The past week has been very challenging for the Houston area and more specifically the communities of older adults . I would like to commend the staff at Ivy Point Cypress Apartments for their help during this time. The community suffered a loss of the backup generator during the storm. Maricella, Eva, Isaac, and Fernando went above and beyond expectations to alleviate fears and challenges of the residents. Their sense of urgency matched ours. Sometimes staff cannot do everything residents want, but when you know they care and are doing ALL they can, it is reassuring. They even orchestrated an impromptu dinner during this time.Besides being a beautiful facility to live in, it is an absolute pleasure to be around this staff.

I am one of the residents that moved into the property shortly after the grand opening. I came from another apartment complex and found Ivy Point to offer the comfort, convenience to all of my daily needs, and a community here at Big Creek that is friendly and very diverse. Like swimming? Visit the beautiful pool, surrounded by grounds that are downright inspiring. The staff here is very responsive to resident needs and our new manager has brought us together as a family. Come on down an see for yourself. You will be impressed. The activity calendar will keep you engaged through the month.

The transition from a house to an apartment has been far easier that either my wife or I expected. This is basically due to the friendly and helpful administrative and maintenance staff helping us with all the settling in questions and issues we faced resolved. It doesnt hurt to have such friendly neighbors making us welcomed either. The building is beautiful as are the grounds and pool which are very well maintained. We are enjoying the resident activities. We look forward to our time here with Ivy Point Cypress being our home.

Best neighbors, Great staff!!! My apartment is like my house was— high ceilings with crown molding and lots of windows to enjoy natural light!! we have enjoyed building a raised vegetable garden! Would not think of living any where else❤️

May Aunt and Uncle recently moved here and in February 2022, they invited the family there to celebrate my Uncle Ricks 70th birthday. She had it in that beautiful sun room w those wonderful high ceilings and windows. It was such a perfect place for everyone, including the kids; who played on the putting green right outside the windows and we could keep eyes on them, as well as a movie room, pool room, gym and a lot of outdoor places we could take them.That day, the sun had been so bright that we did have to wear sunglasses inside, but as the sun began going down, the sunset was one of the most spectacular sunsets we very rarely have the opportunity to see. When you live around the ever growing communities that people are flocking to who want to live outside the Houston city limits.Gorgeous!My personal opinion of The Ivy Point senior living community is that I would recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful, elegant, safe place to live that has all the amenities for your life style and needs.☆☆☆☆☆!!!!!

This is a new 55 plus facility, it is laid out very well with daily activities for residents. Apartments are spacious and well designed. The location is great with easy access to highway 290 and everything the Cypress area has to offer.
