After selling our Texas home and waiting for retirement. My husband and I rented a small 504 sq feet apt at The Inverness .It was so nice to find a safe place to live with very nice people on the low end of our budget. The 7 months we lived there are cars were never bothered. The maintenance fixed everything I called them about promptly.Kari (the manager) Was always great. She was always helping people. The pool was always clean and the plants we’re lovely!

Management team is amazing. Maintenance team is wonderful. Never an issue, never a complaint, never had a problem with any thing that was not immediately solved by Kari and her team. Its a very family-centric, child safe, engaging place to live. Have been here over a year with my wife and daughter and have still not had one problem, with the apartment, neighbors, grounds, manager, or ownership that is in Dallas, that has not been fixed, delicately handled, worked with, and/or promptly gotten to. I would recommend this complex for any one of my friends, family, or any one that is looking for a solid, quiet, beautiful place to live.

Living here has been such a pleasure. I feel safe, its quiet, and Kari is an amazing manager! Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The location ROCKS. (walking distance from Texas Ave., Walgreens, Library, Restaurants, & Lee College) My neighbors are friendly and the yard is always clean and aesthetically pleasing.

I just moved here about a half of year ago and the manager named Sue is very professional. I explained to her im working in houston very far from here and wished her could let me move even i havent finished the lease yet and she did agreed. Whenever i said theres the problems in the apt she immediately called the maintenance and fixed right away. One time my shower tap was broken and i called her at 10 pm she came from her house to here to talk and solve it. I really appreciate her and ill give 5 stars.!!

Always loved Joe and Sue owning and running things! They sold both apts but were very efficient. Everyone cant please everyone and everyone cant live here... So for the people talking badly... Nothing or no ones is perfect! Miss the old management and owner. Finally moving out to get away from the new management! Leaks everywhere... Toilet moves around... Maintenance cant speak English.... Roaches are ferocious!!! Joe and Sue had regular exterminator here... Now the roaches carry your food off..!!! Ugh!

This is an outstanding aparmtent community! The only real way to evaluate an any community is to personally visit. After having been here for over 2 years, I would recommend this property to anyone. Take the time to visit with the manager, see the pool, tour the grounds and look around the general area. The Inverness is near the Sterling Municiple Library, Lee College and across from Lamar Elementary. I would compare the grounds and environment to any class A apartment in Baytown (then compare the value $). Welcome to clean living. Thank you Inverness.

Came in from out of town for work at Exxon Mobil and was treated like royalty. The management was accommodating and kind. The price was great also. Ive enjoyed being in Baytown and at this apartment.

Katrina the property manager is beyond amazing she’s very professional very kind and hard working. I’m beyond amazed and truly good place.
