark does not seem to have any concrete answers about the alarms at this time.My irritation is that actions speak louder than words. Last night was yet another time since I moved into Jefferson that the fire alarm has gone off and we have had to vacate the building. Luckily, I have been here every time to make sure my pets got out safely. I just wanted to pass along the suggestion of sending out a mass text to Jefferson residents when the fire alarm goes off in the event that there is an actual fire and we are not home. My other suggestion would be to install cameras to determine who is pulling the alarm in the event that it is a false alarm and a resident needs to be held responsible. While Ive taken the time to express my concerns with the leasing staff they have been friendly but are clueless as to how to help - which I imagine is frustrating for the both of us.It’s very off-putting to live somewhere this is happening so often. The residents that live in Jefferson have no way of knowing whether these instances have been false alarms or actual emergencies and that needs to change. For how expensive it is to live here, Id recommend finding a different apartment building to live in until they get this mess sorted out.To ZRS Management:I see you are replying to everyones reviews. Please know when you do your job and ensure the safety of everyones homes here, then I will do mine and update my review to reflect that change. Until then, a 2-star review will have to suffice.

Honestly, this is the best property I’ve lived on. One of the maintenance guys, Hector, was having trouble figuring out how to open our window which is almost to the ceiling of our 2-story loft. He came back with a makeshift hook attached to a pole and had it opened in less than 5 minutes! The staff is always super friendly and resourceful.

What an amazing apartment complex just off the Dallas North Tollway from the details of the hallway to multiple units specially lofts I cannot explain all the wonderful details of this community. And it starts with these two beautiful ladies, upfront Samantha and Cassandra, they are truly too beautiful gems that will lure people into this community.

We moved in two weeks ago and to say the leasing staff has been excellent would be doing them disservice; Lindsey and Carlos are absolutely outstanding! Ive lived in 7 or so different apartments in the last 10 years with being in school, so Ive had numerous interaction with leasing offices. Most get you in the door, sell you what you want to hear, and then when troubles arise good luck getting items fixed/completed with expediency.This leasing office is unlike any other. Their sincereness and willingness to go above and beyond is exceptional. Carlos is who helped us with the leasing process. Carlos is hardest working leasing agent Ive ever come across. He is an incredible asset to Jefferson Landmark; anecdotally speaking, he is a true gem in what seems to be a high turnover role in the industry. In some of my previous apartments, they would go through leasing agents what seemed to be every other month. Please keep him around- employees like him are difficult to come by in any professional space. Hes hard working, professional, has integrity, eager to help, provides exemplary customer service, sets an example for his peers and subordinates, and truly cares and builds relationships with those in the community. Jefferson HQ must do whatever they can to keep him around and promote him from within, even if it is not at Jefferson Landmark; he will outgrow his Sr. Leasing role and has the capacity to go achieve well above his current role. He has great leadership skills that are difficult to find.Luis in Maintenance is another gem. Ive never had a more kind, thoughtful, and prompt maintenance tech at an apartment. He is personable and gets things done with ease and effectiveness. Please keep him around and let him know he is valued because people like him in maintenance are difficult to find.

I went for a tour two days ago and Lindsey was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help me find a place. The community is in a good location, not too loud considering the distance from the tollway. The amenities were amazing and the building is fairly new so there are still some units that haven’t been lived in ever.

I rarely write reviews however I feel compelled to write one thanks to our incredible leasing agent Bear! As a realtor I am very particular with my wants and needs as a renter and Bear more than delivered! Not only did she take the time to show us several units but she did so on two separate occasions due to my indecisiveness on the floor plan. Her professionalism and attention to detail were superb. Not only am I now leasing at Jefferson Landmark but I will absolutely be referring clients here to work with Bear as her customer service was top notch. Thank you Bear!!

I’m a current resident here and would love to response some reviews that are listed below. I’ve been living in this apartment for two months and I only experienced one time for fire alarm ( and that is an actual one). The leasing team always send out the email to remind residents if there is any fire alarm test. (Screenshots attached) so please check the resident email before putting the false reviews.The apartment overall is great! Nice complex and great facilities. The reason why I put 4 stars is that it’s hard to hear back from the office through email communication. But if you call or just walk to the leasing office, your concerns or problems will always be taken care of right away or within 24 hours.

Man , I have been here 2 going on 3 years and I can honestly say the mgmt staff has been my biggest complaint (outside of Cassie) but I think they have the best team up there currently that they have had in a min. **Updated - acquired by new managementMy previous review was 2 stars. However, things are looking better with new management. The facilities are staying fairly clean during the quarantine. Residents are very respectful and are keeping distance. Before the outbreak, the events were maintained. The package locker situation was MUCH better (before the quarantine anyway). Communication is better, but still - theres room for improvement in terms of openness. Overall, 4/4.5 stars under new management.Pros:- Terrific staff. Everyone at the front office seems to go out of their way to help you out. Personable and friendly. ZRS has never let me down in that regard.- Great style/layout/location. Apartments are modern and fairly spacious. They are a bit expensive for what you get, but nothing crazy. A good location as well. Not too busy, but still close to the bar scene.- For the most part, the residents are pretty cool. Occasionally, you’ll have a loud neighbor, someone going 30 and almost hitting you in the parking garage, or someone that let their dog out without a leash, but it’s not as bad as other locations I’ve stayed. As they fill in during the summer, this could easily turn into a con, so look out for that.- Community events are usually very fun and relaxed. They do a good job of planning those out. Free food and drinks. Fun activities.- the apartments are well-maintained. The hallways are consistently vacuumed and air-conditioned. I hope they keep that up.- PLENTY of parking. Guests don’t overcrowd the garage since there’s a gigantic lot right outside. I’ve never had issues.Cons:- The fire alarms have gone off EVERY MONTH that we’ve been here. It is currently 3:30am on a weekday and they’ve been going off for an hour inconsistently - just enough so you can’t sleep. We have never received any communication regarding the cause or what is being done to address the issue. Residents are basically being conditioned to flat-out ignore the alarm. People rarely even leave their apartments any more and I don’t blame them.- The hallways consistently smell like weed. I really don’t even care nor do I have a problem with it, but if it smells THAT pungent, then clearly there are people smoking IN the complex and not just on a balcony. And it may be what’s causing the alarms. Apparently, there are also a lack of cameras in the stairwells/hallways.- When we first moved in, the water smelled like raw sewage. You would have to let the water run for a few minutes before you brushed your teeth or took a shower. It seems like it has been flushed out, but the fact that it took at least 7 months is obviously not okay.- The packaging system is terrible. I’m not dinging them here since it’s not 100% the property’s fault (they at least try to clean up after them), but be prepared to have your packages mishandled by Amazon. I would advise you to have your stuff shipped elsewhere (Whole Foods has a pickup).Overall:This could easily be a five star rating. However, the fact that I’m typing out this review at 3:30am on the Thursday after Christmas because I had to stand outside for 45min and wait on the fire department to finish should say everything. The fact that I had to do it the day before Thanksgiving as well. And then in October....and I believe twice in September....yeah.I would recommend looking into a ZRS property simply for the pros I mentioned above, but maybe not this one. There are others in the area that may be worth checking out. I don’t necessarily regret moving here, but it’s not worth the pricey rent. If it were cheaper, then it would be a great deal.Update: as everyone suspected, the property was sold.

Im leaving this review because sometimes bad reviews and good reviews on Google are fake. Sometimes people say an apartment complex is horrible but it is not. Some are even paid to leave bad reviews. I know some pretty faulty apartments that have exceptionally high reviews that they dont deserve. Maybe those also pay to have good reviews. All said, I believe in going to see an apartment, asking real tenants and listening to your gut feelings before writing off or on an apartment complex. Im excited to be going to JOL soon for a tour

This is an amazing community. I have had one of the best experiences from the very moment I applied, I had the pleasure of being helped by leasing consultant Lindsey. I moved from California and she was so kind, Timley, proficient, professional, she walked me through everything I needed to do and she continues to do so. The cummintity it’s self is beautiful, the staff as a whole get back to me immediately when ever I reach out. I truly enjoy being here.

Great customer service!! The lady in the front office was very helpful, I believe her name was Dara. She was very kind and walked us through the floor plans and availability they had. Beautiful apartment community! I love that the qualifications to live at Jefferson Landmark are strict. This makes me feel safe. If you’ve never lived in a Jefferson property managed by ZRS you’re missing out! Great customer service and extremely helpful staff. Carlos totally rocks!
