Thank you Nancy. Last year 2023 was a huge change for me. I was going through bankruptcy and had been homeless. When I was back up on my feet after bankruptcy and now able to be better financially, Nancy gave me hope. She emailed me, called and was there until I was ready. I had to move to the DFW area and came across J Ellis Apartment Locators. I worked closely with Patty who was exceptional throughout the entire process of helping me locate an apartment that was a perfect fit for me. I gave her a loose idea of what I was looking for and she helped to reach out on my behalf to many of these apartments and was a perfect combination of professional/personal. I worked with Nancy at J. Ellis. I have a bankruptcy on my record, so a lot of places didn’t want to rent to me. I walked in without an appointment at around 4:00 pm in desperate need of a place to stay after my original plans fell through. By 10:00 am the next morning, Nancy provided the contact information for gorgeous, safe, and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood that was within my price range and had everything I wanted. I strongly, strongly recommend working with Nancy/J. Ellis to find yourself a great place to live!

Tiffany was amazing! We were struggling to find an apartment with background and credit problems. After multiple denied applications we found j.ellis and began working with Tiffany. She worked hard non stop finding and contacting apartments that were able to work with our situation. She found us a beautiful apartment and I great area that not only within our budget but in a safe community and was willing to work with our background! Tiffany was great! I called her at noon on a Saturday needing to find and move into an apartment by Monday; unrealistic, I know. She found me a great apartment with everything I wanted and more. Was able to view, apply, and get approved by 3:30 the same day! Was even able to get me completely moved in by my last minute deadline. She was very easy to get ahold of by phone, text and email. I cant say enough great things about my experience with J. ELLIS service. In particular Patty. Im relocating from AZ to DFW area. I had just had a bad experience with a property management company pulling a bait and switch and attempting to increase the rent amount when they sent the lease, and trying to increase the price by nearly $150. I no longer wanted to lease from them but l was also a bit reluctant to try and start the search over and find another place on my own.Out of desperation I reluctantly went online to find some help. As luck would have it I found J. ELLIS ad, read the reviews and thought, what have i got to lose?. I submitted am inquiry at 11pm my time and received a phone call from Patty by noon the following day, which happened to be a SUNDAY. I was so surprised.We chatted about my situation and what I was looking for and she said she thought of two places in particular that Id really like but that shed compile a list. Which I received first thing the next morning. From her list I Narrowed it down to my top 3. By the end of the week I had an application submitted.Patty followed up every couple days and checked in with me and the leasing agent over at the property until there was a final approval.Now all I have to do is pack. 😉Thanks Patty for taking away a ton of the stress!

Wow where should I start UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING. I had been trying to get back to the city from Ennis, Texas for about 2 yrs & then I found Tiffany @ J. Ellis & boy did she go to work. It wasnt easy & we tried several places with no luck due to poor neighborhood. I had pretty much just decided I was just doomed to live in Ennis forever. But not Tiffany she was still plugging away in the background & NEVER forgot about me. One day I had went to visit my son for lunch in Hurst, Tx, just as I pulled out of his office parking lot God began to work & I got a call from one of Gods Angels, yes you know it it was Tiffany. She told me she had just placed a lady in a nice complex in a really nice neighborhood that she thought was perfect for me. She gave me address & It was literally just 10 minutes from where my son lived & worked. I was so excited, so I went & Tiffany was right it was perfect. Complex loved me & I loved them, not to mention it was not only beautiful but it was Home. Within next 30 day I was in & set up. I can never ever thank J. Ellis & Tiffany especially for never giving up or forgetting about me even when I had given up on myself. May God ALWAYS be with her & send her many rewards & maybe J. Tiffany out the gate was so amazing! She got my information and went out of town for the weekend and Monday morning a text and a call saying I am so sorry I was busy this weekend I havent forgot about you here is your list. From then on she set up me an appointment to meet my apartment we went and my husband and I got approved. I ended up of changing jobs so we had to move our move in date but we still were able to move in last month all thanks to her hard work. I have been busy with this move getting everything thing in order but I can not let another day go by without giving the biggest Thank You Tiffany and now she is working with my sister in law😍😍😍 I will refer you to anyone❤

Andie was my locater and she went above and beyond to help me and my family. We have a very complicated situation and it’s not easy finding us a apartment. There was a little hiccup in the process because she had an emergency and I completely crossed her and feel terrible about it. I should’ve called the main line to figure out what was happening and I didn’t and that’s my bad. She was super awesome, sweet and very helpful. I would definitely recommend their services.

Yes I use Miss Tiffany is my apartment locator after I have been in Denton for 4 months with another apartment locator that did not work out I was driving back and forth to Oklahoma for last 4 months every apartment in my apartment locator was coming across she never made it happen I went to one apartment by myself to try to make it happen myself I was referring to mrs.
