I have lived here for 2 years. Several changes during that time. Owners / Management has made several upgrades. These includes painting hall floors, walls and resident doors. They have also recently removed the old carpet in the clubhouse and replaced it with nice flooring. Management has always been friendly and responded to my issues promptly. The residents are as nice to you as you are to them.

I have lived here for 6 months and it’s a lovely property and a true community. Joshua Sipes, Property Manager, is amazing to work with and has helped me through all issues related to my move. He is always there to see that the residents are properly informed, property is well maintained and kept clean both inside and out. Plus, he takes a personal interest in our well being. Maintenance staff are timely and efficient. The residents are amazing. I’m grateful to have found this gem.

I am beyond excited to have a brand new residence. I was treated like a VIP by the office staff, namely, Miss Torie, Miss Maycie, & Mr. Jeff Cole. They are knowledgeable, respectful, informed, organized, & totally committed to our needs with patience & guidance.I will arrive in a few weeks. I cannot wait!Thank you so much for giving me hope again.

Great place to call home and issue that arise are taken care of immediately. Common areas are the best which includes a COFFEE BAR!!!

Awesome staff, great clubhouse with great room, pool and this community has an awesome location! They have wonderful community events at least once a week!
